2261  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Question for coins.ph account owners on: September 29, 2019, 06:00:48 PM
I would like to know if I can use the wallet as a normal bitcoin wallet to send and receive bitcoins?
Yes, it’s literally just the same other popular bitcoin wallet.

Guidelines:
https://support.coins.ph/hc/en-us/categories/202511708-Getting-Started

Thanks you guys, I would give it a try, hope it's convenient! fingers crossed and @zenrol28 Thanks, I am already loving it! beautiful country, nice people Smiley

Just to remind you that transferring BTC from coins.ph to segwit was not sure, I don't know if this method will work, I hope you'll ask first in the Coins.ph Official Thread or their customer support before you transact.
--
In my experience, coins were very slow on updating the value of BTC so you can't do daily trading on that platform, it's just a typical wallet that stores bitcoin. Coins.ph wasn't similar to the international wallets that have private keys but I assure that it's secured.

2265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How 18-year old boy became Millionare from Bitcoin on: September 29, 2019, 03:01:04 PM

Here is my favorite line from my idol,

Quote from: Eric Finman
"I say if you do not become a millionaire in the next 10 years, then it’s your own fault."

He's a lucky man, If I know what's bitcoin during elementary days, I'll buy some too.  Cheesy

but I disagree on his line, we have different ways, a path of life and different situations in life. Some people are born on this earth having nothing, it's impossible for them to be a millionaire and maybe only a few people will definitely receive a tremendous life like that.

--
Now, people should learn that having knowledge on everything was worth it, see that kid knowing bitcoin in the age of 16 was really worth it and he became a millionaire. I'm also learning in different ways so I can gain more in life and now they lead me here in bitcoin to make my life better.
2266  Other / Meta / Re: Moderator please read this - Bad/Good and unhandled reports for the same spam on: September 29, 2019, 02:18:38 PM
This scenario was similar to me, my accuracy of reporting shit posts are getting lower because of mistakes. I admit my mistakes on double reporting but sometimes, some couple of my reports are being tagged by bad even the meaning or point of the post is just trash as hell --worth to be deleted on this forum.

Those posts are long enough but the whole point or meaning was just agreeing on the other's statement without giving any personal opinion on the topic. The result was very unpredictable, sometimes I'm getting good reports and bad reports in the next hour, take note that the posting are all the same.
2267  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [Paliwanag] Kahalagahan ng Custom Trust List on: September 29, 2019, 01:25:57 PM
At so far wala pa naman ang distrust sakin. hehehe.

As long as hindi ka naman shit dito sa forum, no one will distrust you, obviously lahat naman tayo dito sa local is okay but not equal at some points pero we still do understand each other.  Cheesy

Hoping na if may magdi-distrust man sa kapwa pinoy, they should have indicated any valid reason for distrusting. The more DT we have, no more violators at mas magiging maayos ang ating local board, even maximum shitposting can be tagged of a red trust.

2268  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Make it back to $20k ? on: September 28, 2019, 06:03:28 PM

When the gold and oil goes back, there's a chance. I don't know the mere explanation regarding this but still hoping that bitcoin will increase this october. I thought bitcoin will go up when BAKKT is up but what's happening now?

2269  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Hi I'm New Here, I have a Question. on: September 28, 2019, 05:32:36 PM
What are the things I can do here? (please be specific)

Idk bakit ka pa nagtatanong kung anong gagawin dito if alam mo talaga at nadiscover mo yung forum diba? I mean hindi ka naman din basta basta magreregister dito without any info on this website kasi baka waste of time lang.

So I'll direct ask you if paano mo na-discover or ano yung whole purpose sa pagpasok mo dito? I'm just asking and hoping na masagot mo ang katanungan ko.

You can check all of the sections here and siguro naman magkakaroon ka na ng idea kung anong mga gagawin, pure discussion and many more activities. You can add your service here if isa kang Graphic artist or web developer. Malaya ka namang gawin kung ano gusto mo as long as hindi ka nagviviolate ng rules and regulations dahil di ka talaga tatagal dito.

I'm not suggesting na pumasok ka dito for money dahil hindi magandang mindset lalo na sa beginner na katulad mo. Tatamarin ka lang and you'll not gain any knowledge regarding bitcoin. I hope it helps.

Ang pakay ko naman po dito is that I want to learn more about earning cryptocurrency and earning also.
Mostly na mga tao ay kala nila ang bitcointalk forum ay para makakapaghanap ka ng libreng cryptocurrency, well meron din mana siguro pero you should appreciate first the use of this forum kung bakit ginawa, which is more on for LEARNING.

This issue wasn't new anymore.

Actually halos lahat na ng platform or project na nagkakaroon ng ICO or IEO ay scam. Ginagamit lang nila ang bounty hunters dito sa forum na ito to gain more attention at makilala yung platform nila. I remember those days na legit lagi yung mga ICO na napopost at malakihan pa lagi yung rewards unlike ngayon na naghihirap ka without receiving anything.

Kaya ngayon mapapansin mo na karamihan is nasa BTC payment sig camp dahil legit at mga kilalang bounty manager ang naghahawak non. The security na mababayaran ka at mapopromote mo yung project through quality posting, talaga namang equal distribution.
2271  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [DISCUSSION] Candidate for the next Merit Source. on: September 28, 2019, 10:38:56 AM

Wink

Happy to hear that, sana naman maging active pa lalo at sabay sabay na kayong mag-apply as source. The more the merrier diba? just kidding  Wink

Unting activities nalang need niyan ni asu then 100+ merits, Malapit ka na mag-legendary and hoping na maabot mo agad without any circumstances, hahabol nalang din kami nila @cabalism13, @GreatArkansas @crwth @bl4nkcde atbp.
2272  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [GAME CONTEST] BTC PREDICTION UNTIL OCT 31st (500Php/Entry Max:5 Entry/User) on: September 28, 2019, 10:32:20 AM
I guess, I'll bet on asu's side. Can I ask if allowed yung ganito, (hindi ako palatambay sa game and rounds so idk) if oo then 500 sakin.  Cheesy

You can call me a reddit guy, almost all of the predictions stated that possible mangyari yung 2017 bull run. Pero syempre it's just a prediction, let say na 50-50 ang bet so maaaring manalo din si @cabalism13 dito. Dahil gusto ko rin tumaas yung BTC and I wanted to attract that using law of attraction, so I'll bet on $12,000 above.

Pero I wanted you guys to use this as a reference on betting.

Some people said na temporary lang naman yung drop at possible din bumalik agad yung market value so mahirap mag-decide. Ang decision ko nalang ay naka-based sa aking instinct and for attracting the BTC to go up.

September 30, 2019:

Please cancel my bet, thanks.
2273  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the dangers inside cryptocurrency investing on: September 27, 2019, 11:23:04 PM
Obviously scam projects, it's our risk when investing to any platform because we didn't know if it's legit. Some people are just spending money without checking the legitimacy of any exchange or platforms. But I think it's normal to risk since it will reward you high profit too.

Learn about cryptocurrency so you'll absolutely avoid being scammed.
2274  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Libra Disrupt The Financial/Economic System? on: September 22, 2019, 11:50:15 PM
Already read an article about it and it's possible for Libra to affect the economic status of every country that uses Libra.
Try reading this article, you might learn something about it.
Most likely, the effect of Libra was into macroeconomics and it's a huge change to the market.
2275  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: September 22, 2019, 11:41:02 PM

We all know that Pacquiao is a gutsy boxer and willing to sacrifice everything so I don't doubt that statement. Floyd seems to be the drama queen here, trying to be the diva because he knows that he is still the A-side in the rematch, exhibition doesn't count and we doesn't like to see that fight, boxing fans want's the real deal but I guess we don't know what is the reason for turning it down.

For sure a lot of money in the table, if he is "Money" Mayweather, then accept the fight and defeat Pacquiao, that's it.
This drama was all about money and we still need the answer of both of them to clarify the issue. Pacman will literally defeat him once the match begins, he learned now how things work when Mayweather is on the ring. They're just litting the fire to make it more attractive and it's just for a show, we already know who's gonna be the champion.

And at some point, It seems Manny was already affiliated with Mayweather when it comes to business so I think part 2 was impossible for now. After all of this issue, the game was already controlled by mafias so don't expect any interesting actions from this fight. I wanted another Mexican and Filipino fight, it's way better than seeing Mayweather on the ring that keeps running.
2276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: AMAZON IS A THREAT ON FACEBOOK'S LIBRA on: September 22, 2019, 11:37:22 PM
Personally i will welcome both as both of these coins will add to the total market cap of crypto market that will definitely have a boosting impact on the market especially when a wholly new people will enter crypto market through libra or amazon. Secondly i think fb and amazon are 2 very different business niches fb is truly global and amazon is just available in a dozen big countries only but yes amazon has billions in transactions so it is huge as well for me it will be great time coming for crypto market.
Yes, they're both welcome in the crypto world but remember that it's a business, there will be always a competition. Everything that has been created literally adds a good factor for the community, we know that but It will be always one that will reigns.

Facebook is only available in some countries especially in Asia because they have a different social media platform that is using. Amazon was also known in some other countries and have a good purpose for them, buying some rare stuff that can be bought internationally and through amazon, you can get it.

They're both have potential and have different platforms but when it comes to cryptocurrency, it's all about the money so it will cause a good competition for both side.
2277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We need a MrBitcoin like MrBeast to increase Bitcoin adoption. on: September 22, 2019, 11:32:41 PM
I like the idea of MrBitcoin to be near and close to the name of the known content creator who gives free money. With the idea of giving free bitcoins well the guy should be someone who's really wealthy and considered as a whale to the point that the bitcoins he's giving won't affect his total holdings.

As per the OP said, it will not affect his total holdings because he'll have sponsors and will promote any known campaign. The challenge for MrBitcoin should be entertaining and most of the community supports his way and approach when it comes to BTC.

It is impossible for someone to be MrBitcoin if he only has the bitcoin for giveaways, sense of humor and being an intellectual must include as one of the requirements.

here's what @Kakmakr stated regarding bitcoin for giveaways;
Well, MrBitcoin will be getting more bitcoins out of this, than what he would be giving away. Remember Bitcoin companies could sponsor some of these videos for advertisement.. Also, when Mr. Beast visit a Bitcoin merchant, that merchant would get FREE advertising.  Wink
Imagine Overstock <first large Bitcoin merchant> sponsoring a good video and getting millions of views?  I bet you, if this takes off, other Bitcoin companies would also start to sponsor some videos.

Now that I knew the factors to be MrBitcoin, I think it's really hard, it's someone that is very extraordinary and very responsible.
Panay 1 sentence tapos puro "I think or I agree" ang unang sinasabi halatang spamming.
Pero, wala tayong magagawa, that's their way.

Parang typical altcoin bounty.

Sa altcoin kasi parang wala lang and kahit anong post mo, mabibilang pa rin for the required post count.
2279  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BAKKT launching tomorrow but BTC price falls? on: September 22, 2019, 06:16:49 PM

Here's the graphical movement of bitcoin this past few days. Bitcoin was already going down but after many days, it will rise up again. We all know that bitcoin wasn't really stable. I think you just based the assumption on this day? If you're going to speculate something, you should check the whole week or even months if the bitcoin will still increase or decreases. I can say that this is just a normal routine for bitcoin so chill out.

I don't know what BAKKT really is but I already read some articles about it that it will help Bitcoin to grow. Too good to be true but I'm hoping that's legit because it's what we really wanted.
2280  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Bitcoin Payment Gateway on: September 22, 2019, 06:08:15 PM
The best way is to accept bitcoin directly and cut out all the middlemen.  This is was the whole purpose of bitcoin in the first place.  Don't let middlemen leech off your business without providing any real value to you.

That's cool if you have no supply chain, or your entire supply chain feels the same. If they don't then you're stuck with the current bunch of kludges.

I would start off by seeing whether my staff wanted to be paid in BTC and then ask the other companies I work with. It might be slow but things may flower from there.

The reason why they add middlemen to have at least secured transaction. Companies that have entered cryptocurrency for its users want to be affiliated with Payment gateways to be easier and essential.

That's the purpose of bitcoin since it's decentralized, the purpose of it is getting wider, better and to make it more user-friendly especially to those non-techy people. Bitcoin wasn't really for technology, it's also for businesses.
