1861  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How certain are you that cryptocurrency will experience more parabolic bull runs on: June 30, 2022, 10:50:38 PM
Cryptocurrencies are risky but the risks differ from coin to coin because one is violate than the other. You can see bitcoin less volatile, coins like ethereum and litecoin are also better, but you can see some like luna very volatile. Research very well and only invest on a good coin and not too volatile ones that are most risky. Also avoid shit and dead coins.

I do not see anything bad to buy coins like bitcoin now, but that does not mean it can not still fall further, but holding it for like three years is not bad, the price would have increased with increasing profit by that time. Just know that investing in cryptocurrencies are very risky, consider altcoins as gambling, they are more and most volatile.

To invest in this market, is to accept the high risk involve in all of the currencies.
But you can minimize potential high losses if you will dedicate your funds to valuable alts.
As we can't tell when will the bullish period will happen, you are just waiting basically what will happen next.
But while waiting, you are just hoping that your choices are good to increase your portfolio.
In my opinion, as much as possible, better diversify your assets outside crypto market.
1862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons why people avoid KYC in gambling casino ? on: June 30, 2022, 10:12:03 PM
Your reasons are very appropriate for me personally, I don't want public to know that I am a gambler. Anonymously is the only way for me to gamble, about my family also hide my gambling activities, but not everything is hidden. Families should know a little for learning and experience, KYC documents are too difficult to do it for me because yeah sometimes worry about being misused or any data leaking out.
The common things on why people doesnt really like KYc is that they are afraid for those informations to leaked out or be misused on other means which is something true because  even myself wont really be that comfrotable when i do know that my information is really out there been stored and you dont know the risk whether its been safe or not but just like whats been said bby other people that as long you do know that you arent doing something stupid then i dont really see for someone who would really be that too paranoid when it comes to their information that had been given on any platform thats been asking for it but actually this is just a personal kind of choice because there are some who could really able to bare such risk and there are some people who cant just able to accept it.

This is why as much as possible limit the exposure of your vital information.
Just submit your KYC docs if it is necessary and you feel that you have the advantage of doing so.
Because we really have no idea where will this will end up with, we are just hoping that it won't be on the hands of fraudsters.
Also, the reason I don't want to submit KYC is as much as possible I want to keep my privacy in this business.
1863  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minor Protection From Gambling on: June 29, 2022, 09:41:04 PM
Parents with minors should either stop gambling or keep their devices out of the reach of their kids. This to me is the best protection minors can get from gambling.  Also they have a role to play in talking to their kids about the inherent dangers of gambling addiction. That is responsible parenting. Where a parent has failed in this role then this technology which I have doubts about can come into play. I'd like to see the statistics of how effective this technology is in six(6) months.

Also for the minor at the very young age it is an ideal thing to educate them already about dos and don't also at the same time is the lesson came in the house first if the minor see that the elder are playing gambling they might think that this is normal in the reality it is not, the guidance is came from the house, also today most of the children have their own gadgets or they borrow they gadgets from their parents which is connected mostly their cards and other form of payment that the child might makes a misclick and no one knows this could possible happen.

This I think is the dilemma of most parents in today's generation.
Because of the access of their kids to different gadgets.
You can't tell them not to use it because it is now mainly use for school purposes.
So what they can do is indeed educate them about gambling and the possible impact of this in their lives.
As you can't always look after them, you need to teach them about financial aspect or other related values to avoid this activity at early age.
1864  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcoin Casinos Vs Ethereum Casinos on: June 29, 2022, 08:33:08 PM
Before the price of Ethereum went up like it is today, I used to try to make a deposit on a gambling site with Ethereum, but now I will no longer make deposits using ethereum because the fee charged is really high on the average exchange wallet.

if the cost of making a deposit with bitcoin is much cheaper than depositing with ethereum, why should you choose ethereum (when depositing and withdrawing in that gambling site also provides bitcoin).
There are many options, not only Bitcoin, you can also choose other altcoin options, and in my opinion as a gambler who can manage financial management to bet will definitely not prioritize Ethereum deposits. They know the costs and all the expenses spent playing can have a better chance of getting multiples. Therefore, Crypto casinos have many options to give you the convenience of making a deposit.

Right now, the distinction between bitcoin and ethereum-based casinos are not very wide.
Because most gamblers can just switch from one site to another.
And they are considering this as just crypto-based casino.
So we can't separate these two kind of casinos anymore these days.
1865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: The new bounty stopped coming? on: June 29, 2022, 07:19:27 PM
I've promoted two projects this year that looks like a scam right after the bounty campaign is over, the telegram group have went cold for weeks already, that's a very bad sign, I have decide to only promote projects that have good utility and also escrowed to avoid getting robbed, in bear market many new projects will rob bounty hunters.

This is why a lot of bounty hunters are now thinking twice of joining these programs.
Most will just waste your time and resources, and at the end will give you headache.
Better look for bitcoin-paying campaigns if you are qualified as they will pay you on time.
Also, a lot of people are now realizing that these bounty programs are not respecting the initial agreements.
1866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MYG] a coin for Streamer and Gamer | PoS on: June 28, 2022, 11:51:03 PM
Have you reached out the streamers and gaming community regarding about this project?
Because if you are dedicating this coin to them, then would be just right to inform their communities about this platform.
There are so many gaming-related coins already, so you have to be aggressive in marketing your services.
1867  Economy / Economics / Re: Irrelevance of Education in Nigeria. on: June 28, 2022, 11:07:32 PM
According to what i have read about Nigeria, it is a country with many natural sources, both energetic and non-energetic.
So I would assume that the lack of emplyment comes from the absence of proper investment to create jobs from the goverment or from private investors / foreigners.

I think that once more job places are created that should incentivize people to work, study and all this while the country income increases.
Perphaps the goverment could make the conditions more attractive for foreign companies to move to Nigeria? That is in the case that the countery itself does not have enough money to develop a plant to create more jobs.

I believe, one factor is the massive corruption in their country.
Why a lot of their people are experiencing poverty.
If those corrupted funds go to the development of their infrastructures and other industries.
I think, this will create a lot of jobs that can help their own people.
Education is also needed to uplift the standards of their people.
However, only few can afford to attain their degrees and change their way of living.
1868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Community reacts after SEC’s Gensler affirms BTC’s commodity status on: June 28, 2022, 10:41:07 PM
Each country has its own way to see bitcoin. For the USA it's a commodity, for El Salvador is Money and for Mexico is a Virtual Asset.

The problem with this is that if bitcoin isn't money, then you don't spend it, you trade it. Like the old times when people use to trade cereal for meat... And the real problem comes when you want to get an invoice for your payment or declare taxes.

Bitcoins should be seen as money all over the globe.

The different perspectives towards bitcoin is really a factor how they will approach the btc market.
People or each government have their own take when it comes to bitcoin.
So they will formulate laws and protocols according to what they seem is necessary.
Maybe, in time, we will have one approach towards btc but that's a long journey to take.
1869  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which exchange has less hassles in terms of multiple verifications? on: June 27, 2022, 09:41:14 PM
Kyc for a exchange account most important for safety your fund because hacker can try to get your account information. So if your exchange account has been pass key verification then ok for security. I recommend for use binance exchange even very easy to passing kyc, otherwise you can search cmc for more exchange.

Binance is definitely the best choice for me. Once you've passed the KYC, every transaction would go smoothly. They wouldn't ask for KYC for nothing. You will also benefit from it in the long run. Also, their 2FA verification is a big help especially now that hackers are everywhere. Maybe the reason why Binance is the top exchange is that it provides good service for its users.

No doubt, many traders are rooting for binance because they have varied and reliable services.
In terms of KYC verification, I did have smooth experience as well.
I have no problem submitting KYC to this CEX because we all know, it is reputable exchange.
Also, the services are wide that you can basically make this platform as your digital bank.
But don't forget that if you need to store coins long-term, still advisable to send it to your own wallet, which you have your own keys.
1870  Economy / Gambling / Re: risk of kyc on crypto casinos ? on: June 27, 2022, 09:02:04 PM
KYC will be in all this things that are near cryptocurrencies - casinos, exchanges, marketplaces, etc. This is reality and we have to deal with it. It works in real life business and soon in the cryptocurrencies will be the same. The casino without KYC will mean that we can`t trust them.
Private data can become a problem even when you use trusted reputable casino. But this the same with the common business - hackers can get your private data in both choices.
In the future, not all casinos or marketplace will implement the KYC/AML and it doesn't mean either that every casino, marketplace, or store that didn't implement KYC shouldn't be trusted but people have to do research about the casino, marketplace, and store they wanted to use. Mind you, there's a casino on this forum that also implemented KYC, and everybody that participated in their campaign is red-tagged.

About privacy data being a problem if private information of users gets stolen by a hacker, this can be minimized if people can maintain the KYC tier level in which only their residing information is needed to perform the KYC.

There are big casinos in this forum that don't require KYC to their small time players.
But it doesn't mean, they are not trusted. It depends on how they build their credibility in this community.
There are even several long-time casinos here which are not yet licensed, and yet, they have loyal patrons that are continuously playing.
But if you do happen to submit KYC to a casino, better make it worth your risk and you have done your homework.
1871  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we embrace a cashless policy?? on: June 27, 2022, 07:44:50 PM
The problem with going cashless is that not many people will be able to embrace it. in the advanced countries this may not be such a big deal as nearly everyone is already familiar with all sort of technology and buying online in a cashless manner. in the developing countries with high number of uneducated people, this can be a very big issue, it will require teaching almost everyone on how to operate an internet enabled device and own one as well.
Going completely cashless will pose a lot of challenges to many people which i doubt the governments are ready to subject its citizens to. So this is not advisable best thing for now is operate in both ways

Agreed. Even the first world countries there are still a lot of people who aren't tech savvy to understand the complexity of a cashless transactions.
How much more on the 3rd world countries. Both would co-exist and as time passes by cashless transactions might become the most preferred one than paying on cash, but cash won't just disappear, both would still co-exist.

We are already practicing the cashless payment in some points of our daily life.
Like paying an online merchant or other online purchases.
However, it is true, not all people are amenable to this kind of payment method even in first world countries.
I think, cash payment will remain, though digital payments may increase a lot in the coming years.
Let us embrace both methods, anyway, we have daily purchases that do really need physical cash, whether you are in 1st world or 3rd world country.
1872  Economy / Gambling / Re: How do you know how to trust online sportsbooks? on: June 27, 2022, 06:55:08 PM
If you want to join a sportsbook, you must first read the overview. Real sportsbook requires a readable and printable license agreement. This is the basis for determining whether each user acts legally and complies with the laws of each country. The license requires the user to complete the terms and conditions without advertisements or changes. you have to know their deposit and withdrawn system. Is there any KYC process?. How much time will need to take withdraw? It is better to join Sportsbook knowing all the issues like what country it is operated from or how it is controlled. You can find out more about these topics by searching online and there are many topics or posts in this forum as well that you can find out about the feedback. If all the requirements are fulfilled then you can apply to this sportsbook.

I believe this forum, the gambling board and gambling discussion board are very comprehensive references when it comes to crypto gambling.
For me, if you want to know a specific casino or sportsbook, just head to their respective thread here and you will learn a lot more as compared to the reviews outside.
No filter about the reviews or feedbacks, and you will get a lot more information about how they respond to their players.
If you want a brief overview of the site, you can check the trust summary of their representative to see if they have existing complaints.
1873  Economy / Economics / Re: From Sideways to Downhill on: June 27, 2022, 05:37:28 PM
Apparently, the sideways market broke down not out. Are we in a "now what" situation? Or do you think this is as far down as it goes? Even the week chart looks bad for BTC. Any suggestions what to do?
I believe by now, you should see that everything have turned for bitcoin, though not very much but bitcoin market right now is in a much better position than it were some few days back.
Know it that every dip is a buying opportunity, it is important to understand that bitcoin price can't just keep going up, there will always be down times and this time is the best time to buy.
Though I don't really pay attention to all this so called experts predictions, but then, many of them still believe that bitcoin will end the year 2022 with a price of over $100,000, I don't know how possible this is but one thing I do know is that, every dip in bitcoin's price is a buying opportunity, for it will always go back up.

We really don't need to listen to these self-proclaimed experts because they are also human.
And they are just trying to make their own speculations based on what is happening around the market.
If you are a long-time user or holder, just follow your instincts because it is your money at stake.
They can predict high prices of btc, but ask yourself, what is the rate that it will become reality?
Be realistic with goals, so you won't be disappointed later on. Just be gentle on yourself.
1874  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✅🍅 wintomato.com 🍅Dice 🍅 Slots 🍅 Sport Betting on: June 27, 2022, 12:24:30 PM
The representative had been active today [1] and yet not response from them, should we need to wait the next 2 months like the previous accusation? I wonder why they can't assist and confirm if it's a fake or legit accusation while they already say on the chat if this user have multiple accounts.

@wintomato where you're?

[1] https://archive.ph/NAJqv

They should resolve the above accusation in prompt and fair manner.
Because if they won't give their side and just let it slide, it means, the player has reason why he accused them.
They gained good number of players but here in the forum, if there will be unresolved case,
I don't think they can gain players or gain their credibility as a gambling site.
1875  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What did you learn about crypto trading? on: June 26, 2022, 11:57:37 PM
Gaining knowledge about crypto trading first is especially for new investors consider learning different strategies to improve your performance but you will understand everything better. Trading trends and the trading thing to be aware of before choosing a crypto market.

And most alts won't follow the btc trend as they have their own trend depending on their developments.
This is why, if you will trade with specific alts, you need to know the progress of what is going on with the coin.
Because it depends on what accomplishments they have in terms of their roadmap.
1876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DOGE records increased utilisation in criminal activities, research shows on: June 26, 2022, 11:25:08 PM
There is a Doge Road Black Marketplace?  Its not such a joke after all some are really using it to buy drugs. It looks like the authorities have a new target to catch.
The darknet market on the link I addressed above is surely not a big deal compared to other means. More importantly, the mentioned Doge Road marketplace and Archetyp swap service were already defunct according to the reports.

But like what is known any coins can be used to pay for illicit activity, its just that they find doge to have a value and good for payment this time.
Exactly, people are dazzled thinking cryptocurrencies are only being used by criminals and to do bad things, etc. While in fact, by any means of economic exchange, a person who would do bad things will make use of any tools that are available/benefit to them.

Some people are just highlighting its bad use, but if you look at the figures, it is so small as compared to let's say using fiat.
This is why for those people who are reading such kind of news, they need to be objective and logical on what's being presented.
Check the numbers and see if that is really significant to influence the illegal market or are they just highlighting its usage in the bad light?
Because it is true, these criminals will use any form of currency that they can get a hold of, as long as they can use it.
1877  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do we spot the crypto bottom? on: June 26, 2022, 10:19:49 PM
No one can truly know the bottom of crypto, that's is why lots of decent trader do DCA, dollar cost averaging. Its one of the best ways in buying the dip after you have done a thorough technical and fundamental analysis, I could remember when lots of people where predicting 20k to be bottom of bitcoin during this dip, it went to 17k if you dca then you are in profit, no one can know the dip it ain't possible

This market is really unpredictable so up until now, no one can truly be confident in telling the future of the market.
We are all depending on what updates and news we will be reading next.
It is your own strategies on how to optimize your possible profits in this market.
Just like when btc went down to 17k range, if you bought it at that level, you are in profit today.
But for someone to know when we will exactly hit the rock bottom, no one can do that up until today.
1878  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Government Owned Online Casinos What Do You Think Of Its Potential on: June 26, 2022, 09:23:15 PM
I accidentally read one of the newspapers and saw a title on the first page where Sri Langka showed the casino boss to serve as the investment minister. So I thought about the title of this topic where the government casinos  is there potential?

So do you think this is suitable for me to reveal in this topic.

So what should Sri Lanka do when the economic crisis really passes the 90% mark and do you believe where government-owned casinos will have great potential if the country is in a severe crisis. On the one hand, it is true that government owned casinos allow players to trust them and whether the appointment of a minister from his past history of being a casino boss is the right choice.

Any government can try their hands on handling their own casinos.
It is indeed correct that they have the reputation already as people will trust more because it is their government.
But the government needs to have proper guidance or advise to these gamblers as they may ruin their lives because of gambling.
But for sure, they can generate good income from gambling business, that may further help their government projects.
The choice of who will handle the business depends on the capability of the person, and the government itself should know the qualities of such person.
1879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Crawford vs Spence on: June 25, 2022, 11:46:20 PM
Well this is something very interesting, and I hope it happens like this, but I think that the main reason why they want the fight to happen is because of the amount of money that is involved there, I don't see that they do it for the pure interest of boxing, I don't think that it be for that, rather the most logical thing is because of the business model, because the big investors are willing to make juicy millionaire bets, and with respect to the trilogy, that Canelo vs. GGG is something that is good is positive, but in my personal opinion I don't see this fight as exciting, because CANELO has faltered a lot, who I see as good for making good fights is the Russian Bivol.

Terence Crawford vs Errol Spence is one of the most awaited fights for several years. It was highly demanded by most boxing fans around the world. Disregarding the money, they will really meet each other no matter what at the end of the line in the Welterweight Division as they are both undefeated. Money is a factor but there's no other way that these fights should not happen. A total of 4 World Titles are at stake here and it's not just about being money.

If this is a non-title match and these two didn't target each other, then it's a money matter fight but it's not. It's even a must-watch for me compared to GGG vs Canelo III where the former is now in his retirement period and the latter just came from an embarrassing loss against Bivol that he even wasn't able to make it a close fight as a heavy favorite to win in that match.

But to get the date of when they will fight - the purse split matters to their respective promoters.
In some cases, the boxers themselves want to fight as soon as possible.
But the delays originate from their promoters, who are not in agreement with their split.
And yes, Crawford vs Spence Jr, this will definitely happen, only the date is yet to be determined.
They will rake huge money, but getting the 4 world titles would be the best to get from this event.
1880  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not panic. Everything will get better on: June 25, 2022, 11:14:38 PM
This market moves and not everyone is happy with the profits that have been made. Instead, a sad mood covers the minds of new entrants who are suffering losses. I also went through a period where I saw losses every day and it didn't leave my mind; when it was all over, I knew the solution was to simply do your job well and then consider investing in something with the expectation of a return. A formula that I find quite simple, but if we haven't experienced it, it will be difficult for us to see how it is right.
I never cared about my expenses earlier but a person like me is now so concerned about oil and other expenses that I started walking more towards stores. and I take the car out once in a week and do all my stuff at the same time. We are not panic but we have aligned our routine accordingly.
Yes, but letting too many burdens on you could easily lead you to panic. You can't keep on hodl when your next days, every daily necessity like food, cooking oil, petro oil,... skyrocketed. Say, a chart showing you at -10% hit different when your life is secure vs when you ran out of money for rent or food.

You would definitely panic if your basic necessities are at risk.
If we are talking about next month's rent or daily food for the table, we are more concerned about our funds.
But if you have spare funds, more than likely, you can think of holding some of your portfolio.
But with our current market condition, and I believe, it is global problem these days, gas and other commodities rising.
We need to be aware where we put our money and how we can reduce our bills or expenses.
