Recreate? It will be a waste of time and resources. What would be the difference if the main problem is in cloudflare itself. Also there are lots of cases that cloudflare is not doing good to other sites too these past few days. Category 3 is like premium seating. Cat 5 accounts for around 70% of the seats and it is the more affordable one.

For example, for ₱2,499 you can purchase a team pass which will allow you to watch all the 5 matches of your team in first round and second round. The chance of seeing the US team play PH team is still unknown. But still, 500 per match is cheap, only category 5 seats and its already out of stock/slot.
