381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Buying and Holding the only way? on: January 18, 2018, 04:03:47 PM
If you are risking on how you earn your bitcoin now, there's another way, you can join signature campaigns and you will also have a good profit in there, but it depends on your rank if you have a higher rank then you will have a good salary. All you have to do is higher up your rank to member or full member then you can join a signature campaign. Then all you have to do is post a constructive reply or posts on the forum. You can see there if how many posts you should post in a week.

Joining to a signature campaign is the easiest part to get a hold of bitoin. However, due to a lot of competition - many people are coming in to this forum due to bitcoin popularity, the entry level to join to signature campaign is quite hard nowadays and yes I agree with you to post constructive and quality comments in order to have the edge in the signature campaign manager selection.
382  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you manage ur emotions? on: January 18, 2018, 02:16:01 AM
The cool brain is so needed for trading strategy. Also, it is necessary to place stops and don't deposit all money on one coin.

It is easy to be carried away and sell at a lost if you are too emotional in trading - being cool is one of the criteria and it would also help to not always watch at the chart - just logout and take a deep breath and enjoy walking around. Just login at least once every 3 hours and lastly, follow your trading strategy and you will be fine

384  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: January 17, 2018, 06:09:51 AM
Well, if trading was predictable, anyone here would be billionaire!
But trading is not gambling, and it's not random: with good analysis, you can make good choices in the majority of the situations.
Trading is not completely predictable, it can be predicted to some extent over which it is out of our hands. As mentioned trading is not same as gambling which is the real fact. Most users have a misunderstanding about the same, because of the earning that it provided to users who select the buying of assets on a random pick.
Yes it’s true that trading is unpredictable job because in trade some time you will earn too much and some time you will earn less but trade is best of the best then any other income it also don’t need extra time to give and you can continue with your education and also with your day job because I’m doing online trade from a long time and it never disturbed my life its helping me in my education as well because its income is good then any other.

It's not unpredictable, it's predictable but this is not valid every time you trade. Trading is full of dilemma and uncertainities. Then it looks unpredictable to you. By doin a good price analysis, you can understand the market trends etc.

There is really nothing much to worry about with trading cryptocurrencies because as long as you are in a promising coin, you will always gonna win based on the overall charts of all the coins where there will be times that it will be pumped up.

So when you are at profit, sale and when you are not yet at profit, hold and eventually it will be filled up your sell position.
385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Everyone already knows about bitcoin" no.. no they do not.. on: January 16, 2018, 12:26:10 AM
People who are not interested in the BTC there are 2 kinds:
1. People who are not interested because the person does not want to be in the BTC world because it is not the field he wants, regardless of BTC price, the person is still not interested in BTC.
2. People who are not interested because the person does not know the value and the advantages of BTC.

I think there are more groups of people which may not be interested in bitcoin. There are people who are living paycheck-to-paycheck, and they just don't have free money to invest in bitcoin. As I see it, this group consists of the vast majority of the world population. Another group may include those who deem bitcoin as a competitor to them and their business, a threat to their well-being.

These are banksters and their likes.

You hit it and bitcoin is just not for everyone as of the moment. It would be very hard for an ordinary person to make the transition especially when that person is so used to the fiat money. However, the wise thing to do is to always ride on what is trending and get piece of a pie in the process - bitcoin is going very fast and if you follow the ride, will surely earn.

If that person is living from paycheck to paycheck, he might as well just join in signature campaign so that he/she don't necessarily need to buy bitcoin.
386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Can We Make Sure Bitcoin Never Ends? on: January 15, 2018, 09:02:07 AM
No, we do not have an assurance that bitcoin will never end. The thing is, we need to accept the fact that bitcoin is only temporary. It might be hard to accept but it is the fact. Maybe the one who create bitcoin or some people who can do somethings out of the blue can make a way for bitcoin to stay far longer. Just put some trust to bitcoin and continue grinding on it to earn some profits. And also to contribute for bitcoin value to grow bigger.

I don't think so that bitcoin is temporary - it will stay here for long in the future together with other cryptocurrencies. The thing is, even banks in some countries like how bitcoin is being conceptualized and its blockchain technology and they are trying to integrate that into their service.

What I am trying to say is that, cryptocurrency will be here until the future and could be a big thing few decades from now.
387  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin transaction fees fair? on: January 15, 2018, 12:24:32 AM

I do not know if it's fair but it's the fever of the moment, so maybe they'll take advantage of it
I think it's fair yes, the problem in finding the bitcoin is tailored to what we have done, so we do not have to worry if our sustenance is confused with others.

All men has the right to make a choice. There are different fees can be paid. Furthermore professional traders prefer the highest fees because of more rapid transactions. You pay for the service. That’s simple

When you want a more faster transaction, you can pay at higher fees but when you are not in a hurry, you can just pay the daily average recommended fee @ https://bitcoinfees.21.co. You should not make any unnecessary bitcoin transactions to avoid the many fees.
388  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to start trading with a very small amount on: January 15, 2018, 12:10:09 AM
as i am a newbie.. i know nothing about trading... what should i do to start trading and multiply my btc.. guys please help me
If you only have a little money but still want to start with trading, you have to learn about the new Altcoin on the floor. These Altrcoins usually carry a lot of good things, they will move quickly in a few hours and can double the price in short time intervals.

That is one of the good ways to earn with trading but there is a caveat here: we need to make it sure that the coin is quite okay because it may be removed from the exchanges and you will lose all of your coins.
389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Are Now Used in Crimes on: January 14, 2018, 11:50:27 PM
Bitcoins has regained its strong value, As of this posting, the value per 1 bitcoin is exactly 4786.59 US Dollar.   Soon we will see more ways people can squeeze the most out of bitcoins.   Since the advent of the internet to be profit oriented in the 90's, no one would possibly have imagined that the Internet would breed Facebook, Google, Uber, online streaming, etc. This is where we are with the Blockchain now. There exists a whole world of opportunities out there.

These opportunities have the unrighteous users of this cryptocurrencies to also used its advantage. We cannot deny for a fact that cyber crimes have been committed since the birth of the internet.  Once, stealing was done with having guns, now, robbers can easily hack bank accounts or counterfeit credit cards to their advantage.  Sooner, cryptocurrencies can be used to pay crimes such as services for creating counterfeit birth certificates and this is not far from happening.  Actually, the US has already cases on this matter.

Another is the crime of buying illegal-drug emporium that used Bitcoin as a medium of exchange, politicians and policymakers took notice. Criminals, it turns out, really like bitcoins, which can be exchanged for nefarious purposes on the "Dark Web," with complete anonymity and, it seems, impunity.

Although, there are some articles that i have read regarding criminals cannot hide behind bitcoins, still, there are difficulties tracing transactions using cryptocurrencies. That is why law enforcement agencies should have a to change their procedures to pursue criminals who make use of the latest technology to commit crimes. Let the law find a way to evolve to address new tech challenges. There is no reason to expect that law enforcement won’t be able to get a handle on this new cybercrime.

I have never heard that bitcoin has been used or is involved in crime. Bitcoin because he did not know everything, it's not quite well known in the world. Critics have only been discovered recently that criminals do not know anything about bitcoins. Then how do the criminals use it? they will be very hard because bitcoin security is very powerful

Bitcoin has been and is currently used by criminals in their illegal transactions and the same also to fiat money - we can't avoid these and it is the enforcer's duty to catch them. Because bitcoin was not created for the criminals but criminals can use it at their disposal and risk.
390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Are Your Greatest Fears As a Bitcoin Holder? on: January 14, 2018, 02:51:44 PM
My greatest fear is that bitcoin will go down or the value of it decrease instantly and shutting down. But i think shutting down is impossible because there were many bitcoin supporters. So many would try bitcoin it will be viral all over the globe

I don't think so that bitcoin will collapse though. The fact that there are many big investors that are coming in and investing to bitcoins are good signs that bitcoin will go even farther from its current market price value.
391  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Altcoin on: January 14, 2018, 02:49:04 PM
It is always good to invest in both bitcoin and altcoin. By diversifying your portfolio, you reduce the risks when one coin is not doing well. Hence I will suggest to invest in Bitcoin and various altcoin.

diversifying of our portfolio is really the key to reducing risks and getting a potential good amount of profit at the same time in the process. But just make it sure to do some good diligence in finding credible, reliable, and legit altcoins out there.
392  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are some disadvantages of BTC? on: January 14, 2018, 02:44:29 PM
At the moment, you will have to pay higher fees to get your payment on top of the list. TO me, this totally doesn't sound fair and hope will be improved soon.

I am pretty confident that this issue will be fixed in no time because I am certain that there are many more subscribers that are also having the same issues and that fact is the motivating factor for developers on fixing this masses issues.
393  Economy / Gambling / Re: Investing in btc casinos on: January 14, 2018, 02:37:14 PM
I think, you might be needing a lot of funds when investing on gambling site because they have minimum funds to be accepted and its kind a risky move because its all or nothing and win or lose situation. However , gambling is not an investment but a game where money counts and not just a number.
The minimum amount required to invest in gambling site's bankroll is 0.01 BTC(some require even less) and it's not that risky, over long-run you will make profit. the more you'll invest the bigger returns you're going to get.

It is still risky but yes I agree that the more you invest regularly, you will have more chances of mitigating the risk and potential earning than just investing one time and forget.

The problem with investing just one time is that, there might be some lucky shark that will win big and you lose on that however, if you keep investing, you will get even and even earning more in the next run.
Well, as mate said that More you will investing in such areas then you are level of taking risk will also be increasing. So if you have strong level of taking risk then you will be able to do more investing in more complicated areas and you will also get more profit in this way. Otherwise without taking risk investment is not possible.

That is true. Taking risk is essential part of our lives whether it would be in our investment or in our daily life activities - for example, driving a car is a risk but driving it skillfully and safely, you mitigate that risk. This is just like in investing to btc casinos, we should take risk but we need to do our due diligence to find the most credible site to invest in.
394  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is BTC the new gold ? on: January 14, 2018, 02:33:39 PM
i don't think so. some gold has a high price. we can make jewelry from gold also that can make us look more elegant. But Bitcoin is a virtual coin that has a high price and Bitcoin has no physical form, nor can we use bitcoin to beautify ourselves. Essentially they have advantages and disadvantages of each other. (That's my opinion  Undecided Huh)

I think what OP was trying to say is that bitcoin is like the new gold in terms of its value and investment not obviously on wearing it because bitcoin is a virtual currency and therefore we can't touch it.

But both bitcoin and gold are good investment vehicles though.
395  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Convert your BTC to LTC/ETH ASAP on: January 14, 2018, 02:22:42 PM
Converting some may be a good idea as many altcoin is showing positive sign but if you’re converting all your BTC to another coin, you may regret it later once BTC break another record.

There is really nothing wrong converting our btc to other altcoins but it should be done in a strategic manner and btc should always be the base currency - meaning, at the end of the day, you will going to convert back to bitcoin and get the profit.
It may better for you to read all of the sentences that have been writing by OP, bitcoin is consuming a lot of energy just to secure the network through a lot of the mining rig. Op was realizing about that.
And then another reason how the block of bitcoin make bitcoin looks like a terrible place to make your transaction. Rather than use bitcoin as a payment and i'd liked to call that as a store value.

Hi mate, I am not addressing to the original write-up of the OP but replying to one who commented on the thread Wink
You are right though about the mining thing of bitcoin about the transaction fees and all that making it less of a utility in nature but just for investment.
396  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit trading on: January 14, 2018, 02:19:49 PM
Trading requires a lot of work - it's definitely not easy money.
However, once you get the hang of it, you choose the right platform and set up a good channel for information, then trading will become easier.
Don't get me wrong, it will still take years to actually STOP losing money and slowly, occasionally, make some money.
Good luck!

I can really relate to this. It took me 2 years to finally get the hang of my trading strategy - lots of work at the beginning and some emotional setback but I am doing good now and it seems like a second nature to me already.. Although there is really no guarantee but I make sure that my foundation is solid and I mitigate my risk of losing all of my bankroll by careful pre-planned trading strategies.
397  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: January 14, 2018, 02:11:21 PM
Trading becomes less an unpredictable job when you trade bitcon....Bitcoin has become more and more stable in recent years, while on the opposite the global economy has shown signs of constant instability. This stability allowed it to gain the confidence of the financial markets. In addition, historically, stable periods are always followed by periods of increase, suggesting that the value of Bitcoin should increase in the coming months and that this is an interesting investment in portfolio diversification

you are good at your opinion mate that when the price is going stable, it will most likely be going to go up and it gives relief to all of us especially to people that are really afraid when bitcoins are going down its price from time to time. Volatility of price is healthy for traders and the more traders going in accompanied by big investors and ordinary holders, the more the price of bitcoin should eventually will going up as well.
398  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ 777Coin Signature Campaign ★☆★ (Jr-Hero Accepted) on: January 14, 2018, 01:50:16 PM
I have generated a wallet that starts with "3" on electrum 3.0.5 so basically that means Segwit has been enabled right? Will adopt and go for the changes after your announcement regarding the update of our addresses. I'm still figuring it out on how to generate that "bc1" wallet (bech32 address) w/ electrum.
No, not all P2SH addresses are segwit addresses (P2SH-P2WPKH).

Switching to a bech32 address would be pretty easy for me, yet I don't want to do that without asking you guys for your opinion and giving you enough preparation time.
After all, things are supposed to go smooth for both sides, not just me.

For me there is no problem as long as this remains optional . I believe is easy for anyone who want to switch to Segwit with Electrum wallet, they need to just open a new wallet from the current Electrum (3.0.5) and in the beginning there is the option to choose Legacy or Segwit.

Thanks for this BitcoinSupremo! Smiley I was worried how to do it and I have an electrum wallet setting at my other computer so I can use it if ever majority or all of us agree to use segwit.

However, my concern is that, is it possible to transfer the future new coins in that segwit to my coinbase address?
399  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Trading vs Gambling on: January 14, 2018, 01:46:01 PM
Trading was not really very profitable, but because of the speculative movements, the coins were seen as an opportunity to win, and only those who speculate gain. Ordinary people earn very little.
Bet is a matter of expertise. If the person is able to earn enough regular experience regularly.

If you go for quick profits in trading then you may not be successful every time you trade because it is not so easy to guess or predict prices for the short term. So if you can't succeed in short-term trade then the best option for you is go for investments means to buy and hold the coins then surely you will make a profit. Also, remember to buy only good altcoins for holding long to make a profit.
That's how trading works in my personal experienced, chasing a coin in a daily basis won't maximized real potential earnings its really better to hold for some time and expect fluctuations and corrections but if you practice and learn to patiently waiting then the earnings would be great.
Then talking about gambling I'm not an expert so I can't really say how it works its a matter of chances and mostly a luck based industry where people got engaged to much and loses a lot because there's no such thing as waiting unlike trading where you can just hold and wait for the time where the value will jumped high.

I 100% agree with you mate - you have good earning potential if you go for a long-term investment with altcoins. Just make it sure that you are in a good altcoins and at the same time try to buy at low price and hold.

However, if you are good at short-term crypto trading, that is really nice way to earn quick profit.
400  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you think ? Bitcoin is going to hit big value soon like 7000$ and more ? on: January 14, 2018, 01:37:52 PM
Well sure it will increase for sure.it can touch 7000$ and i heard in December the price would be 1000$ or plus.i am not a prediction but i believe it could be happen since the price is increasing and not dropping

at time I am writing this reply, the bitcoin price is $16,760.90.. It has also a bright future and I believe will still going to go higher because of the fact that bitcoin is a scars resource - it can only be up to 21 million bitcoins in total.
Well I think if the price hits up or more higher its a good sign which means the demand of bitcoin are more valuable in the market and more on that, most country will be use to it.It has a big impact for further discussion on investments and tradings online.

It is a good sign and it could also be some price manipulation - who knows. But for me, the most important thing is that bitcoin is heading the right way and is continually growing because many new and coming back investors are joining the ride to the bitcoin future.
