1001  Other / Politics & Society / Re: New Calls To Strip Churches of Tax Exempt Status After Same-Sex Marriage Ruling on: June 29, 2015, 07:42:48 PM
I hardly consider stopping religious people from persecuting gays and making the church pay their fair share 'attacking' religion, unless of course you're finally admitting that making money off people and persecuting gays is basically all most religions stand for now? By the way, in Finland it's actually been proven that taxing the church while it has caused a significant drop in attendance has actually left people with more free time on Sundays and their religious moments are more private.
1002  Other / Off-topic / Re: Survival Guide For Bitcoiners on: June 29, 2015, 09:13:52 AM
Just remember to take breaks and you'll be fine, let your eyes rest and don't let annoying fuckers who don't know about desk work influence how you sit.

It really is just a case of making sure you take regular breaks and don't always work non-stop, in Jewellery we have to make sure we rest our eyes after awhile by staring at something far away because otherwise you're eyes end up going skewy and you go short sighted from staring at stuff that's less than 1mm in size for too long.

Sometimes it's really small stuff like this that can affect your productivity, I actually find I work much better taking regular breaks than I do trying to force myself to work for long hours, unfortunately corporate lifestyle doesn't really allow for this method of working so I'm trying to be self-employed Cheesy

It's also been proven that being able to work independently with a much less rigid scale and even adding small things like plants in your workspace increases productivity just because of your mood.
1003  Other / Politics & Society / Re: SHAME ON YOU on: June 29, 2015, 03:53:46 AM
You're trying to claim moral superiority for being intolerent towards others? Why am I not surprised? Good thing the majority of people are against crazies like you, also, if you're trying to group me in with Beliathon after the argument I had with him about Feminism, you're truly a moron.
1004  Other / Politics & Society / Re: SHAME ON YOU on: June 29, 2015, 03:45:33 AM
Oh boo fucking hoo.

Seeing some of you guys go batshit insane over this is incredibly funny, same sex marriage has been legalised, the world hasn't ended, in the same way that the Fins taxing the church hasn't meant that the world is going to end. Stop being such a bunch of intolerent little shits and get over it, who gives a fuck if same sex couples wants to get married? Oh wait, nevermind, only you lot.

The way you lot are acting over the whole same sex marriage thing is the equivalent of spoilt children. I'm somebody who goes toe to toe with the left over issues like mens rights but seriously? Why the fuck is it any of your business what two consenting adults do in their bedroom? Oh wait, that's right, it's none of your fucking business. You're so quick to yell at the government for telling you what to do with your bodies when it comes to abortion or what people do in the bedroom and so on but one mention of gay marriage and you all go apeshit telling them exactly that they need to interfere with how grown adults handle their relationships.

Gay Marriage won, the world hasn't ended and never will, now get the fuck over it you fucking brainwashed medieval peasants, I'm not suprised some intolerent fucks on Bitcointalk came out of the woodwork after these announcements.
1005  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin was accepted everywhere would you use it? on: June 28, 2015, 02:51:50 PM
I'd love that, to be able to go to a supermarket and spend my coins would be amazing, same for paying bills and so on, it's really gratifying to be able to spend money knowing it's not going to be devalued like crazy any time soon.
1006  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Walmart makes ISIS cake, refused Confederate flag cake. on: June 28, 2015, 01:07:26 PM
To be honest, the details of how he did it don't really matter the fact that they're so vehemently against the confederate flag but will happily make one for ISIS just shows how hypocritical they are.

1008  Economy / Economics / Re: BREAKING: Greece: bank holiday on Monday & introduction capital controls ! on: June 28, 2015, 11:32:37 AM
I actually have a position in Bitcoin now thanks to my cloud mining and my profits went up slightly when it got to $250, who knows what will fucking happen if it goes to $500.
1009  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Southern Rebal Flag on: June 27, 2015, 10:28:25 PM
This is not what I expected.  All you guys have very detailed opinions and explain why you feel the way you do.  There are no radical "screw the flag" or "there goes all our rights" posts at all.  Smiley

Not all of us are neo-cons who swig moonshine and shoot stuff you know, my primary concern about this is the censorship as others have said, not only do you make martyrs out of the groups and people you censor but as others have said it eliminates parts of history. It's like certain swearwords now that we can NEVER say, I'm amazed with how much censorship is going on that I even know half the shit that comes out of people's mouths because nobody bloody explained it to me because of course everyone's afraid the PC police are going to come after them.
1010  Other / Politics & Society / Re: North Korea's New Airport [DPRK] [Pyongyang] on: June 27, 2015, 12:54:02 PM
We don’t know if they were reclaimed from the old airport, or just made to look exactly like them.
We cannot predict anything about what is happening inside North Korea, sometimes I heard that people of North Korea loved their leader by their heart and soul and they are willing to fight for him till they face death, but at the same time I saw some videos regards to North Korea that many people are being hanged and shot by missile and the reasons are still kept mysterious.... (Yes, I am right not by Gun)

Most of those who love their leader are people who are tricked by Kim's propaganda.

You can bet as well that these people all live inside a protective bubble surrounded by Kim's guards and don't know anything about the real world, as with any corrupt regime, the ones who defend it the most are usually the most delusional.
1011  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Can you give advice how to convince my local ice-cream shop to accept bitcoins on: June 27, 2015, 12:01:15 AM
The best way to convince them would be to just demonstrate it actually working, since there's been a lot of people in the media deliberately trying to scare people away from cryptocurrencies. After that, leave them to their own device, they either will adopt it or they won't and that's their choice.

As long as you don't go around giving Bitcoiners an evangelical reputation then it should all go fine, what I would do to show him you're being legit and not trying to con him is pay for an ice cream in fiat and give him the equivalent in Bitcoin so he can test it when he's at home or something.
1012  Other / Off-topic / Re: Am I the only girl on here? : ( on: June 26, 2015, 11:09:37 PM
Just so you know, you people are fucking morons for carrying this on for 70 pages.

Welcome to our club fellow moron bumper. lol

I'm just waiting for tit pics. Maybe a little fur and early morning dew.

I know, I shouldn't have said anything and just kept quiet, but seriously? 70 fucking pages? lol and I thought I had trouble talking to girls.

1014  Other / Off-topic / Re: When was the last time you cried? on: June 26, 2015, 08:20:16 PM
Real men don't cry  Cool

Ah, the classic refuge of the emotionally and sexually insecure.
1015  Other / Off-topic / Re: Am i reading this right? 2 Million Bitcoins on: June 26, 2015, 08:18:58 PM
Why the fuck do you guys care? Seriously, the stalking is just weird, sure it can be interesting to look up the transactions in general but I've never felt the need to stalk somebody on a forum and find out who they are just based on how much money they've moved.
Well that's just, like, your opinion man.

Okay then, just going to start poking through all your accounts now and stalk your I.P address to see where you've been and what your investments are since you're obviously okay with random people spying on you for no reason.
1016  Other / Off-topic / Re: When was the last time you cried? on: June 26, 2015, 08:17:59 PM
I genuinely can't remember. I don't think I'm emotionally stunted either. I just don't cry very often.I get amazed sometimes when people say they teared up over things that seemed, not exactly trivial, but certainly quite inconsequential, and I guess there are people who just cry far more easily than I do.

Same, there are things that have made me sad, but I think the reason I don't now is because I've actually done a hell of a lot to better myself. The only time I was a really depressed bugger was in school, but now that's over with I can pretty much do what I want, now if only I could leave home then I'd be over the fucking moon.

I think I'm more bitter about my past than sad like some people are, but I'll get over it, especially if we can have our economic revolution.
1017  Other / Off-topic / Re: bitcointalk.org has some members really mentally sick and they need urgent help! on: June 26, 2015, 08:15:12 PM
You clearly haven't been to some of the corners of the internet I'VE visited, things are way worse than here.
1018  Other / Politics & Society / Re: USA finally approves gay marriage on: June 26, 2015, 07:38:50 PM
I thought it has been approved to the US long time ago or it is lesbian marriage who are only allowed?

I think think homosexual marriage in general was approved by the Obama, but it ended up being taken to the supreme court for a debate but with this ruling basically it will be completely legal and the state's won't be able to come up with many excuses for why it shouldn't be done. However there's a lot of opposition from idiots who have wormed their way into a lot of local government so they're going to screw around with the legislative process as much as possible, it was reported that some courhouses have decided to try and shut down marriage itself entirely because they hate the idea that much.
1019  Other / Politics & Society / Re: USA finally approves gay marriage on: June 26, 2015, 04:07:08 PM
Watch the assholes out there flip over this and scream about it for weeks, I can already hear BaDecker typing away now Tongue
1020  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Study: Everyone hates environmentalists and feminists on: June 26, 2015, 10:56:27 AM
I suppose, I'm doing reading on Marxism and it does have the very tendancies feminists follow, quite a shame though, you can't have equality by fighting for another hierarchy so no wonder communists and anarchists don't get along lol.
