1661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Let's talk about p2e games and what awaits in the future on: September 03, 2022, 11:26:02 PM
Well nowadays it is really difficult to say which P2E game will beneficial it maybe for the quite a few reasons like Bearish Market, No huge team behind... Personally i think the Hype of the P2E game definitely decreased it maybe as their are alot of scam p2e project that's circulating and everyone wanted to be on safe side

It is Really easy to find the best P2E project simple go to with Hyped one and leave it when you make decent profit as I think P2E project don't last long like an year or so example like summorie, Sandbox, Axie ... It maybe as people don't like to talk about it that's my opinion about P2E we should wait for Bull run probably

Or better yet, look for the company behind the P2E gaming platform.
If it is created by known and big company, it may survive long.
But if the gaming platform is launched out of nowhere, and the team behind is anonymous.
Better be cautious spending good amount of money on them, because the lifespan of this may be short.
1662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Solana(SOL) price could reach an average of $60 in 2023 ???? on: September 02, 2022, 11:49:03 PM
The year 2023 is approaching the Bitcoin Halving, the altcoin market situation may change, Solana's ATH is still far from its current price, to reach the price of $60 usd requires a lot of liquidity, Solana's market capitalization will increase as more and more new projects use the Solana network, it takes patience to see price go back to $60 usd because altcoin prices always follow BTC price

Being in the top 10 among these thousand alts, that means something already.
So for me, the probability of reaching $60 is very high because for one, it has real use case.
As you said, if more and more project will utilize the SOL network, the demand will continue to increase.
But if the question is when, that's usually hard to answer. It depends on the market situation and how the project will progress.
1663  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul v Anderson Silva [rumours] on: September 02, 2022, 11:20:06 PM
Anderson Silva is not known for his punches in the MMA scene. Even though he's won a boxing match, I doubt it is enough of a weapon for him against an opponent that picks fighters that are obviously not strong in the boxing department. Jake's strategy of choosing famous MMA fighters with weak punching abilities puts him in the limelight of being 'on par' with these guys. But if the fight is MMA, I doubt Jake will last a long time against these seasoned grapplers.
There is a reason Jake Paul chooses MMA fighters, if they sign the agreement they will appear on the fight night and we will have a fight. None of the so called professional boxers even though mocking him were not willing to fight him even after having the agreement and hence i am not surprised that Jake Paul is choosing another MMA fighter for his next bout.

Anderson was pretty damn good, alright he's a mixed martial artist, and obviously his kicks were his highlight reels, but he's got a decent punch on him, and the ability to evade. I remember watching some of the highlights of that boxing match, and he performed pretty damn good. Looks pretty slick, not as slick as he did in the UFC, but still very decent.
In his prime, Anderson Silva was known for his striking even though one of his highlight reel will have a front kick knockout to Vitor Belfort. The only concern is his age and his reflexes like he used to have, if not it will be a great fight.

If Paul chose Silva as his next opponent, it means, he's seeing his advantage on him.
I don't think he will choose that will make him underdog inside the ring. And it may be Silva's age why he chose him.
But should not take Silva lightly, he has boxing skills that many don't know of.
Sometimes I wish Jake Paul will lose so he will stop setting up these boxing exhibition matches.  Smiley
1664  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What could be the future of Indian Crypto Traders and Investors on: September 01, 2022, 10:58:59 PM
So sad what happen with Indian cryptocurrency trader or investor, by the way except with WazirX what another alternative exchange market local do you use right now? my country have several trusted and have been under government regulation and we have many option kind for withdrawing except Binance still support if try to withdraw. I think there in your country have close all option with local exchange market better adopt with Binance as your way for withdrawing or deposit fund trough P2P. But you need all your country community keep active make transaction there beside still have another option like convert your cryptocurrency fund with other digital currency like PayPal, Perfect Money or other kinds of digital currency allow in your country except bitcoin.
Crypto investors will certainly express their displeasure when a country's government tries to impose arbitrary taxes on cryptocurrency traders. Basically cryptocurrency is the only asset that no one has control over except the owner. If Wazir X falls on such restrictions, there will be a huge drop in customer base. Also, everyone will be interested in using other exchange sites. So I think it's in everyone's interest that cryptocurrencies should be allowed to run at their own pace. However, Investors still have options, so i don't think it will not make any bad effect at the moment.

Their crypto traders and investors will always find alternative trading platforms, that, I am certain.
Just like when your exchange you used to trade suddenly closed their operations, you will be forced to find a new one.
There will always be someone or a new site that will open up their services to cater such kind of service.
This is not the end game for Indian crypto users, traders and investors. There may be another site which may provide better services for them.
1665  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: September 01, 2022, 10:11:18 PM
Well, it's a unification fight, so they are staking their belts for this fight, Inoue will lose his belts if Butler will succeed here, but to be honest, I don't see it happening, the chance is very slow.

This fight is just considered a formality for Naoya Inoue to become the Bantamweight King.

No hate towards Paul Butler but we are just being true here. There's no upset that will happen here.

Paul Butler didn't even experience being a choice to be Inoue's next opponent. It just happened that he steal the WBO Bantamweight Title without a hard effort that's why Naoya Inoue needs to face him no matter what to finally unified all the BantamWeight titles.

It seems to me that upset is unlikely to happen here.
We have seen how Inoue and Butler performed inside the ring.
But in case, we don't know their strategic plans to counter Inoue.
But the probability of Inoue winning this match for me is also high.
Now, for Inoue bettors, you can choose which round this will end... Wink
1666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [MDICE] Multidice.io Token - Join the future of crypto games on: September 01, 2022, 07:38:42 PM
We are working in some improvements before the launch of the Public Sale 1:

  • Publication of the whitepaper
  • Changes on the airdrop and bounties
  • Improved affiliate program
  • More detailed roadmap

As many know about casino tokens, only few of them actually are receiving positive interest from the players.
Do you think you have your resources and plans that will make this token achieve what you want for this token?
Also, the fate of the token usually depends on the performance of the gambling site itself.
Are you dedicating the site to the dice game only? You have so many known competitors already when it comes to dice.
1667  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about the school lessons of gambling addiction? on: August 31, 2022, 11:37:14 PM
The boundaries between gambling as entertainment and pathology have been erased. The frequency of cases of pathological gambling is increasing all over the world, which is associated with the legalization of institutions that attract thrill-seekers: lotteries, casinos, racetracks, and slot machines.

Psychologists note that gambler children at an early age are characterized by increased sociability and lack of shyness. Craving for the game is more often observed in children from disadvantaged families, as well as from families where parents play. The gambler child is constantly under stress. This condition is a favorable ground for the development of drug addiction.

Given all this, do you think it's worth organizing separate lessons in schools designed to tell children about gambling addiction? That is, to tell children about gambling addiction separately from addiction in general - alcohol and drug addiction.

It depends if gambling is very rampant in that country, but if it's about accessibility to any gambling-related sites or tools it should be the parent's obligation to see to it that their children will not be addicted or the subject is properly explained to children, the parents can teach addiction to their children effectively, because they have a moral obligation to their children to teach them the harmful effects of gambling.

Children usually look up to their parents, so I believe one simple way is to be a good example to them.
If they see that their parents are not in any way touching the gambling aspect, they may not think about it.
Also, parents will always have the responsibility to make sure their kids know the repercussions brought by gambling.
As they can learn them from their peers or via online, what they will be holding is the principles their parents instilled on them.
1668  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about the school lessons of gambling addiction? on: August 31, 2022, 09:55:44 PM
There are some organizations at my alma mater regarding youth addiction on a lot of things. IMO, it raises awareness, but at the end of the day it is still the environment of the youth which largely affects their decisions on a lot of things. Even if separate lessons are created for the sole purpose of educating the youth about the negative effects of gambling, if the student goes home to a house full of gambling activities, the possibility of that student catching up to the said activity is extremely high.

I am for raising awareness and all that stuff. It helps prevent some cases, but not all that's for sure.

Now, it comes down to how resilient is the individual not to get involve in gambling.
If he has other life's ambitions and he is serious about those goals, he won't be a prey of this gambling habit.
It is like an individual who grew up in a really poor neighborhood, does he have a chance to get rich?
Of course yes, so it depends on the individual how he will attack his surroundings, is he going to bend and follow what he is seeing or change his path for the betterment of himself?
1669  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins future is Bright on: August 31, 2022, 12:19:31 AM
Yes it is definitely true that the future of Bitcoin is very bright. Today people all over the world are now working in Bitcoin. Of course, the way this cryptocurrency is going to gain popularity all over the world now Bitcoin's future looks brighter and brighter. Now people are donating the most important time in this Bitcoin. We can see for ourselves in a very short time but billions of dollars in Bitcoin transactions.Due to convenience and time people are now giving more importance to this virtual currency. So we can easily tell and see very soon full of brightness.

One of the advantages of using the bitcoin network is you can have borderless transactions.
Aside from that, the transaction fees are very cheap as compared to traditional means like WU.
You can basically send your btc to anywhere in this world in few minutes without spending much on fees.
As of now, many people are discovering such feature of btc, and I believe, most of them are grateful about it.
Hence, I am also seeing that we do have bright future. If more and more people are joining this market.
1670  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Forbes says Half of Bitcoin trading volume is fake on: August 30, 2022, 11:25:52 PM
This really wouldn’t surprise me nor do I have a hard time believing it. Now I think the 51% “finding” is a bit unfounded, and don’t believe that to be a true accurate number of how much of the trading volume is fake, but I could see a portion of that, maybe a quarter, for coins like bitcoin. Not for most all shitcoins, I could see that number being accurate. They are mostly nonsense pseudo scams anyhow.

We all know that in most alts, wash trading is indeed happening.
Especially those small projects where the dev team can manipulate the trading to make their trading volume big.
It is known also even in some exchanges where wash trading is rampant.
So I can say, a lot of the trading volume in most alts are fake.
But when it comes to btc, maybe small, just for the exchange to show they have trading volume in btc.

Some Gambling Addicts Pee All Over the Gaming Floor.
I actually laughed when I first read it but in reality, it is really happening. Some gamblers can't even urinate because they won't leave their spot just because they want to focus on their gameplay. It's funny but really happening to those who can't resist excessive gambling. I guess online gambling which is now available via mobile is more convenient for them and they don't have to pee all over the gaming floor.
There is lots of things happening in the gambling world that can be funny especially for addicted gamblers. I have seen gamblers that could not leave there spot of betting because of how interesting and sweet what they are doing and decided to pee inside bottle water without having the shame of what people thinks about them. We all want the money and we have people that can go extra miles.

When you're in that kind of situation, you would really find ways how to relieve yourself no matter what.
The people around you don't matter anymore, but it is how you are doing in your game, and not missed any of it.
Though we have heard and witnessed some of these shameful acts, but still, it is being practiced by many.
I believe, we won't be free from this kind of gamblers, as gambling is already part of humankind, it is just evolving.
This is the advantage of online gambling, people won't know any of your antics as you are mostly alone with yourself.
1672  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs Paul Butler - Undisputed Bantamweight Bout - December 13 on: August 29, 2022, 09:08:28 PM

Mismatch in terms of record since Inoue has a lot of belt on his waist but you can’t never estimate boxer like Butler because he can still taint Inoue records in points since Inoue still has some limitation in terms of stamina and Butler can use it against him. I knew Inoue will be heavily favored by the judge on the match but we can’t say that this a sure in since Butler previous matches is good too which makes him eligible to contend Casimero belt at the first place.

Inoue has an advantage on record, ability, punching power, age, and what else?  Stamina can be worked out, but I think  Inoue will be fine since he had some fights that goes by the judge's decision, and all of them ended in a Unanimous Decision.  I had watched the last fight of Butler against Sultan and it wasn't that impressive.

This is one of the few fights that doesn't impress the boxing community, it's not that Butler is not that good, but Inoue is so good on any fighter in his weight category that no fighters old and coming in can match up his power that he can rule that division for several tears if he opted, which I believe he will not, he is moving up because of lack of good opponents he is still good in the featherweight because a few pounds heavier he can still have the speed and the power to go on that division.

We can't be 100% sure about Inoue's win on this match, as Butler more than likely will prepare for this fight.
As he will be facing Inoue, definitely, his preparation may be different than when he was about to face Casimero or Sultan.
But this is a good challenge for Inoue, if he will win, he will get all the belts for this weight division.
They have good months of preparation for this unification fight. We will see if Inoue can indeed get all those belts.
High likely that he will move his weight division if in case he can snatch all those belts, what else should he do, right?
1673  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin versus Banks on: August 29, 2022, 06:54:46 PM
I would say "Simple and deep". Banks are obviously centralized but the reason why I hate banks is because they make us suffer to access our own money.
They lay unfair charges on us to use our own money. For example if we make too many withdrawals then they levy charges on us.
While bitcoin on the other hand is peer to peer which is the best thing I like about it.
It doesn't levy any extra charges on us and to be honest the pros are way too much when compared to banks.
Yet the banks and the governments hate bitcoin and stick up to issues like more power consumption for mining while they don't consider the disaster done while mining gold and also the industrial hazards.
I guess things will take time to be in favor of bitcoin.

I believe, in our lifetime, banks will remain the main financial institution that will take care of our money.
We can't avoid them, unless, you have other options that can stick to cash or crypto, which is actually hard these days.
At some point, we need the services from our bank. So even if the advantages between bitcoin vs banks are clear,
still we can't disregard the role of banks in our financial aspect of life. Just enjoy the benefits of knowing bitcoin or crypto.
As banking industry is seeing the role of crypto in today's generation, they may soon innovate their services and improve on how they treat their customers.
1674  Economy / Speculation / Re: I've been confused in BTC on: August 29, 2022, 05:26:19 PM
Bitcoin is trading below $20k and the total crypto market cap is breaking below support. There's no need to abandon ship. For a while, just tether it. As macroeconomic events become more significant, the entire investing market becomes more dependent on them. Keep up with the news and take action as necessary. It is not a solution to be afraid, but it is a solution to stay focused. It's only a correction, don't be confused. It never be so easy to handle Bitcoin.

For newcomers, this price movement seems slow and disappointing for them.
But if they have seen btc when it was $17k before or even at lower price level, they may understand that this market needs patience.
If you don't have such patience, you can always look for other investment options. Maybe, more tangible like real-estate assets.
These new crypto users will indeed be confused with the price, but later on, understand it better, if they will not give up yet.
You won't understand this market if you will not educate yourself with its history and how we got to this point.
1675  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1 - The copycat epidemic within crypto casinos. on: August 29, 2022, 04:49:06 PM
Some other casino has gained the success within last two years by brining something unique features. You have mentioned about Rollbit features in your post. In the same way, some casinos offering staking feature which helped them to attract many gamblers.
@ndumm, if you want to bring a casino to compete with the popular & established casinos, then you have to provide all best services. If you want to be the best one, then forget about it Wink

A casino can copy the design and looks but it cannot copy the high standards provided by one casino. If the copycat casino needs to survive, they have to produce the same quality otherwise they will just fade away and no one will play at the casino. Yes, if the casino copies everything which trusted casino has, then of course it good for gamblers as more the competition between the casinos, the better it is for the gamblers themselves.

Competition is always welcome in any industry. So this is a good one also among gambling sites.
People may take a look at the new casino, but they will test it how trustworthy it is at all aspects.
Can they provide a reliable customer support who can satisfactorily address each player's issues?
Or will there be no withdrawal issues, when it comes to big winnings? So just few things we need to look at.
Credibility is built thru time, so we can't judge them early. Let us welcome them and see where they will be headed at.
1676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: August 28, 2022, 11:55:00 PM
That's a huge amount of money. If you only invest in bitcoin, you can make huge profits when the bull market comes. That was a mistake and you have learned from that lesson so you have at least some experience with tokens in casinos. Maybe if you want to invest in casino tokens, you shouldn't take too much risk based on your experience because we don't know what will happen with the tokens. It's better if we invest in bitcoin which can clearly provide big profits in the future.

The comparison of investing in casino tokens or putting money on a gambling site's bankroll with investing in bitcoin seems not appropriate. I'm sure everyone knows that putting money in Bitcoin is a must. That user was able to spend $25,000 which makes me think he did some DYOR before taking the risks.

There's no mistake in putting money on gambling sites on their investment side. The mistake was, that the user didn't manage properly the investment on the way leading to that loss. Although he can't control the flow of the gambling site obviously, considering an exit is a wise way to minimize the possible losses and then move forward on other investments later on.

Definitely, the user is looking for better payout as it is a gambling business.
But as an investor, you should know that you need to follow the casino's progress.
So if you feel that they are diverting from your expectations, better cash out while you are still in profit.
And if you happen not to visit the site regularly, the chance of losing your investments is really high.
Because the profitability in investing in the casino depends on the performance and revenue itself of the casino.
1677  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you exchange Fiat for Crypto or Vice Versa? on: August 28, 2022, 11:31:25 PM
I earn both but it's rare to happen to exchange my fiat for crypto it's usually I trade my crypto into fiat just like what I've earned here.
For now, I admit I didn't save my Bitcoin, I always use this for my small business outside when I got a stable profit return on it that's might the time I will invest back my money into crypto.

That's normal for us that has expenses but always calculate how much we've spent and how much we've saved.
I learn not to let my money sleep in the bank for how many years, instead, used it as capital to generate profit that can sustain my daily needs.

For most users here who are earning bitcoin or crypto in some ways, mostly we convert our crypto to fiat.
It is understandable not to sit your money in the bank, because the truth is, their interest is very small even you wait for years.
So if you have the chance to grow your money outside the bank, like small business, why not?
Also, as most of us have our daily needs, it is no surprise if the majority can't keep their crypto in their wallets.

13. Las Vegas Is Not the Gambling Capital of the World.

This fact for me should not be considered something surprising although I will agree that some people really know only Vegas as a famous place for gambling as casinos here are even featured in some movies or being used as set-up locations.

I think most people are aware that Macau is bigger compared to Las Vegas in terms of any aspects pointing to Gambling.

Even before that I'm not a hard gambler, I'm already aware that Macau is the top when we talked about gambling.

But is this still true up to this day? Because, I know with the covid restrictions, I believe, gamblers in Macau are reduced in numbers.
So there's possibility that Vegas may surpass Macau in terms of revenue in the recent years.
But in regular situation, without any restrictions, Macau will surely be ahead of the revenue.
Because this small area, their main income comes from their casinos and other gambling establishments.
You will literally hop from one casino to another in that area, if you happen to visit that place.

edit:  I got some info regarding the gaming revenue of Macau vs. Las Vegas.
And this year (Jan-May 2022) -Las Vegas ($3.2B) vs Macau ($2.9B) revenue.
So the covid lockdown in China & tightened visa restrictions were said to be one of the major influences of this revenue drop.

1679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this the Extreme of Gambling Addiction? on: August 27, 2022, 11:56:58 PM
Extreme of gambling addiction, Your thinking maybe right they will do anything for money and win, by stealing it from a a gambling machine. That is clearly an extreme addiction, because addiction can do anything aka being a criminal and a thief is an extreme addiction. The theft specialist on a gambling machine they can do, it's possible that their previous work history is also related to a casino or that machine, or their previous profession was also a gambler. This news reminds me of some movies.
My point exactly. Since the court didn't ask for a psychological evaluation to determine if these folks are suffering from problem gambling we may not be able to 100% dismiss the fact that there could a correlation between the two. Here is what this article says in relation to addiction and crime.

But not all cases of theft and criminal activity are caused by the urge of the suspects to gamble.  There are people who are too lazy to work and find stealing and robbery the easy way to get money.  Aside from that, news and reporters always sensationalized their reporting so even with a little glimpse of gambling addiction as a reason these guys is stealing, they will definitely put it since it is one of the interests of the anti-gambling party.  But there is nowhere stated in the article that these people are stealing to suffice their need to gamble.

Yes, that's true. Reading the article for this case, it doesn't mention anything about being gamblers of these robbers.
So we don't know the motives of these people why they are stealing money from these machines.
Other than the fact, that they want money but for what? We have no idea unless the statement comes from them what is the reason of their illegal activity.
So this robbery can't be directly attached to extreme gambling addiction because it is not stated from the article.
1680  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is People buying Bitcoin ? BTC Market Forecast September - December 2022 on: August 27, 2022, 11:17:23 PM
When people is getting doubt this is the time to make a token accumulation because there's another pump coming in this 2023 I guess it is just only with the small pump like happens from the previous years because the upcoming event is the halving in the 2024 and as we expect every time there's a chance that we may experience another ATH this bull run.
Yeah, that is right because when they are in doubt they can also sell and that can make the value lessen which is perfect for those who are seeking to buy but how did you know that there's a pump in 2023? Do you have a crystal ball there? I know there will always be another new pump but we don't know if when is the exact date or time for it to occur. It can be this year too if ever history repeats itself.

I know there is that 4-year cycle which can repeat but we can disregard it for now as what I mean is when the coins pump during the fourth quarter of each year. A pump or a bull run is not small and also a small increase won't take much time.

Up until now, no one can precisely predict the future of bitcoin.
We are all just speculating on its price, and so, our decision depends on how we look at the market.
The decision varies from one person to another, because they have different financial capabilities.
So whatever you think will be your advantage today, do it now, before you regret later on that you haven't secured some coins for yourself.
