I don't think Juventus can hold off Sevilla in the semi finals if they continue to play like this. They had such a poor level of performance about finding the target especially. It was the summary of the second leg against Sporting I mean. The only shot on target found the back of the net and they managed to secure a 1-1 draw to advance. But they might not go on in this way for a long time.

Sevilla were not much impressive before but now they seem solid. Their second leg performance was really incredible. There was a big improvement compared to the first one. They should be able to maintain this level against Juventus as well and this might be enough for them to move on to the finale too.

This is just a horrible way to start the week in the league for Arsenal. I was very confident about them to take the win here without much problem. But their letting Southampton get 3-1 ahead was really insane. Ramsdale made a huge mistake very early in the game and caused themselves to concede a goal maybe. But this would have still been reversed by Arsenal as they were the much stronger side.

Instead they struggled to answer for a long time and they barely secured a draw at the end. They could have still won the game though if they didn't waste a couple of more chances after it became 3-3.

Lazio are still an unstoppable team in the league with a long-running impressive form. They are still unbeaten for so many weeks and I think they are about to add another victory to their winning streak of four games as well. They have a home game against Torino and they are highly favoured of course. But Lazio's odd is still higher than my expectation which is interesting on one hand.

Immobile's absence is bad for them maybe but still they are way stronger than Torino now. I think their current odd is just a good opportunity to take advantage of now.

Villarreal are technically in a better condition than Sevilla in the standings now. But Sevilla are still favoured against them for the game on Sunday. The odd margin is not that big though but still.

Villarreal got a really bad loss the last time. They lost against Valladolid home and it was unbelievable for me. Just how can you lose this easy while you are in a fight to qualify for a tournament? They were even maintaining a wonderful form as well. I wouldn't expect Valladolid to be the team to stop this series. Sevilla have improved their morale a lot by eliminating Manchester United in the Europa League. If they manage to show the same effort against Villarreal too then I don't think they will lose this game.

Pochettino might also be a good option for Chelsea. I think they shouldn't act very fast about bringing Nagelsmann instead. He is also a really good manager of course and I don't have big doubts about him. However Pochettino is much more familiar with the English Premier League as he managed Tottenham for a long time. He wasn't managing the team badly as well.

Chelsea have a good potential with these players actually. They only need the right game plan and vision to start getting better than this. I hope their final decision helps them have a good season next time. This season has been a big failure for them.

Leverkusen are going to host Leipzig on this game week. This is a quite tough game for both teams first of all. Bookmakers are showing Leverkusen as the favourite side by a slight odd margin.

This is related to the recent forms mostly of course. Because Leverkusen have been much more impressive so far for so many weeks. They still need to keep this up otherwise they can lose their spot for a European tournament. Leipzig beat them by 2-0 before but then Leverkusen were really bad. Now they are even more impressive than Leipzig these days. They have newly eliminated Union SG in the Europa League too. This must be like an extra motivation source to win this.

Juventus are back in top four again really and they have a really good advantage as well. As long as they improve their form and keep up a decent performance they wouldn't lose their place in this area. Maybe they will most probably be qualifying for the Champions League. But I hope that they don't get a similar punishment once again in the near future.

If they were able to collect more points before then they might have even been in a title competition with Napoli now.    Anyway this season can still end very well for them. They have a chance to take the second spot from Lazio too.

It was a really epic comeback by Roma by the way. They were really in a troubling condition after conceding that goal in the last ten minutes. But they still managed to make it to extra time by scoring a goal in the last moments. In extra time Feyenoord failed really hard. Roma took the control of the game and scored 2 more goals to finish the job.

I really thought for a moment that Feyenoord would manage to eliminate Roma. Roma were one of the biggest title contenders. But they once again failed against Roma after doing the same in the Europa Conference League.

Newcastle are going to host Tottenham this week and it is important for top four. Newcastle are already holding a nice advantage in their hands as you know. They are three points ahead of Tottenham. In addition to that they have a missing game to play as well. This is a wonderful opportunity for them to open the point gap with Tottenham even more.

Tottenham are having a really bad time these days. We have all seen how they lost to Bournemouth home previously. They need to find a way out of this not to lose their chance for the Champions League completely. But for this game honestly Newcastle look more credible to me for the win. They are in a much better form.

Real Madrid - Manchester City is going to be a really competitive matchup in my opinion. I see Manchester City one step ahead in this one this time. They are far better than the previous season now. This is Haaland effect of course. He will be their biggest power against Real Madrid as well. I don't know how much successful Real Madrid would be about defending him.

Real Madrid's job can be very difficult especially in Etihad after seeing how Manchester City performed against Bayern Munich there. Of course Real Madrid are better than Bayern Munich this season but Manchester City would still have control of the game home in my opinion.

Every remaining game is important for Dortmund at this point. They still have a chance to become the champions this season in the Bundesliga.

They wasted an important chance to equalize the points with Bayern Munich last week indeed. But the gap is still two points right now so nothing has finished yet. Dortmund just need to make the number of mistakes they make minimum from now on for the sake of their title chance. Bayern Munich might lose points again as I said before. Dortmund have the strength to win against Frankfurt if they become better at defending this time.

Inter players might be a little tired after playing the second leg against Benfica in the Champions League. I wonder how good they will play against Empoli away next time in the Serie A. This game is important for them because of their chance's still on for top four. They are right behind Milan by only two points which is a gap that can be closed in a short time.

It depends on how Milan will return as well because their morale must have also been improved by advancing to next stage in the CL. Let's see which side will do better. My favourite is Milan considering the recent performances in league games.

Real Madrid are focused on the Champions League title once again as they have not a chance for the La Liga title from now on. But this time it doesn't seem like they can make it to the Champions League one.

Because Real Madrid are going to face a much stronger Manchester City with Haaland. If they lose their chance for a title in this tournament as well then this will be a really unsuccessful season for Real Madrid. But I don't want to blame Ancelotti much because he did a great work with the team in the previous season. He would still be remembered in a good way if he leaves the team in the summer.

Kane to PSG, hmm. I don't know about this. I think Kane wouldn't like to join a league that isn't much competitive. I know that PSG aren't having a very comfortable season but it is totally due to the weak management of the team this season. Normally this is a league that PSG can dominate much higher than this. PSG can still offer the Champions League title for him but it wouldn't be very realistic for now either.

Because PSG still haven't won it for once and they don't seem like they will soon with this kind of game strategies. I think Kane will join a different team instead.

Arsenal are going to be opening this week by a Southampton game in Emirates. I think it is quite obvious that they are the very close side to win on paper. While they are on a run for the championship they don't need any luxury of losing more points from now on. Their getting two draws with the same score and scenarios must be really annoying for the players and Arteta both.

Southampton are trying to stay in the Premier League this season but their job is really difficult. I don't think they can resist Arsenal much here.

Really great job by Manchester City! Their job might have been more difficult in Allianz Arena but I was still very positive about them to advance. They didn't surprise me thankfully and got a draw which was enough to eliminate their opponent. Bayern Munich are really terrible against good playing teams this season. They were comfortable against PSG because PSG were really much worse than Manchester City.

After this result I think it is more obvious that Bayern Munich need a solid top striker - a complete forward if possible.  

Mainz are also a team like Leverkusen which are fighting for a spot in a tournament. They are only two points behind Leverkusen as well so I expect Mainz to be competitive as much as they can in the games remaining. Their next game against Bayern Munich is undoubtedly the toughest fixture of the season for them. But it is still not impossible for them to get one point at least.

Their recent form isn't good though so it is hard to believe in them to do so. Besides I remember their latest game against each other which ended by a 6-2 win for Bayern Munich side. Maybe this time it wouldn't be that big but Bayern Munich are still ahead of them by far on paper. It just depends on how tired the players would be after the Manchester City game.

PSG are preparing to make their decision about Galtier already before the end of the season. This would be for their own sake as well honestly.

Because I also agree that he isn't the right coach for this team. There are much more experienced coaches with big teams out there. I would really love to see Zidane before anyone else honestly but I don't give that much chance to happen as well. Because Zidane must still have no intention to manage a club in Europe now. But if he can't take the France job then maybe he might change his mind. But I don't know if it will take PSG that much time to decide their next coach.

Declan Rice's next team could be Arsenal in the summer. Newcastle are also after him these days but I don't think they would stand much chance against Arsenal. I mean this would be the case especially if Arsenal make it to the league title at the end of the season. Even if they finish the league at the second position he could pick them over Newcastle anyway.

The reason why I think like that is Arsenal's being a bigger team now. Their squad quality is also much higher than Newcastle's. Newcastle need to increase the strength of their average level squad this summer. Qualifying for the Champions League is really important to do so easier.

Juventus will indeed have a really tough work to do in the second leg. Because Sporting's performance was really impressive in Turin already and this could be a sign of another solid effort in Portugal this time. Sporting are very likely to miss their chance for a Champions League spot in their domestic league now. They seem focused on the Europa League more than the Liga Portugal.

Winning the Europa League title isn't an easy task at all but it looks like they will still try their luck with that. Honestly their performance until this round has been impressive. Therefore Juventus had better be well-prepared for facing a tough opponent once again.
