calm down. re-quoting yourself a dozen times adds absolutely no value to your complaint. none at all - in fact some people put you on ignore now.
I would no be surprised if the UPS told bitmain they would/did try to reach you. Ive had several experiences where they say they will call back within an hour and a day goes by without a call.
Bitmain just gave me 2 tracking numbers for packages that should deliver today. no word on the third tracking number, but i was told the package should be with the others (still waiting on the number though to make tracking/pickup easier). screaming for a refund is probably not a realistic request if the packages are already halfway to you, but you just dont have a tracking #
My repetitiveness was a futile attempt to get Bitmain to respond while they were online and before the working day ended in China, obviously I failed as Bitmain went offline soon after contacting them. it's about 12am in China now, i doubt they will respond to any of you expecting them to reply here in the next 6hours |

Cool, I am not talking to you anyway. My comments are directed and ignored by Bitmain. Oh shock bitmain goes offline again without any communication, repeat of yesterday perhaps. Ignore me if you want folks, i don't mind, it would probably piss me off too I just want what i paid and i would appreciate it it without threats from Bitmains little workers. edit: I have told Bitmain on several occasions i will spam him until he responds, all it takes is a quick update each day. I always have to approach him for communications. Today it seems they are being awkward or playing hard to get. Maybe because they received the box and are running out of reasons to stall before Chinese new year. |

Update please bitmain? No communication yesterday despite the day before saying you were going ahead with refund. What is actually going on? Any update today Bitmain? I will keep asking daily until i get communications from you. Communication is your biggest downfall and can be read in any thread your machines have been sold.
Folks, elasticband does not talk about unit delivery and delay. Look few pages back about packet of 500 u1 unit were stuck at china customs office and ups reqired vat number.
I am talking about lack of communication resulting it delays, the whole VAT situation could have been dealt with if tracking was handed out in a timely fashion. Miss-communications and constantly getting told it was being dealt by one person then when i speak to another i get a totally different story. I have been told UPS have contacted me and i did not tell them to release the package and this is why it is still on hold. At no point until yesterday have i spoke to UPS or have they tried to contact me as i was told it was getting dealt with on the china side. When i spoke to UPS today they say the complete opposite of what Bitmain tells me, they say it is the senders obligation to have the package returned. I can only reject the package upon the receiving and as i have not received i cannot reject, even the racking has updated twice saying they have contacted the sender. Nothing about receiver. I am running using a corsair 550M without OC it only has 1 PCI cable with 2 heads, running a month no problems.
A friend runs 10 antminers using 500w corsair, 2 sperate PCI cables, running no problems without OC.
No cable or connection gets hot

elasticband is noisy (understandably) but I don't think there is that big of a problem. Most of the time S1's get shipped out within a few working days of ordering without issue, the only general communication issue is with delivery tracking details being sent out sporadically.
Correct i am noisy because i don't like being ignored or having threats made of only paying 21btc or nothing back if i post publicly regarding this, until the refund is issued i don't trust bitmain based on these threats. I also don't appreciate them shifting the blame, telling me i am being dishonest or having no accountability for their lack of communication causing delays. My experience of seeking compensation for loss of earnings due to them sending a faulty S1 unit was not that great either, i guess i should be grateful the control board was replaced. |

Yes, i forgot to add in prior post that all that mess with lack of vat and communication you had to cancel an order and bitmain stated to refund you even if they dont get the package.
I understund both positions and due large sum of money here involved, bitmain changed statmant and now first want to have the package in their hands and only then issue you a refund.
Hope all get sorted elasticband and bitmain.
UPS has been nothing but fantastic to me, but DHL hates me  [US based] Pretty much a good summery of the situation, anyway Bitmain has Pm'ed me and hopfully it is being dealt with. Back to bashing courier services for a bit. UPS & Fedex have a really bad habit of delivery goods to me, not mentioning or collecting VAT, then one or two months later sending threatening letter demanding payment in 7days before it gets passed on to a government debt collector. DHL call before hand to let me know what to pay before they deliver. |

UPS can be a bitch and a half. They routinely fail to deliver things to my building (delivery attempts are marked as late as 9:45pm) and i have NEVER gotten any calls from the front lobby buzzer or seen 'delivery notice' cards left anywhere to show they even tried.
On the last package i called UPS the day it shipped and asked they put it immediately for pickup at the distrobution and was told I cant request that until after a first attempt, but that the shipper could. I asked Bitmain and was told they can't do that once its shipped. So of course, UPS put my package on a truck for delivery, then suddenly changed their minds and marked it for pickup and never even bothered to attempt the delivery despite it already on the truck.
I'm sure the communication could be better, but UPS has some serious communications issues between their call centers and distribution/shipping facilities
UPS do suck in the EU, i have heard they do okay/good else where though? Just not the EU. DHL are much better for EU but lack in the US so i read. |

That is a big order but that doesn't give you the right to accuse Bitmain of stealing your 33btc. You know they have received over 1400btc (from what I remember last I looked) so although your 33btc order is a lot, it's not really that much.
With no communication and threats of getting 21btc or 0btc back if i post publicly, then it is pretty much as close to stealing as they can get. To me it looks like they are stalling until they finish selling all their s1 I finally get some communication though. we are talking to UPS every day, hope to clear the problem causing holding and get the package soon. meanwhile you also may check the staus with your own tracking number, we still can't all control the package now.
we promise refund, and we will do it when we receive package.
