Hello
Are there any members here associated with charities?
Thanks
For direct association, I have no idea of any. But, I have seen see people promoting and donating bitcoin to charities. For example, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=295211.0EDIT: hilariousandco beat me by less than 1 minute lol.

Do trades with people, and be active on the forum. It is not easy, but you can slowly build up your reputation. (good or bad, depending on your trades lol)

Still waiting... For the "big announcement". ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) OP already made the announcement, not here but in the alt-coin section 2 days ago. lol Another Alt-Coin ? Dont call it a Big Announcement. Call Another Boring Announcement. Don't put a big expectation on newcomers. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) By the way, OP's alt-coin announcement thread is already locked lol.

Each erupter is now running at round 447mhz instead of 333. Not a huge change but it was fun putting it together.
Not a huge change? You got 30+% improvement from 333 to 447. By the way, mhz and mh/s are two different things lol.

Seems that you're right. I haven't been back there for quite some time, as it seems the payout is still way too slow to be worth it.
Not only the payout is slow, but the payment is too low and it simply doesn't worth your time.

- To scam, using the bought account's reputation - To participate in multiple giveaways (although this is forbidden now) - To fake bids in auctions - To leave fake feedback in profiles
I can't think of any legit reason.
To promote a website, or to differenciate accounts, advertise, and so on People register new accounts to scam people or promote a site, but it is not going well. So, they buy established accounts to "improve" their credibility.

You may try localbitcoins, and find a cash trade near you. Of course, you should meet the trader in a public area instead of an empty alley lol.

Spam the link everywhere? lol, just kidding. ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Do you want real people to visit it? Or, you just want traffic for the ad revenue?

Try localbitcoins to see if you can find a trade near you.

Now they're two confirmations on the Blockchain, but none on the exchange, how does that work exactly? Do exchanges only check the confirmations every so often or something?
Most of the exchange would still consider your deposit "pending" until it has 6+ confirmations.

Is there anything that I can do to recover the coins that were added after I encrypted the wallet?
Have you tried to use -salvagewallet for the corrupted wallet? Have you tried to use pywallet.py ?
