Best Regards,

-James

Am I the only one that is underwhelmed by this offering? Maybe its cuz all the CAS coins are out of my budget, but besides them its the same ol same ol lealana listings with a sprinkling of other items. Wish there was a more diverse offering myself. Either way - good luck to the bidders and sellers.

If Stacks would drop the requirement of everything being slabbed and graded, you would probably see some cooler stuff. But I would appreciate it more if we would just see older makers.

The two which stand out AKA within my budget for me in tomorrows auction is the Cryptolater and Nattymind.

Unfortunately the 20% buyers fee is an added extra I am kind of reluctant to pay.
222  Economy / Collectibles / Re: MrHodLClub - CHECK YOUR FUNDING! on: June 18, 2024, 11:57:33 AM
The only person I talk to here is Stackitup. In fact, I shouldn't even be talking here; I have a website and a support email address. He can contact me there. That's where support is, not here.

I will not communicate anything further on any post here or on the forum. If anyone needs help, they should do like 99% of the people and write to me at my company's email address. It concerns only him and me, and none of you.

You love drama too much on this forum. Congratulations, I see you have a lot of time to waste. Best of luck to you in your childishness.

Sincerely.

Thats a bit unfair MrCryptHodl, this is a public forum and anyone is entitled to post in any thread.

You were happy to converse with anyone who had an interest - sale or no, for your collectibles in
the past, so its only courtesy that you answer and try resolve issues and complaints when they
arise here too.
223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers👉Group Stage on: June 18, 2024, 10:51:43 AM
You really expect a team that has this guy will perform?

Ukraine is overrated just because they have few players that shine in Europe:

Dovbyk, Girona's striker.
Lunin, Real Madrid's goalkeeper.
Zinchenko, Arsenal's defender.

While the rest of them are just mediocre players that play in their domestic league, same to Belgium, I'd say Ukraine and Norway are nothing different, they have few good players, but they will not win, it's a good moment to bet against them.
Surprises can happen in football and no big teams can avoid bad days for them. Ukraine and Belgium had their bad days in first matches in Euro 2024 but the Euro is still going and they still have two more matches to correct mistakes.

Belgium played not too bad but they lacked of luckiness to at least have an equalizer goal and their players like Lukaku and Doku are responsible for some wasted chances and not best decisions they made like pass or shot.

With Ukraine, they did not play well to get any sympathy for their first defeated match and Lunin with experience at Real Madrid at highest level like Champions League, can do better.

Yes surprises can happen for sure, IMO all three matches from yesterday were surprise results

Romania 3 - 0 Ukraine - maybe not a massive surprise, its just the 3 goals scored without reply
Belgium 0 - 1 Slovakia -  obviously nobody expected this result
Austria 0 - 1 France - a surprise that France could only score once.

Big worry for France last night in the injury of Mbappe, he wont need surgery and they are looking
to have a special mask made for him to get him playing again at the tournament.
Any team is bigger than one player but Mbappe is definitely a big loss while he is out.

How do I know if it's series 1 or 2? The coin has 2012 printed on the front.

Link to a pic of the hologram, we need to see both sides of the coin!
227  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SHOW&TELL] Block Family - BTCC 25 BTC Error and Ballet 2020 Halving on: June 17, 2024, 07:47:31 PM
Oh holy good fcuk, this is in the unobtanium sector.

Very nice and very well done!

Over on my pyramid thread the likes of Coldkey would be even outside any placing on that
pyramid of collectibles, these along with the Bitbills set. would also be outside the pyramid
but at the opposite end!

The photos aren't great, but if there's enough interest I can get them out of their safe space and do a higher quality shot with some other pieces.

There was a brief mention of a thread dedicated to pics of members collectibles, if that
ever happened, these of the Bitbills set should be the first post perhaps?

I did make a thread years ago here for ANYTHING COLLECTABLE.}}}  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5107629.0

Ah yes I remember that, it should be pinned to the top of the board, would Cyrus be
able to take care of that?

229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers👉Group Stage on: June 17, 2024, 12:30:19 PM
Belgium and France favourites for today, 1.48 and 1.58
I dare to take those odds for these two matches. Belgium will get full points but I dare not speculate how many scores will occur in this match because Slovakia has a fairly strong defense.
France can also be predicted to win over Austria because the French squad is very complete.

Romania v Ukraine - Ukraine are favourites but I wouldnt fancy betting on either team.
Why not try to see the chances of betting on both teams to score. I think it would be good to complete the multi bet list.

Combo on Belgium and France to win is 2.33, thats nice odds.

Belgium - Slovakia: Belgium have players who are capable of creating goal scoring chances. They scored 22 goals in 8 matches in the qualifying group. I think this match will finish over 2,5 goals.

Thats interesting, over 3.0 odds are 2.38

Austria - France: France are one of the favorites of this tournament. They will beat Austria in this match. But I will bet on both teams to score goals in this match.

I think there is a better chance for an over bet here, Over 3.0 @ 2.34. France have
bigger capabilities for scoring and their win probability is 61% and too many world
class players to pick from.
230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers👉Group Stage on: June 17, 2024, 07:37:33 AM
Anyone else also think that betting on Euro 2024 looks easy in this first week?
All of the favorite teams from groups A, B, C and D have won and it looks like France and Belgium will also win easily tomorrow.
Idk why but I suspect that we might see many of unpredicted results in the next week.

Yes, possibly betting on the favourites in the group stages is a good tactic. The exception
of the weekend was Slovenia v Denmark, for me that was an unexpected result, Denmark
pre match were favourite and a bat time to leak a goat in the 77th minute.

Belgium and France favourites for today, 1.48 and 1.58

Romania v Ukraine - Ukraine are favourites but I wouldnt fancy betting on either team.
231  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SHOW&TELL] Bitbills - Complete Set on: June 16, 2024, 08:41:22 PM
Good lord almighty this is a beautiful set of BitBills you have right!  I know Krogo especially loved this post (nobody loves a nice BitBill more than that man).

I appreciate you sharing too.  I think a lot of us have some cool stuff that we tend to keep to ourselves, and I certainly understand that, but it's also nice just to see some cool shit being posted.  I will share a few of my rarities over the next couple days as I think you've inspired me a bit ( would be cool if others did the same ).  I don't have anything that's going to come close to this bitcoin amount wise, but I've got some very rare stuff, a few things I'm confident no one else on the forum has.

Cheers!

It might be nice actually to create a community [SHOW & TELL] thread ans have it Pinned
to the top of the board!
232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 16, 2024, 08:24:15 PM
Finals today at Hertogenbosch

Mens final: De Minaur v Korda, 6-2, 6-4
Womens Final: Andreescu v Samsonova, 6-4, 3-6, 5-7

Next week Alcaraz is playing Queens, Sinner, Zverev and Medvedev are playing Halle,
Looks like Carlos could have it all his own way at Queens but even if he wins that and
Wimbledon he still cant catch Sinner at no.1
233  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers👉Group Stage on: June 16, 2024, 08:11:05 PM
The 1st half between England and Serbia has been completed.
Bellingam is something different, he scored the 1st goal showing his domiance.

Cant see how England could even lose points today, the need to do a big mistake to concede a goal.

Watching it now also, its all Serbia now after the break. The odds on them to win
were 20.0 just at the start of the second half, they are 4.5 now. They have upped the
pace of the game and England seem to have lost their shape.

BTW, where was Kane in the first half? he was kind of out of the game.

Serbia just missed a great chance...
234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Rugby] Union / League / Super / Sixes Sevens Pro14 / Cups & Tours / Olympics on: June 16, 2024, 06:37:23 PM
Sea Eagles and Panthers won today as expected, panthers up to 2nd, Sea Eagles into 8th.

United Rugby

My hooes and bet for Leinster to meet Munster in the final came to a grinding halt with Leinster
been beaten but I really thought the Munster side of my combo was the safest, they also
lost. So its Bulls v Glasgow Warriors in the final.

The Warriors have it all to do and TBH of all other teams they deserve the championship
title. They have come the closest to winning but never did out of all the teams even back to
when the tournament was called "The Celtic League" played between Irish, Scottish
and Welsh clubs.
235  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SHOW&TELL] Bitbills - Complete Set on: June 16, 2024, 06:18:31 PM
just seeing this now, what a set, OMG, well done and just when we were discussing Bitbills
over here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5499767.20

There it is - Possibly THE holy grail.

236  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Crypto Collectibles Pyramid - Which sits at the top? on: June 16, 2024, 05:44:08 PM
Bitbills...they were the first and everyone else followed.

As for physical Bitcoin loaded coins...Casascius first batch first day loaded coins....very fucken rare and impossible to come by!

As for non loaded items...1000 BTC gold Casascius coin....for sure.

Bitbills might have been first but Casascius is probably the  best known "brand". Already its
been mentioned here the most. I find it really difficult to get to grips with the many variants

A personal grail for me, would be the entire Squirrelbits collection. From the early try-outs made out of empty soda cans Tongue, to the magnificence of todays pieces.

GrtzTank

That would be a very difficult task, but a fun one to undertake. Too many custom 1 of 1s, 1 of 2s, prototypes, raffle prizes only, 3 piece sets... list goes on and on. and no physical list to actually look at (Yoda probably has one)

I can say that I have every standard /21 release from 2022 - current, but had to bow out on the low mintage pieces as I'm just a peasant out here collecting cans for my btc.

Nice P.

Trying to catch up with any maker's collectibles at this stage is an impossible task,
even more so when the offerings are very low mintages to begin with

I think that there is a grail piece for every maker & that is what I would love to see. It would surely be fantastic to see a type of pyramid structure, what would be even more impressive though would be to have a text book built in the fashion of a timeline that would actually represent the history of this space and show examples of coins in the order of release. What a story that un-made book would tell!

Thats a great point tread, maybe focussing on a grail piece from a collection of
makers is a doable task or even a "key" piece from a selection of makers.

Agree...Casascius is more known and he made more as far as quantity goes and also in the form of a coin...was around for many more years as well...and thats what makes Bitbills more appealing to me....the first physical....and so few made that many people were not aware they existed and did not know they were the first. Hence my motto ...The Stone the masons rejected was the cornerstone. Also I remember times in the way past they would show up and not that many people were into acquiring any. Great times for me really  Wink

Nice one K,  I do like that motto actually and I know absolutely nothing about Bitbills,
I came across this though...

The Titans are ahead of the Tigers at the moment. If they win, that'll be two from four.

In Wellington, the Chiefs added further and further in front of the Hurricanes in a less than full stadium to win 30 - 19 (the Hurricanes had points denied to them multiple times - a very one sided match, but was good to watch).

The Chiefs now move into the Grandfinal.

The Chiefs will play the Blues in the final, and thats next weekend already! TBH
I havent been following the Super Rugby League, there is too much happening at
home with the United Rugby, Champions Cup Rugby, Chellenge Cup, Top14 and
English Premiership Rugby.

In said United Rugby Championship the Semi Finals are kicking of in 15 minuted,
I really hope Leinster can win in South Africa Against the Bulls, I have my combo bet
in for the two Irish sides...

UPDATE ...and its FT in South Africa, Bulls 25 - 20 Leinster
