Kobe could have played well the last couple of seasons and a couple more if he didn't suffered those injuries. He was always healthy (played through many small injuries) during his career but the Achilles and shoulder ones ended him. He also has the same mindset and personality as Jordan, he won't accept a limited role in another team. I think that's for the better really, who really wants to see Kobe playing 20 mins in OKC or the Clippers (god!).

Hopefully he can play in the 2016 Olympics and retire from international basketball too. Many people love him worldwide. Remember he lived in Italy many years as he was born there.

I want to believe and if it's true I hope you can find comfort soon. Your account as collateral is too little for me to take the risk (plus I don't really want to mess with accounts either using it or selling it aftewards). I'm not sure what more experienced members think, how much his account is worth?

2666  Other / Off-topic / Re: When did you first get on the internet? on: November 30, 2015, 04:03:05 AM
Around 1995-96 I think. I usually remember those primitive days now that it's all about wifi spots, smartphones, blazing speeds, we are truly living in the future.
2667  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You are now able to use your bitcoins to shop at Walmart, Chipotle, gas stations on: November 30, 2015, 04:00:53 AM
This is always great news, not sure how much it will actually be used but still a great addition to Bitcoin's development.
2668  Other / Meta / Re: Should there be a limit to how many times you can post a day? on: November 30, 2015, 03:57:32 AM
It depends on the limit but I don't like the idea. Honest users like me sometime post a lot in one day because there's a great thread with plenty of replies back and forth. Or we may simply have more free time.

However I can see how a high limit can be introduced, above 50-75 posts for example, not sure if that will actually help but you know. Like others have said, it's a job for moderators, spammers will spam no matter what...
2669  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: ★☆★My first time with bitcoin★☆★0.1 bitcoin bonus——from bitcoin kan on: November 30, 2015, 03:52:54 AM
1. First time with Bitcoin.
I knew some facts about Bitcoin but not too much. A while ago I was reading an article about the creator of Popcorn Time app (you know the Pirate Netflix hehe). He created it for his mother so she could watch movies and tv shows as easily as possible. Anyway, he left the project eventually but mentioned he was now working on Xapo with basically the same idea on his mind, to make Bitcoin as accesible and easy to use as possible. This got me very interested and started to read about it and became immersed in it. After a while I bought a humble amount of BTC and the rest is history!

2. Currently stories about Bitcoin and you.
Well I got into the altcoin scene and crypto trading with the intention of growing my BTC slowly but surely. I don't want to turn too many fiat money into it, just trying what I have to grow and if the price is right I may buy more. My goal is to have around 5 BTC, but something like 21 BTC (being 21M, etc) sounds very enticing and I think it's an attainable goal for us all if we love Bitcoin. Right now I feel we are all on the fence and waiting for something big to happen.

3. The future of bitcoin in your mind.
The future is unclear to me right now. One thing I know for sure is that Bitcoin will have to start spreading more and find a niche. Bitcoins needs to establish as a standard for something. Perhaps for sending money overseas (replacing Western Union altogether). It seems to be very well received in the developing world so that would be a huge market. I mention this because it may come a time when Bitcoin will have to prove its value somehow or die. The technology is completely unique and innovative but it can become obsolete in the next years if the is no massive adoption and something new comes along. On the other hand, it grows year by year so we still can be optimistic about its future.

My number ID: 32313

Thanks!

Sad to read about Kobe's retirement but I guess it's inevitable. I don't want to see him go to some contender in a lesser role, he should retire a Laker indeed.

People still don't understand that WU works differently, it's not for tech savvy people. You get cash in a window. When Bitcoin can provide the same with cheaper rates we can discuss...

The knick is awesome. I'm currently watching and enjoying Jessica Jones on Netflix.
2675  Economy / Economics / Re: What's your guess on the price of bitcoin for Jan 2016 and July 2016? on: November 30, 2015, 01:22:50 AM
Cool story overall. I think Bitcoin price will be $350-500 range for first 2 months in 2016. After March we can see a new movement up to 600-700 range, but nothing more. In July we'll be in over $500.

Agreed. Seems like a natural, not forced price. Anything goes I guess but something around those values makes sense to me.
2676  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: November 30, 2015, 01:11:48 AM
$400 seems very attainable this week, not sure if it will go much higher than that though. I think we'll finish the year at sub-$500.
2677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA Winning Team Prediction Tips on: November 29, 2015, 04:09:15 PM
Yes Toronto can make the Warriors fall. Indiana can give them some trouble but not sure if they can pull it off. It's incredible to see them play at this level. On the other hand, we can't forget they went to overtime with the Nets, AT HOME. So there's always a chance of a surprise...
2678  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do Newbies (or Anyone) Enjoy Paid Bitcoin Tasks? on: November 29, 2015, 04:06:54 PM
It's a great way to earn some BTC little by little if you are not interested in converting hard earned fiat money. 0.01 BTC maybe it's not a lot now, but if you are in the for the long run like many of us it can be proved to be very valuable.

Of course, this doesn't apply for faucets since the profit there can't really be compared. I don't think that's worth the effort or time.
2679  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think the use of Bitcoin is kind of complicate? on: November 28, 2015, 01:04:12 PM
I'm a UI Designer and while the tech itself is unique and innovative the way it was conceived for massive adoption it's just nonsense. No common people will bother to learn the decimal value system to begin with. It's completely unnatural.

Don't get me started on wallets, addresses as long as a line of code, keys, brain passwords, etc. Millions will be lost if people actually use Bitcoin. And many more will be lost in non refundable transactions. Xapo did a decent job in "dumbing it down", but it will take much more than that for your girlfriend or father to adopt it.
2680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★DigiByte|极特币★★[DGB]✔$250k Investment, DigiByte Gaming, #DigiByteTip, DigiSpeed on: November 26, 2015, 10:42:52 PM
I know Jared & Co work very hard to reach there goal & my hat goes of to them many times, BUT if the project (DGB) can be controlled by outsiders then its going fail....in the end the 250k investment made by Tofu will run out & then they will ask the question as to what did we invest in......a coin thats worth nothing, a coin that is controlled by someone/thing that can drop the price by 50-75% in one week...in the end that one entity will have enough coins to do what ever they want to the rise & fall of DGB..its like power within the boardroom...someone owns 49% the other owns 51%...the majority does what it wants to do & the other has no say in it.

I respect you guys who have fully committed to DGB but you have to admit the pump we did receive was on a false promise this Digispeed turned out to be a 20 year project..OK it will be faster than Visa/Matercard/American express..Jez H Christ do you think that the major credit card company's are not going to develop something far better in 10 years time...or do you think they will wait 20 years for DGB to crack the mold......come one 20 years is a fricking long time in this game by the time DGB hits the top there will be some other coin 100 times better than DGB by then.

I am just disappointed that the DEVS/Investors (Tofu) do nothing to take control of there own destiny..........If i put $250k into a company as an investment i would most certainly not sit on my hands & do nothing.....i would have to buy coins from the manipulators just to protect my own personal investment

I now have just short of 5 million coins, i did say i would not buy more but i will do just to double down..I HAVE TO..no choice...but when i reach the 5 million & it goes lower i will not buy more..if i lose what i put in to DGB then so be it

I have to say in general the way Crypto is headed i can see absolutely no future in it at all apart from the usual scams & pumps from the ones that now how to work the system

On that note i dont think DGB is a scam but i do question my own beliefs at this time

Good luck to you holders will see you I hope in the near future...for now coins will be stored in cold wallet & forgot about

Couldn't have said it better myself. But let's keep a positive vibe...as if that will change something. The problem is that people here don't want to address the main issue mentioned in our posts. I know for sure DGB itself is not a scam, but it's definitely PART of the scam if you wish. And when DGB is pumped again, some puppets here will celebrate the wonderful technology to lure others like me into thinking we belong to something amazing and out of this world.

I'm completely honest, we have valid points. I was a fool, but never again. If you are great supporters of this project, then you can buy my share at 100 satoshis. Nobody? I didn't think so.
