I think that fiat will not be able to completely disappear even in the distant future. Many people love to diversify their funds and they will still hold some of the money in the form of paper money. Well mate nothing happened within days ever doing so we want to see people think as you think you will have to be patient. According to me people have taken a start to make money disappear as they use bitcoin more than fiat. Everything is able to do with digital money with ease and its future saviour as well so future of paper money is almost in dark. Ofcourse crypto will not replace fiat in a day or even months. It is a slow process and it may take many years for this reform. Also changes are not easily acceptable and bitcoin will have to fight its ways to overcome the fiat which is already too much popular. |

You have to do something else to make money for your own and try to make regular trades that could give you a winning trade. But do it carefully in a market like this. Maybe leverage trading is better in bearish market as most of the time one can short the trades and gain profit. The regular trading of bitcoin and altcoin is very risky and time taking in bearish market conditions. |

The most important reason why bitcoin market is falling is btc saw a huge spike in prices and that year was halving period so we saw growth in prices thereafter the prices fall down due to correction and now the situation in the accumulation of prices so soon we will price growth

There is no gainsaying about this, that Ethereum is truly the king of all altcoins.
Ever since XRP took over the 2nd position, i knew it was not going to last. The updates that were being announced were just taking profits.
Inasmuch as cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is concerned, decentralization will always take the lead, because that was the purpose of creating blockchain.
This is just the beginning. The Bakkt approval has not yet been lunched, other proposed milestones have not started and this is happening (eth on position 2).
What if the updates are eventually integrated, we might see ethereum at 0.05 BTC per ETH.
At this moment, despite of the negative market behavior, Bitcoin still, is the 'king' of all cryptos. Indeed there is an expected hardfork in Ethereum this year and it could be its chance to be on top of the cryptos but since it is still only a possibility at this point, there's no assurance yet, so we better just wait for things to occur and hope that there will be positive changes in the market behavior not only for ethereum but to the whole cryptomarket or as for the majority of crypto industry. Even with the hard fork of Ethereum , there is no possibility that it can replace or overcome bitcoin. Bitcoin is the main currency and no other currency can overcome it. Many new projects are coming up and some have even more features than bitcoins, but none of them is in a position to come even near the bitcoin. |

the most important thing is, when the price reaches the highest, we must immediately sell, do not wait to rise higher, because it could happen that it drops dramatically. and when the market falls, it's a good time to buy. this is a very important and valuable lesson, not only theory but also experience directly in the crypto market.
No body sell at the highest price as no one knows which is the highest price. When there is a pump in a coin and the coin is moving up, it seems that it will go further up. We become greedy and do not sell. Then after some time it starts to decline and we regret that we did not sell at highest price. |

If you believe that bitcoin has that capacity to reverse the market as it did last 2017 then your future in cryptocurrency is bright as this will bring success to those who believe in cryptocurrency. Yes it will not be easy as we know that crypto is unpredictable and the risk is higher but we need to take the risk in hope that a bigger crypto market will come and we will get a good profits. I'm hoping a a good news will come that will bring back the glory. Be patient mate. I have been in crypto from 2016 and I have seen up and down of bitcoin. No just hold your ethereum and altcoins. You can buy bitcoin without selling your altcoins . There is solution for that or other better way if you have extra money you can buy bitcoin and you will earn more because you have bitcoin and altcoins.
Only people who have a lot of fiat can buy bitcoin with new money but since most people are not that wealthy and are stuck in altcoins which they have bought quite expensive in the last bull run. I still do not think that this is time for selling and going in for bitcoin as BTC position is not good currency and it is testing support again and again. |

Bitcoin will still prevail this year, its a fresh start and I can say that the price of BTC stabilized when January started and this could be a good sign for Bitcoin this year.
well, I am still optimistic for bitcoin this year. even though the current price is not certain to grow 100%, but I feel that the price increase has begun to occur little by little. I think something big is to happen for bitcoin to move up and clear all resistances. Currently it is like 5 to 6% up in few days and then suddenly 10 percent down in a day for bitcoin and this is even more worse for altcoins as alts tends to fall more quickly . |

It's already 2019 and no bullrun happened but the prices of some coins bitcoin are going up and the whole market is getting positive on growth. But there is always a possibility of price declines in the coming days so there is still no assurance if this uptrend will continue in the coming weeks. Some altcoins have scheduled hardforks and mainnets this first quarter of the year and price might go up then dump later.
Many people were hoping that bitcoin will start bull run from 2nd week of January, but it did not happen as bitcoin again felt down and testing the 3500$ area. Although there is no bad news for bitcoins, yet I think it may take a lot of time until we see bitcoin prices really increases like in 2017. |

Possibly yes but still it will depend on the market trend and only time can tell. We are stable on this range maybe we are preparing for a bullrun or just waiting for the market to go down and hit the bottom. I believe this is a different trend now and a more hopeful year for cryptocurrency to rise, let’s give at least this first quarter to confirm the trend.
Bitcoin is moving between support 3500$ and resistance 4200$ and no one knows where we are heading in the short term. IF bitcoin did not hold the support, bitcoin can test 3100$ again and it will not be good for the crypto world. I think bulls need to play their part and do not let market fall below. |

Crypto line job isn't for long term opportunity, it only be consider as a part time offer. If you are having a stable job, you better take care of it cause shifting into bitcoin is not a good choice. Likewise the market experienced a big crash which happened when people were expecting the price pumping and reach out the $25k. As 2020 is gonna experience the halving, surely the price rise will happen gradually with accordance to the special events.

I am also part of them  they are greedy people (I'm not saying you're included) who always hope and never feel enough, now the price of bitcoin has dropped by more than 70% since then. maybe only regret is left. Well, Regret is only when you say that this is the End and you opt out of it. Selling is loss is surely the end of it. But Then if you hold the coins, the market will recover and you can cover your loses. But no one knows how long we have to wait as it can take another year until we see 10K or more. |

The lower the price are of something backed by huge development and real use cases the higher the upside potential that contains. This example fits very well for HOT token because team without caring of its price have focused on real things. These are small rallies but real is yet to come in future on that I do absolute agree with everyone here.
I think their main product will be holo fuel and I have heard that they will announce the swap of HOT token with HOLO fuel. If this happen anytime this year, it will really increase the price of the token. Also the supply of holo fuel will be less which will make it an expensive coin. |

I can't imagine experience the bearish market of 2018 and yet not learning some very important lessons. I am sure a lot of people who in one way or the other were affected, will have something to say and would have known about how to engage of combat some difficulties inherent in crypto space.

2020 Q1 is far away and you should focus on 2019 predictions. I think by march 2019, bitcoin will pump to 6000$ but before that time we see side ways movements between 3500- 4500$. |
