Are you done attacking a straw-man?  I didn't say any of that...

All you have done through this entire thread is just make bullshit assertions and try to re-write history in order to suit your 'Socialism is the answer' narrative and ignored any evidence that proves you wrong. Of course people are going to lose their temper with you and by dismissing any points people make further you are only making it worse for yourself. This is why the left is largely done in politics, nobody will take you seriously if you just put your hands over your ears and scream as loudly as possible whenever you have to answer any serious questions about your ideology.

Why are you even posting in these forums if you aren't even going to answer peoples' questions properly? What? You think you could just spam propaganda and people would blindly accept it?

He's trying to claim we're somehow 'personally' attacking him, this is a stupid and standard tactic people like him use to play the victim and derail the conversation because they don't like what's being said and being criticised. You can act like this all you want, I've studied these tricks the regressive left in particular like to use for awhile now, the best way to respond to this is to simply either walk away or just take the piss, because he's run out of arguments so now he's trying for emotional manipulation instead.
243  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Socialism losing against Capitalism? on: April 10, 2016, 02:22:34 AM
You're attacking Capitalism purely to cover up Socialisms flaws and it's pretty obvious the more desperate you get about it.
244  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Socialism losing against Capitalism? on: April 10, 2016, 01:58:23 AM
You just said Socialism works and that Capitalism is corrupt and in the same thread just said that the leader of a country you assume to be Socialist a leader of one of them was forced to resign over tax evasion. If there's one thing I've learned on my short time on my planet is the biggest difference between Socialists and Capitalists is that the majority of Socialists are brazen and insufferable hypocrites while Capitalists aren't, at least they don't lie about their intentions and just want to make money.

Stop bullshitting me and trying to make it out as if I'm in the wrong when I point out you are, you aren't going to convince me of anything by lying.
245  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Socialism losing against Capitalism? on: April 10, 2016, 01:46:25 AM
Yeah yeah, you keep telling yourself that.
246  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is Socialism losing against Capitalism? on: April 10, 2016, 01:23:25 AM
It is fucking worse than America, while America's not great by any means and it's going to collapse along with the rest of Europe acting as if socialism is some fucking paragon of economics and is bringing joy and happiness to the world is a total fucking lie and nobody here is pretending that Capitalism is perfect so pretending as if Socialism is great is fucking disingenuous at best. Go and look at the country called Venezuela, that is what happens when you have a country that decides to go fully socialist, I will not be dragged into your bullshit ideology by force if I don't want to when there are so many examples of it failing miserably.

Also, at least in America people still have the second amendment despite constant attempts by the left to get rid of it so they can defend themselves, meanwhile in Europe we are completely fucked if people decide to go on a rampage.

Second, look into the socialist countries that are doing well... Sweden, Norway, Denmark, most of Europe, etc

lol yeah, they're doing real well, with Europe on the brink of collapse and the native population getting fucked over by incompetent leaders who refuse to acknowledge that any real issues exist like yourself along with high tax rates and idiotically expensive living costs.

Honestly, the fucking denial is unbelievable.
248  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A German comedian could be sent to jail for insulting the Turkish president on: April 09, 2016, 01:13:37 PM
Nobody has any right to insult one country's president. This is not fun or speech freedom. He should be punished. If everybody would able to insult any president how we can build respect between countries?

Why should we respect such a moron who's so easily provoked by somebody in another country, can you imagine how he'd react if somebody nearby that he could bomb went and insulted him? Fuck off and don't defend these types of morons. You sound like those people who think if you try to insult Mohammed you deserve what's coming to you, fucker.

If Sun Tzu is anything to go by, it is the sign of an incompetent leader if they are too easily provoked by the enemy.

Oh, then there's a difference over here. So, you're basically saying, in the US I can call you a rapist and as long as nobody actually harms you for it, you have to accept that?

Well if we're going to talk law wise it varies from country to country, here in the UK for example I think there are specific laws about mocking public figures, but I need to go and research it carefully, this is what I think slander should be about though, the thing is, people are responsible for their own actions, they can't just blame it on hearsay and so on. So yes, if somebody kept on trying to call you a rapist and nobody does anything then yes, because those are just words, sure they can be a pain but no one is forcing you to read the stuff they're putting out and so on. Now if of course they were trying to stalk you and harass you with this and constantly follow you around that would fall within privacy laws.

My view on this is that it's all fairly self-correcting, because there are almost always stupid people who will think "Oh! This guy keeps making these claims about some other person without any proof, so therefore It's okay for me to beat him up!" so that guy is going to end up in jail if he tries anything and then you have a legitimate case on your hands to go after the guy who's spreading bullshit about you.

This is exactly what due process is for.

What do you think slander and libel are if not laws setting limits to freedom of speech?

Inciting assault, battery or potentially murder depending on how people react because they're ruining somebodies reputation and potentially getting them killed by morons who think they can go around murdering people with impunity, that and there's the financial cost as well because he won't get future employment. Just accusing somebody of rape or sexual assault nowadays is enough to ruin their life and get people to attack them so people who do this without providing any evidence are knowingly putting these people at risk and they affect their livelihoods by causing customers to either stop communicating with them or employers to fire them.

Now if it's for instance, just making fun of them, that does absolutely nothing, you can just turn off whatever media they're using and not watch it or listen or read etc. like the rest of us do, so no, it's not limiting free speech at all, because the person involved is being charged after something has happened rather than just for merely spreading a lie.

If for instance, somebody spread the lie and it did absolutely nothing and people didn't act on it, then there would be no reason to press any charges, slander and libel laws operate on peoples' actions rather than on what they say, at least that's how it's supposed to work.
251  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A German comedian could be sent to jail for insulting the Turkish president on: April 08, 2016, 01:55:54 PM
If you believe in freedom of speech and expression, you shouldn't have a problem with people insulting other people, as for holocaust denial, making that illegal is idiotic because it can be easily disproven with fact.

Quote
- publicly claim as a fact which is not, e.g. "Barack Obama is a convicted child molester"

This falls under slander and libel, it doesn't require special laws, holy shit Germany is a stupid country when it comes to free speech Sad which is a shame, because they have very sensible laws on Bitcoin.
252  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A German comedian could be sent to jail for insulting the Turkish president on: April 08, 2016, 12:47:15 AM
Only someone of an immature mental capacity cant take or accept the existence of criticism. Edrogan is a new Stalin and Hitler all rolled into one.

There's not being able to take criticism, which can be understandable sometimes and then there's deliberately going out of your way to get somebody thrown into jail over it.
253  Other / Politics & Society / Re: A German comedian could be sent to jail for insulting the Turkish president on: April 07, 2016, 10:22:42 PM
What a load of shit, this shouldn't even be an issue for fucks sake, especially in a supposedly democratic country, Germany should grow some balls and tell Turkey to fuck off, but I guess Europe likes the middle eastern oil too much that it will consider sacrificing one of it's own citizens to the madman that leads that country.
254  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Dog Fighter/Breeder Tortured By Masked Men on: April 05, 2016, 05:07:16 PM
Don't get me wrong, animals deserve to be treated humanely and people who abuse animals are scumbags, but is the solution really more abuse and torture? IMO this is pretty fucked up and some one just wanted to pretend they were in "Reservoir Dogs" for their own personal satisfaction, not because it served any kind of justice.

Exactly, I don't like this kind of thing, It's just people justifying treating another person badly, I'm an Anarchist for fucks sake, so you don't need to sell vigilante justice to me when the cops are corrupt and so on, it's detroit for fucks sake, but the solution isn't to go around torturing people which is essentially what these guys have done. The private security firm that established itself over there did a far better job stopping people in detroit than scumbags like this ever will, I remember that story about how they stopped people robbing cigarette trucks.

If you effectively prevent people from committing crimes in the first place, they won't dare to try their luck again, just because the risk vs reward ratio isn't worth it.

I've seen videos on youtube of migrants literally dragging girls to the front and shoving the babies at people, it's pretty disturbing sometimes how much they try to manipulate us when you see the reality of everything from a completely different perspective but I guess this is precisely why I get my information from the internet now, because it offers just that, multiple perspectives.
256  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: April 03, 2016, 01:44:43 PM
No i don't hate them, i have many friends that are Muslims, they have good behavior. What people are mixing is the extremism and the religions. From the poll result i see that people do not have muslims.

The Muslims who actually live peacefully and don't believe in bullshit like Sharia law are unfortunately in the minority, there is very little in the way of secularism in their religion, I challenge you to go and find Muslims in mosques who are willing to denounce the kind of bullshit that is being taught there without getting thrown out or ostracised for it.

The Muslims who do stand up to this bullshit regularly receive threats and harassment, espeically if they are apostates.
257  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: April 03, 2016, 12:19:05 PM
exactly that what i am saying.
we should hate them not all muslims.

What about the Muslims who control the narrative and claim they are Muslims if they believe in some of the stuff that's listed, because that's what they do, it's not so easy to seperate these guys when they claim that anybody who doesn't have these beliefs and so on is not a Muslim and then the moderates don't even try to argue with them.
258  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: April 03, 2016, 12:57:22 AM
Either way it's still chopping off a part of a babies dick for no good reason.

If you are referring to the male circumcision, there is some medical evidence it reduces infection and such.

That's part of their religion, it's nothing to do with medical purpose, another thing religions use to try and justify treating people the way they do, by the way, Jews practice circumcision too and I'm against that, it's cutting off parts of a babies dick for fucks sake, there's nothing medical about it. Also, there have been cases where healthy infants have ended up bleeding to death over it, male babies get circumcised in far greater numbers as well than FGM.

Let's not be hypocrites about this please and maintain double standards, end all this bullshit, also, if somebody advocates violence as part of their religion, of course I'm their fucking enemy, I won't be diplomatic with people like that.

Honestly, except for the part about Muhammad, the rest of that is all in the bible... Christians have the same texts... read them

Most Muslims don't believe in raping or enslaving non-believers any more than Christians do...

That bit there, that's called deflection, Christians don't act on this shit, they know full well what happens when they try to paint gays as sinful like they normally do and you know full well everyone knows the kind of crap that's in the bible as well, this does not excuse Islam from actually acting on the stuff they believe. Stop acting as if somehow Islam gets a free pass from criticism and Christianity doesn't, it's a bullshit argument to try and deflect blame and go "Oh, well Christians believe this too" because you're trying to change the subject and avoid uncomfortable topics.
