It was the same night I started playing the Phil Spector Christmas album and then found I had a Dolly Parton one handy too.

I woke up with a hangover and about 20,000 Doge Coins Wink
Is that alot of doge?

Woof!

hahah what is doge worth any way ? all I know that some post stated the sub-reddit is growing so fast I went to check and they hade more subcribers than Litecoin's and the onlie people was more than Bitcoin's but then I checked the content.... well all I say you will threw Lolz every where, I was bored so I went to read the threads and I laughed my ass off....

so it is a phenomenon ! I guess people will pay money to have some laugh..... oh wait they do !!   Cheesy

there's no volume, if someone would unload shitload that would leave a mark

unless you dump 20K bitcoin at once this is not going to happen, people who are waiting for that $500 or less will get burned or they will miss the train and have to either cash out their fiat or buy at a huge loss. But I am really confident about the price surpassing ATH by more then few hundreds of USD in a couple of weeks or so,  yes we might dip a bit but we will recover so fast so for people waiting to buy back you better start opening realistic bids because the next dip will be a flash one (if it will happen)...

2483  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 27, 2013, 03:49:01 PM
this is exactly when the price will skyrocket, but always the opposite happens, players try to push the price down than they get burned.... it is getting more interesting, I still have a strong feeling about the price going up in these couple of days....
2484  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 27, 2013, 03:36:40 PM
come on one more good knife is all i ask

I don't think it is going to happen, there is a huge support all around....
2485  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 27, 2013, 12:17:40 PM
no I am looking only at gox and it is 52+ million USD look to my post above

and when I zoom out you see this

You must first multiply each *individual* bid with its price to get the USD value of each bid and *then* add the USD values. This screenshot you posted is doing it wrong. Its totally meaningless to add up the sum of BTC on the bid side.
If that is the explanation for how the bid was wrong then what is the explanation for how the ask was wrong?

I dont know but the only explanation is that people pulled their Bids and Asks off the book now that the price is going up, you can easly see a strong support around 700 and only 20K BTC that will bring us over $1500, otherwise I dont know !

2486  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 27, 2013, 12:00:29 PM
What is with the bid at gox? It just keeps going up. Who is depositing all this fiat at gox?

Edit: I think they just fixed i286 and I don't see that crazy bid and ask anymore.

yes I think you were right yesterday, the bid looks different today even the ask looks way lower than yesterday, and Bitstamp API is also fixed, I apologize for arguing about the bids yesterday Smiley
2487  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: GHash.IO and double-spending against BetCoin Dice on: December 27, 2013, 11:57:12 AM

what I don't understand is how miners keep joining BTCguild when they have many other pools with lower hashrate, some even join the private pool GHash.IO !!!!

This is a flaw of a decentralized currency powered by democracy. The following is a nice video on explaining the implications of this effect:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7tWHJfhiyo

In essence, those who are worrying about a single pool getting to 51% (i.e. "first past the post") will go to the second largest pool, instead to the smaller ones. Essentially only two pools will be left.

Same with the two-party system in America.

When I minded I used P2Pool https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/P2Pool

I remember mining at P2pool as well, but the problem at the time was dust, I would pay crazy fees for transactions, although I was looking at P2pool and the Litecoin Devs with the Bitcoin devs were giving funds to make a better software that solves many of the problems, I don't know how is it today with P2Pool since I stopped mining a long time ago but I think this problem is solved.

Hint: you can still use P2pool even if the dust issue still exist,  the key to reduce this problem is to use coin control, you simply take all inputs to one transaction and pay the fee only once, this is what I was doing...

and P2Pool is the only solution for decentralized mining so I don't know if miners understand that and at least give it a try !

begging on the forum, mmm let me think about it... sure you are not someone who lives better than 99.98 people, and have that much of money, I wouldn't mind giving that 10 BTC for a Bosnian in need if convince me....

I really need that 10 BTC. Because your sister is a really expensive slut. 1000CHF per night. Your 10 BTC wouldn't last long. So I need more. I'm really in need.  Roll Eyes

I thought you have allot of money, just buy that 10 BTC and go "fuck" my "sister" if you want, from this point on I am putting you on ignore because you will get me banned if I continue replying to your non sense.... the first time since along time that I had to go to this low level talking to someone....
2490  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 26, 2013, 11:59:06 PM
But I don't belive you would even honor such a bet. Your kind tries to evade any responsibility. The only thing they can is causing riot, robbing and stealing.
Do you mind leaving racist remarks out of this forum? Thanks.

Blitz don't bother with him, everyone knows what he is worth on this thread.....

I have made around 130k from my 1k March investment so far and I still have some 150-200 BTC in crypto investments.

Bitcoins are dream coming true.

a bosnian telling you how much money he made... classic story hahahah, this is what I love about balkan, people will allways surpise you, no matter how long you live here you cant really understand how they think  Cheesy

Normally be would buy a bmw 3xx and use his shitty german accent to annoy hot girls or hang out in front of grocery stores with his mates in his sports pants like real gaaaaangstars Grin

Wait. They do that without bitcoins or money every day.

BTW:
Not bad 130k profit in fiat with 1k investment. The price rise was 120 times @peak.
And you still have 150-200 BTC.
150-200 BTC are more than 1k Euro/USD in march 2012 could buy @ price of 8-12$
Hmmm magically you even outperformed buy and hold buy factor 2-5. Respect.

I told you, you wont convince me that you are a 16 gen Swiss no matter what, you know too much, as I know there is not much of Bosnian compared to Slovenia....

Send me 10 BTC and I'll show you my passport  Tongue
Or you can visit me here and pay me the 10 BTC. Wanna bet?
You can even pay the flight with a part of this 10 BTC bet  Wink

Mate, I'm in the process of searching a business real estate on Baščaršija these days to spend my BTC earned money on it. If id manage to find one, I'll probably be settled out for life. Isn't that beautiful thing for 6 months only ?

congrats, I wish you the best, I will cash some of my BTC to buy a real estate, but the price will have to be at least $3000 so this will work out for me , you know how is it here in Slovenia, €100K wont buy you a grave  Sad

The end of one trend is the beginning of another.  Be prepared with your plan (and backup plan B).

Plan A: Hodl
Plan B: Hodl harder
Backup B: Panic Hodl

just corrected that for you, an english teacher wrote this way so it is not me.....

I always got my drugs from a local dealer. Paid in cash. First name basis only. I didn't know his address, he didn't know mine. Send drugs through the mail! are you fucking mad?!

Obviously that was years ago and I don't do anything but drink these days. No way I'm going to get involved in the honeytrap that is tor and give the group that snitches far more than any other criminal group my name and address. Seriously, put down the crack pipe. If you used silkroad 1.0 chances are you are a known person of interest and eventually you'll be leant on for info.

holy shit !! by drugs you mean hard drugs or marijuana ?  Adam I think we need a new poll here, It goes like that "are you drug addicted, is this why you started using Bitcoin ? "
2497  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: December 26, 2013, 09:46:10 PM
If you have never used Silkroad 1.0 in your life, you are not a true bitcoiner. Grin

this is waht I exactly hate, so you think what are junks ? using drugs is one thing and using bitcoin is another thing, I am so happy that they took SR down, I hate when people start talking about "body freedom" and all that shit, do you have kids ? or let me put it this way, when you will have kids I would love to know what you think about your kid wasting his life with using drugs and I would love to know how would you feel looking at him, would you still think "yes freedom"

so what do you think about child porn ? also normal ?  man I hate these people....

the solution to protect your kids from drugs is education, not prohibition.

no one said prohibition, but you can shout every bitcoiners bought drugs, and you cant tell me that drugs are "body freedom" and whatnot...

Ignored

you did me a favor by ignoring me if you agree to "every Bitcoiner have bought drugs at some point", I don't need people like you ....
2498  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price Q1 2014 on: December 26, 2013, 09:44:05 PM
