2541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: December 28, 2021, 11:59:38 PM
The fans were already hoping for the Inoue match but it didn't happened yet. But we have to be patient waiting on what's going to be the next move of Casimero.

Actually, Casimero vs Inoue should be done by now if there's no postponement happened during the peak of Covid-19. We should now see the result of it and no more waiting. But things got changed and that fight was officially canceled instead of postponed. In the end, both boxers ended up fighting a different opponent.

Let's skip with Inoue first and focus on the current one that is more possible to happen. It's now become mandatory for Casimero to win to attract again Inoue as the latter wants another opponent instead to take on next year. Casimero is ranked 2nd behind Inoue. If Casimero will lose in this match, no reason for Inoue to take the challenge.
No,it was already been set until those mandatory fights had set in which each one of them should settle out on those fights that had been fixed on and we did really have these delays but since its still ending up on

organizations decision whether these fights been need to be set up or having postponement or delays according to their likes and very situational specially now on these pandemic days.

Soon we would really be able to see on this fight that we had been anticipating for long but we do all need to do is wait up.

You have to go back mate on their first scheduled date, April 2020. The fight was already set but got postponed and eventually canceled because of Covid-19 related issue. The next time they are about to plan and organized it, that's when the different opponents bring up.

Naoya Inoue wasn't able to secure a US VISA because of the embassy being closed due to lockdown as per Bob Arum.

It means the fight was already done deal. It got cancelled not because of mandatory fights they should settle first.

For now, let's wait for the outcome of this upcoming Casimero fight.
If he wins, then, that's another boost to make the fight with Inoue to happen.
They can get good revenue out of this if this will push thru because Casimero seems to know how to sell his fight.
But if he will lose, that's like a slap on Casimero's face. So he should be pressured for this upcoming fight and not take this for granted.
2542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Long Term Investment Suggestion on: December 28, 2021, 11:17:12 PM
Cryptocurrencies even though they can make us profit 10x or even 100x in a month but I think it's better if we do long term investments, of course we will buy coins that already have a strong reputation and continue to grow like MATIC or BNB.
For long-term investments, it is safer to choose the top altcoins like the two coins between Matic and BNB,
both coins have strong fundamentals which is good for long term investment,
It's clear that everyone has their own choice

But some people can't hold for long term because they have other needs and they can't wait for their investments to grow.
This is why some are into scalping strategy but for someone who does this, he should know what he is doing.
However, if you can afford long term, btc is my top priority to hold and after that valuable projects like ETH and BNB.
I have to see projects after projects being deployed under MATIC, SOL or DOT first before going big in these networks.
2543  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin upgraded my financial life on: December 28, 2021, 10:32:29 PM
OP, I understand the angle you're taking the whole thing from. I feel your excitement, and I know it's genuine. Many a graduate who would've been jobless and penniless in my country are gainfully engaged online now because of what Bitcoin has exposed to us for a decade and they're earning from it. Apart from Bitcoin signature campaigns here which have afforded many families a kind of income source, there's also the indirect ripple effect which has dovetailed into other online crypto jobs and skilled people are earning from them. Most times when I reminiscent on the person of Satoshi, I feel he's truly a blessing to the world. He's truly a phenomenal.

Indeed! There are so many lives here that have been changed or improved by bitcoin or crypto.
If people will know how to use their skills to their advantage, they will find many opportunities here on how to augment their income.
Not only sig campaigns or bounty programs, but if they have other skill set like in programming, they can very well apply it.
Or some people are investing in valuable coins like staking coins or if you can afford, some are into mining.
We can say that it is only up to us how we will exhaust our options here in order to take this opportunity learning about crypto.
2544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Icolcoin (ICOL) Criptoactive Colombian investments POW/POS 🌎 on: December 27, 2021, 09:57:28 PM
In what timeframe are you going to implement one of your goals for this coin?
As you mentioned in the opening post, one can exchange for goods or services.
Does it mean that you are going to collaborate with merchants or shops?
Because usually, this goal only ends up in texts and not implement into reality.
Do you think merchants will actually accept your coin as part of their payment method?
2545  Economy / Gambling / Re: betflip.io does not pay me even my deposit amount on: December 27, 2021, 09:33:04 PM
You need to read about the reputation of sites before you deposit on them because there are scam sites all around that offer various promos and bonuses and are willing to risk the trust for any deposits. Avoid them
What happens is that a great deal of the people do not want to do this as in their minds that sounds like work and the last thing they want to do when they want to have some fun is to work for it.

And while this makes sense I think that a small research of half an hour is more than enough to help you to quickly find if a casino is a scam and if they treat their clients right, and in this case this casino has many accusations in place that are easy to find and that would have saved the one conducting their due diligence of losing their money to that casino.

If you are already here in this forum like the OP, he should have checked this gambling board first.
Because just by browsing this board, you will already get the idea who's who in the gambling business.
Also, don't forget to check the trust summary of their respective admin or reps and you will know if they have existing issues.
A quick search will save your funds from being screwed. But unfortunately, in some cases, they will only search and ask once they were already screwed and lost.
2546  Economy / Economics / Re: Robert Kiyosaki expects a market crash and economic crisis - do you believe it? on: December 27, 2021, 09:02:27 PM
Go pay for his high-priced seminars, buy his books, or how else can you survive these days! I would suggest to at least read this wiki article on him before buying his books.
The main tactic is to scare the people and then sell them something that you made up calling that to be the saviour. That is how a person who writes books about getting rich actually gets rich, by selling the book not by reading what they just wrote.

Point is that many people actually take their advice and these people eventually gain a large following. This following if used properly, can be used to generate a lot of market demand for something useful but they use it for their own personal gains.

Unless someone understands this, you will not be able to stop them from following "self-proclaimed gurus". But you can try to point out fallacies and illogical facts in their statements for a start.

And most of these "self-proclaimed gurus or experts" don't really know what they are saying as they are not the right person to talk about this topic.
Even if we say, he is a supporter of bitcoin. Did he provide tangible facts that may possibly influence this prediction in the market?
What are his basis of saying this possible market crash? Is he just saying this out of thin air because he knows some people will believe him because of his status?
Anyone is free to give their predictions in this market, but as a small holder or trader or even a big one, you should know what to look at and what to watch out for.
2547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Animal racing on: December 27, 2021, 08:34:23 PM
I Am of a different opinion how can one prefer to use animals for games it may not be healthy for the animal and I believe government agencies that regulate such games need to do more to protect the well being of the animals used for such games.

If you think that way, do you think the same for racing done by human as it may not healthy as well for human? Animal racing such as horse is done by professional, the horse must be trained and treated more than other normal horses. Starting from the food, vitamin, and all treatment.
a horse that is not healthy, not getting enough vitamins is just an murder if it is sent down to race, the same thing as a (human) running event in the Olympics or other championships

the pros and cons of accepting animal races on a bet will continue to appear, but what must be realized is that the participating animals are certainly very well monitored by the government that supervises

but I don't know with illegal racing, whether the participating animals are supervised or not!

More than likely, animals used to these racing contests at the spur of the moment are not well-prepared for their event.
So we don't know if those animals are indeed healthy and ready for this activity.
Horse racing has been here for decades already, so this one is not new and acceptable to me.
However, when you are talking about other animals like cow or other untrained animals, I don't think that's right for the owner to join this race contest.
They need to look out for the welfare of their respective animals before they think of the entertainment that it will bring to the people.
2548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Polkadot Could reach $100 or more? on: December 27, 2021, 07:34:01 PM
Polkadot has a good chance of reaching a new ATH if market conditions start moving on a good chart. If Polkadot currently has a price of $32, then a price of $60 will be achievable for him. I'm not saying $100 won't be achievable, because there's still a long way to go for Polkadot to prove it.

The target of $100 for DOT is not very hard to attain.
However, it needs time to achieve such target and more projects to be built under their network.
Yes, aim for at least double from its current price. DOT is already in the top 10 alts.
It means, crypto users are already noticing their technology.
But want to see the separate list of projects that are currently using their services on their site itself.
If the list is getting long, then, it means, they are offering something good to these developers.
2549  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀Bitgame.com|🔥LUT Lightpaper is Launched|⚡️Crypto Betting + Weekly Divs|⚽️🎮 on: December 27, 2021, 06:34:42 PM

Well, maybe they think they can't compete with already established casinos here on the forum!? With what they have to offer it's not a surprise that many didn't hear about them,  I agree with Babygun, the site needs improvements, only like that they can become more attractive... but they are not doing much about that, they are not active here to listen to the community that can help them!
To be honest I don't think they will get their acts together... maybe I am wrong, but it's my impression!

I have the same feeling like you. They don't really care for the advice/suggestions given from this community. It is a very competitive market; you have a lot of good and already established casinos so as a newcorner it is not easy to penetrate in that market. Lets hope they change this and make some improvements; till then I will not really actively play on the site.

The team should learn their lessons here before people finally forget their site.
The competition is tough, this is why you will see a lot of contests recently especially during this holiday season.
The OP was last active a week ago, so if they are serious in making a spot in the gambling industry, they will find ways how to get in touch with the players.
Not only their existing ones but also potential players. It is hard work but they need to exhaust all possible means to get those players.
Otherwise, they will be left behind by these new and aggressive casino sites offering good rewards and contests.
2550  Economy / Gambling / Re: If you loose your funds don't loose the fun on: December 27, 2021, 01:52:28 PM
It's hard to have fun when funds are lost, really, really hard, it takes lots and lots of courage and self discipline for one to get over a lose talk more of for one to begin to have fun.

But if you're courageous enough to do this, then you're certainly a genius cause its really hard for some of us.

It is hard to talk the loss in gambling if you are using your hard-earned money and if you are allotting that fund to your family's needs.
But if it is an extra extra fund that you separate for entertainment purposes like in gambling, loss won't be that hard to accept.
So if you do want to enjoy your gambling activities, better spend only the amount that you know won't be hard to get from your pocket.
And that will give you better enjoyment of the games because you know, even if you lose, no one is relying from such funds.
2551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: December 27, 2021, 12:44:07 PM

Porter never really liked Spence! Spence exposed their sparring match before they fought and he played Porter style of fighting by saying Porter fights like he is swimming! Also, Spence said he doesn't like Porter style of fighting! Spence don't even consider Porter a boxer and he told Porter that to his face! He said Porter fights like he is playing football

To conclude here, they both have bad blood on each other.
This is why we are reading this kind of tirades.
But we will see the final verdict when both of these boxers will fight inside the ring.
Ugas, I believe, is just doing his preparations silently as I've seen when he fought Pacquiao, the respect you've seen is quite admirable.
So win or lose, I think, Ugas got his followers already. A lot noticed his good behavior from his last fight.
2552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Ancajas vs Ioka Dec 31 on: December 26, 2021, 11:59:45 PM

Yes, exactly, so the delays have a 50/50 effect on the boxers, just look at the Lopez vs Kambosos fight, the fight was delayed and then Kambosos was more resilent that's why he upsets Lopez by a big win.

Not saying the case will be the same here, but the delays will have a big psychological impact on this boxers because they have trained enough to peak for the schedule and then suddenly everything will change just like that.

The delays or the rescheduling of the fight gives a considerable amount of time to fighters to condition their body and mind on their upcoming fight but also at the same it reduces the momentum or the eagerness of the fighter to win the fight. As I have remembered most of the time once the fight is rescheduled or delayed it ended up canceled but I do hope this case will be just like the fight of GGG and Murata since this fight was also scheduled to be held in Japan but was rescheduled too because of covid.

With the delay of this match, can the OP update the title of this thread as well, as it is not dec 31 anymore?
We don't know when will this happen this coming year as it depends on covid restrictions in Japan.
If this will push thru in the first quarter, they may not accept live audience again.
There are good boxing matches coming up but I guess, we need to wait for these covid restrictions  to loosen up again.
2553  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Donald Trump Says Crypto Is 'Very Dangerous' ... but ... on: December 26, 2021, 11:40:49 PM
Donald Trump is a very controversial figure. So, as a precaution, I wouldn't take what he says very seriously because he has no fact to back up his claims. That you don't feel good about something doesn't necessarily mean that that thing is bad, it may be that your thinking is faulty and based on ignorance. So, I am not bothered about how he feels about crypto, because it is really inconsequential.

In short, he is not the right person to inquire about crypto or be the resource person on this matter.
Maybe, later on, he will realize that NFT-collectibles are using blockchain tech and he may change his mind on this market if Melania's NFT will do great.
Crypto is very dangerous for people who are getting on board without doing any study or research.
If they don't know what they are getting into, for sure, this market can screw up their funds badly.
2554  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: December 26, 2021, 11:05:33 PM
I spend 4500 RP but in return I have very small amount of all lottery tickets, RP and bitcoins but feeling good hopefully in near future I will give another try because still its very good and enjoyable you are having 90 rolls free just for amount of RP.

At the end, why we are here?
You win some, lose some, it's all the same to me
The pleasure is to play, makes no difference what you say

Now I collect WOFs from tokens, and I decided to use them only at the end of month - to have more fun than just rolling many times a single digit number of WOFs.

This site is already generous to their players as you can earn those RPs for free if you just play their free btc.
They even have bonuses from time to time, like 5x of RP for specific periods.
And no one is forcing you to spend those RPs to accumulate more lottery tickets, or free btc bonus.
It is all up to the player where he wants to spend it. But remember, it was freely given in the first place.
2555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: December 26, 2021, 10:13:08 PM
Revenue is just the 2nd thing, the first thing they consider is the validity of the reason and I'm pretty sure that the reason for Casimero is valid for them to allow him to keep his belt and just postpone the fight. We can hear rumors anywhere, writers are just too smart in selling their story and since Casimero is already popualr, many will certainly buy that kind of interesting story.

I'm also hoping that it's just the writer's way of selling his story but the way I look at it, there's some truth to what they have written.

Casimero has always had some issues with weight but with the brilliance of his former strength and conditioning coach Momo Heredia, they always get things done but since they have part ways already, he may have some problem conditioning his body and at the same time making the weight.

It's a big crime for the doctor who issued a medical certificate about his illness at that time if it's just all a lie, I don't think a professional would do it that it could put his license at risk. He made a successful weight-in in his previous fights the why would he miss in this particular fight? it doesn't make sense to me, so I would still believe that he was really sick that time.

We don't know the truth about this article. But if after the investigation, they found some negligence here.
The doctor's career will be screwed but we don't even know those details yet.
Casimero's camp is walking on a thin wire here, they should know the repercussions of such action.
And hopefully, Casimero will tone down and just let his performance inside the ring talks about himself.

edit: But harizen mentioned above that all is well already.
2556  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉Owl.games🦉Sportsbook & Crypto Casino For Web 3.0 - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: December 26, 2021, 09:28:21 PM
Lucky to be part of the team that will promote this casino, this casino could be the next big thing in the community, they are very serious in establishing their presence here, they launch their signature campaign days after the announcement, and they have this owl token where you can earn from playing on their casino, very much similar to other popular casinos with their own token.
They have a very good slogan too
Quote
When the house wins you win
, we have so many things to watch out from this casino.

If a player can win about $200k and they can pay his winnings (don't actually know the status of withdrawal), then, it means they have good bankroll to begin with.
This is why they can afford to run their sig campaign even at the early stage of introduction here in the forum.
We will know if they can sustain the interest of players here because some are looking for new face in the casino.
And let us see how big their own token will become, can they achieve popularity of usage outside their casino?
2557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to invest in a possible Bear market? on: December 25, 2021, 11:41:48 PM
I would stay away from the altcoin market until the market stabilizes at the bottom if i make a decision to invest again. I am happy with the current run and i made my profit even though i was not able to take full opportunity due to the untimely pandemic situation and hence looking forward for a major correction so that i can keep accumulating for the next rally  Wink.

The major alts after a shakedown in the valuation is always a great attraction, except for ETH considering the high fees and we still have no idea about how the developers will solve the issue.

In this situation, it is better to focus your attention in valuable alts with active use case already.
ETH is still one of the top choices among crypto users because of the hope that ETH team will finally resolve their gas fee issues.
And I also believe that they will. It may not be today, but I know they are doing their part to resolve this matter.
Maybe, this is the reason why people still trust ETH because they have one of the solid dev teams here, and we know they are not sleeping on their problems.
It is only a matter of time before they will announce their advancements so the hope is really there.
2558  Economy / Economics / Re: Only 50% of the college Class of 2020 had full-time jobs 6 months post grad on: December 25, 2021, 10:31:42 PM
Having graduated from college some years back, its surprises me that this didn't start sooner.  It took myself and many of my friends quite a few months to a year to find a job after graduating form college.  I think many people take their time because they are often still living rent free with their parents and they are looking for the right gig.  More college grads could find work immediately if they were willing to find something part time like working for McDonalds are Burger King.  Also I think we must take in to account the pandemic.  The graph clearly shows that this really took hold when the coronavirus shut down many jobs/companies.

The pandemic definitely contributed to this situation.
Even if most of them wanted a job, they couldn't get one because last year, most businesses are closed.
So not really surprising. And now, we are again faced by new variant that may derail the improvement of our situation.
But for those who are not choosy with the job that they can get, they can always find one if they truly want.
In this stage, we should not be choosy if you want to survive and not rely on someone else's help.
2559  Economy / Gambling / Re: Search for sports betting partners on: December 25, 2021, 09:44:19 PM

Not because you have issues in 444sports and Betcoin.ag meaning that 99% of bookmakers re scammers , you should dig a little deep more because putting this statements,
because there are majority of Bookmakers here in forum advertising that legit and trustworthy , and even Betcoin.ag that you have been claiming
is one trusted site so i doubt your opinion .
but anyway since you are newbie i don't think that partnership will come to your end that easy because there is a some questions in your motive why there are claims
of being scam victim and then wanting to have partner to make look your personality a good and a victim but in the end you will be the one who will scam others(I'm not saying that your are scammer but there is a other side of your stories that harder to believe in)

I can agree that there are several reputable bookmakers here in the forum.
They can handle large bets and withdrawals as well.
Don't know the ulterior motive of the OP, but yes, since he is a newbie, I don't think someone will get in touch with him with his proposal.
If he is sincere with his proposal, he needs to look out for his potential partner not on this forum but within his circle and pitch his proposal.
2560  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can I recommend a friend to buy Bitcoin now? on: December 24, 2021, 11:49:20 PM
At this time, everyone in the crypto world is in a panic about which direction the Bitcoin movement could go. There are various speculations about this at every moment. As it is a volatile currency, everyone is trying their best. I think it should take a little longer to commander someone.
Many people say that the current price decline is a sign that bitcoin will soon enter a bearish phase, on the other hand many say that the current price decline is only temporary because many people are selling bitcoin for Christmas celebrations and year-end holidays. in other words right now everyone agrees that the bitcoin price is moving downwards but when the bitcoin price will recover no one knows.

As we don't know where will bitcoin go next, it is better to review first your goals here.
Are you here for short term or long term? Because the next steps will depend on your decision here.
For short term, you need to be always updated with the market so you will not sell it at a loss.
Whereas, if long term, you can always accumulate more once the price is going down.
Because if you are here for long term, it means, you believe that bitcoin has good future.
