2441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how i can protect offline wallet ? on: October 20, 2019, 05:38:12 AM
my friends lost his coins from offline wallet when he was chatting online on facebook messenger
sure he can't restore his coin
so how can protect offline wallet ?

Securing your private key is the same way of protecting your offline wallet.
If ever you have given it to an unknown person, the chances of losing your assets will be big.

If your friend is somehow given the information about his wallet, maybe that is the reason why he lost his coins even if he is using an offline wallet.
An offline wallet is secured, it can't be hacked that easily unless you give it to others.
2442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Teams showing real faces to public can still scam you on: October 20, 2019, 04:28:26 AM
of course its still can, that is no reason to make a project look like it is not a scam, for example ,
if u know project such as keplertek , then sparkster , they showing the real their face on video, telegram, social media, but well, they still scamming people.

Usually people with nothing to lose either someone having a poor background or just straight retarded. Some people are just insane enough to don't care whether their face will appear on so many websites as a scammer. How they usually dont give even a single shit about that usually fascinates me, how can someone could have no shame I mean. However, most of people from developed country more specifically with good education background like graduating from prestige university usually will have too much to lose to do that so that;s why it's always important to look after their curriculum vitae or LinkedIn profile even further.

I have the same sentiment on that because I have personally witnessed one blockchain project with publicly known team members and unfortunately I know them in personal level. Long story short, it turned out the project becomes dead. So you will ask to yourself, where did the money goes? How about the investment of those institutions that believed on them? Are they going to return it? I seriously doubt they will return the money collected. So how can they live their everyday lives that everyone knows they pocketed the money. I think they have no shame at all as you said.

I think they will not return investor money. They have paid themselves a very high salary just to spend investor money. In addition, they have already spent investors' money on various meetings that have no results or can be called a vacation
Returning the investor's money is impossible in that case. Investors face the risk, they know that it might happen.

The team simply wasn't able to handle their project in the right way. The money they have collected had already been used for the project or maybe just to fund themselves.
2443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will it help bitcoin if we shift funds to it ? on: October 20, 2019, 03:38:44 AM
We are all aware that the bitcoin is the last hope when the other altcoins including Ethereum are struggling to survive and even bitcoin has not had any massive pump as it's fighting hard to stay on $8,000 despite numerous fluctuations but will it help bitcoin if we just move our funds to bitcoin which we have invested into altcoin as it will increase the demand of bitcoin if everyone can do that as this will literally do what the whales have been doing to increase the price when they want by creating the demand.

it could work if people shift their funds to bitcoin at the same time, but if not. then it will just fail. the reason why whales can influence the price of bitcoin is
that they have such a large quantity of bitcoin that they can pump or dump the price in just one transaction that is why a lot of people believe that whales control the
price because of that.
It will not be bringing any good effect on the market.

Altcoins were created in par with bitcoin. Altcoins won't be converted to fiat, unless you convert it to bitcoin.
If all altcoins were to be converted to bitcoin, it will be considered as trash because no one else will ever be buying it.
2444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is this still possible today? on: October 02, 2019, 08:34:53 AM
I just find out that some coins might start with very low volume and marketcap and end up growing big? true or false? i tracked back some old coins that start with trading volume around 6k and end up in millions, is this still possible today?
In my opinion that is indeed the right thing. Because over time, cryptocurrency increasingly popular and began to be known by many people so that it can happen. And for new coins now, that might be possible, of course, with several factors that support the development of a project itself, how the team, how about the product and several other things that can support the success and achievement of the desired target.

A change like this is certainly possible but you need to pay attention to what the coin is and what will be in the future. For some reason its current situation may not be good but future innovation can change everything. This is where the team comes in and the change from this point on is their responsibility and accordingly developing a beneficial product will cause it to have an important place in the market.
Possibility will come, cryptocurrency has a high volatility. No wonder one day will come, we will be on shock that there prices are to the moon again.
cryptocurrency will become popular again to everyone in every part of the world.
2445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins kept in exchange, are they safe? on: September 19, 2018, 06:50:21 PM
I feel keeping our coins in exchanges, mininize the risk of loosing our coins to wallet hackers.
exchanges are not for keeping your coins, there is no people who suggest to anyone to hold their coins in an exchanges. if you are doing trading, its fine, but using an exchange as wallet to store your altcoins, its very risky thing to do.
2446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ETH recover? on: September 19, 2018, 06:39:18 PM
Hello guys, what do you think about today’s situation with ETH? Will ETH recover, or soon altcoin number 1 is going to disappear?
it will recover. fud's cant stop ethereum to increase when bull run happens. lets just believe in ethereum that it will continue to make a name and continue to become number one altcoin in the market.
ethereum is not a weak crypto, I'm sure it will rise from below.
2447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can blockchain replace bank? on: September 19, 2018, 06:29:01 PM
The current trend of blockchain is very high, couple with it's ability to execute millions transactions within seconds, few transactions cost and no third party is require or paper signing. All transactions recorded and kept open, taking alway cross border and languages barrier, excellent in e commences. So many features to change the world. My emphasis is can blockchain has the capacity to replace bank?
do you know what is blockchain? if not, you should know that blockchain is not a type of storage or an institution like banks, it is a technology. banks are different. blockchain will never replace bank.
2448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can any other crypto replace bitcoin? on: September 19, 2018, 06:19:15 PM
There are many cryptocurrencies out there, the fluctuation is wide and big. There’s a need of a coin that uses a process to stabilize its value.

No doubt that there is no other cryptocurrency or altcoin that can supersede the bitcoin. At least not for the next 5-10 years. Of course there are many rising competitors like Ethereum, ripple and litecoin.

Do you agree???
no, bitcoin is different. you can imagine that there is a crypto being created in the future which is really good, but the it wont replace bitcoin because it cant changed the fact that bitcoin is the first ever crypto in the history. without bitcoin, any other crypto will not be created.
2449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What actual real world benefits have you seen from altcoins on: September 19, 2018, 06:09:10 PM
Interested to know what actual real world benefits people have seen delivered by altcoins. Personally I have seen a coin that used part of its funding pot to pay for school books for children and sponsor sporting equipment for various schools.

The reason I ask this is that good news stories can be in short supply sometimes and it would be nice to share more about the good that comes from crypto.
there is an altcoin which can be use to upgrade your account to premium user in a certain pornsite. it is a benefit for other people, since they can use their investment to it, funny isn't? but its true.
2450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Country and Cryptos on: September 18, 2018, 05:10:10 PM
Government in my country do not allow to invest in crypto world but still many people are working in this field to earn profit.
the opposite to my country, government doesnt give any restrictions about investing into crypto, they are just giving us an advice and a few warnings that it is really risky, because some people can use crypto to scam other people.
2451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin unique or place higher than others coins? on: September 18, 2018, 05:00:52 PM
Bitcoin is unique and higher place than other coins because it is the oldest coin in market and king of all coins. It is a brand of super rich peoples. It is very strong and respectable coin. Everybody trust on it. It ranks first in position from start.
yes and also because bitcoin is the very first cryptocurrency. any other crypto in the market are just an alternative of bitcoin or altcoin as we all know. without bitcoin, altcoins will never been created.
2452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think ETH will be bounce back? on: September 18, 2018, 04:50:08 PM
Hello. Do you think they have chance to bounce back again ETH this year or not? Poll and thoughts now.
yes, I think the recent news about ethereum is just a FUD used to drop its price. as you can see its price now is slowly recovering, big whales had use the previous crash as an opportunity to invest more ethereum. that's why I think its price will bounce back soon.
2453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My BIGGEST cryptocurrency mistake on: September 18, 2018, 04:41:17 PM
I did my greatest mistake by the start of this year 2018, I bought various altcoins and bitcoin to store. I bought at a higher value than its current price now. I regret my decision that time, I thought its price will continue to increase. but now, I have many losses.
2454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust celebrities endorsing cryptocurrencies? on: September 17, 2018, 10:36:36 PM
it depends, if the celebrity has any background about crypto, maybe I might trust the project. but if the celebrity is just a celebrity which is very popular without any real knowledge about crypto, I wont spend my time with it.
2455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still believe in bounties and Cryptocurrency? on: September 17, 2018, 10:26:41 PM
There's alot of people move out from Cryptocurrency some are for their loses and without experience, some are doing for in bounty campaigns but still not get result so I want to know behalf of that reason I have mention is correct. What do you think?
its quite correct. but more importanty, the main reason is they lack of something important, which is knowledge. knowledge is the foundation of everything, and earning is not easy and not so simple like taking a candy to a child. those people who move out from crypto are those people who are just here to make money, not to know about it.
2456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many think crypto is dead. It is not. on: September 17, 2018, 10:16:08 PM
I keep reading some really desperate people on a forum (other than this one) and they seem sure that crypto is dead, because it is scam etc.

Crpyto is not dead. Don't be stupid. HODL.
crypto is not a scam. dont listen to what other people say about it.

and yes, crypto is not dead. have you seen anything valuable in this world that died? no, as long as there is an individual using any valuable thing in this world, it will not be forgotten or die.
2457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Jobless No More on: September 17, 2018, 10:06:39 PM
Cryptocurrencies give people a huge number of opportunities to earn even without investments, but you need to make an effort.
it also includes the willingness to learn about it. if you are entering crypto for the reason of making money only, you will not make it till the end. the reason why there are many people leaves crypto world is because they lack of knowledge.
2458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Girls in the world of crypto currency on: September 17, 2018, 09:56:14 PM
I have a lot of friends of girls who are also interested in this subject. I try to tell everyone as much information as possible.
same here, I have known many girl crypto users in the crypto world. but I dont think that they want to reveal their gender for some reason. they prefer to hide it. I think it is because they think it is not important at all.
2459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does crypto offer riches overnight? on: September 12, 2018, 04:50:33 PM
nope, its impossible to become rich in just one night. everywhere in the world and even in crypto there is no such thing, unless you are doing such as illegal things. but not because you enter in crypto, there is no such thing as getting rich overnight.
2460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I will hold my Alts but I do not care if the market goes to hell on: September 12, 2018, 04:40:15 PM
I have ALTs in the top 10 and have lost a lot of money!
I will hold and hope this market goes to hell: It would Please me to lose my money and watch the market burn!
I am not happy and say thank you to the market manipulators who got rich destroying crypto.
There is no way an ETF will be approved in this manipulated circus.
The founder of ETH needs to book into a mental hospital: This guy is on another planet and is not well mentally!
Saying that a bitch might pump BTC and we might never look backwards!
holding it is fine, but is it really fine for you even if you have a loss like 60-70%? its true that those strong hands will remain until the end. but what if you have an emergency situation? and you dont have any other choice but to sell your holdings.
