You made an interesting calculations in Op, even though there are some assumptions, it could be a guide to further predictions. Concerning the question you raised about Bitcoin price in the long term. The word long-term is somewhat generic. In my own definition, I can say that from 1 to 2yrs is not a long-term. Maybe from 5yrs to 10yrs can be the long term in my thought. And if my thought be the thought of others, 10yrs is big to predict what could happen in bitcoin. Technology is moving phasing in and phasing out, by 10yrs who knows bitcoin could be hard forked again and who knows it might not. Perhaps the price could hit $200,000 Ok, let's point it this way, maybe he is referring to the next bull run? somewhat along 2024-2025 because that's we're the baseline of speculations is, for the price to hit 6 digits or at least $100,000. This is predicted in 2021 and it didn't happen, so we make our own assumptions just like the OP and see the price as somewhat intersecting on that direction as well. I guess the bull run will always be the same, prices go up, massive spike and every time we hit a new all time high and this could happen again and 6 digit should be now the starting point. |

A tune-up fight is supposed to be a guaranteed win for your fighter because a bigger battle is coming. It is just a match to condition his body.

Gambling school is actually a pretty interesting idea, but I'm not surprised to see that there are quite a few out there. Now while it's important to learn about anything that involves putting money at risk, just like with finance, you don't need to pay anyone if you have the time to sit down and educate yourself. My dad read countless blackjack books and always did very well, typically making a trip to vegas to play at least once a year. It's time consuming but will pay off!
Yes, I think black-jack and poker have so many training books in existence as early as the beginning of this game. But since we are in the information age, I do not think that schools would be a good idea. It's based on pure luck with the rest of the others games. So it's better to just used the money that you would think to used for this so-called gambling school and learn everything while going to the experience. And as the saying, experience is the best teacher and there is nothing that means a lot than in gambling. |

Even those who do not want to trade should be buying now. Bitcoin is not for traders only. In fact, I should say that Bitcoin is more for hodlers than traders. Traders could acquire loss over time. Hodlers don't. They are instead stacking more and more sats as soon as they get hold of some extra money. The good thing with hodlers is that they are kind of error-proof because they're just keeping their coins safe, unlike traders who could do some wrong decisions in their trades. Yeah, perhaps it's just the semantics, traders/investors/speculators. And I do agree, if there are individuals that doesn't want complications then it's better to just buy and hold Bitcoin. But there are people who loves the volatility and all the action that the market can bring to them, maybe they are up almost all the time and watching the price either going up and down and then they will make their move. I bought my first 500 XRP yesterday and plan to DCA while these prices are low. I am aiming to get to 5000 and plant to hold till 2024 at least.
I don’t know too much about XRP to be honest but it seems to be getting a lot of news lately and I just watched a video of some guy saying it can reach $200 by 2030.
This sounds way over the top to me , that would make it over a 500x from current price so just wondering if this is realistic? Be interesting to hear arguments for and against this price prediction.
If someone could explain what is currently going on with XRP lately and why it is in the news so much?
It's gonna be hard though, I mean the case by the SEC against them is still on infancy stage, lots of back and forth and we really don't know who is winning or not. So I would say that $200 is far fetch for now, even in the last bull run, it didn't enjoy what other coins have been experiencing because of the said case. Goodluck though, if in the next bull run, XRP didn't achieved that potential then maybe it's about time to move to others coins, don't waste your money and your time on something that it won't give you profits, just saying. |

Yes, although I'm a big fan of Tsitsipas, seems that he is really broken up mentally in that game. I mean you had a huge lead in the first set, how can he let Coric come back strong and win it? And in the second set it was all Coric, Tsitsipas has no answer and as you have said, great winning shots so he can't be denied. Will look for him of course in the next Grand Slam, or maybe he could be the dark horse of that tournament if he get to the quarterfinals. |

Ramirez could be dangerous but not against Bivol who schooled one of the best technical boxers of this generation, Canelo Alvarez, if Bivol fight the way he does when he fought Canelo then Bivol will have the victory, either by knockout or by decision.
But Ramirez is different from Canelo where the former is used in fighting in the Light-Heavyweight division compare to the latter. Either way, Ramirez is a good pick since he dominated the Super middleweight division before taking fights at Light-Heavyweight. Are you expecting $10k over the next 2 years? I think you are overly optimistic. As usual, eth price increases with each new cycle, but I think your expectations are too high. $3k is likely to be reached next on the next bull run, but $10k is unlikely, let alone eth flip btc. That definitely won't happen.
The next ATH target of $10 is not high because in the previous ATH cycle some people assumed it was difficult to reach $3k but in fact every ATH price is very high. So it's definitely $10k for potential new ATH but it will take a few years to hit the highs. Why not? it almost reach $5,000 during the last bull run if I'm not mistaken, and that will be just x2 of it so it's very possible that it can be touch. Specially that they have this merger in the horizon, as it almost push the price to $2,000 and maybe next month when it will be roll out, it could hit $2,000++ for that big news. So the potential is there, as we all know that Ethereum is the prime mover as far as altcoin market is concern. It will just take patience a lot of them as the next bull run might be in two years, 2024-2025. |

What is happening to AJ? Has he lost his drive, his motivation, his hunger? I mean, because I do not understand what's been going on with this champ. Has he made so much money that his heart in no longer in the sport? Totally appalled and embarrassed with his performance in the ring. The AJ I watched today stands no fighting chance against Fury and Wilder.
Yeah I agree there's so much hesitation on his part he is very tentative he just waited and waited for Usyk to come in and he is in a defensive mode, I thought he'll going to do another performance as he did with Ruiz, but it seems its a continuation on where both fighters left off, now the boxing community will take Usyk seriously and might pit him against Fury or Wilder. Usyk could be the greatest heavyweight boxer of this generation after all, and I wonder what's next for Joshua. Well looking at the scores, if Joshua will just have enough push in rounds 10-12, he could have been the winner. He just had a good round 9, but in round 10 and onwards, his legs is gone, seems to gassing out as there is no power from his punch. Let's hear from Fury, maybe he will get out of retirement? Throughout the years I have just been holding bitcoin and ethereum in a non-custodial wallet but now I have decided to diversify my portfolio.
There are a lot of potential altcoins out there and I have picked up a few. Storing altcoins on an exchange id obviously not the right thing to do.
While I know that hardware wallet would be the best place to store altcoins I want to know other options as well.
Thinking about long term perspective.
Long term perspective? then you should go with a hardware wallet, the thing is that maybe the altcoins that you want to invest might not be supported by them. 1. For now, I have been thinking to store them on a non-custodial wallet but then again which wallet should it be ? My choice would be Exodus but let me know which one is best.
2. Would it better to store different altcoins in different wallets or decrease the hassle of maintaining different wallets and settle down with just one with all the coins.
One drawback of Exodus wallet is that it is closed source, meaning you can't look at the code and see if there is some vulnerabilities. And as far as my experience with it way back, the fees are too high and I can't manually change it. So maybe its better to hold on different wallet, I know it's going to be complicated at times, but I guess putting your eggs in one basket is not good in crypto, in my opinion. |

Cruiserweight is to much for Canelo. Not only boxers there are heavier and stronger, but they are often taller. He would have to go to close distance to have any success, but his face will be smashed with heavy jabs all the time. Besides, he has only two fights in light heavy. A loss to Bivol, and a victory over Kovalev, who seems to be selling his belt for several millions, instead of boxing, plus he was not in his prime already. Light weight has still bunch of good opponents for Canelo, if he finds middleweight or super middle weight boring or empty for him.
The loss to Bivol was not as simple as it sounds. I watched the highlights and at the most Canelo won a maximum of 2-3 rounds (out of 12). The scorecard didn't reflected what happened on the ring, because the judges were biased towards Canelo (similar to what happened during Canelo vs GGG). Bivol just smashed Canelo to pulp and completely dominated the match. If Canelo still feels confident about this weight class, then he can set up a rematch with Bivol. A more intelligent option would be to remain at 160/168. Yes, that will be the smart move, 160/168 lbs might be suitable for him for now, as there are no fighter in that division that can bring Canelo more millions. 175 is very different, Bivol as we saw how Canelo got destroyed and then Beterviev, another one of those champions that is very big for Canelo and has a bigger puncher power than Bivol. Maybe he will let this two fight first and the winner will be Canelo's target for the belt and obviously it's for the money. |

Andrien Borner withdrawal in the fight against Omar is really quite sad, because actually I hope that the fight between Andrien Borner and Omar Figueroa will provide an interesting spectacle because after all Andrien Borner is one of the boxers who is quite good and able to win four division titles, but indeed mental problems make someone have to be handled properly and that reason can be a reasonable reason for his resignation, as a substitute fighter I hope that in the ring Sergey Lipinets will be able to put up a strong fight against Omar Figueroa and become an interesting main fight besides the re-fight that I the most waiting for Oleksandr Usyk vs Anthony Joshua. Sad for who? the boxing fans? I'm not sure if he had one in this boxing community. His antics his trash talking, his brandish style makes casual fans doesn't like this dude. I watched the match on the ladies side between Swiatek and Keys. After Swiatek lost
the first set I put a bet on her to bounce back and win.
The second set was so weird, Keys went 0-5 up and was serving for the match then Swiatek
broke her. She sent her racquet to be restrung and I put a cheeky $1 bet on her again @ 6.0!
she won the next 3 games to bring that set to 4-5 but Keys was able to finish it.
So strange, early on Swiatek couldnt serve, couldnt hit a winner and then to turn a switch
and do the opposite, unfortunately she left it too late.
That is not uncommon at all in Women tennis. The amount of breaks you will see is sometimes just ridiculous and I already have seen numerous comebacks from 5-0 down. Sometimes you also see this on the Men side but a lot less. True, but this is the Women number 1 seed, and she should serve and hold. But it seems that she has to cake a comeback and she is not against a unseeded player. And yes it was too late for him to recover after getting down 5-0 in that match. What is strange is if she makes that comeback and win that game. But it's good the Keys didn't lost his focus on that set and just needed 2 points to win her game against the number 1 player right now. |

Checking on the votes now, it seems majority hasn't own 1 BTC yet, perhaps they are late in the crypto space or it is hard for the masses to really acquire because the price seems to grow that much since like 2017's bull run.
But then again, it's better to have a goal, I mean you can just start small, DCA and accumulate throughout the years that you are in crypto. And you just don't know, slowly your wallet will grow. Thing though is that you should also be prepared mentally about it, because it is not going to be an easy journey.

I cannot tell whether the bear market is over or not. I think we are in the middle of whether we turn bullish or or not. Having said this, I think we have not yet really gotten out of the bear season. There is slight recoveries seen but unless it sustains and $25,000 and even $30,000 is broken, any fall to $20,000 and below is still very open. But I don't think $10,000 is going to happen. Those who are waiting for the $10,000 bus risk of buying at a more expensive rate.
We are somewhat in the middle of it, neither bullish or bearish, short term we can see a change in price obviously, from lowest low of $17,500 and then reaching $25,000 last week, but this could be a indication that we are out of the bear market? No, not by a long shot. The price is just simply fluctuating around that range and a break out could happen any time that would go on either direction. So we should wait for it, because I also doubt that $10,000 or at least a new all time low is going to be hit this year. |
