241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [DVC]DevCoin - Official Thread - Moderated on: May 29, 2017, 01:06:52 AM
I have create a pull request. I hope that the right devs see it
https://github.com/coinzen/devcoin/pull/33

Thanks @aatheus! It was a pleasure to merge that pull requests, I hope more to come!

People! Everyone! We still have control of the source code so we can bring Devcoin back on track. Hence I'm not a C++ expert, I know programming pretty well I can read new pull requests and to merge the right ones. Also, devtome.com might seem lost but we can always start a new wiki and build new assets.

Regarding the problem with downloading receiver_xx files, guess that this is a great opportunity to reorganize. Those who want to help just bring in new mirrors, I can take care of maintaining the new receivers files so we start re-distributing Devcoin to the new team of contributors starting next block, along with building a new countdown.

There is just a little detail here. We need the owners of hash power to jump in and update their miners, I have no contact with any of them but if you are listening and willing to bring Devcoin back to life, PLEASE HELP!

While we are on that, we can still test the new receiver files infrastructure in a test network, anybody willing to help please just say so in a private message to me, here in bitcointalk.

May Devcoin be back and stronger!

I can't help out with the mining side but I can continue to provide a mirror. Toss over links to files as needed and I'll make sure they're tossed up, Smiley.

Also, definitely up for a restructuring and a re-creation of Devtome. Hopefully more efficient.

thanks to all but the problem still here
Isend message to Quickseller and macbook-air Iam waiting reply from them
The size of YoBit's transaction was many times higher than most transactions. I assume that they've received a large number of small deposits recently and didn't want to pay for you, so for someone to accelerate it for you you might have to pay a crazily high fee.

You could also try another paid accelerator and I think ViaBTC offers a service for their customers as well.

You could also try not using YoBit.
I tried to estimate the price of the transaction of OP, since it has very low fee from the accelerator mentioned which is pushtx.btc.com, and I was just like oh shit the estimated price was $275.37. Well that was a huge size per byte and yet the fee is only 6.575 sat/B.
Just a suggestion to OP once you receive that amount from the help of quickseller or macbook-air, try to stay away from that exchange since that site has unresolved scam accusations here and has a poor support.
When I check that estimated fee to get the transaction confirmed myself, I was like wow! But am glad he did it for much less and got his Bitcoin in his wallet in less than 2hrs. What took him 27days of waiting is all over just like that. My point is, accelerators works.... Here is where cheaper services like mine comes in. Cheers

How much was he transferring (was his the 0.01 or the 0.8x) and what was your fee for helping out?
243  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to solve your Bitcoin unconfirmation problem on: May 28, 2017, 10:54:53 AM
If you ever have a BTC confirmation issue that has been going on for days, do not despair...
Try to accelerate it for free with https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ or use a paid version by doing it yourself with pushtx.btc.com/#/ but there is a paid service for faster confirmation. I can help with that but it's not free but cheaper than most paid btc accelerators out there. If interested you can reach me or drop me a message and I will respond promptly.
P.S: it's a pay after service has been rendered and confirmation of your btc has been done.

For your paid version, are you just using ViaBTC as a customer? Or how are you getting it added? What miners do you work with, etc.? Need a bit more transparency on this part, especially if you want to charge for the service.
244  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for Employee for Real Jobs (Worldwide) on: May 28, 2017, 10:29:41 AM
You guys really need to read. The fact that you're asking for escrow is proof you aren't even able to read a simple post, therefore how do you expect a potential employer to pick you over someone who IS able to read?

Protip: this site is clearly NOT a job offering, but a compilation of jobs from other sites.

If you want work, at least do the bare minimum and read what you're looking at.

That reminder was not there when i did read it so, you are poking the wrong tree.
If you can see, the reminder was added on the 1 post above you.

What reminder do you need? If you're interested in a job, you should look at what's for offer. If you clicked through to their site, you'd already know all of this. His "reminder" is useless because it shouldn't even be necessary. Why would people blindly apply for jobs they know nothing about? This is what baffles me.
245  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Withdrawal from YoBit stucked. on: May 28, 2017, 10:21:31 AM
this transaction has been stuck for 27 days...

https://blockchain.info/tx/0b233cb5c041ad4a33ccf42eb0d1d3dbd0a2229fb0c49f66b2ce03d538d5f1ed

Imake a 6 ticket but they are saying just wait
They say they can't change the fee...

Any suggestion beside waiting until the end of the world happens?

Thanks

The transaction is 12kb which means that it's probably not going to confirm at all. Yobit only paid 0.0008 BTC for the transaction so that's some crazy fees right there especially when blocks are full. 12kb means a lot, that's like 1.2% of a full block and it costs a lot to get it accelerated.

Your only way to get the money is to either keep trying to get the support to respond(unlikely imo) or use the BTC.com accelerator to get it into a block. Both of which will require time/money. Was your address the 0.8 BTC or 0.01 BTC one? If it's only 0.01 BTC then don't even bother man. You'll spend at least $50 on acceleration.

I believe his is the 0.01 one, based on a little analyzing. I could be wrong on that though. Which makes it even worse if true. And it effectively means good luck removing even small amounts from YoBit...
246  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for Employee for Real Jobs (Worldwide) on: May 28, 2017, 10:17:11 AM
Can you tell me more about the Bitcoin related jobs, i might be interested on them.
Also do you offer escrow on these jobs at all, since you do not have trust on this forum?

Agreed, do you provide escrow? I think you should be. And I think you better explained it a little more specific in here about all of your jobs offer, so people will actually get interested in them.

Not sure how I feel about paid accelerators. There's no guarantee they're legit. And seeing this low fee from YoBit is painful. That's not ever going to confirm without help.
248  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ★ Key4co.in ★ Instant Gamekeys with Bitcoin! on: May 27, 2017, 08:58:44 PM
The cost for multiple copies of Counter strike 1.6? (I may need up to 10 copies If the price is good enough). If there are any plans to add them on sale or on the key mania thing then I could wait.
Hello.

I don't have any old copies and can't get new ones due to the new steam gift policies. Your best option would be to wait for a steam sale  Sad, sorry.

Do you guys take suggestions/requests for game keys? I would be interested in purchasing keys for PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS, Bioshock and Overwatch. You guys seem to have really good deals on, so I'm really interested in seeing if you have a game I'm interested in (I already have GTA, Fallout 4 and Dishonoured 2)!
Yup I do!

I still have 6 copies Bioshock, just added them for 4,99$: Bioshock
I also have copies left for Bioshock 2(6x) and Infinite(7x and 2x with Season Pass).

Will get a few copies of PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS in the coming days for 24.99$.

I'll also try to add Overwatch today. Normal version probably, not the origins version. How many Copies do you need?

What changed with regards to gifting games? I know they were supposedly going to try to cut down on people trading via RMT, but haven't heard what the actual changes were.

Used an hypherstake address on swap,it will be rejected and then try again with the txid and new hyper address ?!

HyperStake (HYP) is NOT anything related to HYPER (hence HYP vs HYPER). Do not confuse the two, as they are completely different coins, completely different projects, etc.
250  Economy / Services / Re: [GOOD BOUNTY] Looking for someone to confirm my transaction!!! on: May 23, 2017, 04:34:59 PM
or you can try spending output with very high fees so miners will need to confirm first transaction in order to claim high fees from your transaction.

Does this really work, though? I've heard similar claims in the past, but wouldn't the low-fee (or in this case zero) transaction still cause issues? Otherwise we could just send a ton of transactions with zero fees, then spend a bigger one with a small fee (like to condense 10000 small txns, for example).
251  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Freebitco.in as a wallet? on: May 23, 2017, 04:32:08 PM
This is the newest announcement on their site:

For a long time they have been offering bitcoin faucet and some time ago new features were added like daily interest as you may already know. Do you think they are trusted enough to hold bitcoins on their website?

What's the fee for withdrawing, though? Or is that free? And keep in mind that there's always a risk here. The only time you truly hold your BTC is when you have the private key and nobody else does (which isn't the case here).
252  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Btcpop P2P Bitcoin Bank on: May 23, 2017, 07:00:17 AM
Sorry about the statistics not working.

To answer your question regarding defaults.

Is there a chart or anything else that helps confirm the default rate? And what is the average interest rate earned? Had some fairly bad luck on other platforms (like BTCJam, due to mismanagement and rampant scamming).

Every lender will have different default rates. However, I know from general discussion as well as my participation to a varying degree of most all loans through the platform that people are paying back their loans. I learned how to P2P lend the hard way on Btcjam as well and lost 5+ Btc.

Btcpop has been much better. My old account has recovered to around -1% ROI and My new account is at like a +%5 and has lent out around 28 Btc and received 29.5 Back with interest this year. (that was the picture I was trying to share earlier)

But, in any case if you are still skeptical on P2P lending default rates Btcpop offers a interest bearing "Instant Pool Wallet" where you receive 5-15% interest risk free and you can withdraw your Bitcoin at any time.

https://blog.btcpop.co/2017/05/18/btcpops-risk-free-interest-bearing-bitcoin-wallet/

Please feel free to reach out with questions... You can see some of my other stats on various posts throughout the Btcpop Blog

There's no such thing as "risk-free." Even investing in a savings bond or FDIC-insured bank isn't risk-free. There is ALWAYS risk, and claiming otherwise is a lie. Anyways, don't have any free BTC to give it a go with (lending) but noting for the future.
253  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Website Backlink Trades on: May 23, 2017, 04:41:04 AM
Are the links you're swapping nofollow or dofollow? And do you plan to do this indefinitely? There are definitely benefits to doing this, and my be willing to swap links with a site I have, especially if we can do a triangle (I link to yours, you link to a separate site of ours). All sites are crypto-related.

Tagging for the future. Curious, though, I saw at the bottom of your image that some docs are tagged pdf and such, but one is "AZW." What does this stand for? Assuming it has something to do with Amazon but I think that's Mobi.
255  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coinizy.com a scam? on: May 23, 2017, 04:35:49 AM
seems they changed the URL to kardiz
You are right,. until now they did not put my money into my wallet

It says in View pending & past deposits:

2017-05-15 22:25:22    Bitcoin Deposit
$59.47    Pending blockchain confirmations (0/3)

I got an email yesterday that it will be put in my wallet in 3 hours
still nothing...

Been using their service for the past month and so far everything works the way it supposed to. Are you sure, the transaction has received confirmations (due to the amount of stuck transactions as of late)? Can you post the TX's here?
On my personal experience, my wallet is credited by 10 minutes delay (after receiving enough confirmations). When you go to "My Kardiz Wallet" > View pending & past deposits > what's the status there?

I've noticed an increase in complaints, ever since they've changed their name to kardiz.
Their thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1624128.0

They estimate 3 hours but nobody knows. It clearly states right in your own post that it doesn't have the confirmations. Due to the backlog, this could be fast or it could be a week or longer. This is all based on you not using enough fees (or whoever sent it to them not using enough).
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Victoriouscoin|Soft launch|Thevty.club:Get hundred dollars of courses on: May 23, 2017, 04:33:07 AM
We would like to thank you all to all your support
Victoriouscoin will still be here ..

Estimated time to launch is first week of June ..

Please bear with us while we are working to renew our commitment
to all our followers and investors..

Thank you all

How long will the swap last? I'll be on vacation throughout June so likely won't be able to deal with that (as I won't have ready access to my wallet).
257  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transaction accelerator is it true or not? on: May 22, 2017, 12:29:04 AM
I want to see a live screencast of someone actually using that fucking site & it actually accepting a TXID & captcha.

I can confirm it works, as can many from Bit-Exo that I've coached through it. You have to do it at XX:00 to get in. XX:01 is late 99.9% of the time.

Live screencast, please. I will be Periscoping mine @thebutterzone in a few minutes.

ETA: It actually accepted as I clicked at 15:00:00 exactly. https://www.pscp.tv/TheButterZone/1MnxnanrmLEJO

ETA2: And the 40 sat/b transaction confirmed in the first block after submission, which happened to be ViaBTC's.

Told you it works, Smiley. I've used it on around 50 separate transactions and have had a 100% success rate. I originally thought it was fake as well, but it's consistent enough that there's no way it's coincidence.

Hi Guys,

Please check out my website tell me what you reckon and any ideas of content that you would be interested in seeing on there. Please feel free to comment I am very interested to hear what people think of my site.

Thank you in advance and hope to see some feedback.

Website is www.freebtcworld.com

We can't even tell what the goal of the site is supposed to be. What are you building it for? What are you offering to readers/users? What's the end goal? These things should be clear as soon as we open the site.

i hope this will work i have a transaction on the mempool for almost 72 hours and hopefully i can get a free space so i can queue my transaction
It works without any doubts. But you need to include your tx right after viaBTC mines a block. Because they are having limitations on number of transactions to be accelerated so sometimes we may need to wait until they mine a block.
No. We do not need to wait until they mine a block. Because they are resetting slots every UTC hour to make spaces for new transactions. I assume it is possible for them when some of 'included transactions' get confirmed by other miners. Still it is just an assumptions.

If someone confirms how exactly viaBTC accepts new transactions every hour that would be more helpful to plan up for including our transactions instead of keep on checking their submission form.

Did you even bother to read what i wrote 2 posts above yours?

After you submit TXID you have to wait for them to mine block.

It can happen in 5 minutes or it can happen in 26 hours there is no rule.

In case they don't find block several hours you don't need to spam your txID every hour, 1 time is enough, when they find block they will confirm your submitted transaction. It's simple as that.
No. You are wrong. ViaBTC's tx accelerator accepts new transactions every hour. It is confirmed by many people here through out this forum. We do not need to wait for them until they mine a new block.

I am not sure how it is possible for them, but it happens. Like el kaka mentioned if some mining experts or VisBTC staff explains this, that will be more helpful to understand how they are working so that we can use their services more effectively.

Yeah, this is what I've questioned as well. Like the other day they had 9.5h between blocks, yet people were still able to throw transactions in every hour. I've asked for clarification to no avail. Essentially, there's two possibilities:

1) They accept x transactions per hour, where x = maximum they will push to a block
2) They accept x/y transactions per hour, where y = arbitrary number to divide by so people can continue to get in

(i.e., if they are adding up to 100 per block, they could either be doing all 100 every hour and resetting or could be doing 3-5 per hour and not resetting)
