1401  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: FreeBitcoin Bot - What do you think about this tool?? on: June 26, 2020, 08:42:16 PM
People will like that bot since a lot of users in freebitcoin manually claim those free satoshis every hour including me. Now that there's a bot who will automatically claim those, then it's less hassle. Regarding about Hi-lo bettings, I don't prefer bots to automatically bet on it, the essence of instinct will be gone and no more thrill.
1402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fortnite Betting? on: June 26, 2020, 08:10:22 PM
I like fortnite and it's a good game with good graphics. Since we're talking about bets, it's kinda hard to bet on which player who'll win in the game. Bettings on battle royale isn't effective, even the best player have the possibility to die at start if he don't have good loots. The chances of winning is very low since there are many players each game and it's not easy to be confident on someone you'll a bet on.

Yeah, it's true that eSports always hit in the gambling industry but not all.
1403  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to live without banks? on: June 26, 2020, 07:50:17 PM
For me I live like this already, I am in a country where most of the people here do not have bank accounts due to poverty and the poor economic and technological situation in the country, I deal with banks only through the necessary government transactions, so I would be very happy to live in a world without banks, I use Cryptocurrency to transfer money to anywhere in the world and this was not available to me before, also I actually own my money by owning my wallet keys. In fact, the world looks much better to me without banks.
Let's just conclude that some people who have no much money do not need banks in their lives. On the other hand, those wealthy people really need banks since they can't just protect momey in their own houses.
1404  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid-19 effect on your country's economy!!! on: June 26, 2020, 07:30:02 PM
Covid-19 pandemic is a huge blow to our economy. All of us from different countries are affected, nothing exempted. In my own country the big effect of this pandemic is unemployment, some of other establishments are closed until now public utility vehicle are still not returning to their trip. Most of the drivers were hungry they even begging for alms on the street. The case continues to increase, but still people need to find income to survive that's why they need to go outside of their house to find money for their families.
Not only that, COVID-19 pandemic also reveals thos corrupt politicians in the government right now. Some countries are very lucky that they recovered really fast and have only few cases right now. But in our country, day by day, confirmed cases is increasing and our government is very incompetent and keep blaming the people.
1405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never Before Experience On Gambling...!!!! Stay Safe. on: June 26, 2020, 06:30:58 PM
I always have the same feeling whenever I gamble the thrill and excitement keeps my heart beats so fast.
I thought that it was good or anything but now I know that it isn't good I would try to lessen those things that could cause me some health problems in the future.

That is a good thinking. You must prioritize first your health than anything else. Gambling is always there. To feel the thrill during the game is normal but if it keeps that way is alarming. In my games, I feel very nervous if I am expecting to win then I feel too much softness when I lose. Let us just learn not to take gambling too seriously if we just want to have fun.

It's the proper way to treat gambling, you also can avoid too much engagement if you will think properly, gambling as source of entertainment and not a source of money,. This misconceptions coming from many gamblers place their health into danger, once you got addicted to this business there are lots of stress that you'll going to encounter, so before that you should properly control yourself.
I think this is the solution, don't treat gambling as a money-making act so pressure and stress will not occur especially when you don't have enough sleep or don't have proper eating. Additional to this, it will trigger the addiction if they pursue gambling as a money-making act. They must know that greed in money has a psychological effect on them and it might ruin their good behavior. So I hope this kind of thing must clear out to those gamblers so they can think of it as for entertainment purposes only.
1406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: June 26, 2020, 06:19:36 PM
Would it be better if there will also be a Valorant Esports match where we could bet? I heard a lot of rumors saying Valorant is almost the same as the system of CSGO with the guns available and the Economy. Some others state that it has the touch of League of Legends where characters do have skills and lastly, with the same feeling of overwatch. This will be a great game very soon, and I hope we can see Esport matches for us to bet on our best team.

By the way, nice thread OP, this actually helped me allot since I am beginning to watch tournaments especially in Esports .
Yes it is, I've played valorant since its launched and I can say that's almost the same with CS:GO and has a features of Paladins where a character which is called Agent has skills. The mechanics of Valorant is almost the same with CS:GO, you need to save creeds (money) and buy guns before the round starts and must plant the spike (bomb) on the site.

Valorant is already famous and most of the ex-pros of CS:GO is playing it right now, so definitely it will be listed on popular gambling platforms so we can bet on it since the next tournament will occur soon.

The first tournament that happens on Valorant was the twitch rival, I can say that T1 will dominate those world titles.

Our country is also a candidate, the first Radiant (highest rank in Valorant) in SEA was from PH.

Well, it won't be that long where bookies will catch up to the Valorant hype and make some betting markets for us especially if Riot will be able to put up some huge tournaments in the near future. As long as there's a demand, bookies will provide us those lines. I'm pretty sure Riot will build this game like LoL and they'll do every marketing strategy they know to put it out there.
Definitely it will have huge demand, Riot is very popular especially in NA and EU, and most of the bettors came from those countries. Additional to it, there are many players too in South Korea and SEA, unlike CS:GO, only few players in Asia 'cause most of the active players are from EU. Riot's Valorant attracted a lot of players from LoL, Paladins, Overwatch, Apex Legends and CS:GO, even some are not into FPS games, they liked it.

Yes, Riot is good at hyping, they even entered the music industry just to hype the LoL which is the K/DA - POP/STAR. They also have good cinematics and they already made cinematic trailers for Valorant.
1407  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it possibleTrump Will Prohibit Bitcoin? on: June 26, 2020, 06:03:20 PM
Actually, most of the government officials that want economic growth are against cryptocurrency. Definitely, most of them are businessmen like bankers who protect fiat.
But I guess they're aware of BTC's potential so maybe they're investing in it too. The only problem why they hate it because of volatility and it can be used on illegal things, unlike fiat that can be controlled.

1408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UK rules will hit loot boxes games hard - as they’re turning kids into gamblers. on: June 26, 2020, 05:48:11 PM
I've been buying loot boxes when I was a kid but now I'm not into gambling and don't take it seriously, it's a matter of entertainment only. It still depends on how the parents or guardian will handle their children and I'm lucky that I learn self-discipline so I can avoid spending money on non-essential things.

I'm curious about this study of the UK where they conclude that buying loot boxes will make you a gambler soon. If their data or surveys were taken by old gamblers, I guess it's very inaccurate since there are no online games in early 2000 and loot boxes don't exist at that time. So how can they knew that kids will turn into gamblers if they buy something that has an unknown result? Same goes with loot boxes, it's RNG even in life, no one knows if you'll get hooked up in gambling or not.
1409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Life soundtrack for Gamblers? on: June 26, 2020, 05:33:27 PM
I guess this kind of music will work on, here's a playlist https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLrALqIYcGkyRb1gQwscp0tDxphekn4GTw

When gambling, I liked to chill and listen to the kind of music that is very relaxing. Chill-inducing music does relieve our stress and will definitely make your day good staying on your gambling platform.

But if you don't prefer the playlist, here's another; https://www.sportsbettingdime.com/guides/articles/best-songs-about-betting/
and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GKtlRchHpx8&t=25s

Hope it helps.

1410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: June 26, 2020, 04:44:35 PM
To those saying that it is still a rumor, here is my piece. I think the second wave is here. I mean look at some of the news outlets already calling it the second wave. If they were able to control it for a few weeks and then there is a new spike of cases, then that is the second wave. Definitely at this time we need to follow the new norm. Follow all protocols and be able to stay away from very crowded places. It is survival now.

For the sports organizations, definitely there would be new changes now that there is a new surge of cases coming in. I could think is that cities with the least cases will be allowed to be used as venues for the sports events, though logistically it would be a nightmare putting everything in one city, if that is going to be the plan.
To easily determine the phase of our situation, look at the graph of confirmed cases per day. If the line already goes down due to good order and maintained the public health very well, that's the end of the 1st wave. We can say that a 2nd wave has already occurred if the line from 1st wave drops but suddenly goes high again.

It's because some people aren't participating in the guidelines or protocol given by the government or maybe the government lacks competence so cases occurring per day are not stopping. I hope the sports organization prohibits the audience and fans from any tournament, it'll just make things worst.
1411  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Memes Make the Bitcoin on: June 26, 2020, 04:33:32 PM

This meme fits when the bitcoin value hits $9k mark. The explanation of the meme is, Vegeta detects the power level of Goku using a scouter which is over 9000.

The time when the market hits, $9000, I used this meme last January when bitcoin is starting to grow this year.

I tried to browse the site and some of it is legendary memes about BTC, I wonder how modern templates today will change bitcoin's impact on people.
1412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Reasons Why I Prefer a Bitcoin Mobile Wallet on: June 26, 2020, 04:23:41 PM
We should not be so closed to just having a unique look at a certain option, in something that only really manages our funds, because in practical reality it is mobile or hardware, security always depends on us, nobody else.

If you have many BTC , so make a distribution of funds on several devices, please, do not put all the eggs in a "mobile" sorry a basket.

The above seems like a cliche, but it is the reason to say that I use both options.
True, if you are not encountering any problems on a device, it's doesn't mean it will keep you safe forever from hackers.

The point into this, we shouldn't share something biased statements because we all knew that the mobile wallet isn't the practical wallet. This kind of thinking is not applicable in choosing devices but in general, be practical and choose those things that will benefit you a lot and has more assurance.
1413  Economy / Economics / Re: What if this pandemic persists till the end of the year? on: June 26, 2020, 03:22:03 PM
I guess it's an end for some people who suffer a lot from the beginning 'cause every day they're living with nothing, hope is losing.

People who are in moderate living can also suffer if the pandemic continues 'til the end of the year.

Right now, our nation is already done, the corrupt politicians find this pandemic as an advantage for them to gain more money by loans but can't see where it goes.

1415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chess on Sports/eSports betting on: June 26, 2020, 02:45:21 PM
The problem of chess is that it has very low probability influence. I mean that it's obviously who would win (if you know players of course) in the certain game, so betting business is to hard to do it. Games where winner is not determined before game start is rare games (world championships), and betting must be often event, like 2-3 games in a week to bet.

For me, i personally playing a lot at chess.com, so i know what i'm talking about  Smiley
Well at some point, even the top ratings with 2800 are being defeated by 2700 ratings.
There are recent tournaments that GM Magnus Carlsen wasn't on the finals. Same with other online games, there are teams that you knew are undefeatable but being defeated by a rising team, those scenarios can always happen.

Well, chess has it's last renaissance during the 70's with Kasparov and Karpov, I still remember it being played in the streets as sort of past time that time and then evolved as being used to 'hussle', like 3 card monte.

But I would agree that the game is somewhat boring and bettors are looking for exciting game specially with the physical aspect (contact sports). So I doubt it will have the support specially at today's time wherein football, UFC, basketball is the top pick for sports bettor.
Chess is a very difficult game to get into for several factors, one of them is that to get any insight into the game you need to invest many hours in it and even then the top players play at a level that even other good players have a problem understanding which makes it difficult to watch, also the matches last very long and lets be honest watching two players not moving for hours is not the most exciting thing in the world, however I am sure that if we see another craze like the one we saw during the 70’s then sports books may add chess in the future.
Since chess is on the top streaming right now, those popular streamers could influence others to be interested in the game. The problem is, when they knew the term "chess" they think it as a hard, complex, difficult, and very boring game even though they didn't play the game. There's a mode in chess which is blitz, a 5 minutes game and tbh it's very suspense and thrilling if you knew the game even its basics.
1416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are happy only when the price goes up? on: June 25, 2020, 11:51:44 PM
Isn't the answer to this question is obvious? It is because there are many investors who are expecting another ATH since the end of a bull run in 2017. The current ATH of bitcoin occurred on 2017's bull run and it's been 2 years those times are already enough to buy a lot of bitcoins. Many users and investors of BTC are also aware of the bitcoin halving meaning, a bull run or new ATH might happen so why people are hoping for a decrease right now? It's very wrong timing. Recently, the BTC has a downfall to $5,000 in March, it's another opportunity to buy before the bitcoin halving so I guess there's no other good reason to tell that a decrease in price value should happen.  Roll Eyes

And besides, there are many organizations' that has a goal for the advancement of technology, relies on the surge of BTC so I guess the majority of the users especially those big investors wants it to go up and those who want decrease are users who are late to realize BTC's potential this year.
1417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying food or groceries with Bitcoin on: June 25, 2020, 11:37:31 PM
Our local wallet has a lot of features and one of them can used for buying goods in online stores.

Our local wallet is affiliated with many online wallets too so even a shop doesn't have a BTC payment method, it's easy to convert and transfer that money without huge fees. The only disadvantage of using our local wallet, it doesn't give a real-time value which means the current price isn't same with CMC every minute.
1418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best welcome offer for you? on: June 25, 2020, 10:47:07 PM
The bonus will indeed be separate from the deposit and the problem is there are still other requirements, at least about the amount of bets and other requirements that are usually intended for you to be able to withdraw the bonus,

Yep, and because people are greedy (and gambling site owners not an exception), there always some idiotic rules and terms. For example, they give to you 0.05 btc, but you can withdraw it only after you will have trade volume around 1000 btc (the story which happened to me)

thats the trick on most casino sites. they will give some bonuses or rewards if you fulfil some requirements. but of course most of them will not give such requirement outright. they will lure you about the availability of bonuses but no mention of their specific prerequisites. so before you get too excited, read first all about how to avail such rewards
1000 BTC is too much, I guess it happens only on some few sites. I've encountered a lot of gambling platforms like that, there are things you must do before withdrawing the free money.

Some gambling platforms are really giving initial money like 25-50$ but the thing you must do is register on their platform with your own personal identity a.k.a. KYC. So I guess the only welcome offer that's best for everyone is the referral bonus and free BTC roll each hour and there's no consequence you shouldn't worry about.
1419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: June 25, 2020, 10:31:27 PM
In the next matches or tournaments should further tighten the health protocols, that is, something else. Never mind the needless ones at the event. Staffing should also be reduced as well. Do not let them down because as of now, this disaster is not over, all is not safe. May they have the opportunity to know and think about the well-being of others and not just themselves.

What is important to prevent are the live audience because they are the one who may spread the virus.

There are many tournaments and games that has been opened now and they are not allowing real fans inside the places.

Lets see if Basketball starts if what is the answer of the operators.
It has become a protocol that has been applied in a tournament so fans cannot get inside when the match takes place.

This prevention will be better like this until the world is free of the Covid-19 virus.

Certainly the bakestball will start too but it's the same as other sports matches without a fan just special staff who are there so I think this will happen all matches not in Europe but Asia as well.
Imagine, having a sports tournament without an audience, it's kinda hard to play without any motivation from your fans. We all know that moral support or audience's cheers have a psychological effect on an athlete to do amazing things and to win the game. But we must accept that it's the new normal and organizers of such tournaments should come up with an idea to maintain the crowds' cheer like SFX that's continuously playing throughout the game and the commentator should be more lively to burn the silence of the game.

Also, fans shouldn't go outside and just watch the game in their homes. They should think for themselves during this pandemic 'cause there's still a next year that you'll see your favorite athletes.
1420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING ]: Fury vs Wilder III in Las Vegas on 18th July 2020 !!! on: June 25, 2020, 10:14:01 PM
Here's the list of upcoming scheduled fights but there's no Fury vs Wilder here.

https://talksport.com/sport/boxing/464003/boxing-schedule-2020-upcoming-fights-results/

Maybe we are really not gonna see this fight happening this year?
Yes, it looks like their match was canceled for some reason, I checked here and their match is not in the schedule: https://www.espn.com/boxing/story/_/id/12508267/boxing-schedule
Besides it, there's an information on the title:
Quote
Tyson Fury, right, and Deontay Wilder, left, could meet for a third time before the end of the year

The fight of Fury and Wilder III was already canceled and it was announced 3 months ago due to the pandemic. So July 18, 2020, isn't the date anymore but they're trying to continue the fight in the fall of this year 2020. Other fights that will happen around these upcoming fights aren't sure yet since we don't know if the MGM will open as the cases of confirmed cases in the US keeps increasing.

Even the PBC co-manager has also thought that it should be continued this upcoming fall, not next year.
