2341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 232: Jones vs Gustafsson 2 Prediction and Info Thread on: December 20, 2018, 06:09:44 PM
And what's this? Bj penn's on  card? 😱
I got shocked too just when I thought BJ Penn already had enough on fighting in the octagon for good, he is still plans to fight with this time on a man who might even KO him in the octagon. BJ Penn already announced several retirements already which means he is indecisive whether or not he will continue to fight in the octagon. I love BJ Penn during his early years but I know a fighter who already got enough and had a good run, if he loses this one Dana White might step in and officially declare him unfit to fight in the UFC again and that is for his own good.
2342  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: UK TAX LAWS > Amended 19 December 2019 on: December 20, 2018, 05:33:26 PM
Would you or someone else who is well versed in this area be able to explain the changes and what they would mean for anyone looking to cash out?
I don't know if you had read the article or not but the article provided is already easy to understand and is very straightforward with the topic. Unlike other regulatory framework which goes straight to the changes in tax rates the UK government's one actually provided definitions and how you can categorize each kind of cryptocurrency and from how did you get it whether it is from trading or mining. To top it all they also provided some example computations on how you will calculate your tax on your crypto earnings, and to be honest it even looked like a guide for newbies.

The countries you have mentioned are also are the most merited local boards based on zentdex's data post where Russia is leading by a mile next to Turkey. This might also be the reason why these local boards are highly active as their post are being rewarded actively by their merit sources. The funny thing is 1 out of the 5 countries in the list are believed to be a country that "have declared" cryptocurrencies "illegal" in their country. Well it can only mean two things it can either be that the cryptocurrency situation in China is misconceived or the Chinese local board is a home of people breaking the law, I don't know about you but I know for a fact that it is the former.
2344  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-12-19] Quinone CEO Backs Bitcoin to Reach New All-Time High by 2019 on: December 20, 2018, 02:24:49 PM
For those of you who are interested here is the link of the actual interview of Bloomberg conducted to Mike Kayamori. As usual cryptocurrency news providers are recycling old news as this interview was actually conducted last 2 weeks ago, I really don't know if they are purposely doing this and timing the release of news to the condition of the market but this is actually the wrong way on delivering the news. Nevertheless watching the actual interview you will see that Kayamori is highly intellectual with the market and I agree on some points he made.
2345  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Voucher redemption terms and conditions need advice on: December 19, 2018, 08:15:53 PM
Im sorry if i didnt make myself clear previous comment, i meant i would not care paying 10 eth txfee if they funded me 380 eth.
i just dont really feel like just accepting this code and  buying at a worse rate than the legit rate i actually redeemed the voucher.
the previous code did work btw just not in the right way i guess cuz they only send you  the summary after your code is actually used.
You really need to straighten up your story as it is pretty unclear on my part. If the first voucher code worked why did they sent you a new one? And if it did worked how much ETH did you received and are you complaining because you didn't received the amount as promise? The way I see it is if you received a lesser amount than what is stated in the summary they are clearly liable for paying you the rest of the said amount.

2.2 After successful purchase of Crypto Voucher in Fintegence Partners shop or website, User shall be entitled to its redeem by entering the authorization code in the designated place on the Website. Afterwards User shall be informed what is the amount of cryptocurrency, which he/she may receive by usage of that Crypto Voucher. Upon redemption of the Crypto Voucher, cryptocurrency is transferred to the deposit indicated by the User or to the deposit created by the User while making the purchase.
2346  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Voucher redemption terms and conditions need advice on: December 19, 2018, 07:09:43 PM
i cant pm for a reason. well you cant really cheat the system on the voucher they pull a new rate every 15 sec so my 100 euro today is worth less in eth than  5 days ago you get me ?  for one reason i accepted the eth on that specific time a sick rate i guess idk. i just feel like they want me to use the new code  so they can cover theirself claiming they fixed the issue any questions are raised.
I'm confused, you said in your earlier reply here in the thread that you don't care about the prices as long as they fund you.

as long as they fund me i would not even mind paying them Cheesy
But now they have given you a new code to claim your voucher you are now pursuing the better rate which you bought ETH originally. Nevertheless you still need to send a follow up email regarding your situation in order for this to be solve. It's either you accept the new code or complain about receiving a new code when your previous code (better rate) was not working in the first place.
2347  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: December 19, 2018, 05:35:10 PM
I cannot log in either. Live support says F2A issues but its been a few days now.

Are funds SAFU?
In the past days a lot of people are having trouble logging in to the website I personally didn't experience it but it seems like the problem is fix based on the feedback I received. And in terms of your funds do not be worried as even though there is a problem with the website your balance will be left untouched not unless someone had hacked your account and steal it from you.
2348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: REASON FOR MARKET RECOVERY on: December 19, 2018, 04:49:50 PM
All the thing that the OP said are all "possibilities" but this is not the real reason for the price increase, we cannot even call it as a recovery because we are just seeing a price rally which is normal even if we are in the bear market. What's clear as day is that before this "recovery" started BTC is extremely oversold as well as the MACD is hinting for a bullish crossover that is why we have this price rally right now. All the OP said are just speculation without any basis on the market's technical point of view.
2349  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do play this momentum? on: December 19, 2018, 03:21:12 PM
Don't go long for now. I am seeing a major head and shoulder forming in the 15 minute chart we are currently forming the right shoulder so we need to set some precautions on our trades, if BTC breaks 3,750 let us expect that the correction will be confirmed and shorting it now might be a good idea while you still see your portfolio green. Keep in mind that the bear market is still not over this is just a price rally we are experiencing in this season there is nothing major about it except for a play of profit.
2350  Economy / Economics / Re: On stablecoins on: December 19, 2018, 02:07:11 PM
i think top coin from 1 to 50 can be say stable coin, because price movement are slowly and also follow bitcoin price.
not like other coin, while btc is dumping they pump, but you can make great profit it you have a great timing to buy.
From what I am reading I am guessing that you really don't know what you are talking about stablecoins really don't follow the movement of Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies in the market as if they are they won't be called "stablecoins" to begin with. You won't really see any kind of price jumps greater than 5% as they only move around -/+ .01-.03 increments in a day or won't even move at all. Stablecoins are in fact not for your money if you are thinking that it will grow, people only buy it if they don't want to participate in the price action going on in the market.
2351  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Must have web browser addons to keep you a step safer from phishing on: December 18, 2018, 08:34:59 PM
~snip~

In either Firefox or Chrome you can do the following:

Either press F12 to bring up Developer Tools, and click the small pointer in a box at the top left of the toolbar to select Inspector -OR- press Ctrl + Shift + C
Select the pop-up box/window/overlay that is getting your way
Press delete
Press F12 again to close the Developer Tools toolbar
I know this procedure already but unfortunately some websites are tricky even if you have deleted the elements of the overlay you will be left with an unscrollable website that is still dimmed by some overlay. Just like what I have tried doing in some articles of businessinsider you will still be left something like this, I suspect that there are still codes still left to be deleted which is not part of the main overlay code which they purposely have done in order not to avoid turning off your ad blocker.
2352  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-12-18] Bitcoin Bear Market Is Scaring Off Institutional Investors, Claims on: December 18, 2018, 07:19:28 PM
Isn't JP Morgan's CEO, Jamie Dimon, a known hater of crytocurrencies especially Bitcoin? I won't be surprised if they'll be creating headlines saying "I told you so" to us supporters. This is only news telling us that they were "right" on saying Bitcoin is really not that good of an investment. Supposed to say they are right that institutional investors are declining in the market all I can say is that it is normal as these investors are not looking to pool their money on a losing market they don't want to go long as they are looking for markets where they can make the quickest bucks from their capital. So I don't really get why JP morgan is giving a statement that has already existed in other losing markets.
2353  Economy / Reputation / Re: Begging merit via PM. Really annoying to me. on: December 18, 2018, 05:50:53 PM
At almost 11 months of the merit system's existence I really thought this kind of merit begging will be over by now. But now I see that posting in threads created by newbies still makes them feel that they are somehow entitled to receive some merits from members who replied to their thread. I don't know how their minds work but they seem to think that every reply in their thread thinks that the members are appreciating what he created which is really a wrong assumption to make by a newbie.
2354  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Must have web browser addons to keep you a step safer from phishing on: December 18, 2018, 05:05:37 PM
Using Adblock also helps you stay away from paid ads in Google, which may be phishing sites.

Ublock is probably the best one, and it is a must for everyone who uses a browser. You can download it for Firefox Android and desktop versions.

I have a bad experience in using ad blockers in that way especially if you are visiting websites that won't even allow you to use their website if they detected you are using an ad blocker software just like when I visited business insider they will block their article with a window until you turned off your ad blocker. Also if you yourself are always being redirected to unwanted ad websites or your browser is showing a lot of pop up ads chances are your computer is infected by a malware and cleaning it up with a malware cleaner like malwarebytes could do the trick.
2355  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Canelo Alvarez vs Rocky Fielding fight predictions on: December 18, 2018, 04:04:32 PM
~snip~

Yes, a Callum Smith or even a GGG III will be a better option for Alvarez, but this is the beginning of DAZN investments on him so Alvarez team chooses the easy route so that they will let DAZN felt its worth  throwing a lot of money on Canelo. LOL. Boxing is really a business know and superfights rarely do come at this era.
If DAZN really wants to have customers subscribing in their services fighting an unworthy opponent is not the way to go. Yes I do have to agree with you that DAZN might be testing the waters with Canelo but this fight really won't make people be interested in their streaming service. If they do want to have a ton of customers signing up to their website I think the best way to go is to have a super bout, you know the ones which fans and enthusiast alike will be talking about for years to come.
2356  Other / Meta / Re: And i want to see where is my mistake too, Account was banned on: December 17, 2018, 07:34:30 PM
Guys, please leave me at least this account. I will just stay with nothing if you block this one.
That's the point Bitcointalk does not tolerate plagiarizers and banning you as a person helps clean the forum with one less plagiarizer roaming around the forum. And oh btw thank you for posting your appeal with your Hero account, this is even a bigger catch compared to the full member account you are owning. If you have other accounts we are open to hearing more of your appeal so we can ban them after.
2357  Economy / Speculation / Re: Interesting reads on future of Bitcoin price on: December 17, 2018, 07:07:04 PM
The fact that we are having this mini bull runs and price rallies (which we are currently having right now) shows that Bitcoin is not dead yet, if BTC was ever a bubble BTC will be done after within the first quarter of 2018 but in this case it isn't. We are having at present a year long bear market and it is looking to continue in 2019 but the market is just showing the qualities of what a bear market looks like it doesn't show anything really related to a "death" of a market. What we are seeing now is the media only taking advantage of the situation and the fear of the people in order to create juicy headlines they will know will have many readers.
2358  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Dev Team Acquisition on: December 16, 2018, 07:58:05 PM
You'll get more positive response if you posted your inquiry on a job hunting/freelancing site such as upwork. I know you will have the right set of people there and at least you can pick who you want to be part of your team. Right now there are no newbies posting in your thread but it is only a matter of time where they will post their pitches here all together with their telegram or email accounts. I also highly recommend you not to try to approach this people as they are not trusted persons here in the community.
2359  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing: Canelo Alvarez vs Rocky Fielding fight predictions on: December 16, 2018, 07:06:42 PM
You couldn't even call that as a boxing match Rocky Fielding literally look like a walking punching bag for Canelo Alvarez he made Fielding bend his knee all rounds as if he was his king. What made this win inevitable is Fielding isn't even the number one Middleweight in Australia as he is just ranked #4 there, Canelo should have fought Callum Smith instead which I think would be more entertaining to watch. But an even more better thing to watch is Canelo vs. GGG 3 IMHO this rematch should happen as Golovkin got robbed with his belt and the worst thing is he lost his unblemished record.
2360  Economy / Economics / Re: The mentality of an average wannabe investor on: December 16, 2018, 06:08:40 PM
Just when you start seeing articles that Bitcoin's bubble finally popped (funny enough the article is in the "opinion" section) you know that it has reached to the point that the mainstream media has started sticking it up into our asses that they were right all along. But I say let them ride out all the glory for today as we all know the bear season is where the haters are right most of the time, and to keep it real the only ones feeling the burn are the people who are at a loss, don't know what they are doing, or both. We will all have our winning moments when this cycle ends and reading articles that "Bitcoin finally popped" are only signifying that we are either near if not at the bottom level of BTC.
