2041  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bulls vs Bucks game 3 discussion on: April 23, 2022, 01:27:12 PM
The ball is round and we can't tell. I don't know who will replace Middleton here but I think it will be Pat Connaughton though they will miss that presence of Chris that can blow some good shooting on their side, it will be a shame if they can't defend their title.
Middleton is suddenly not anymore a factor in the discussion, they would miss him the entire first round but it seems the team does not need him to win the series. Game 4 is crucial, if Bulls will not even the series it will end in 5.
Wow will this be the 2021  finals? It seems they need the presence nof Middleton here since they got the win and they extend the lead to double digits. I wonder but I think they'll gonna defend this championship performance and maybe malke it to the Eastern Conference Finals.  Seems Allen and Portis presence was a smart move by Budenholzer.
Bobby Portis was already part of the rotation, and now he replaces Middleton as the starting fight and it did great wonders to the Bucks. So him and Allen are the X factor as they build a good lead and the Bulls didn't have the legs to make a comeback. So now the Bucks lead the series and it's time for the Bulls to respond.
Well, that was a surprise as they crawl to get this game 3 buta the question now is would they get the same momentum from game 4 and the succeeding games? That's still a speculation and would be a card to be flipped and it's still a surprise for those who may want to tune in this game. I'm rooting for the Bulls here to be fairly bias but they are an underdog and a dark horse if we take a look at it.

People will speculate if you don't give a more specific details on what you're trying to get in here. So, it's a new Bitcoin casino system then we will assume that you have developed it and you want to ask an opinion from the forum, is that what you're trying to express here?
2045  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do anonymous whales plan to do with their btc and they didn't pay taxes? on: April 22, 2022, 06:48:09 AM
We never know and it has lot of different reasons we can draw in it. It could either be they're too bullish just like what mk4 just said, we may never know if those bitcoins that hasn't yet move are already lost, they have price ranges to sell for, it could have significant reasons.

Think about it, if they didnt sell in 2007/2008 when the then ATH was $20,000 and
didnt sell this time around at the ATH of $68,000, they are long term HODLers.
You got it wrong right there, should be 2017/2018 to be exact, others will be confused if they read it, especially the newbies.
2046  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The trend is your friend if you know how to identify it)) on: April 22, 2022, 03:45:41 AM
You don't need many sites to read news about the coin like the post above if you want to see all news about Bitcoin or altcoin there is only one website that I use.

Here's the website below it also has trends and you can able to join and comment.

And if you want to learn more about trading and learn more about patterns and trends you should study Technical Analysis(TA) there is an awesome source that you can check below

Scroll down and look for Technical Analysis and also learn about Fundamental Analysis(FA)
I guess I'm going with this approach as well, I'm more into the minimalist side of stuffs too and don't want to clutter the views and opinions from a lot of sources. I thank you for this great resources @BitMaxz and it's now on my bookmark lists. Haven't really gone into cryptopanic before and exploring the site really amused me, it's simple and a classic looking style of UI/UX. Appreciate it.
2047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High Rollers on: April 22, 2022, 12:56:07 AM
Highrollers typically aims the rakeback and Casino promotion that's why they keep on betting huge amount despite they are losing some since they will get a reward for doing it while having a chance to win at the same time. High rollers is not dumb as think that they are just burning money out of greediness. They are only breakeven when they lose there bets when they claim rake back and cashback while extra profit on tournaments and the potential win on there bet.
This works for poker and maybe for some other rare cases (maybe betting under certain conditions if there are bonuses, rakebacks or something similar for the money wagered). An ordinary gambler in a casino does not receive anything other than "free" bets, but in fact these bets are already paid for by him (more precisely, by the amount of money he lost).
What if the rake back isn't worth it at the end? It's a good thing if the casino doesn't only rewards high rollers for a rakeback but offers other incentives too but I think there are casinos that has limits on what they could offer. I guess high rollers nowadays do tend to find some shelter that caters a lot of bonuses and doesn't only focus on rake backs.

2050  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Isa kaba sa my mga bitcoin or any crypto noon? on: April 21, 2022, 11:22:45 AM
Nakita ko na na talagang tataas ang Bitcoin dati pa, pero ... I did not follow my own instincts.

But as of now, eh, wala, nothing to show.

Until now, tataas at tataas pa yan, so kung makaka ipon ka, ipon. Kumita ka sa normal / regular trabaho, mag tabi at gawin bitcoin, don't touch it for 5 years or 10 years.

Take note nalang na marami pang room for growth kay Bitcoin or sa cryptocurrency as a whole. Kung mapapansin niyo ang market cap rito ng mga assets https://8marketcap.com/ lalo na yung Ethereum, malaki ang chance nito na makaabot sa 1T mark, fingers crossed and imagine how much percentage increase is that? Payong kapatid lang at to broaden everyone's horizon.
2051  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It seems that more people taking crypto trading as full time job on: April 20, 2022, 04:09:25 PM
Apparently, trading has become a new trend in terms of earning money online. Come to see and hear that majority took online jobs to have the knowledge about trading as well, and they might try it. But whether they got the opportunity, trading couldn't be considered a safe earning job, the risk behind trading is high and losses could be possible.
I believe some did and took the job as full-time traders and they are possibly earning more compared to offices jobs. Honestly, here in trading, earning more is quite possible if you are really good in this.
Let's be honest, this is a lot more difficult work than office work. Among other things, in order to engage in trading all the time, you need to have very strong nerves, iron discipline and a very large knowledge base with a constant desire to learn and develop. I have heard many times that this is an interesting activity and many people like it, but I very rarely hear that trading brings a stable income. There are people who can make good money on this, but there are very few of them, most of them lose money.
Some or I say most think it's the gateway to a better income because they saw a guy earning that much in trading but some/most don't asked these questions like "is it worth it?" or "is it for me"? There's no easy tasks or jobs unless you master it and trading isn't an exception in this field, you really need knowledge, experience and most and crucial one is the discipline and behavior in oneself.

I suggest if they still have work, they should at least consider not to resign that early just to pursue trading. They can still stay and make trading more like of a part time job, then, if ready, knowledgeable enough, has experience, and has enough capital to start trading (I'd say average capital like $5k - up) then I guess that's the time.
2052  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Animoca Brands on: April 20, 2022, 10:25:33 AM
Launchblock.com, the borderless incubator for raising funds & scaling projects across the GameFi, NFT financing, Defi and the entire Cryptocurrency Space, announced today that it has secured funding from Animoca Brands, making them the lead investor in the project.

https://medium.com/@launchblockcom/9108172e9c9b
I personally eyeing this incubator project and after seeing the news that they secured funding from Animoca Brands, I guess I may get a percentage from my stablecoin portfolio. I get to know Launchblock when Nicholas Merten (DataDash) advertised it in his channel and from now on it was still on my watchlists.

2054  Economy / Gambling / Re: How do you advertise your casino? on: April 19, 2022, 03:00:19 PM
Thank you everyone for your answers! Seems like signature campaigns will be my first move.
Definitely. You can hire a signature campaign manager and check the list of best campaign managers here in the forum by navigating this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4412712.0. It's not bad to conduct a signature design contest too since I haven't seen any recently that does it, it's a nice strategy too to promote one casino/product/company. Who else does agree?
2055  Economy / Gambling / Re: Question for regular casino players. Will you use Lightning if available? on: April 19, 2022, 08:48:09 AM
Will you use the Lightning Network if available? Or will you continue to use whichever altcoin you're currently using?
I guess yes, definitely a good addition and not a burden for something that is a headache for years now, these transaction fees. If there's an alternative and much lower in gas fees, that's definitely a trade-off and definitely would go to altcoins that is much cheaper compare to Bitcoin's lightning network. Simple as it is, people like cheap or something close to a free.
2056  Economy / Gambling / Re: How do you advertise your casino? on: April 19, 2022, 07:33:03 AM
Hello guys, I'm new here  Grin

I will launch my first casino in a few months and I was curious how do you advertise it? How much bankroll you had when you opened your first casino? Have you learned from your mistakes and if yes, what mistakes cost you a lot of money?

I appreciate every answer and thank you!

Try the signature campaign here, if you take a look at my profile and my footer you'll notice I am wearing an advertisement from a casino, this is the thing here but you may conduct competitions as well here like graphic or art contests. I think you need to consider opening a smaller bankroll if indeed you're new in the business, just for safety purposes. We, humans, learn from mistakes but we can't ignore that we can get it again, what really cost us money in gambling is greediness.
2057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best online sportsbooks this 2022 on: April 18, 2022, 06:03:53 PM
The best online sports books from year to year, in betting there will definitely be heroes and there will be villains, there will definitely be wins and there will definitely be losses, every time I make a bet I will definitely make a bet on the sport I'm interested in, lose and win it's normal, but at least I understand what I'm betting on, because I've watched the clubs I place bets on, I always place bets on soccer, sometimes I make bets online, and sometimes I place bets for real and openly.
I think bests will always be subjective since we have all unique tastes even on what casino, sportsbooks or other things to look into. It's all about gambling, but mostly will agree that we've had more losses than wins in real life of gambling, I'd say it's rare to see gamblers who even have 70% winning chance in his/her career as a gambler.

Yes exactly. Most people here like bonuses, but while bonuses are nice, I settle with the platform I'm already accustomed to and know some of the support people. Also, UI matters to me, so if the platform is not easy to navigate, it's already a no-go but for some, they'd choose flashy and over-the-top platforms with lots of designs. It depends mainly on user preference, but if we have some criteria on choosing like promotions or something, then perhaps this question will have a sensible answer.
I settle with the reputation on some sites and if I'm accustomed as well. These days most do prefer some fancy UI but I think even just a decent one will do as long as it caters to the other necessities on your end. Maybe a poll for what users do like or their preference for the best casino/sportsbook will do considering we won't arrive at an answer if it will all just be speculation, it needs data.

2059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: April 18, 2022, 01:24:31 PM

It was really a surprise that they upset the home team in game 1, but regardless, it's still one game and no one could win a series with one game win only. That win is good as it only tells that the Timberwolves are a good playoff team and they can give a good challenge to the Grizzlies.

The Timberwolves are now complete with K. Towns and Edwards is playing really well with Patrick Beverly of course, Memphis will face some hardship to win this series and tomorrow should be their best game ever because they cannot afford to lose one more game on their home court because when they go to Minnesota, they will be surprised about the enthusiastic fans that will gonna ruin their mood. NBA fans are right, Wolves are a bad match for the Grizzlies.

Patrick Beverley is giving Ja the hard time. He's like a small version of Dennis Rodman way back in the 80s, I mean the Piston era.

Whoever stars that will be assigned to him will really need to step up and gas a full tank to avoid that sticky defense of Beverly. While on the Wolves

offense, the trio of KAT, D'Russ and Edwards is a pain in the ass, Memphis needs to adjust this coming game 2 else, they'll going to have a big

problem in both offense and defense against these young core of Minnesota,.
I don't know how but Pat Bev is an annoying and psychology expert in the field of defense and they should know you wouldn't get onto his game. I remind him of what Lance Stephenson was doing way back on the Indiana Pacers when they face Miami or other teams during the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Meralco has it. They have the playing performance that can beat Ginebra and their capability to get from behind is one of those. If they managed to get a big lead during the early quarters, they might have a chance to win the game as they are good in protecting a big lead.

They can beat Ginebra in game 6 because we are going to see a game 7. The game will be on Wednesday, not many fans will see but if this series will have a game 7, by Saturday we will surely see the biggest crowd in this series and that is because of the Ginebra kings.

Meralco Bolts ML is already lock-in in game 6.
Do you think it was a cooked game after all? Who knows but if the Ginebra will play like what they have played during the recent game then it should make sense not to have a glimpse of this game 7. They might be locked in for this game but I'd say the same with the Ginebra.
