Can you give any specs for the 3rd gen chips?

We're happy to announce that we've just secured a deal with a high quality data center in Central WA for ultra cheap long term hosting. US bundles customers (50 units or more, SP10 or SP30) are invited to contact us at sales@spondoolies-tech.com for details

Nope, 1050W according to their spec page.
Your'e confusing power supply rating with actual power consumption. Already explained in the thread. Thank you for the correction. The spec sheet says 1250 W power consumption, which makes the net cost to the miner 0.26/kWh. Electricity is expensive in Israel.
That's all well and good, but matters not to the miner paying the bill. It's an option. We can ship. We can host.

Re-read the post and the timeline. Electricity is expensive in Israel.

Gods speed, S-T. ...
Thank you.

Owners of large farms, hardware manufacturers and people sitting on chips must be getting pretty nervous now.

Shipping out soon: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fstorage.googleapis.com%2Fspond_public%2Fimages%2Fflextronics-sp10.png&t=663&c=WjWzgdAW9CWssA)

... There were other problems ...
We've shipped the machine instead of hosting it as requested. Upon notifying, we've brought another machine online and configured it to the customer wallet. We're selling ~3% less than our production capacity to allow for RMA, warranties calls, BD, etc. We've used one of the spare machine to fulfill the hosting. The solution wasn't on the expanse of any other customer shipping order. Our hosting solution for April batch is "manual", we'll configure the machine to the customer wallet through Eligius to allow monitoring. For May batch, we'll give the customers full access through HTTPS to their machines UI. Zvisha, our SW director already gave a statement regarding burn-in tests. I want to iterate it here: We're currently doing short burn-in tests on Flextronics factory for few minutes. We found that it's enough. We want to ship the machines as fast as possible.

Guys, Let's keep the discussion civilized please.
We're committed to distribute the hash-rate. It will become evident very soon. The days of small DYI miners are almost over. We're preparing for the next phase of mining while taking utmost care to distribute the hash-rate.
Can you please clarify this statement it seems very contradictory. How can you be working with a goal of spreading the hash-rate when you have the belief that "small" miners will soon be extinct? This screams centralization of hash power. By the end of 2014, beginning of 2015, we believe that above 80% of the mining will be done by operators runnig huge data centers or highly specialized IT containers designed for Bitcoin mining only, deployed in places with cheap electricity. We'll support and promote community efforts to deploy such hash-rate. I'm vague here on purpose, but we've already started such efforts. So, those who get miners comes August WILL be in direct competition to the 80% of the commercial miners, of which it would be off their backs that this endeavor is built, thus the small-time miner gets screwed again, and the bitcoin mining manufacturer and commercial hoster comes out smelling like a rose. I beginning to like to you guys. Hosting is the right solution for Q3 timeframe for small time miners. Shares in a collective mining operation is the right solution for Q4 onwards. I'll say that again. We're committed to the distribution of the hash-rate. Just dont waste time talking back and forth with these guys. Work on the SP30 and release to the public. So far you've done a good job with SP10 Thank you for your kind words. Indeed, I'm going out. Our teams are hard at work. SP30 and beyond.

Why is the last logged in date 2000-2-18 (Feb. 18, 2000)? If this simple piece of info was changed/altered, how does anybody really know that none of the other info scrolling across the screen was not altered in some way? Please buy that PDU model. Could you elaborate a LITLLE bit MORE on "plenty"...please... A simple number should be enough...How many SP10 did you ship up to date...? 20-50-100-500...1000...Just a number...will be "plenty" good... ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Spondoolies-Tech...: Is it so hard to answer a simple question...? You could round to the nearest 100s...like 200+...or something... We won't disclose real shipment numbers. Above 50, less than 1,000 to date.

I've spoken with Gadi about this pre-order mess and said I would not participate.
We'll be happy to sell you SP30 Yukons come August from stock. I don't believe that we'll have any left, though. Seriously, the customers of this industry were hurt multiple times. We understand that it will take time until people will trust us. We don't expect it will be an easy transition. We're offering what we believe is a compelling product. We're certain that we'll deliver it according to spec on the defined schedule. This is not wishful thinking or overselling. This is based on the exact status of our 2nd gen project. Participate or not, it's your choice.

This is your thread, feel free to do as you wish. It would be interesting to see what methodology you use to find them out. Phinn would probably want to add it to his arsenal of investigative tools ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Well, I'm new to all this. So it might seems trivial: Check user creation date, check last posts. Trolls are usually con the manufacturer they're trolling while pro for a third manufacturer.
