Hm, nice investigation. But who would send funds with open comments like that? Anyway, the 64 000 is a lot, but considering that a guy just paid 10 000 BTC for two pizzas a few years ago, itīs possible that an early adopter/miner has such a big stake.

Or those are the guys that stole the bitcoins from MtGox, as they also have to make "legal" bitcoins out of it somehow.

Huh? Those aren't "open comments" and they certainly aren't put there by the sender. Bitcoin doesn't have transaction comments or transaction messages or whatever. Anyone can label an address on blockchain.info, see https://blockchain.info/tags - those tags then show up everywhere the address appears on blockchain.info

Sorry for that.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XCP] Counterparty Protocol, Client and Coin (built on Bitcoin) - Official on: April 24, 2014, 01:11:18 PM
What does it mean if an order match is expired?
The order duration is determined by an amount of yet to be mined blocks. Expired = amount of blocks has been reached without execution/match.

Order match expired means:

* There was an "order match" between 2 orders
* One order involved the payment of BTC
* The side that was supposed to pay BTC did not do so within the required timeframe after the order match

Therefore the "order match" expired.

Do I need to manually approve a transaction? I thought if there is a buy order higher than my sell order, it gets executed automatically.

So does this

297446   Apr 24th 2014, 1:55:21 pm      Order Match Exp      Order Match d66580a4124e479e84626e116acb4af80787354adc8bf48fadcfac11a091d98863eda009dffb73c 84c0a57d864046ce173dc035b64034eee4b56df15f37ee760 expired

Mean, that someone was willing to pay the amount I wanted to have for my XCP, but the buy order expired? I donīt really get it.

This is the best scam I've seen so far.

I'm studying the block chain transactions and this guy is definetely using a script/program to move and sramble his large amounts of BTC to make it look like it's coming from many unique investors.

Which guy?
Which transactions?

Dafuq are you talking about? Smiley

All the mistakes they have been making on the coinpal project they have been fixed for this new project. There is also no thread for this new project here on bitcointalk, seems they dont want a thread like this to be a wrecked one.

The new smart way to get most dividend back is by holding a 25k angel shares for themselve and pay themselve.

Look at the project, look the writing, look at the way they promote the shares, look at the divs, look at the special bonus coming, look, loook, If that doesnt look familiar with you then i dont know what is wrong with me.....they were registered on 9th april on godaddy. Look at the adres on their website, look like they just use the godaddy adres

Fuck you Ryan G with your fucking coinpail, you fucking scammer

What does premium verification mean?

https://cryptostocks.com/verification

Project website is registered on 9th april on godaddy. Project is listed 17th april on cryptostocks. And this sort of verification takes up to 3 weeks. It doesnt add up, Cryptostock is a joke

It is, indeed. They just donīt care about their customers. Fucking morons.

Did anyone get the free miner?

I wrote them 1 week ago, but not even got a reply.

How many shares do you have?
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] alcurEX Cryptocurrency Exchange on: April 23, 2014, 01:44:57 PM

You are right about the lack of info on cs. Thats all.
How can you know or why do you associate that the indian (!) programmers team cant deliver good code?
In my eyes that looks like racism.

Have you ever worked with them (indians) or with code delivered by them?

I do. Everyday.
I am an IT project manager for large clients and all our code is written in India.
There are great professionals there who get it done right and on time.

You can get crappy code or programmers in USA, Germany or Japan. Depends on the company and the people you have selected to work with.
Racial discrimination cannot be an excuse.

The same here. Iīm working with them and their code on a daily basis. What I see is that they are not thinking about what they are doing, just coding, like writing am email. We have several partners in india with different daily rates, they all lack of precision. Sometimes we get really good people to work with us, but the waste majority is worth exactly what they get, not a cent more.

One time we got code that wasnīt even compiling because of typeos. And this has been already reviewed by one of the indian managers over there.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [Ann] Safecoin maidsafecoin on: April 23, 2014, 12:25:28 PM
The website says, "To balance this, we decided to purchase all remaining MSAFE coins to ensure that backers who sent their bitcoins would have their orders fulfilled. This does mean that we can still accept bitcoin orders until the cut-off point at ~6000BTC." And they are at 5698 at the time of writing this.  Pretty amazing IPO.  https://blockchain.info/address/1KHfLixa2idRnZXMUfEisBati1vpywaH6E?offset=0&filter=0

6000 bitcoins. 3 mio usd. unbefuckingleavable.

do they already have a product, or is this all just a promise people invest 3 mio usd into?

@halibit, all that info should be clearly posted here, at the OP and definitely at Cryptostocks.

Right now you have locked your shareholders at CS out of every information, started a new locked forum and are holding a closed beta.

You should have posted that info for actual shareholders at CS, yesterday.

The last piece of informatipn towards shareholders was on april 3rd. You guys have postponed this projects so much, without any substantial info given.
MRC claims to be out for a month or so (as you said for personal reasons) and he left you in charge of this project,  a currency and a currency exchange, and you guys apparently dont even know each other, why would he trust you?
You are the one who is talking with the indian(!) programming team, over IRC, but nobody really knows much about anything.
I find hard to believe that all these devs here, with their paranod attitude trust just some "big" 25% shareholder.

Is the beta starting today?
How long will it last?
Where can people test it?
When will Alcurex be operational?

I firmly believe that these answers should be communicated to shareholders at CS, where your shares are being sold.

Setting up another forum, with 40 people enrolled and making up as this project goes along is really not looking good.

Especially as that other forum seems dead for at least one wek.

Great tutorial, but I donīt get the transaction hash, so itīs not working for me.

Could you please send me the result you receive and maybe also the raw transaction? I'll take a look at it.

do I need to provide my private key, too? Because I have XCP on that address.
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [Ann] Safecoin maidsafecoin on: April 23, 2014, 09:57:18 AM
Where can we see the balance of our address? And how is it possible to send msafecoin back and forth?

https://masterchest.info/wallet.aspx to look up your address

Simplest way is hard wallet and a car, otherwise you can download bitcoin qt + counterwallet you'll get the info off that masterchest site

I have it running, but canīt see a single msafecoin
I also invested from blockchain. How can I see the coins in this case?

Sorry mate, they did announce this was being launched the same day as the exchange so assumed it worked

Nothing worked out in this ipo like it should.
Besides the fact that some morons are now millionairs, haha.

did you send in MSC or BTC?

If MSC then you should see it in your address on masterchest.info or via test.omniwallet.org

if BTC then it is going to take some time for them to process, as they have over 1000 tx to go through

thank you! Iīve sent MSC and BTC. None of them is showing up.
