Guys i wanted to discuss about quantum computers, How will they affect BTC

1st thing is that these computers will be 1000s of times faster than the current super computer so my question is what will happen to the difficulty if it rises like a rocket then the price of BTC will also rise like a rocket?

2nd thing is hacking, When these computers get to the consumer market won't hacking become a problem?

Edit: One more question will this also mean the 21 million bitcoins will be made faster?

Hi i have questions about stellar.

1) How did the price of stellar got settled? Like rightnow its 0.004 per 1000 stellar
2) It will be a perfect scam to make a coin like stellar, keep tons for myself and when the hyip or price rises sell all of it?

Don't you think its a scam? It would cost the maker about like 2 BTC at max to make the coins and now if he as 25% of total amount he can get tons of btc?

I am not asking for your btc. As you know many people make hyip to scam people and they give unbelievable returns and some suckers get sucked by those people and the admin runs away with all the money!
I made a plan for the admin of the site, Like they can keep running a hyip with acceptable interest rate. And they can't just multiply the investors amount so i found a place where hyip admins can invest money and get good returns for themself and their investors.

So basically what i will give for 2 dollars is
a name of site (not hyip, trading forex etc)
