Until everyone cries gloom and doom, then this bearish market is over.

That already happened a couple of time as well though. But people always want cheaper coins.

Read around or do a search for lost BTC and you will see that the majority who have lost BTC were using online wallets.

If you are going to use an online wallet at least make sure you have 2fa enabled on it.
1947  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can never be 1000+ dollars again because of all the new coins on: May 04, 2014, 11:54:32 AM
They also suppress the price a bit due to some of the crazy gains made by early adopters of certain alts and it would be unwise to not lock in at least a few BTC out of a 100 in profits.

1953  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 02, 2014, 03:03:17 PM
Price would rise everywhere, theres an argument that gox' lack of withdrawals led to increased buying pressure and thus aided the rally that happened on every exchange.
1954  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bullish Bitstamp Price on: May 02, 2014, 02:59:50 PM
People consider Stamp 'safer' to send funds to so mroe buying pressure
and BTC-e has no verification so is the best place to sell if thats what you want to avoid so more selling pressure.

Can you post a screenshot of what it showed after you tried this?
Code:
bitmonerod --p2p-bind-port 18080

Are you on an azure server? I had this problem as well where no IGD was found and so it continues trying to connect to peers at port 8080.

Does anyone have a fix for this?
