1321  Economy / Economics / Re: The Indian Bank System is Faulty, and Bitcoins will be it’s replacement. on: March 08, 2020, 06:25:05 PM
Considering the legal aspect the cryptocurrency industry in India in I don't think this is a big possibility.  The Indian government particularly the RBI are well known to be against cryptocurrencies as well as businesses related into it, they have pushed away crypto businesses out of business with their bank bans as well as trade restrictions to give in favor of their future state-issued crypto. So I wouldn't expect them to just become pro-Bitcoin just because of this banking incidents they have when their own RBI is against it. Right now there have seem no developments with Zebpay and other crypto businesses regarding their issues against RBI and all they just do is delay and delay their decisions. When legality is the issue here I won't expect their citizens to mass adopt Bitcoin at this instant.
1322  Other / Meta / Re: Top sections to get merits. on: March 08, 2020, 05:16:16 PM
I hope that this post will help you for getting a lot of merits.

Merely knowing where the most sMerits it sent is maybe only a quarter of the work to even receiving an actual merit. If you don't post doesn't contain any kind of sense nor helpful to anyone will just make your post be like any other shit posts on those sections. Also posting analysis topics like this without some actual statistics backing them up will just make your own analysis simply not reliable, it would just make what you are saying an opinion of what you have observe on those threads.
1323  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's break our boundaries with Bitcoin on: March 08, 2020, 04:00:26 PM
You should take note that there is a ongoing assumption here that banknotes are the ones speading the virus and it is not true. WHO already clarified that the contact of the infected person to a healthy person is the one causing the infection not the fiat currency itself. Any kind of contact may lead into infection may it be from banknotes or some other stuff you will come in direct contact to a infected person. Without any further clarifications I would expect that these news websites would continue to mislead people that cash can directly carry the COVID-19 which will just cause more panic in the world.
1324  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: negative trust on: March 08, 2020, 03:18:16 PM
Generally if you won't be using Bitcoin as a marketplace the trust system will be useless for you since it won't affect your daily life here in the forum. Although the trust system (the one where you get positive and negative trust) is mainly used in trading in the forum it doesn't mean that trading badly or being part of a scam is the only way you'll get tag on. Members who plagiarized content, shill posts, as well as abuse the merit system do also get tag so if you think that you can do anything you want since you aren't trading in BCT then think again. Following the rules we have here in the forum is the only way you can assure yourself that you won't get a negative trust from a DT member, so I advice that you read them.
1325  Economy / Reputation / Re: Duckdice.io feedback removal on: March 08, 2020, 02:17:12 PM
I'm not a DT member but I think thisbis the right way of doing things especially if the user/service have remain clean for a long time. Making the feedback permanent towards gambling sites like this should always be taken into consideration, they aren't like fake ICO projects where you can put the feedback permanently.

I also recently removed my feedback on fortunejack as well

I recently changed my neg to neutral with FJ.  It's been 4 years and they seem to have changed their ways. Hopefully they don't regress.

How about completely removing the feedback? I know that feedbacks are unmoderated and is always in the discretion of the user to remove it but as a carrier of feedback even if it is neutral it still has an effect towards its reputation, not unless you entirely change your comment in that neutral feedback it will still send the same message about the user.
1326  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does the bitcoin price go up and down correlation to the stock market? on: March 08, 2020, 12:19:26 PM
Like what I have said previously in related posts Bitcoin and the crypto market has no direct correlation to what is happening in the stock market right now. While we both are being the demand for its supply the stock market is affected by external factors outside of its demand and those external factors are of the company itself and the economical performance of the country itself. (....)
This should be always in mind or every people especially those new in cryptocurrency.
Maybe they have some thoughts about this because they tend to compare always the the prices or charts of stock markets or cryptocurrency, although sometime you can see some part that has similarity but overall for me, nothing.
Well the problem here is mostly about how mainstream news always try to connect everything surrounding Bitcoin, they always try to relate it to current events, price movements, and other news so that they try to be relevant in the industry. The negative thing about that is it misleads a lot of people as well as make them assume that everything has a relation but the truth is it doesn't have one.

I'm of the same opinion as @Harlor here, in that there doesn't seem to be neither a cause and effect nor a correlation between the crypto and the stock market. This can easily be tested by making a stock market prediction but if one was to follow crypto and predict the stock market will realise the relationship does not hold true at all.

This makes sense because if this correlation were to exist traders would instantly work that out and always apply it, thus getting huge bucks every time.

Like what I have said above I have a feeling that these newbie traders have this "stock market's movement is related to the crypo market" relation on reading a lot of news that's why they might think that they do have a connection since the have been mislead by the news. This won't change until these newbie traders try to educate themselves and at least be observant on what they are seeing rather than believing it instantly.
1327  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does the bitcoin price go up and down correlation to the stock market? on: March 08, 2020, 11:02:03 AM
Like what I have said previously in related posts Bitcoin and the crypto market has no direct correlation to what is happening in the stock market right now. While we both are being the demand for its supply the stock market is affected by external factors outside of its demand and those external factors are of the company itself and the economical performance of the country itself, crypto on the other hand is less affected by those and mostly affected by the direct demand for it. That's why we barely see the crypto market and the stock market have the same or nearly identical movement. So basing your trade just because one market is bullish or bearish is something a careless trader would do, simply because it will be hugely inaccurate.
1328  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: South Korean Lawmakers Greenlight Strict Crypto AML Bill on: March 08, 2020, 09:43:06 AM
Interesting, instead of the usual route taken by any government of a country when they say "enhanced" or "improved" regulations and laws for AML procedures it only means a harder method of KYC or something unusual for their clients. This time it is the other way around where the VASPs are the ones being enforced on specific regulations when it comes to their licensing, operations, and how they will handle deposits in withdrawals. Honestly with this kind of "enhanced" regulations made by South Korea it makes me wonder why other countries are not doing it and instead put the burden on all of its users, as if they are forcing them to lose interest in the market.
1329  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-03-06] Bitcoin is 'digital gold,' says Finder co-founder on: March 08, 2020, 09:03:25 AM
Just like any businessmen out there they won't say anything bad with regards to the services they have. While finder.com does not directly buy and sell Bitcoin in there website what they show you are there partners on their business which means that they can't really talk negatively on Bitcoin or crypto in general since they are promoting their business on their website, simply their promotion and advertisements of these crypto exchanges and wallets are there way of getting paid to continue their operations. Yeah by the looks of us readers is he is just being positive about Bitcoin but if you dig a little deeper you will always see a motive behind their positive opinion towards something.
1330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum be taking 1st place in 2020? on: March 07, 2020, 09:38:28 PM
Ethereum is one of the best projects created, perhaps the best after bitcoin. Transactions much faster than bitcoin. In my opinion, the next few years could even exceed the BTC price. Mark what I say

Come on, be realistic when doing such predictions. Bitcoin's max supply is 21 million BTC, Ethereum on the other hand has not cap limit to its supply and its current circulating supply is now at 110 million. The laws of supply and demand alone will tell us that ETH may not surpassed Bitcoin or even near Bitcoin's price be. The most possible way it may surpass Bitcoin is through market cap and even that is a top climb considering that Bitcoin's market cap is almost double on what ETH has right now. And to be honest features alone does not tell anything about how it can be the number 1 crypto in the market, you must also consider the things what I have said to see if it is even realistic.
1331  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Binance-Coin on: March 07, 2020, 08:05:40 PM
It is strange that original Binance is not reacting yet.
Maybe they do not have branded and registered name for Binance coin and Binance exchange.

Well aside from the name Binance coin which is totally the name of Binance's BNB you won't see and direct impersonation from what the original Binance company is offering aside from their misleading name. First off this Binance rip-off is just a HYIP scam website without really offering any kind of IPO/token of their own. From what I see they are trying to fool people about high fixed gains from their trading plan as compared to what Binance coin actually is. We can maybe only start to see Binance take some action to this when actual people start to complain about them being victimized by this HYIP website, until then we can expect them to be silent about this matter.
1332  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Can anyone recommend a company for building a Crypto Exchange for iOS & Android? on: March 07, 2020, 07:11:12 PM
Hi @adoptablockchain

my company will be happy to discuss and estimate the time&cost for you so you can decide whether you want to proceed with us.
I'm company founder and I manage all projects personally. We've built iOS apps since 2008 and focus on blockchain since 2018.
For iOS and Android we do both cross-platform (React Native) and fully native development.

Maybe instead of just saying that you have developed "iOS apps" you should at least also say what their names are so that the members especially the OP will know what you have really developed. Not only will it save us time but it will also help what you are pitching him. Instead of just backing it up with your blog post what you should include is the project portfolio you have which will also be helpful. I'm just saying this because most the low ranking members here ranging from jr. members to newbies in the project development always try to offer their service but what they forget is to post their credentials with their previous works backing them up.
1333  Economy / Speculation / Re: Value of technical analysis vs sentiment for you on: March 06, 2020, 09:32:37 PM
In my view, technical analysis isn't much more than looking at charts and drawing lines. So called analysis that focus on bitcoin markets tend to completely overlook factors such as volumes even.

Let simply put it this way, technical analysis have existed for a long time to be deemed useless. It won't be used in the stock market and the forex if it doesn't hit any kind of price forecasting done by their own TA, but since it has been effective for them it still managed to be learned and be used frequently in these markets for several years now. Yeah sure if you look at these charts you will only see the lines being drawn and the bars it will be showing, but what makes it useful is how an analyst can translate these charts on where the asset will be heading or has the highest chance to go. I do look at the TAs of other people especially in Tradingview but I don't instantly believe what they are trying to say but what I do is to try to validate it on my own with my analysis. With this thing I can also learn on my own and see if what they are trying to say is accurate or not.
1334  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What is important for you when buying things online with bitcoin? on: March 04, 2020, 06:29:14 PM
I think the best example for a good site to use Bitcoin as a payment method is Overstock.com. For those of you who still don't know it yet it is like the Amazon version of Bitcoin users around the world, it even has better international shipping coverage compared to Amazon since they use a 3rd party (FedEx) to handle its shipping needs. What they do use to implement their Bitcoin payments is Coinbase Commerce but you don't necessary need to log-in to your Coinbase account nor need it as you can just scan the QR code after picking the Bitcoin option. But if I were to nitpick and suggest a better feature I think is of course having a cheaper shipping cost because some of their shipping cost (also depending on the seller)  considering how far you are are more expensive than the item you will be buying.
1335  Economy / Economics / Re: Unfair aspects of KYC. But KYP is here on: March 04, 2020, 04:48:27 PM
Are people just acting like they are dumb right now? Or they don't really know what they are talking about? Projects and Organizations in the crypto industry may now have the same KYC version as us customers and investors but they do provide some of their baclground enough for us to know them well. What I'm talking about is the project's whitepaper, website , amd live events this is your only way to do background checks from them to see if the company is really legit or not baside from knowing their legal permits and documentation. So really it's up to you as a investor to do background checks on your own and get to know them well.
1336  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 04, 2020, 04:12:57 PM
It is a very difficult situation in Italy currently. On one hand there is a possibility to play the games in front of empty stands. Serie A wants to avoid this at all costs since it is sending a bad image into the world. The pros would be no attendance = minimum chances of infection. There is still a small chance that one of the players could be infected but taking into consideration how often they are checked by team medics this is not a serious threat.

The second option would be to postpone all sporting events. In that case when will they all be played? International matches, UEFA CL and the upcoming EURO 2020 will all be affected with all dates having to be moved ahead.

One reason why I'm seeing Serie A not letting teams play on empty stands is because of revenue. Not only that the board don't want it but also some teams are not letting a closed door match happen. If this is really the case then I don't think this is an option at all since they are also after the revenue and from what I heard people in Italy barely go out as much as possible to avoid being infected so even if they allow fans to watch I believe their attendance will be cut by a fraction. Postponing games until everything clears out is a much better alternative then risking the health of everyone including their players.
1337  Other / Meta / Re: Theymos SHAME ON YOU on: March 04, 2020, 03:25:08 PM
Maybe if you put a little background on why you are bitching now would help clarify some things for people out of the loop like me. Because just by reading your OP and the 12 negative feedbacks you have it really sound like you are the one who are having the problem here. Now if you are complaining why theymos didn't step up and save your ass because of your negative feedback sadly theymos and the other admins don't moderate such feedbacks from other members so you are really barking at the wrong tree here. Maybe if you try to resolve your case with the DT members who have tag you with will be a better idea for you.
1338  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can artists earn Bitcoins ? on: March 04, 2020, 01:55:00 PM
You don't necessary have to look somewhere special in order for you to earn Bitcoin as a payment for your paintings, all you really need to do is ask Bitcoin as a mode of payment for your artwork. What I mean about that is although we have specialized websites and sections lik here in the forum where you have a marketplace for such goods using Bitcoin payments you can still find success if you sell it online on social media groups, pages, and sites where you just ask BTC as a payment. But if you mean a website where you can submit your artwork and earn Bitcoin I'm afraid I don't know any website for incentivizing artkwork.
1339  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bounty cheating: 4+ accounts connected on: March 03, 2020, 10:08:10 PM
When you come market at first you know all or you born with all knowledge.  you judge people from you position. you must think you first one year ago time. When they are unable to some campaign which are expeceptional,  I tell them and practise them. I learn their regulary by face to face.
eventually help is not sin. Help is great. it is soul of human being.

And now you are evading a perfectly innocent question? So what good will that be on you? Of course none, with this hard evidence against you and your “friends” you really don't have any choice left but for you to wait what other DT members see and most likely a wallet connection such as this is enough for them to tag you for bounty cheating and/or account farming. The moment you stray away from your reasoning and look for symptahy only made your lies more visibile for them.
1340  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Copy trade - New trend of cryptocurrency exchanges? on: March 03, 2020, 08:43:17 PM
Would you really trust your own money on someone else's decision?
If you're not ready to believe into some other traders'decision then there will be no such concept of copy-trading.
But, I believe copy-trading is famous in forex markets for more than a decade. Without proper reasons any concept will not survive for such a long period of time. There are enough justification for people to believe into some other trader's decision and this is the reason we are still having copy-trade functionality in many exchanges.

Personally, I have never tried copy-trading but when there will be crypto exchanges introducing this feature then definitely I will risk small capital for this. If there will be good results we may start getting, I believe you this will open big doors for passive income generating options.

Well that's in the forex and stock market you also really need to consider that the crypto market is very volatile and is not as controlled as the other markets I have mentioned so really the risk is considerably big in this market even for a seasoned crypto trader you will copy on. But if you really think that the idea of copy-trading is favorable for you then go for it, I was just giving my two cents on this matter after all it is your money and right now you have two not well-known crypto exchanges mentioned in the OP offering it so you can try it out.
