The fee for today's tournament is 11% and tomorrow's is 14% Shocked.  No site, btc or regular, has fees that high.  The main btc site charges 5%.
2482  Local / Romānă (Romanian) / Re: Accusing BitsPoker on: January 17, 2014, 02:20:05 AM
if captain (you) steers the ship through the shallow waters (freerolls+gtd) why do you blame the sailor? captain is responsible for everything. you said yourself that freeroll structure was your doing, even though number of players (myself included) have said that there are so many freerolls that nobody is playing ring games. yet they continued to drain the funds until none were left and then we went into red with guaranteeds that had on average 40-50 percent fill rate.

before you walk away, are you going to pay people off or not?

Well obviously you're another idiot who doesn't know how to drive necessary traffic to a poker room. Keep complaining about freerolls, even though you played them all the time. Besides, I already said they were removed. Did you see what it did to the traffic? Well, luckily we had already a player base big enough by then to keep it going with the GTD's, so long as we could process withdraws. When that shit hit the fan, that's when everything got ruined. Of course I also mentioned before, the low turnout from the Sunday 5k GTD did more damage to us than the freerolls, and yet I still firmly believe it was a necessary tournament. It's simple, you need to put money into the site if you expect to see any money out of it in terms of profit from rake. Otherwise you're wasting your time. Now, explain to me why it is my duty to pay anyone anything? I've put my money into the idea of a prosperous BitsPoker. That amount exceeded the amount that is owed by players, meaning I think a more fair deal would be to submit to the coercive accusation that I'm a failure, leave, and give the 50% as per the agreement back to Cyrus, and he can hopefully find another more suitable investor/partner/owner/whatever who I imagine would cover the .25 BTC (rough estimate) in pending withdraws.

The point nobody is addressing is the fact that player funds are not to be used for running the site.  If you run out of operating funds there should be no issue paying back the players THEIR btc.

Obviously the players' money was used to run the site even though we were never offered to nor agreed to invest on BitsPoker.

Not a troll. Not his buddy.
Whatever.

But I def spent tons of time on your website playing poker making friends with many users there and doing multiple deposits.
I'm not re-explaining why you played a huge part in this, scroll up and back and reread everything that has been said.
I did re-explain lots of things because of your 'confusion'. No need for you to explain or re-explain anything, you said quite enough and I've humoured you enough.

You already said you would refund people out of pocket back in the posts, so are you not keeping your word now?
You are referring to this:
I'd be willing to do some refunds out of my own pocket, to cover his mistakes.
I did refund you, wasn't my job, but still. I am willing to do one more refund.
I posted the following (post #74) before this post of yours.  If still available would you please consider refunding me?

I am sns on grindabit.  On Bitspoker I am stibe.  I deposited once for 0.1 btc, won a bit and my balance is now 0.140191 btc.

I have not withdrawn anything from my account.  I tried to withdraw starting ~2 weeks ago but have been unable to.

As stated by others there is no way player funds should ever have been used for ANYTHING.

May I please have MY btc back?

It's pretty obvious he moved this thread away from his current scam so he could ignore it. He will not even show his face in this thread. We get screenshots because you are too much of a coward to face the accusations, and resort to PMs with one person so everyone involved doesn't see the whole story. I'm not sure why you are a moderator on this forum, unless this site is a hub for scammers. I'll be sure to spread the word. Oh after a little searching I see that there are a lot of scammers involved with this site. Makes perfect sense now.
I moved it in this thread because it was offtopic to that thread. I replied via PM to the questions I have been asked in PM. Please refrain from calling me names.
I wasn't the one managing BitsPoker and haven't made a single satoshi out of it, on the contrary.
You guys want to talk and see what can be done about it, fine by me, I'm more than willing. But pe polite about it. Thanks.

I was polite when I asked a question before this post of yours yet you did not respond.

Who is auctioning BitsPoker?

Will funds be added to BitsPoker "soon" as stated 3 days ago on GrindABit so that I can withdraw?
2486  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: January 15, 2014, 06:16:31 AM
You mean the security scare that resulted in nobody losing any btc and the site now being more secure than before?

But then again I imagine that your real concern is the one which you started your post with.  Less free btc for you.

The reason for me not to play is the constant disconnects.  Whenever I mention it I get no response from Seals whether by email or my posts here such as the one 2 days ago.
2487  Local / Romānă (Romanian) / Re: Accusing BitsPoker on: January 15, 2014, 12:21:36 AM
In the Auctions section BitsPoker is listed for auction.

From your reply here it is unclear who is doing the auctioning.

The following was posted on GAB 2 days ago by the rep.  It was in response to me not being able to withdraw and getting an error message.
Is this actually going to happen?

Sorry for that message, I'm not sure why it says that. I'm not the coder and I would find that annoying to be honest.

We'll deposit more BTC soon. Seems the bigger withdraws happened first.

Cyrus, you want to show your face to the people you already ripped off, frauded, and abandoned before you move on to promoting something brand new over there? You want to explain yourself dude? Your talking to bitcoin foundation? I'll send them a nice little letter documenting your most recent activities. YOu have no room saying the things you are saying about "common goals to see bitcoin promoted effectively" and all this mess about non-profits. It's nonsense coming from you.

WHERE ARE YOU! You do realize people have been giving you money and you completely ignored them afterwards, have not even responded to them, and just completely became invisible to them? You need to seriously check yourself dude and finish things you've already started. People want answers.

And to those of you humoring CYRUS right now? Take caution. He's a prankster. He is not to be trusted. He is a liar, manipulator, and he has complete screwed over an entire batch of people already with his bitspoker website. Not only did he screw over his userbase there, he screwed over the people who were giving him bitcoin deposits, and not only that people who were helping him with his own website - screwed.

And he has yet to say anything, or show up, or respond to any of it. Good Job Cyrus. And when you have a second why don't you take it on over to your website or grindabit and explain yourself bro.

-Ex Bitspoker Fan, User, Supporter

can u explain a little more what are u talking about ? do you have any proofs ?
Cyrus is a well respected member here, and more of that, our moderator

As said he runs BitsPoker.  I played there till recently and when I tried to withdraw I couldn't.  My emails went unanswered.  I PMd Cyrus here and he responded but did not to a second PM.  I have been unable to for ~2 weeks.  Others are also in this situation.  How many people are affected or how much btc is unknown.
2489  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: January 14, 2014, 03:45:37 AM
I haven't been playing due to the disconnection issue.  I tried playing tonight and in 30 minutes the pc client crashed twice.  I have detect disconnection unchecked.  Auto Login on D/C is checked but that doesn't happen because the client closes and I am asked if I want to send a report about the problem.

How long do I have to wait for the new client so that I can play?  Is there nothing else that can be done until then?  My last email about this issue was not replied to.
2490  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: January 10, 2014, 04:01:58 AM
Yes once a day.  It is usually credited between 11PM EST and 6AM.  It seems that krill is credited for your play up till the time the krill is credited and not for a particular 24 hr period.

How do you determine you rating for "Financial Security"?  Bitspoker is rated 4 out of 5 and meanwhile no one can withdraw and support does not respond.
Your info doesn't seem to be of much use.  Then again they do have my finances securely in their possession.

Feedback for the flash client.

I don't see a way to logout.  I just clear my browser and close it which I guess is the same thing but every site that you log into has a logout function whether it is poker or anything else.

No clock.

The players cards and chips bet are small as well as the player's chip stack numbers.

There are no separate windows for the main lobby, tourny lobby and table.  You need to toggle between them in the same window.  If you are in the lobby and it is your turn to act you are not brought back to the table.  I only played one table and I have no idea how it would work for multiple tables.

In the tournament lobby the player list does not show the chip counts, the players position or who has busted out.

The action sounds are all wrong as they are in the client.  As in the client when someone checks or calls the sound used is similar to the attention sound when action is on you that is used everywhere else.  If my attention is elsewhere I keep looking back at the table even though I have no cards.  Then when the action is on me there is no sound at all. Huh

The downloadable client is just good enough to play on.  There is no way I can use the flash version.

I just opened the client again before this reply and selecting wallet no longer opens a separate window and therefore the problem doesn't occur.  I had rechecked it before my last post and at that time it was still opening in a separate window.

Yes I can play with the wallet open but I can't close the wallet without exiting the client.

Trying to write this sorry for my bad english  Wink

Have been playing on BetcoinPoker few days now they have more and more player getting in ( a few for last few day ) , have done deposit and withdraw as well deposit are INSTANT for real and withdraw take some times i think because its manual . I have won about 0.15 BTC about 150 credit at the table , they have a few high roller as well .

What i have to say is thier software are so easy to use it just like a copy of Pokerstars , you can play a lot table at once and everything are so good just like old time at pokerstars . now they just need more and more player 1000 player would realy be nice .

Just like a copy of PokerStars? Shocked  Really? Roll Eyes

It's decent but it ain't PokerStars.  I played a freeroll tournament and there is a lot of missing info in the lobby.  What you ask?  Take a look at PokerStars!  One example is that I couldn't even see how much time was left at the current level.

I played in a cash game and the buttons are nice and big but the area to use the bet slider is not.  I ended up checking instead of betting because I missed the small area of the bet slider and hit the edge of the big fold button.  It asked me if I was sure I wanted to fold and when I said no my only option was to check.

Looking forward to improvements and I understand that seemingly simple changes are not necessarily simple.

One other thing.  When I select my "wallet" a new window opens.  I can't close that window without closing the client.

I don't care who has my password as it has been changed and wasn't used anywhere else.  My account was untouched.  If accounts were compromised those people wouldn't be silent yet I hear nothing.

What first made you want to learn about and invest into Bitcoin?

Nothing in your poll.

Poker made me want to learn about btc.
The increasing value of btc made me want to invest in btc.
