401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: High fees on some exchange! on: July 26, 2019, 11:42:32 AM
I hate hitbtc for some reason, aside from higher fees, they have minimum amount of token to be traded, unlike other exchangers, it depends on us on how much we be able to trade, i feel safe trading in binance nowadays compared to the hitbtc, which i dont like. Among all the exchangers, okex, binance, latoken were great for me.
HitBtc is the worst exchange in terms of withdrawal fees and the minimum threshold for limit orders. Even the Hitbtc management put a rough number limit for some crypto pairs which makes hard to get rid of it. In a simple example, I traded my Bitcoin balance for NEO and tried to withdraw my NEO balance. By the way, NEO withdrawals are free of charge on HitBtc too as well as on other exchanges. They don't let me withdraw 20.79 NEO and system gives an error during withdrawal request. After entering the 20 NEO to the withdrawal request line, NEO balance was updated and funds arrived in my personal wallet.
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best mobile crypto wallet? on: July 26, 2019, 11:27:58 AM
I used some of the crypto wallet but Coinomi is the best.
I found no issue after using coinomi a long period.
So i suggest coinomi
Mycelium wallet is also good to go but I usually use myetherwallet application(mewconnect) and ImToken wallets in order to get the best achievable security level for each transaction. Buying a hardware wallet will be a reasonable solution for the ongoing security vulnerabilities but it takes time to gain access from mobile wallets.
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: trade makes me poor on: July 26, 2019, 10:44:51 AM
Really we sad for your loss, But do you know when trade does not depend on luck that means trading will always depend on your skills. In my opinion, you need to understand trading better and take more skills so you can make profit from trading.

Out mate needs legitimate trading education before managing trades essentially. His lost was a direct result of having deficient information towards exchanging. With the goal for him to practice himself before risking on huge amount, beginning with little amout of btc is the best alternatives to do. Given that situation, he won't become poor or loser if he's not aggressive on particular decision.
Education part will solve the problems caused by emotional and reckless trading. Winning huge amounts can be a source of motivation but it doesn't fully explain the main idea behind emotional trading. Getting the proper education will help @OP to manage the trading risks and control the bankroll ion the gambling too. Being aggressive is another shape of the emotional reaction in trading and it does not only happen to the gamblers, traders.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Store of Value Coin, other than Bitcoin, which one ? on: July 26, 2019, 01:02:12 AM
All bitcoin maximalists like to say that Bitcoin is the only coin we should buy, but there could be others we should look at, which at the moment are not clear.

Clearly ETH is not a store of value.

Which coin do you think can be the Silver2.0 or Copper2.0, just like Bitcoin is Gold2.0

Any new coin with merit and deflationary supply curve like Bitcoin ?

What do you think ?

PS: Dont shill your bags, it is not the purpose of this thread
Usually, a store of value is used as an alternative to safe assets but considering the volatility of altcoin markets, I doubt anyone will take the altcoins with this aspect of view. The total supply of altcoin projects is higher than average and value increases with decreasing supply. Simple rule and I always take a bar of gold as a perfect example. Even Bitcoin is not compared to the Gold but you talk about alternative cryptocurrencies.
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: trade makes me poor on: July 25, 2019, 11:01:40 PM
Are you frustrated when you experience defeat in trading? yes I experienced this ... I have lost $ 1000 dollars in the past 2 hours ... I did not switch with another coin and I just focused on the initial coin. but in fact I was still losing, in my opinion trading was not much different from gambling.
Losing all balance must be a pain for the experienced trader but it will be an experience for the new traders. Gambling is based on luck and your decisions have no effect over the outcome of any game. In trading, the luck is eliminated and only your experience matters on charts. If you have a deep understanding of the chart trading techniques then risking all balance can be somehow understandable. Otherwise treating the trading as gambling will not undervalue the mistakes made on the trading session and it will prepare you with valuable trading lessons.
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't complain for too long. on: July 25, 2019, 10:35:22 PM
Good evening everyone, I want to share a little bit of saturation but also want to share the spirit in the current market conditions (Altcoin Prices). When you decide to trade, you must set aside a lot of time to monitor price movements. Actually not only choose the time to buy or sell, but there must be a growing spirit of self. Don't focus too much on conditions, but we need refreshment of mind to make a new strategy. I am optimistic that the altcoin price will grow well, maybe later this year. Do you think so now? Thank you,

This is the reason I'm not into trading it's too time-consuming and complicated, too complicated that you must know how to read market sentiment and the ability to know first hand what coins are going to pump and going to be dump, and it's not even free if you are a dedicated trader you need at least a subscription to a trading signals websites or groups.
Well, you have to go back and learn all the known stuff one more time.
Firstly, it is not a smart approach to subscribe for the paid trading groups which aim to dump the pre-bought tokens to the subscribers who paid for joining the group after the conventional amount of spent time for the shilled groups on the social media. Trading can be a long term too, in this case it will not be a time consuming. If spending few hours for analyzing the charts looks like a tie consumiong to you then go for binary options.
407  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the most important lesson you have learned in trading. on: July 25, 2019, 10:29:08 PM
I have been in forex and stock market for more than 10 years and I have learned a lot of things and I am trying to unlearn many things in other to focus on the one that works. Many people do keep a trading journal but I have never done that. I only write done my trading plan and strategies. In 2017, I came into cryptocurrency trading and tried to abandon the forex and stock trading and though there look similar I see some differences in stability and volatility. Cryptocurrency is volatile and in a few minutes, you can lose all your capital or miss a great opportunity.  the greatest thing I have learned is: when people are commenting "bitcoin is going to $20,00, bitcoin is hitting $50,000 before the end of the month! Be careful and sell because the market is about to reverse. If people started commenting that bitcoin is falling to $5500 or $3000" it means the time to buy and I have followed this simple strategy in trading and it seems the best investment strategy that follows professional's stocks investors trading principles. I will like you to share your stake on this so we can all learn.
If you are coming from forex and stock market trading, you have to be able to observe market patterns with the naked eye. It is hard to detect a trading pattern on the bull market but it becomes a really mess trading during a range trading. There is no need to be on the right side of the market in the crypto market but it is unacceptable in the stable markets(Forex, Stocks, CFD). Clicking to sell and buy buttons doesn't make a person trader.
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The next 50x !! on: July 24, 2019, 10:12:42 PM
Hello ,

The next 50x Coins  wait and see ; Cosmos Atom - Holochain - Beam - Grin  Last 2020 July

The coins you mentioned my have a chance to grow but 50x is almost impossible especially for those that already in top 100 cmc. To get 50x, i think you should find underatted altcoins outside top 500 cmc. Egretia is one of altcoins that managed to grow more than 50x in less than a year. I personally invest in some of altcoins outside top 500 cmc.
Under the top 500 CMC, there are a lot of worthless altcoins but having a sense about working product projects will guide trader for finding valuable gems. Buying small marketcap coins is a high-grade idea in a bear market because arrow needs to be pulled back to strive forward. After the end of the bear market, these small marketcaps will reach the old all-time high levels and even surpassing the old record is not impossible. Regarding the 50x coins, I recommend to buy the VET and HPB, these mentioned token/coins have a colored future with a powerful team. TKY also made big deals with official figures from the government of China.
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Online Wallet - Site Disappears on: July 24, 2019, 09:46:28 PM
yeah, but i just choose online wallet that they give us the private key, so if someday the site are hacked or down we can still acces our money from another wallet because we have the private key, but i'm prefer to used desktop wallet than online web based wallet for security reason
1) If you are using the online wallets as a middle wallet for transferring to exchanges and back, it is ok not to concern about the security of coins which will stay there for days.
2) If you have the intention to hold the coins for a long time or you don't want to touch till the bull run then it is time to check the hardware wallet sites. I definitely recommend trying the Trezor(Black and bigger screen) and Keepkey. Both hardware wallets are the safest considering the cryptocurrency security standard norms.
410  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm interested in trading but don't know where to start. Any tips? on: July 24, 2019, 09:16:48 PM
Where to start trading

  • Trading doesn't need any starting point, there are traders who have started there journey from the earned bounty
  • Almost every exchange has got there minimum deposit value, and having that will get you the access to trade
  • Learning the basics of trading is possible through our forum. Make use of it, and sign up into any of the exchanges
  • Slowly experiment what you've learned with small funds that you keep aside out after all your needs, because you
don't know the reality about possibilities of getting profited as you're entirely new to it
  • keep yourself updated with the market move and learn how to study the growth chart.
Like other businesses, trading is all about making money. The secrets are hidden inside the head of the trader who knows in-outs of the charts and has a unique inside feeling where the price is heading for the next price bar. Indeed, traders are not spending their time reading a lot of stuff, practice is the best teacher in financial markets. Ask from any hedge fund or another sort of financial institution trader, they never suggest to keep ignoring the real markets, price action instead of reading lines on trading books.
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why is Binance Coin a good choice to HOLD? on: July 23, 2019, 11:40:26 PM
Kiss First, BNB has the advantage of being a coin master of the exchange. And the crypto trading floor is the project that has the longest living ability, compared to other utility token projects.
Kiss Second, Binance Coin itself has proved to be safe (safe heaven) after many adjustments of crypto market, although it cannot match Bitcoin and Teether (USDT).
Kiss Third, the Binance Coin is also the leading coin when it is possible to reduce not much during the time when the market adjusts, and increases the fastest when the market recovers. Stock Traders in the stock market always prefer the leading stock like this.

So what about you?  Wink
You need to add the fact that IEO listed on Binance launchpad also make bnb to soar higher,  and this makes lots of people to believe in holding it for long term because of the potential it has

Adding new rules for participants of on the Binance launchpad will be catalizator in this case and I highly believe the uptrend continuation of the exchange coins included Binance coin. Small and reliable exchanges have already originated the main idea of exchange offered token sales, the standards are not stable in the technologically-financial world.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Methods of growing your Altcoins? on: July 23, 2019, 11:31:42 PM
Speaking of growing altcoins, has anyone here tried any of those earn interest programs? I know I hate the idea of banks but now I see some even offering >10% annually on crypto and some look legit with investments from known funds. It feels tempting, to know even if prices fall 10% you even it out with interest.
The HYPE is real and big banking institutions want to take advantage of a crypto bull market. Even crypto markets stay below the $500bln, one uptrend will clear the negatives bias on equilibrium, it will be enough to make a substantial return on the investment with other people's money. Legalization side is not a big deal for big financial institutions but it will take time to get approved by high governmental circles.
413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Income from crypto trading. on: July 22, 2019, 08:58:40 AM
Since the creation of this topic, the market situation has changed a lot and now it is much easier to trade and earn money on trading, because the price of the main cryptocurrencies is gradually increasing . My trading income has grown significantly since the beginning of the year
Starting from the first quarter of the current year, cryptocurrency markets started to recover and healing of the dead coins is over. Trading the speculative financial assets require to understand the operations, market mechanism and crypto traders should understand the given tools with confidence. Income will flow to the balances of traders who made the best decisions on the bear market. Hope the rest of the year will be positive for both crypto-investors and market day traders.

415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My vision of the market in the coming months on: July 11, 2019, 10:39:45 AM
Today we are seeing a very interesting picture of the cryptocurrency market. Bitcoin shows fast and sharp growth, and altcoins now look very bad.
I want to share my opinion and how I see developments in the coming months in the cryptocurrency market:

Now, most news telling that Bitcoin for the first time in 1.5 years has overcome the price of 10 thousand dollars and this suggests that now many people will go to buy Bitcoin and FOMO will come to the market. This will definitely push the price up. Based on technical analysis, I think that in June or early July we will see a bitcoin price of 11825 dollars for bitcoin. but we all know that after each growth correction must come, and now it, too, will have to happen in order to take money from weakly believing people. It will come from the level of 11825 that as I see the correction and I think that during the correction there is a chance to return to the level of 7500-7900 for Bitcoin. Will we go below the 7500 as Tone Vays said? - I think no.
After the correction, there will be an accumulation of positions for several months, and then a lot of positive news, the arrival of large investors and to the moon.

Make your investment strategy by yourself and watch the market every day.......

What do you think about this? Am I right?  Cool
The market is now under the control of bulls, prices go high, bears are not showing up. After so many countless market trends, cycles repeat itself. BTC price can hit the $20000 before the end of the year.

Investment strategies are usually used by the traders who want to achieve the maximum result for the rest of the trend. Positive expectations are not going to change the main market trend, I prefer to wait for the market turn in this case.
416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Question on: July 06, 2019, 11:58:59 PM
Is it normal that projects will not pay bounty rewards because their sales doesnt reached the target?

Is the bounty manager will be liable to here even its not in their control that ICO failed?

I want to joined Soc Med campaign but I read somewhere that some projects really dont pay at end because of ICO failure.

for me, when an ico does not reached their target soft cap. It does not matter if they pay or not because in able for a company to move further, they need to atleast reach the soft cap which they will use on their development.
Soft cap is used for tricking the investors and new traders in my humble opinion. No matter they pay the rewards to the bounty hunters or not, that money should be used for development of the project. Some projects don't respect this rule and they dump their project token on the exchange after listing.
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: July 06, 2019, 11:45:20 PM
I am one of the people who believes in the potential of a coin. I believe someday I will benefit from the coins that I hold. I just hope that there will be a miracle from the coin that I hold that someday the coins that I hold that are now still shitcoin can give me the advantage of being a potential coin. I am sure that the crypto currency market is full of possibilities. I believe that the impossible can be possible. I prefer to hold the coin because if I sell it then I will suffer a loss.
Believing is not right if there is no any potential for the last years on that project. I have seen so many potentially good projects but the chances are low to see any big upgrade on the shitcoin. There is no way to throw it away these shitcoins for me, to be fair.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 10 Best Cryptocurrency Wallets on: July 06, 2019, 11:15:24 PM
What is a cryptocurrency wallet?
A cryptocurrency wallet is a safe digital wallet used for storing, sending, and receiving digital currency like Bitcoin. Most of the coins have an official wallet or a few officially recommended third-party wallets. In order to use any of the cryptocurrencies, you will need to use a cryptocurrency wallet. Cryptocurrency itself is not “stored” in a wallet actually. Instead, a private key (secure code known to you and your wallet) is stored that shows ownership of a public key (a digital code connected to a specific amount of currency). Therefore, your wallet stores your private and public keys, allows you to receive and send coins, and also acts as a personal ledger.
More and more cryptocurrencies are evolving with a specific set of uses, and so are the wallets, but there are wallets which can store multiple cryptocurrencies, also.

1 Hardware Wallets

Hardware wallets are physical devices that store private keys offline. They are connected to the computer to sign in and gain access to the blockchain. This being offline ensures the private keys never leave the device

#1.1 Ledger Nano S

Ledger Nano S is a USB sized crypto hardware wallet which is best for most of the altcoin transactions. It is multiple asset hardware which looks like a folding flash drive. The advantage is that it can store more than 40 other digital currencies.

Paper Wallet
Paper Wallets are normal documents in the form of paper, where you can store your private keys. The software application will typically generate the keys, which can be printed using an offline printer.
#1.2 Trezor
Trezor is a hardware altcoin wallet which also acts like a USB device, which operates mainly on “Zero Trust Approach”, which cuts down the compromise by a third party. It is one of the best multiple cryptocurrency wallets as per cryptocurrency wallet reviews.
Pros: Trezor is protected by a password or a PIN and provides you with recovery seed if your wallet is lost. It’s easy-to-use interface and hack and theft free characteristic makes it fall under the top cryptocurrencies list.
Cons: It limits its communication with other devices and when the USB device isn’t connected, it’s turned off.

#1.3 Keep Key
Keep Key secures Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Dash, and Namecoin. They claim to be virus or malware proof, and assets are secured from hackers. Keep Key is a Bitcoin hardware wallet with advanced security against virtual and physical theft. Now, a lower price tag means more users can give it a try. In addition to Bitcoin, the wallet enables the storage and transaction of a variety of cryptocurrencies.KeepKey integrates with the software wallet on your computer by taking over a private key generation, a private key storage, and transaction signing.

Pros: Its top-notch security almost makes it impossible for hackers to steal the private key. It is attractive, professionally designed OLED display makes using the device easier than other similar products.

Cons: A lack of web wallet means users must add software such as Electrum or MultiBit to make use of its applications. The setup process is fairly straightforward but doesn’t allow users to save their progress.

#2 Desktop Wallets

Desktop wallets are the ones which are stored on either your laptop or desktop computers. The private keys reside on the computer’s local hard drive. These wallets are not secure like hardware or paper wallets since computers are susceptible to thefts and cyber-attacks which can lead to stolen private keys. The desktop wallet versions include Windows, Mac, Linux. Some of the best desktop wallets are Exodus and Electrum.

#2.1 Exodus

Exodus is a desktop supported cryptocurrency wallet which supports nearly three dozen cryptocurrencies including Litecoin, Dash, Zcash, Ethereum among the popular ones.

Pros: As Exodus is a lite wallet, you don't have to store the entire blockchain in your desktop.

2.2  Electrum Wallet
Electrum was initially known for supporting Bitcoin, but now it forked the Electrum wallet codebase to supporting altcoins and made some adjustments so that it becomes compatible with the Verge blockchain. Electrum Wallet is a lightweight and easy cryptocurrency soft wallet to store your cryptocurrency holdings securely

#3 Online Wallets
To be honest, Online wallets are the least secure wallet as they are owned by third parties, that store your private keys. One good thing about an online wallet is that you can access it from anywhere, from any device via the internet. Ideally, online wallets are used for regular transfers and active trading and are available in chrome and firefox versions. Guarda qualifies as one of the best online wallets.

#3.1 Guarda

Guarda is the first multi cryptocurrency wallet, that supports the most popular crypto coins and tokens including BTC, ETH (+ERC20 tokens), ETC, Zcash, Ripple, DASH, latest EOS, and other multiple altcoins. It is known to be safe and reliable and can be easily handled from any device, hence regarded as one of the best cryptocurrency wallets for all coins.
#4 Mobile Wallets
Mobile wallets are one of the most convenient types of wallet for fast and easy trading. Most mobile wallets usually have an accompanying desktop app, hence the same security rules apply here. There are mostly two versions: Android and ios. Mobile wallets are ideal for small purchases. Jaxx and Mycelium are some of the examples of mobile wallets.

#4.1 Jaxx

Jaxx is relatively a new crypto which believes in simplifying the blockchain and attracting the masses to its unique selling proposition. Jaxx is a multi-chain wallet which offers support for dozens of altcoins, namely Ethereum, Dash, Ethereum Classic, DAO, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, REP and many more.

#4.3 Infinito Wallet

Infinito Wallet is the first universal cryptocurrency wallet in the world which provides easy and fast application access with utmost security and 24/7 maintained and regularly updated gateway to the blockchain, allowing fast transactions. It also helps the user by storing the list of frequent address for hassle-free transactions and even includes messages with transactions for improved record keeping. It is available on both Android and ios devices.

Read here al the details about wallet: https://coinswitch.co/news/top-10-cryptocurrency-wallets-to-look-forward-to-2019
From the worst to the best crypto wallets for me: Exchange or online wallets, mobile wallets, JSON type or paper wallets, Desktop wallets and Hardware wallets. As you mentioned the security level of the hardware wallets is the best among the all.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC Requirement for Bounty Managers before they require KYC to bounty hunters. on: July 06, 2019, 11:12:24 PM
It is not the only a problem of the bounty hunters, but it is also a kinda concerning problem for the bounty managers and the team. If it was not mandatory I am sure no one will send his personal documents to the unknown team for the few cents worth tokens. The ones who can't make proper research before joining the token sale whitelist will not be awarded by the team. Scammers are wise and we need to educate the brand-new crypto investors
420  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risks to consider before trading? on: July 06, 2019, 10:54:44 PM
There are risks in any activity and the main thing in investing is to choose carefully to compile your portfolio, reliably protect your assets and fix profits and optimize your tools

Consider those facts that may lead you to losing investments if you don't choose the right coins to buy these days. We might ignored the possibility of falling unto shit coins, and when you try to hold them it didn't gain any price increase after long waits.
Try to look the situation out of box. The market is down, prices are red and all developments are postponed to the next expected bull market cycle. There is a reward for the risk takers, who doesn't consider to take strictly it that guys will stuck with the losses.
