1141  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: new APP project on: September 24, 2017, 06:57:39 PM
Well as you said you have mapped out your idea, I would like to know, what results did your SWOT analysis showed? Mind sharing with us the app idea? Every idea in theory works but only a few work in the real life. Also have you made the business model canvas? Have you sorted out the customer segment? Have you made a marketing demand chart for the marketing team? If you haven't done any of these you are no where near to run a business. If you are serious enough for your project, Please do yourself a favor and do the following things i have mentioned above. Also You won't get any investors onboard by just idea, Make the thing, show it to the investors and get the things going, Unless you want the seed money. Then you can try your luck on the local forums and maybe here on bitcointalk too.
1142  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Processor for bitcoins on: September 24, 2017, 05:43:21 PM
Well you can choose any of the payment Processors, it doesn't matter which one you choose, almost all of them have the basic "Receive" and "Send" Capability. Just make sure you don't give access to your "access-Token" to the client and you shouldn't face any problems. Personally i have used blocktrail for my projects but i don't see why blockchain.info won't work for you. Good Luck.

Thank you.

Is there anyway on blockchain or any other processor to automatically process a withdrawal upon user request.
For example, if the minimum withdrawal is lets say 10 mbtc, can I set that as a minimum and have automatic withdrawals or are all withdrawals manually done?

Well looks like you aren't a programmer yourself (I am Not being Rude), usually you would check user balance before you call out the "send api", A simple "if" statement will do the job for you, as for these api's having a minimum withdrawal, i don't think so. You can make a script which will do this for you. You have to check the user balance from the database and when ever the user requests a "withdrawal" just check if his balance is > minimumWithdrawAmount.

A Sample Code will look like this.

$balance;
$minimumWithdrawAmount;

if($balance > $minimumWithdrawAmount) {
    //Call the Send API Below.
}

Thank you so much for your help.

No I'm not a developer myself, I have  devs working on this project. I just wanted to know what my options were.

Thank again.

Gotcha! You are welcome dude. Just letting you know, Any dev who has worked with any sort of api's before, this task should be a walk in the park for them, the things are so simplified that all it takes is twenty lines of code at max to set up a function, which will "Check" then "Deduct" and finally Send the Payment to user who requested the withdrawal. Anyway Good Luck with this project. Smiley

1146  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin and Deep Neural Networks, Introducing Evolution One. on: September 19, 2017, 10:19:26 AM
You should focus as much as on the news as you focus on the data. Many of people who buy bitcoins are here just for quick profits, the moment they say things going south, they cashout. I agree with ferumflix.

News data will be essential for the AI here is an example, on a pump day, there will be lots of tweets, same is true on a dump date, how will the neural network differentiate. The future trends? The answer is in understanding the context. Will it be able to do that?
1147  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: what do you do when your idea is taken ? on: September 18, 2017, 10:27:54 AM
You actually started first but someone else does it first. do you still launch as competition or quit give up and go back in the closet ?

There is no business out their without competition, so keep that in mind. Ebay has Amazon, PayPal has bitcoin etc. Every business has one, you just have to come up with a unique strategy which will benefit your customer. Because once you get the customers on your side, your business will boom. Well that's my opinion.
1148  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin and Deep Neural Networks, Introducing Evolution One. on: September 18, 2017, 04:47:54 AM
Wow, if you guys can pull this off, it will be a game changer. I have a few questions, from where are you getting your data? From which exchange? And how many years of data is the AI is being trained on? Really excited for this project. Good luck!
1149  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: ELECTRUM ISSUES - NEED HELP TO TRACK LOST BITCOIN? on: September 18, 2017, 04:26:10 AM
Hi,

I just did my first Bitcoin Withdrawl to my electrum wallet but seeming to have some issues.

The exchange says the transaction was completed more than 12 hours ago but my wallet shows nothing. I am always really confused with how the wallet behaves.

AT the time of installing the wallet, I set-up a password. The imstallation created no "start-up" entries or desktop icons etc and it only starts with the installer file and never asks me for the password. The wallet address shown on "receive" tab seems unchanged though and is the same as that shown on the exchange. I created the transaction on the "receive" tab before requesting the transfer, however once i restarted my laptop, the transaction was missing from there.

I wonder if I am installing and starting electrum correctly? and what are the steps I can take from here to track the ost bitcoin?

Thanks

Are you sure you are using the same "wallet" in electrum? If you have more than 1 wallet, then goto file > recently opened and see from which "wallet" you actually transferred the bitcoins from. This can happen if you don't pay attention.

Also from where did you get your electrum copy from? Did you download it from electrum.org or somewhere else?
1150  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin starts to rise on: September 15, 2017, 03:39:18 PM
a few hours ago I noticed bitcoin had started to rise. and now it has reached $ 3409.97. What do you think ?

Well this is not something new, it has happened quite a few times, the only people who profit off from these dumps are the whales, newbies panic, and start to sell,  when the price reaches what they want, they buy again and the cycle goes on.
1151  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The 70 000 000 000 $ question on: September 15, 2017, 12:12:08 PM
Hahahaha, 70 billions evaporated and nobody on this forum has a clue to explain what happened?

Well you clearly don't understand how coin market cap calculates its market evaluation. There is no true market evaluation of bitcoin. It's just plain bitcoin in circulation x price of bitcoin, so it never was a 70 billion dollar question. It's just trolls like you who don't have a single clue about what's going on.
1152  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: About Bitcoin Mobile Wallet (Google Play) on: September 15, 2017, 12:06:41 PM
Btw i won't recommend you to use 3rd party wallets which are play store, many of them don't allow you to save the seed and some are just plain there to steal your bitcoins, so don't go the mobile way.

Use something like electrum for desktop, they are lite wallets and are open source.
1153  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Hosting of cyrpto services on: September 15, 2017, 12:01:35 PM
Well you can host your own servers if you don't want the  government to put their nose in your business, all you need is a good internet connection. As for what big exchanges use, well i think no one can answer that.
1154  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin below $3000: "Good buy" or "Goodbye"? on: September 15, 2017, 11:51:07 AM
I am a big bitcoin supporter, but this was expected the way the Bitcoin price rose. There was a massive pump in my opinion, the max stable price i expect is around 1800 dollars. There was no significant breakthrough in bitcoin which could have caused that rise. Plus the recent China ban has made the situation worse. Fingers crossed for the next two months.
1155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Smart inputs? on: September 15, 2017, 11:39:12 AM
I have a question regarding inputs, let's say i have 3 inputs, two of them have 0.015 btc and one has 0.03 btc, let's say i have to send 0.03 btc, my question is are the wallets like electrum smart enough to use the single input or they will use the inputs randomly.
1156  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: MMORPG Development -- Crypto Integration Options?? on: September 13, 2017, 02:05:18 PM
Well, you can go with your own in game currency, just make sure you do all the transactions on the server side, plus the game will require heavy server usage, spawning the monsters on server and calculating when it was killed will be the main challenge here, it's not as easy as implementing a simple api. It has to work in hand with the game. There will be lots of challenges ahead, just make sure you plan this out, properly.

P. S
List your coin on an exchange, and allow users to trade coins in game too.
1157  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: New project launch need dev team with high social media following. on: September 13, 2017, 01:54:11 PM
Well this is shady as hell in my opinion, why do you want someone with high following? Why aren't you promoting your own developers, Who made the whole project for you.  Are they not worthy enough? Plus will you allow the developer to go through your code to find exploits it may have?
1158  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I am Planning to make my own Exchange on: September 13, 2017, 01:50:02 PM
Hi there.

I am wanting to make my own exchange.

Can you tell me some requirements I need to have in order to make one?
Do I need any legal documents in order to make my exchange?

Well it depends in which country you are currently living, different countries have different rules and regulations.

As for other things, you need trust worthy developers, plus you need to have high enough trust in the Bitcoin community, no one will trust you with their funds.

I will recommend you to stay out of it, it's not a newbie friendly business.

Wow scammers these day, don't even bother to make the website look legit, putting up an ssl certificate doesn't makes your website legit op! Stop before you get some red dt2 members. Plus this is the wrong section to post this kind of stuff!
