1141  Economy / Services / Re: Let Me Perfect Your Writing (Websites, Articles, Essays, Books, etc.)! on: September 03, 2016, 04:59:15 PM
This is really cool with the service youre offering which is different from designs, coding, coins and the likes... A project is coming up and I will definitely get in touch...

Thanks for reaching out! I'm looking forward to hearing more about your upcoming project, Smiley.
1142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of so-called "anonymous" coins (XMR, SDC, AEON and DASH) on: September 03, 2016, 09:09:18 AM
Monero broke number of records (price, trade volume), but it looks like many people believe that SDC and AEON will follow its trend. One can argue if the XMR growth can be called "organic", but my personal opinion is that this is a pure speculation. Both ShadowCash and Aeon have never reached such prices and volume (you can check their history) and I think that investing in them at this point could be called dangerous.

I'm lost as to what the point of this thread is. Anyone who buys in has either a) done their due diligence and already knows what they're getting into; or b) shouldn't be buying into it anyways and if it's not one of these coins that they lose with, it'll just be another. As long as people continue being stupid and throwing their money at random stuff in the hopes they will magically get rich, manipulation, scams, and failed projects will continue to grow in number.
1143  Economy / Services / Let Me Perfect Your Writing (Websites, Articles, Essays, Books, etc.)! on: September 03, 2016, 08:25:24 AM
Whether you are looking to perfect your resume, forum thread, Website, blog posts, or any other type of writing, you have come to the right place! I have been in the crypto community for a long time (over 3 years) and have worked for hundreds of clients both in and out of the crypto realm. I am a professional editor that puts most others to shame – including those of major websites, like CNN, Fox, MSN, etc. I am quick, efficient, and ridiculously accurate. While Word and other programs may help with some problems with your writing, I can guarantee accuracy. When you work with me, you are working with the absolute best.

As part of my diligent process, I will take your writing from mediocre or good to absolute greatness. Things I will lock down for you include:

  • Misspelled words (typos)
  • Sentences that are grammatically incorrect
  • Misused words
  • Text flow (re-writing sentences as needed for better emphasis or organization of information)
  • Anything else I find wrong!

I am willing to work with individuals, groups, businesses, or writers, and I can handle work of any size and scope. Along with this, I am also available for both short- and long-term deals. Send me a private message with an overview of what you need done and we can take it from there!
As for payment methods I am willing to accept, they include:

  • Bitcoin
  • Litecoin
  • PayPal (gifted)

I may also be open to other coins, but this will be on a case-by-case basis.

If you are a business owner, Website owner, coin creator, etc. and would like to retain me for all of your editing needs, I am also open to the possibility of working on an equity basis. This will, again, be on a case-by-case basis. Should this path be taken, I will take responsibility for all of your public-facing text, as well as internal as needed. This would include business plans, contracts, and the like.

Feel free to reach out to me at any time. I will always return your messages as soon as possible.

Thanks for reading, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
1144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Rubies (RBIES) The business and entertainment currency. on: September 03, 2016, 06:02:29 AM

Now that the transition has successfully passed, we are working on bringing Rubies to the finish line along with the help of the BetterBets dev to make sure things get implemented correctly and without problem.

We are also working along with the Rubies team to help plan and build for the Rubies future.

I am sure all RBIES holder and MP app owners would like to know the ETA (please not > coming soon)

I personally don't mind the wait. Being a developer myself I know that rushed projects = failed projects. It is better for something to take years and be complete then to be rushed out and only work half ass or cause a lot of problems.

Patience is always the key when it comes to coding things.

Thank you. It's also important to note that MP was not designed for multiple coins. The setup was a lot more involved than originally expected (almost the entire system has to be altered to support this change). That said, addition of other coins after RBIES is completed will already have their framework completed.

As of yet, there is no ETA on when this will be completed. That said, the goal is to get it out ASAP, but also reliably and securely.

Splits are at a local, not network, level

Interesting. Is there a way to make the client not split? I know with some coins if you hold for x days it won't split anymore (one splits if it's under 14 days, but won't if it's been 14 days or more).
1146  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟🎲🌟 MoneyPot.com on: September 02, 2016, 05:06:36 PM
Returns shown below assume you did not divest during the week

Actually assumes no change in investment (invest or divest).  "Which is difficult since many people make changes likely to add more funds or temporary divest in order to gamble, etc."

Question:
Do you have the same stats to go back further?  Example: to the beginning?

I wasn't tracking until 8/19/16. I have my personal change from prior, but that includes investments and divestments and isn't accurate. What I can say is that for those who invested in Dec. of 2015, you should be up close to 100% by now.

BUMP! Still available. Will give out vouch copies if needed!

If you're serious about this, I'd love to take a vouch. I'll post images and whatnot when it's received as well.

I won the 2nd place jackpot the other day, but I didn't know it til people told me... heh, is there anyway to have it where the site sends an email alert of it?

Thanks for a good site.
2nd place jackpot? On slots? Only jackpots are announced in chat channel.

Are The Bitcoin Strip stats accurate? $250mm wagered this month?
Probably not, statistics on our website is accurate.

The divest fee tab shows only zeros on all my investments even if they are just some days old.

Is it not working yet or are all investments which are made before the 1st september without any fees?
VRN and SMG members doesn't have divest fees.  You're one of them Wink

What does VRN or SMG mean? I've never seen these acronyms.

Was also wondering this. My first thought was were they ranks? But none of the ranks except maybe Sergeant-Major General (which they don't even have) are on there.
Those are only chat Tags:
[SMG] are supporters (short for Support Moderator Group). They can help you with your questions and have the ability to report problems in chat via email to the rest of the staff.
[VRN] are our site veterans. They either used to be part of our staff or are particularly high level accounts. They know their way around the site and are honored with the tag.
[TOP] is the winner of the last months most wagered contest.

Ohhh, cool. Thanks for taking the time to respond! Wasn't aware there were special groups like that, Smiley.

1151  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟🎲🌟 MoneyPot.com on: September 02, 2016, 03:33:09 AM
I just logged in to moneypot for the first time in months.

It showed me a "Two-Factor Reminder":

There are a few errors in it:

* It claims that only I can use my phone to generate 2FA codes. That's not true. Anyone with access to my phone can do it.

* "Only" has a capital "O" in the middle of a sentence.

* "Enable" is spelled wrongly.

* I think you mean "stress", not "stress out".

* "dont" is missing an apostrophe, as is "its".

It's also quite annoying not to allow people to disable the warning. Some people just don't want to use 2FA. You should allow them to disable the warning.

I click 'Enable 2fa', it shows me the QR code to scan, but before I can scan it, it pops up the "Two-Factor Reminder" on top of it. I click 'Enable 2fa' again, and the same thing happens. Could you stop nagging me about enabling it long enough for me to enable it? Thanks. Smiley

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll pass this on (and I will do a full edit on all the text as well). I do want to say that I feel your interpretation of "generated by you" is a bit overzealous, though. That said, I don't see any problem in explicitly stating that it is generated on the mobile device, rather than "only by you."

Also, in 1.5h I'll report on the past week's profit.

Check out your filters, I was able to register.     As for the guy mention his BRK winnings email support.  everyone has been getting paid  the brk owed.  I think mine came on Wednesday this week.

Weird. I set limit all, game type all, did the little cocktail glass one and chose all, still only shows up through the end of tomorrow. Not a big deal, though, I will just sign up on the 3rd or 4th.

if iam invest with moneypot
is guaranted profit or not, or still can lost

If it were completely risk-free, every site would just throw up some arbitrary number of BTC in their bankroll and keep everything private. There would be zero reason for allowing anyone else to take part.

When you cash out is the cashout in bits or is it converted back to btc?

Bits is BTC
1 bit = 1 uBTC = 0.00000100 BTC = 100 satoshi

Notice of Withdrawal Fee Changes

After some discussion and analyzing the withdrawal blockchain delays, we have decided to institute a change that will be effective in around 24 hours from the time of this post:

1) Withdrawal fees will be static at 300 bits
2) We will be instigating higher withdrawal fees on our end (for example, currently we would be paying 524 bits/kb). Your fee will remain the same regardless of what we pay (higher or lower), and our fee will depend on the blockchain backup and delays

The goal behind this is to stabilize withdrawal times and to get all withdrawals to you and confirmed in a quick and efficient manner, regardless of blockchain backups caused by over-saturation. Do note that there may still be delays outside our control (such as block times), but this should help set things on a positive path going forward.

First step is the Twitter promo, which I think is pretty unique, and keeps getting signups everyday  Smiley

Are people allowed to sign up with multiple accounts? I know there's probably a couple people that already did and are just hiding the fact.

Obvious spam was obvious. Unless, of course, the person is actually mining over 35 separate coins at once right now (read their history for reference).
