What the fuck? He's not even paying the mods on a site that rakes in profits??

That's outrageous!

It looks fucking weird.

It is not clear to me, first he says: "we aren't paid to be mods here" and in the following comment he says: "...we get paid by the site". I don't know if they are paid in another capacity and not as moderators. In any case it is strange.

I think it's a case of poorly worded sentence, what the mods tried to say was, "we aren't paid to be mod here, only wanted to help other players, without giving anyone any reason to question our loyalty --in other words, if their help/answer/solution is leaning toward benefiting the site-- because they think we are paid by the site, which we aren't"

By the way, how do you verify that the telegram really belongs to Crypto Joker on Youtube? So far I have not found the name of the telegram placed on his youtube channel. Being touched someone with a similar name doesn't mean they are related

Nope, if OP was in touch with a tg handler @contactcryptojoker,
with name matched to each of the letters instead of those copycat scammers (e.g.: contactcryptoojoker or contactcryptojokerr) they're indeed were in touch with the official owner of the channel. His tg username is announced on his YT profile (archived)

But, just as Noorman0 said, it's impossible to tag them with red trust, let alone raised a flag, unless they have an account here. Best you can do, OP, is to pull a lot of evidences, screenshots of conversation with their username shown --use web version of tg for this--, payment proof, etc. to inform people out there who wanted to use their service.

This thread --with an assumption that the accusation has base and proven to be correctly placed-- should appear on google search for those who looks for their reputation. A keyword "crypto joker scammer bitcointalk" will brings them to this thread.

Can you provide those evidences here? I saw you're a copper member, so posting image won't be a problem for you.

Quoting for the image so anyone can see them easier, but it shows as proxy invalid image. Hi upon checking the whitepaper posted on the project, I noticed striking similarities of your WP to minisport's WP. [...]

Aside from the possibility of plagiarism --which I'm somewhat sure they'll use that "we hired content creator" excuse-- and their tokenomy details --which when I glanced at it, I see they have FIVE tokens!-- I would suggest everyone to thread carefully on investing on this project. Poking my curious eyes into their tg, it seems they used to be a local focused group before deciding to go public.

What raises the alarm is that scolling through their chat record and list of members givrs me n impression that they seemed to be filled with bot and/or mass-invite which probably take half of the 860 members they have, as well as deleting chats that's shown by inchoherent conversation in image 1.

The progress bar should start from 0, your soft cap on 1,500 ETH in the middle of the bar, and hardcap on 3,000 at the other end of the bar, with the bar being filled behind the 1,500 mark, given you haven't reached the number.

Thank you for that observation, that’s a technical oversight, we will see they remove the picture used as suppose to represent the graph progression of the token crowdsale. Thank You

This might be a little bit... awkward, but... I revisited your website and I'm aware that your solution of this, uhh... technical oversight is by removing the progress bar altogether? Isn't that rather counterproductive? Now visitors and investors will not be able to know the progress

From what it seems, this will be another short-lived meme token. Please tell us what would be the reason why it can sustain its presence in the market longer than other meme tokens? Don't rely that someone will hype up this token and hoping that it will pump.

From how they deleted their posts, I think their live is shorter than what we initially expect, LOL. I really hope these whole clean-the-thread thing is indeed to change the whole project into a better version and not an attempt to erase their track. Im that case, everything is --as always-- recorded by Loyce, though.

Thanks for Your expert feedback, we are not expecting any hype. The vision is long term, if You see frenchfries.site on website we have token  burn till 2024 and  airdrop till 2026, FrenchFries team will do our part without worrying about hype.
We have enough funds to carry out the project , the project will be  slow and steady.
FrenchFries token is no ICO , no transaction fee token.
Where we will be adding new features such as faucet, swap exchange, crypto news YouTube channels, own blockchain switch.
But Yes, we have begin our project as meme token now but by next 3 years we have many modules to be added.
Thanks again.

I wanted to ignore the fact that you skipped my question, but now I have to ask because you said you have enough fund. If you have enough, why don't you hire a professional web developer from the beginning to build a decent and complete website, with your programs --faucet, etc.-- ready to be launched? That way, you don't need the massive 14% of total supply allocated for web development. Instead, it's like a page made with zero effort.
2789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][French Fries Token](XFF) - French Fries Token on: October 09, 2021, 11:30:15 AM
So you... allocate 14% of the entire total supply to build a website for now and future times, that's currently looks like this? I really hope this one is built for free because well... I don't have a nice words to end the sentence.

Who even build the page? Please note that the cropped text is not because I crop them, your text is simply out of the page layout. And why does marketing and wb building has a different allocation?
2790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: DINT Project update, DeFi Dapp Launch and upcoming DeFi Baking with $AARRE on: October 08, 2021, 09:46:53 AM
I thought you'll utilize two separate chains that works together --which, probably will create quite some difficulties for your side to run two "project" simultaneously"-- because each token has their pros, cons, and role. But if you planned a crosschain, which would make both token be available on each "side", wouldn't it make one of the two token rather useless? Why have two tokennon two different chain with different feature if ultimately each of those token can do what the other token can?

Hi, thanks for your valid point, we see that to get both of the tokens on same "side" it requires a network switch.
While developers will keep developing on all chains and networks so we need flexibility, but more over the DINT projects tokens
has clear utility around the services and blockchains we we use so we don't see it begin useless since they were built around purpose.

We have figured out the purpose, pros and cons.
While currently the gas fees is not suitable for small transactions like BSC can perform
if a crosschain will take over we would still have different roles purposes for the tokens.

I still don't understand the necessity of two token if they will then cross-able. Given your BSC token is not ready yet and will be launched at a later time, which is a relatively similar case with your cross-chain system, why don't you just have one token --let's call them DINAR-- which runs on ERC, and later on is cross-able to BSC. Your holder has the simplicy to choose which chain they want to and for which purpose they need them, like for example, if they want to accumulate faucet, they just need to accumulate them in BSC to a certain amount and then transfer them to ERC side for staking. Also impler for them because they only need to know the rate of  DINAR-ERC and DINAR-BSC when they swap instead of having to know the value of DINT in BSC, DINT in ERC, AARE in BSC, and AARE in ERC.

You state on your last paragraph that you have figured out the purpose, pros, cons, and roles, maybe we can start cutting the confusion with you explaining this in details.
2791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: DINT Project update, DeFi Dapp Launch and upcoming DeFi Baking with $AARRE on: October 05, 2021, 05:18:32 PM
Why did you create two different tokens? Do they have different uses too?

Congratulations, your Swap Platform has been released and can be used, but has it been audited by Certik or others?

Hello, we are creating in the Baking feature something where two different tokens and pool tokens is needed, additionally we are a strong cross chain believers.

DINT is the project utility token in Ethereum, which can be Liquidity Pooled, Staked and Farmed.

AARRE in BSC which is much more suitable for our DeFi Dapp, with Baking, Faucet and Games.

Currently the High Gas Fees in ETH do not fit the BSC vision.

Dapp Audit

An official Audit has not yet been done. It will be done with the Baking.
We did have a code reviewer and bug fixer looking at the codes. Its safe to use.
Thank you for answering. If you want strong cross-chain, I think you need to provide a cross-chain bridge for each of your tokens.
Even if you have your own code reviewer, Users will feel safer if there is a trusted third party reviewer. This is just a suggestion

Hello, for Cross Chain we have our eyes on Pulsechain (joined developing) and The Celer Network.
There is strong competition in the bridging smart contract chains and we will use the one is best for us.

We came to a decision that we will make a full Audit when we have the Baking coding done.
Currently we can say that the dapp is safe and secure to use for anyone, there is no vulnerabilities/bugs.

The code reviewer was a third-party, not a "our reviewer" we are heading to your suggestion of Audit! Smiley

2793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Qindo - Universal Social Finance - List at Sushi swap on: October 03, 2021, 06:29:17 PM

O there is some litlle misunderstanding maybe when i explain how to build a decentralised socialism and how to integrate the participation of any kind of community. But the project is not the plaform you discribe.

No. It is first a communitary promoting system using social networks, NFT and $Qindo token to build a minting and burning system that reward in the time $Qindo users, $Qindo holders and NFT holder in the promoting system (they can promote any kind of influencing activity).
Then it allows to lock any fungible (first on Ethereum blockhain) by underlying an NFT and use it to balance (a kind of voting system without permission) an investment fund that could also underly the NFT and used usable to build a collateral in a P2P lending system. Actually the augmented NFT will be tradable with augmented value.

Another thing important is that our algorithm regulates the participation in minting and burning QINDO through the promoting/voting system in an economic efficient way and making possible to build a voting system "semi-permissionless" (you can like/vote for the same thing as many time as the algorithm allow you). We called this the Proof-of-Social-Utility mechanism.

As mentioned in the docs :

How it works :

1. Connect with a web 3 provider and a web 2 authenticator.
2. Link an NFT to your own social item ranked by our search engine (we will start with Instagram API) to become a Qindoer and jump into web 4 with your super NFT avatar.
3. Use/burn $QINDO to give likes as many time as allowed by the algorithm.
4. Earn $QINDO from $QINDO used by others.
5. Claim $QINDO earned for having used them for tiers and according to their scores.
6. Unlink and trade your NFT with its future personal yield through Qindo Interface.

The algorithm building scores is based on the differenciation between $QINDO used by the owner of the NFT linked to an item (A) and tokens used by others for this item (B) and on a reflexive solidary reward system with relative difficulty in use :

Like/$QINDO quantum per receiver (user must use a multiple of this amount to like as many time as possible) :
Q = (∑B+1)/(∑A+1)
Daily $QINDO reward for tiers likers and per like given :
R = 1/Q
Social Score (SS) :
S = (∑A+1)*(∑B+1)
Instant $QINDO reward for $QINDO holders per like given by the community :
P = 30%Q (70% will be claimable by burning SS for $QINDO)

The QINDO team will build incomes by playing the game as everyone with its 10% of initial token holding.

Positive reflection (burn&rebase) mechanism
$QINDO rewards for holders are made by burning token used/burnt and resize circulating supply linked to $QINDO holdings.

Negative reflection (mint&rebase) mechanism
The token supply linked to $QINDO holdings is resized according to tiers likers $QINDO rewards claimed for minting.

I'm not sure if I'm getting rusty from taking a few months break from crypto or what... but I still can't be confident that I've grasp your concept perfectly. Maybe a video explanation like terciduk123 said would help in our favor.

Meanwhile, the last part of your explanation caught my interest. Does the disinflatory means your supply is rather flexible, i.e. subjected to cases of rebase?

I stumbled upon one or two project who sell these flexibility of supply as one of the selling point of their product... none ends well. Most finally leave the project for reason I didn't know because they kicked me from their channel for asking questions way too specific for them to cover their flaws.
2794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Qindo - Universal Social Finance - List at Sushi swap on: October 03, 2021, 03:06:15 PM
Ok let's try to do it without to much complexity (the economic system is very complex and Qindo aims to build an important upgrade).

First we think about a decentralized socialism for a very long time. We look at the birth of bitcoin as a revolutionary system but with very unfair model and at the birth of Ethereum as the opportunity to build something fair.

The important here is to understand that an inflationary system makes people poorer, a deflationary system makes the productivity more and more difficult, and a socialist money without central governance wasn't invented yet. And we know that the current monetary/banking system got very good reasons to be what it is today. I mean a mint and burn system (a disinflationary system). But how to give the power now to people to earn money and give money to other in a productive way for individuals and the community in the same time ?

As the current monetary system has been built over the value base of a well manageable art resource, gold, we start to think about a system where human attention could be used as gold in a system with self-controled production, utility, value and supply. But it's not the only problem and actually cryptosphere showed to us two things very important to us : first that people could choose to use the asset they want to buy what they want and then that in financial farming and lending system decentralisation can  simply be a joke (the reality of capitalism).

The question of how to build a global democratic economic governance with total inclusion and with the less alienable factors leads to the imagination of our communitary promoting system and a communitary-driven investment fund with a P2P lending system using it.

By the way, we realize the true power of non fungible tokens as vehicle of individual democratic and financial power.

Super-powered token because you will use any NFT as outstanding financial and social vehicle and any Fungible as voting power in an investment fund used in a P2P lending system.

But the main service we will offer with $QINDO token is to build a real money (something with real value and that you earn by working with anything that make you earn anything you want).

Combining these two different replies, do I correctly grasp that what you tried to offer is a platform where people can monetize anything they have --like the NFT they owned, their ability to sing, their stand up comedy, their make up tutorial-- to earn QINDO which can be exchanged into fiat. And, in the same platform, they can use their token --or in your words, fungible-- like eth, bnb, tron, etc. for a p2p lending.

I would say the newbie guide is helpful and has very detailed and excellent guide, also complete with pictures. Even though there shouldn't be many person at this time who still don't know Uniswap. It seems that the time is still not displayed. But what I believe, If this guide has appeared, then the schedule for when the TGE will start has started to be discussed, right?
I believe TGE already happened, right? I can see the smartcontract with 500m BP already minted, so we are now waiting for listing in Uniswap, good decision so that investors from restricted countries may also participate.

Initially they planned to have their first listing by September 30th, and with the listing, the TGE itself., but latest announcement informed their members that theres a major falloff with bitfinex that made them have to postpone the listing and TGE to October 4th. Or is it only the listing that het postponed while the TGE itself already done?
2796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Qindo - Universal Social Finance - List at Sushi swap on: October 01, 2021, 05:11:54 PM
Ok, maybe that's the problem, summing all three of your replies to us, I can see that we are all facing the same thing: your choice of words. I can also see you stressed over and over about how your concept is new, the first of its kind, so it'll be normal for everyone to stumbled on the learning curve, especially with the foreign words. So can you probably re-tell us, in a more simple words what you offer and the background of your project. By simple, I mean without the "social-capitalism", "web 1 through 4", "overcollateral", etc. Think of us as a commoners, speak with language that can reach most readers

I've given your post three reads, one on this thread, one on your website, and one on your docs --which, all of them are actually the same sentences, the only difference is the page background and graphic--, and maybe I need three cups of coffees, because I still can't get ahold of what you tried to offer. Can you.tell us in short and clear way, what service do you offer?
2798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: {ANN} Gistcoin -The Gamification & Monetization Token For Social Media Community on: September 30, 2021, 06:14:43 PM
Regarding the pre sale, you have earned 1500 ETH (as stated on your site), But for the past few days I have noticed that the number is not increasing, Is it not updating every time or is there an error?

We have only a total of 500million Gistcoin available, The 1500 Eth on the site been displayed is the projected soft cap and we have not gotten to the soft cap so far, when you login to your dashboard, you can see the total gistcoin raised thus far.

Can this information made public? I think it's rather unfair that people has to sign up and login to their account on your site just to see the progress of the token sale. And a little input, maybe you'll need to adjust how you show your progress bar. The way I read them, you've managed to gather 1,500 ETH, because your bar has passed the number, and about a quarter way to 3,000 ETH. But from your explanation, you have not even passed the 1,500 ETH.

The progress bar should start from 0, your soft cap on 1,500 ETH in the middle of the bar, and hardcap on 3,000 at the other end of the bar, with the bar being filled behind the 1,500 mark, given you haven't reached the number.
2799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: Opulous | Music Copyright NFTs & DeFi Loans | www.opulous.org on: May 29, 2021, 06:12:46 AM
How does a music be copyright-backed with NFT? Like, how does it even worked? NFT roughly means we can only have if a kind of something, and it's indivisible, right? And a copyright forbid you to display something without the copyright-owner's consent. A copyrigh-backed NFT acts like... what? Someone buy a copyright to a music and no one are allowed to play or listen to it because it'll then lose its uniqueness?

It depends a lot on how you want to look at it.

Admittedly, right now, most NFTs actually do nothing in this regard. All the NFTs you see in the news do now is give the owner ownership rights to a digital imprint.

The NFT to Elon's Tweet, for example, merely points to the Tweet and proves that it was there. But if the Tweet is deleted or moved elsewhere by Twitter, then the NFT doesn't point to the new location.

But if done right, NFT ownership can simple have finality on proof of ownership. You know how people dispute who owns creative rights to copies, etc? If you created a song, for example, you could timestamp it on the blockchain, and own that NFT registering that date of creation. Chronologically, no one can claim rights to it after you have. The only way to transfer those rights would be to transfer the NFT.

So theoriticaly, the idea you propose here, is that by claiming the NFT of a song, songwriters wouldn't have to be concerned about possible future dispute regarding their music because it is proven to be theirs, via blockchain, and they can still allow their songs and musics to be played elsewhere and gain the royalty?
