442  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Selling 2x BRAND NEW Spondoolies SP30 Yukon(september release) CHEAP $3250 for 2 on: May 05, 2015, 03:06:44 AM
New member  and a low price.  I suggest escrow. I do not want to read a sob story about this.

BTW if they do 9th they are about 8 s-5's  that is 2918  from bitmaintech  and 4 evga 1300 psus or about 3500

So it is a good price just be careful.

@ op request this to be moved and post some photos

Hold  a piece of paper in front of them that reads

tankthomas from Massachusetts is selling these two sp30's

Not sure about low price, it's not apples to apples since the SP30s, never used or not are no longer under warranty and Spondoolies can't even service SP30 hashing boards any longer...

In any case the advice on escrow is a great move..

445  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: BITMAIN announces Antpool on: May 04, 2015, 08:18:02 PM
What was disappointing was while Antpool spent weeks trying to figure things out with DD4BC some other sites being attacked mitigated in the course of a few hours, that includes at least one pool I know of.. I wonder what the caliber of the network engineers are, hope they addressed the skills gap they had..

After shipping its less than 1.5 to me

I must have BTC today since it' an emergency, but I call something approaching market price for the unit really low.. You do realize you seem to be full of shit..

And u come in with a lowball offer and I bend to meet u ... And u r like nooo!  U just r mean

I never gave you an offer, I just commented that your story isn't adding up, you can't expect a near immediate sale with no escrow to get you market price...
449  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: WTF is this? Someone found a trick for fast mining on: May 02, 2015, 05:38:52 PM
It is clear that someone found a trick for fast mining. I kind of happen to know what might be...

Is it IntelliHash?   Shocked

It is premining at some extend. Won't disclose more for the moment.

you should expose  it now bro.  if true it needs to be addressed sooner rather then later.

valiron,

On pins and needles here, seriously you start the thread asking like you have no idea, realistically only to puff yourself up in the end.. Waiting for the PM me and for 100 BTC I will tell you message next..

It doesnt get anymore real that this folks. Check out marks video

https://youtu.be/uK4QM709CR0

Great video, I respect Mark's attitude....

I hope my post above with an example makes sense to Bryon and crew, I think it echos the very sentiment Mark has about being real...
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Banx Shares - Bitcoin profits paid monthly on: May 01, 2015, 01:18:49 PM
No, I have no interest in disclosing the names of who makes a trade because that's just stupid, an invasion of privacy, and I don't know since its none of my business so I don't have any real means of seeing that. What I do know is that if someone wants to trade be it Mark, myself, or anyone you are free to do so just like everyone else and if you want to post what trades are yours go nutzz but to me that's like saying you want to know who is pushing the price of BTC up or down. If you are an investor and want to buy BANX from the book you can do that and if you buy from Mark I think he sends them off of the book (intrasite) since there is no real way of doing it on the book.

Edit: because on the book you have no way of ensuring who the seller is!

That isn't what I am saying and I agree it is bad form to post specific names tied to trades so let me try one more time..

Current trade history:
Code:
Id      Type	Price     	Quantity        Cost            Date
79562 Buy 0.00610000 31.00000000 0.18910000 May 1, 2015 9:03 AM
79557 Buy 0.00610000 55.00000000 0.33550000 May 1, 2015 8:10 AM
79556 Buy 0.00610000 37.00000000 0.22570000 May 1, 2015 7:53 AM

The point is to indicate the source of the trade since currently it is very confusing since you publish and order book and trade history but they have no correlation...

Suggested trade history:
Code:
Id      Type	   Source           Price	Quantity        Cost           Date
79562 Buy   Private          0.00610000 31.00000000 0.18910000 May 1, 2015 9:03 AM
79557 Buy   Private          0.00610000 55.00000000 0.33550000 May 1, 2015 8:10 AM
79556 Buy   Exchange         0.00610000 37.00000000 0.22570000 May 1, 2015 7:53 AM

Our energies would be better focused on highlighting this opportunity to others, rather than focusing on a tiny aspect of a much bigger picture.

Agreed but the first person I pointed to the exchange asked this very question, further motivating me to ask..
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Banx Shares - Bitcoin profits paid monthly on: May 01, 2015, 12:33:39 PM
As the developer of the exchange I can tell you there is no way to jump spots or manipulate the books. I am also the only one with access to the systems backend data so if anyone including Mark or Simon or anyone else makes an order it gets put in the book in the same ordering as everyone else. However... yes there is a however... because BANX is actually a private IPO the price is pegged and there are sales that go on all the time all day every day as as more people invest. There is a lot of deals and projects going on that bring in investors and they may or may not be taken from the order book. This is not manipulation its business. There is actually a lot of sales that go on that are not on the order book. So when the sales go past the huge sales of IPO then your orders will get eaten this is because the IPO sales were placed before yours not because the system has any preference what so ever. In fact the system doesn't know or care what the market or user is all orders are treated the same and this is impossible to change. Why... because i designed it that way.

So don''t bash what you don't understand and you are free to trade in the exact same manner as Mark or anyone else hence there is an HTTP and a Websockets api to keep you trading faster than manual entries or use Coinigy which is what I think Mark is using for his trading (not just on Banx.io). This is how trading is done!!!

EDIT: I guess those aren't Marks orders so you have to beat out someone...

I understand what you are doing, and that is what I am bashing (using your word).. You are logging off book orders in the public trade history of the exchange without any indication they are not reflected in the order book...

My only point is some level of honesty with respect to the source of the trades, I gather from your response you have no interest in providing that level of transparency to your investors...

EDIT: This has degraded into defensive finger pointing on both sides, I am all about what you are trying to do and would like to do, I am however not the first person asking this and have heard from a couple of share holders that are also frustrated, but they don't want to speak up because payouts are still coming..

Payouts were also coming right up until the end for some of the largest BTC frauds to date, I don't think that is the case here but why let confusion like this continue when it is simple to address, and provides an opportunity to improve the transparency for all share holders..
454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Banx Shares - Bitcoin profits paid monthly on: May 01, 2015, 12:03:36 PM
Fraud is a big word. Who exactly is getting defrauded? the trades you see are from private sales. If banx is turning over a fake volume does this effect you as a share holder? Those extra fees are being reflected in your dividend payouts still. The exchange is trying to keep a steady volume turnover to keep the exchange in the public eye. now lets be honest here is there a crypto exchange that hasnt played the volume up a bit to gain custom? i doubt it.
And its working as the exchange is naturally growing now and so are my dividends.

Ohh so as long as you are getting paid right now it's alright for them to be dishonest? If they want to log private sales they should log them separately, not intermingled with the exchange to produce fake exchange volume. Good to see you don't have much integrity as well, so others have done it in the past, and you are getting paid, must be alright then?

No one is forcing you to invest in Banx. If it isn't for you and you can't see the opportunity and are happy with other pump and dump coins then stick to those. If you want to invest in a real company with real people turning a real profit then jump on board while the price is still low...

In reality the only people wanting to sell heir shares are people that need a quick cash injection because they over stretched themselves when investing or they had unexpected bills. Everyone else is happy with the way things are going and the profit payouts...

All the private sales of shares are done through the exchange because that is where shares need to be held in order to receive profit payouts each month. Not everyone that is investing wants to go through the process of getting a local wallet and then having to transfer them to the exchange each month so it is easier for them to receive their shares on the exchange. Simple as that!

If you don't like it then don't invest, no one is forcing you to. For you to come here and start trolling isn't helping anyone though!

Trolling? I don't think so, I am asking serious questions.. As requested by you two days ago I replied to your PM with details but never received anything back, so yes I took to the thread given that was my only outlet.

I submitted a partial sell only AFTER I noticed your trade history on the site was bogus, so I could watch what happened.. If you need to use the exchange then mark the trades as private that are in fact private so you don't mislead current and potential investors as to the nature of the volume on the exchange..

Instead of trying to be better than all of the others you seem to be content to do the same, and instead of acknowledging that it is confusing, all I get back is a bullshit reason, which could be dealt with simply by marking those off exchange trades as what they are, off exchange trades.

In short I couldn't get out if I wanted to so I am here and will be here for a while, I read all of your materials before initially jumping in and was quite supportive, even excited at the opportunity however issues like the one with how you use the trade history on the exchange are misleading to the community at large.

April payout recieved. Thanks banx team

Guys the market price of banx is held to protect u guys as an investor. if you came to banx looking to "flip" your shares for a proffit im affraid you are in the wrong place. Banx isnt a pump and dump crypto project. ive been here since november last year and i am very impressed with how much banx has done in that time. i bought my shares and treat them like other company shares.

What do u want for the shares to be fully traded at this point and ultimatley some one will bring the price down and ypu guys lose the value of your shares?
im happy with the market the way it is. those trades you see are from private sales of shares.
I bought shares with btc i could afford to have locked in banx longterm. this is a very real project with a very real team behind. have you seen the videos mark does? have you joined the skype group? have you seen the other branches of the banx tree? if not i reccomend you do so. you will realise you have a golden opportunity here to get into a start up business with a serious goal.

Read my post again since you misunderstood what I said... I am not disagreeing with your general point above (general, the specifics we certainly have differences on) and what I said does not contradict your point..

Maintaining a price floor during an ICO period is a different conversation than manipulating the order book on the site. The trade history on the site in no way reflects the order book and that is false, misleading, and in the extreme they are committing fraud.

457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] RISKCOIN - Scrypt - Bittrex - More to come... on: May 01, 2015, 10:33:39 AM
Keep quite and wait! Bittrex did not delistet before , so, it should be a reason why! Be positive, huge , colossal project will come soon .Don't say not buy more but don't sell what you have ! keep positive Wink Wink

Coin is now delisted, which means it never comes back to Bittrex.. Face it, DEV milked things as long as he could, both with a 20BTC ICO, and then some play on the markets.. Notice DEV never wanted to invest real ICO funds into supporting the coin, and instead pocketed the funds, and took advantage of the community..

The upside of the coin as it is is that someone else could certainly take things over and try and turn it around but it is probably too late, unless someone is already working it..

Even you say hold the coin, but wait I'm making my own, a bit hypocritical..
458  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Stay away from ASICSPACE on: May 01, 2015, 04:37:09 AM
Quite the thread...

In case it wasn't already said... Criminal and civil law are not mutually exclusive..

Is it a civil/contract dispute, without a doubt and the limited facts I have seen from the OP, and another customer I have crossed paths with show there may be a case..

Is it criminal, perhaps if a pattern of willful misconduct can be shown but that is a much higher bar to cross and it will be tough to claim without hard evidence, which in itself might be hard to come by..

Ignore that I cannot read...

460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Banx Shares - Bitcoin profits paid monthly on: May 01, 2015, 03:39:38 AM
It's amazing how almost 1000 banx shares can be bought per day per the trade history on banx.io yet the order book shows almost no movement.... I should see shares in front of mine tick away each day but it never happens.. Screams market manipulation...
