Spondoolies-will you have new Sp-10 soon or not? It abruptly disappeared to out of stock. It takes time to make hosting arrangement and then-poof, it's gone. Disappointed.
The SP10 is out of stock. If there will be non paying, we might have some stock available. Monitor the web site. We won't produce more SP10s after June.

SP30 dimensions: 554 X 431 X 88.4 [mm]
SP10 dimensions: 473 X 431 X 55.1 [mm]
Is that Depth x Width x Height? So the SP30 is deeper (longer case) than the SP10? (And 2U vs 1.25U) Yes and Yes. Information about mounting solution will be published soon.

Specs on the 80mm fans? They look like 80x80x38mm ?
I have two Delta fans in a 4u case and they are loud. These will likely be plenty loud but avoid the higher pitch "whine" of the SP10s?
Early measurements shows that from 1m distance the SP30 noise level will be ~68dB (PSU side, fans at 80%, power supplies at max load). We'll have exact figures only when the ASICs will arrive. Under same conditions, the SP10 noise level is ~74dB The fans specs: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xf4j86aceagk50t/FD128038HB-S%282W7YM%29%2BC-ROHS.PDF

The scuttlebutt from somebody who's been to their office there near the Gaza Strip with the two abandoned buses out front, assures me that they're the real McCoy, in spite of not having an office comparable to some ritzy place. (again, not a diss, but letting you and them know that I'm keeping a pretty good eye on them)
~Bruno Kucinskas
One abandoned bus, which we really don't understand it's purpose. It's not out front but about 200 meters. It's out front HP Indigo more or less. Anyway, we're 400 meters from Intel 22nm FAB, so it's not that deserted place. We're about 25 KM from Gaza strip, not in any disputed territory. We have update on the abandoned bus as well. It seems that it being re-purpose by someone as a cantina:

If I preorder the SP30, will I am able to request a refund before the shipping date?
No

Are either of those options going to keep decibel levels below 70db? And as a few side questions, will you still be offering any tech support for SP-10's once you stop manufacturing them? Would Spondoolies ever consider getting into manufacturing Scrypt ASIC's or are they primarily dug in with SHA-256?
Yes, yes and yes

@spondoolies Have you decided on the sp30s PSU model yet?
Also, enjoy your weekend.
We are still in the process of qualifying two sources: Emerson DS1200-3-002 and Murata D1U3CS‐W‐1300F‐12‐HA4EC Thanks

Will Spondoolies stop production of the SP-10 after June or will they still make them as well as the SP-30?
Mid June will be the last batch of SP-10 Will there be any plan to make an ASIC that requires less power then the SP-30 or are you focusing mainly on larger units that do industrial grade mining? Planning and producing a new product takes 3 months. We've tried to offer SP30 home edition (half the power of SP30) for September, and there was no demand (almost)

@ Spondoolies,
How much delay are you expecting regarding payment confirmations?
No delays at all. Katya go over the list of the bank statements every working day in Israel. International wire transfers can take up to 4 business days. my most recent took less than 48 hours - paid Monday confirmed by the time I got outta bed on Wednesday. Hmmm nice, I'm now at 74 hours And both banks are within the SEPA zone, Netherlands to Czech republic. But we shall see tomorrow morning that is quite a long time for a SEPA tx, however, I do use a bank who are very bitcoin friendly - even my withdraws from Kraken BTC exchange usually land in my bank within 2 hours. Have you spoken to your bank about the delay? what have they advised? No not yet, I'll wait untill tomorrow like 14:00 or so, if spondoolies hasn't confirmed my transaction by then I will check with my bank. Normally if something is wrong with the transaction they notify me. Working days in Israel are Sunday - Thursday. Contact sales@ with your order number and we'll check on Friday.

Hi SPONDOOLIES TECH.
Please , yesterday I wrote you a few questions on your form. Can you give me an answer please? I would like to purchase miner SP30. In the future more, maybe 10pcs. But now, i have limited time to spend around 10 000€.
If you do not reply me in time, I shall be compelled to find another company that will satisfy me.
With best regards
Koist Branislav.
We've replied to your questions. Due to the Holiday in Israel, it took more time than usual. Please be patient.

Any word if the SP30 is going to be as noisy as the SP10?
The SP30 will be less noisy. We'll publish it's db level soon.

Due to Holiday in Israel today, we'll handle support@ requests slower. In case of hosting issues (Eligius down time), we'll compensate.

All in stock SP10 were ordered. Next production run is mid June.
If there will be cancellation or non paying, we'll open "immediate delivery" stock.
Ohhh!! I ordered my unit yesterday, but payment is still pending. I did do a wire transfer yesterday at around 6PM CET so I hope it clears today. I will still get my unit though right? Another question, I wasn't allowed to use a # in my transfer notes at the bank, will this be a problem? Grt. Bunny All the paid pending orders will be shipped immediately after we confirm the funds in our account.
