If there are bank runs, people will put some money into BTC, just as they did after Cyprus. With ever more negative interest rates being introduced, and extra capital flight rules, bitcoin could become massive if and when the economy tanks.

I don't love the first 2 bets. Dortmund have been dreadful in the Bundesliga this season, winning away from hom eat odds on seems like poor value. So far they have played 8 away games and won 1.

Under $400 I feel pretty good about buying, under $350 even more so!

I like a good weekend accumulator football bet, I almost always lose, but it keeps things interesting!

Martingale betting is great, until it isn't! It takes a LOT of small wins to offset the big loss around the corner.

I didn't know about the bitcoin bowl, I would rather it was a Bitpay bowl though, commodities and currencies don't generally sponsor events! I don't want it to look cheap.

This is just ridiculous. Fucking Microsoft adopts Bitcoin and people just keep on dumping. Half 2015 Bitcoin will might be 10x as big and the price 10x times as low because of these retarded dumpers and traders.
Its trading in a range now, it's might be a sucky range, but 340-370 seems to be the range. The way the economy is starting to shake, I think a country might make make a bank raid again soon, mich as Cyprus did, that is the sort of move that can really help bitcoin. Venezuela also looks like it is teetering and could go bankrupt. I think it is a shame that Putin is so anti bitcoin when he is pushing for moving away from the USD, and RT seems to love bitcoin too!

One year is a very very long time in bitcoin. There is no such thing as a guarenteed profit, but make sure that they mean "double your bitcoin" if you do invest (you shouldn't)

I have had a 15€ order waiting for a couple of days on Purse.io. I'm not sure I fully get the concept, but if I get to spend Bitcoins and get a discount, it sounds good to me.
It sounds like just after Christmas would be a good time to use Purse due to gift vouchers, did anyone do this last year?

Leveraging with bitcoin is so risky, people who do it must be mad. To answer your question, I would just sit back and enjoy!

When China starts to actually challenge the US as number one, not total GDP, but as the actual world super power, it will be interesting. I personally don't trust America to accept becoming number 2 without putting up a fight.

I don't expect to get rich, but watching a football match (soccer match) when I am a neutral, it is so much more interesting when I have had a bet on the game. Sunderland against Leicester can become really good to watch when you have money on the game, otherwise...

No one beats the Vegas line long term. The best tipsters might get inside information, or bet in play, trade and arb, but just simple betting, long term no one significantly beats the Vegas line.
I would steer clear

BBC suggested that Zimbabwe could use their awful currency situation to try out crypto. Apparently they now use the USD, but as it is only physical money, it is getting so heavily used that it is literally falling to bits..
I would love if somewhere decided to 'go for it' and use bitcoin, but I think it would be a difficult thing to do.

The price is being moved down to punish Russia for what's going on with Ukraine. Sanctions + low oil price makes for the Russian economy collapsing, if and when they fall into line, then the price will magically rise again, but I'm sure the press will attribute it to something else.

this is gentlemen if true Well it says they are already well advanced in getting the infrastructure in place to use bitcoin, so hopefully we won't have to wait long.

Hi all So this is very off topic, but I am a bitcoin and football (soccer) fan. I had a season ticket for Mainz05, a German team where I live, but my girlfriend didn't have a season ticket, so I stopped going. This season they have a competition where you take a photo with a cardboard cutout Shinji Okazaki (one of our best players) and then collect likes for the photo. My girlfriend is in the competition and it currently in 5th place (there are 5 season tickets to win) but it is very close. If you could help me out and like this photo:https://www.facebook.com/1fsvmainz05/photos/a.790556007632782.1073741992.149265181761871/790556030966113/?type=3&theaterIt would mean she will win a season ticket, so I can buy a season ticket and start going to the football again! Just so that it isn't 100% off topic, I have asked Mainz05 to accept Bitcoins. They have this awesome pre-paid electric card system at the moment, which would easily be topped up with bitcoin, or completely replaced by bitcoin. Thanks!

How about paper wallets? It would be nice if we had beautiful personilised designs for our Animecoin paper wallet. I made this one for me: The idea is to value the natural creativity of the anime community, as a way to incentivate the use of the Animecoin. What do you think? Is developer abandoned this coin or not yet? I hope not. Animecoin has got a very good potential. It just needs to be better promoted and divulged. Yes its true animecoin have BIG POTENTIAL! but in the appropriate palms of people to the concept. Not with this dev, change dev, and 300+satoshi is highly realisti Ani-Chan give ANIMECOIN for what does this good and might of what you can get What do you want from him? if it is community based how about you do it yourself? If you want a hardfork or new wallet (unneccesary as far as I am aware) then the dev needs to do it, otherwise you are just whinging.
