2321  Economy / Economics / Re: The Continuous Printing of Money on: May 21, 2019, 08:51:40 PM
We all know that eventually, printing of more money can result into disaster in the long-run. This is not like a chili pepper hot sauce that can immediately be felt but definitely this is like pawning the very future of the people.
Nope, economic damges from overprinting money is instant and can be seen within a quarter or so, that is why we are seeing countries rise up woth their inflation on double digits faster compared to other countries taking another route with their money problems. I don't even know why governments opt out in this way where they think printing more money is some kind of band-aid solution in a crisis when what they are just doing is digging their grave deeper into the ground.
2322  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Taxes trading in other Countries on: May 21, 2019, 08:14:07 PM
You might be using an exchange registered in the U.S. but you aren't taxable by them as it would simply count as double taxation where you aren't even a citizen or even residing in that country. The capital gains you have earned would just be simply be taxed in the country you are living in, the U.S. laws in taxation simply don't apply to you as you didn't exactly earned from their country, you earned your gains through trade and possibly the ones who matched your order doesn't even reside in the U.S. since they are being used internationally.
2323  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: What Would Your Expectations From The Cryptocurrency Content Platforms on: May 21, 2019, 06:58:34 PM
One word that always pops to my mind when someone ask something similar to your question is “unique” and you won't have that if you intend to just recycle news already found in the internet. Have your organization hire some of your ow writers that will create original content may it be news or analaysis of crypto prices and the market overall. If you followed what other content platforms are you'll just be left behind as you won't be getting any of their readers if you just have the same thing to offer to them.
2324  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Game of Thrones] The Fox and The Cat on: May 21, 2019, 06:13:42 PM
How do I become part of House Lauda or House Foxpup? Is there some kind of initiation or tribute to the said lord of the houses? Or should I be a blind follower posting and supporting on where these two people are discussing?
2325  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another Bitter Critic: "Bitcoin Will be Zero" on: May 21, 2019, 03:42:37 PM
Dude will talk trash about anything even though it has been disproven by a lot of times already, the perfect thing to shut his mouth out and make him eat his own words is for BTC to keep climbing back up. Of course this won't always be the scenario for us since BTC also has a bear cycle and if this happens all the nocoiners including him will say "I told you so". I say let him because his words really don't mean anything at all as it doesn't even affect the prices we see now. The important thing is for us to take profit and soon see this guy disappear in the industry.
2326  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright recognised by US Govt as Satoshi, author of white paper on: May 21, 2019, 02:55:57 PM
The news soreading that Craig Wright is Satoshi is surely about pumping the prices of Bitcoin SV which as of right now is up by 120% from its current price yesterday. I'm pretty sure that after a few days he will deny his identity as being Satoshi Nakamoto in order ti normalize BSV's prices again. I don't even know how the hell did he convinced the U.S. government to play along with his roleplaying, the big part of the influence was the U.S. government giving recognition to him.
2327  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-05-19]Bahamas to Regulate Cryptocurrency and Token Sale on: May 20, 2019, 09:08:14 PM
Like I said before countries who have nothing else to lose tend to move faster when it comes to cryptocurrency adoption as the reward is bigger than the economic risk they will had. Just by simply putting up their own regulation they will soon attract crypto related investments in their country which in a faster pace compared to countries who are conservative with cryptos. They are just following the footsteps of other successful island countries out there and I think the rest of the countries who barely have any economical risk should also follow.
2328  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Safeguard your crypto investment and avoid getting scammed. on: May 20, 2019, 07:50:59 PM
Don't forget about hack crypto wallets. Recently we have seen Electrum again be victimized by the hackers. It forces users who have outdated versions of their Electrum to install a fake version of it in order for them to obtain the private keys of the victim. That is why being cautious and not rushing any kinds of steps in order to sacrifice safety is always the way to go in order to protect your precious cryptocurrencies. Not everything we see is real and it will only take a couple of minutes just to verify if things are right.
2329  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Game of Thrones - Who will rule? Odds and betting discussion [Odds updated!] on: May 20, 2019, 06:50:00 PM
So last time that Bran was leading the bets on who will rule. And I had to be honest my mind wasn't going anywher near on picking him. With all the clues and hints they have left from the past 7 seasons I mean literally anyone could sit in the Iron Throne (well no one really because Drogon melt it). I think Bran being the king is really just a product of lazy writing and how they butchered the entire series just to fit in 6 episodes. I think the writers is really trying to show us is no one wins in the game of thrones as its just Bran's game all along.
2330  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: NEED HELP BADLY! FEDS SIZED 50K CASH and 1BTC FROM HOME WITH SEARCH WARRANT. NY on: May 20, 2019, 05:49:49 PM
out on bail signed, but everything seized and have no single dollar
So why are you eveb searching for another attorney if you don't have any single dollar behind your back? You just don't expect a good one to do some kind of pro bono case for you because you just posted your situation online, it doesn't work that way. My advice is to stick with your attorney as if you really don't have any money left you don't have any other options left aside from him/her, like I said as long as you are clean nothing bad will happen to you and this shit storm would be over.
2331  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you secretive about trading currency? on: May 20, 2019, 03:27:36 PM
Bro it's really your choice because why would you even talk about it if none of your friends don't even know it in the first place? I know how this things go and for the most part when I always open up about what I do with cryptocurrencies they always act clueless about it. My advice is you always have to know who's your audience before even jumping in the topic about cryptocurrencies. It's the best solution for not explaining too long and get out if topic in your conversation with others.
2332  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: NEED HELP BADLY! FEDS SIZED 50K CASH and 1BTC FROM HOME WITH SEARCH WARRANT. NY on: May 19, 2019, 09:24:45 PM
That's weird if you got arrested from money laundering than how on earth can you even post in this forum? Did you skipped the part amd mention that you have posted bail or something? Also what did the government provided defense attorney recommended you to do? Nonetheless if what you are saying is true and your transactions from your crypto dealings are clean then the burden of proof just got harder on their part, they need to have some kind of magic to come up 50k$ worth of transaction not linked to any of your past deals which would be hard for them if you got all things documented.
2333  Economy / Economics / Re: MICROSOFT WANTS TO "PROTECT" YOUR IDENTITY WITH BITCOIN on: May 19, 2019, 08:08:07 PM
This just could be another AML trick Micrsoft is trying to do in favor of the government first off a lot of wallets that aren't related to web wallets don't even have any kind of identification for you with. By having this kind of system the user or at least the microsoft product user needs to provide identification in order to “protect” it which is funny because if they do want to protect the identity of the user, they wouldn't be needing any kind of personal information from them. It's just like a decentralized exchange asking for a KYC.
2334  Other / Meta / Re: What rules apply in Lending? on: May 19, 2019, 07:12:30 PM
I believe this rule would apply to you.
Quote from:  Topic: Marketplace rules and guidelines
5. Reasonably similar* items must be listed together

*at moderator discretion

I believe a "no collateral" and "altcoin collateral" lending thread would probably be considered "reasonably similar" if you are the lender in both cases.

Thanks, that was the rule I was looking for but couldn't find. I think I might as well just put it all in one thread *just to be safe*.
This is a better solution the way you constructed your Loaning service should be different now since you'll be adding another option. The way I see it is for your thread to work you must separate it into two sections namely the "Collateral Qualified Loans" and "Collateral Required Loans" to be more straight forward with the loaning service you are offering.
2335  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Is it effective to advertise crypto projects via bloggers? on: May 19, 2019, 05:10:44 PM
Reputable bloggers with millions of subscribers do not often take up a developing project.
Literally anywhere you go just to advertise your project all what matter is the number of people who will see it because chances are a lot of them will be interested in what they are seeing, if the blogger has millions of viewers then definitely you will have some people interested of course it will be more if what the blogger is blogging about are related to what you are advertising. The way I see it is the effectiveness in advertising is always about numbers and how you can relate to the people seeing it.
2336  Economy / Speculation / Re: How are bitcoin and alt price charts connected? on: May 16, 2019, 08:23:54 PM
Because its related to Bitcoin being the market leader in terms of market share. Being the leader in the market can give a certain influence on everything around it since it signifies the greater portion of the money involved in the crypto market. Price movements tend to reflect what BTC is doing since generally when BTC is bullish all other altcoins are following suit as it signifies the market being bullish as well.  Other than the influence you must take note that  having the biggest market share only means it is holding the largest sum of money in the market , that is why  it has a big influence around it.
2337  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-05-15] Microsoft Picks Bitcoin to Create a New Identity System on: May 16, 2019, 07:26:56 PM
I'm a bit skeptical on this project and it seems like not everyone will benefit from these based on the last sentence of the article in which say that Microsoft users will be the ones who have a use on this. Aside from that will this really be an easy about privacy protection or legality problems? Just by how they described the protocol it seems like they will be hitting a lot of regulations on Bitcoin being an anonymous crypto again, and it may not be allowed by the government. Well as long as it's about protection of the assets and not to completely make the user hidden than their is nothing to worry about.
2338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think ? Is this an opportunity to get in or get out on: May 16, 2019, 06:25:57 PM
This would be just my opinion. If you are a newbie who have luckily bought BTC at around 3,000-4000$ (or even 5,000$) then I think this is the best time for you to cash out your profits before you even become more confident without any knowledge of doing what to do next. Of course the consequences of you doing that is you being left out when the prices starts moving upwards after you sell your holdings but it's better than being trapped with 0 gains from the months you have hodl your position. Just my advice with the last bear market I hope you learned from the past newbies who have blamed it on cryptocurrencies on why they lose money even though its in their own decision making.
2339  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC procedure in online casinos does more good than bad or the other way around? on: May 16, 2019, 04:38:17 PM
Gambler love privacy and once any gambling site is against the privacy of players the look for another gambling site's that give them freedom, I know many share is same believe most of the cryptocurrency lover hate giving out they information in form of kyc and at that making them vonorable to any form of attack because they information and personal data is made public.
Bro don't you even wonder why other gambling sites don't require some kind of KYC? Because they are most probably running their operations illegally. Legit gambling sites permitted by law have been required to ask KYC for their clients not because they want too but because they are required by law oit is one of their solutions for AML. I know a lot of us have grown up with an industry focused on anonimity but since the government is actively being part os us now let us expect that anonimity will not be an option woth them.
2340  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Change how to evaluate article quality to receive Merit? on: May 16, 2019, 02:54:08 PM
Fair on who's standards? This ain't reddit where upvotes/merits are being given for free so that users can rapidly rank upbor increase in family. By giving a choice to members to have an unlimited way to earn merits they will always try to exploit it. With your given idea for members to receive merits they will only just create 10 accounts to get 10 likes on each post they make or even more depending on how greedy they are. Pretty crazy right? The current system we have right now is hard but its fair for everyone, you might not be experiencing it now but it will come as long as you learn.
