It makes sense, there is no reason why a dev would need unlimited access to premine funds with zero accountability.

We need to clean up our community and put checks and balances is place to ensure a safe and fair future for everything crypto.

The scams are ruining our community and the pools/miners/traders need to take a stand.

all great stuff - I donlt think their ruining it but what it does do is to cause all of us to immediately treat any of the coin devs as criminals - of course some of them deserve it! - LOL

I work for a Hedge Fund in I.T. so I am used to full transparency - it's kind of a way of life for me.

What surprises me most around these parts is the amount of trust people put into coins devs who simply show up with a new username each time they release a coin and hide under a cloak of anonimity - that is just wrong and should not be tolerated. There needs to be transparency

in addition the premine escrow should be published with certain release dates for the escrowed amount. The last thing an investor wants is the coin dev undermining his/her investment.

Investors should be free to do as they please with their coins though.

I have not been able to send coins to either poloniex or cryptsy and I know I have the right correct wallet and the correct blockchain

when the dust has settled can you give us a brief synopisis of exactly what happened and why the multiple wallet upgrades?

I ask specifically because I'm in the process of taking over a large established pool that hosts several coins and will be adding via and a few others shortly after I take it over plus I'm working on the business plan now for a new coin - I like to enhance my own knowledge of what 'not to do' from anything I can learn here from other coin devs.

it depend on the fork the dev will choose. if they choose the 1gh fork, your coin are valid otherwise they are not valid.

New client version is out, other pools have not updated yet. Blockexplorers are on the new version already.

I assume they will upgrade their wallet pretty soon and your coins will arrive. 1GH, blockexplorers, vialectrum are all on version 0.10.1, other pools are still on 0.10.0, trex is informed about the new version (as far as I know)

is 10.1 and the new fork and 10.0 the old fork?
