And that's pretty much all of my history with mining.

I can still get access to cheap electricity here, like I said earlier, but where I live right now, rates are $0.14 something.

I keep trying to hook people up into the mining scene and since I have been involved with cryptos for a long time, every time someone new to crypto meets me, they ask me about mining and its ROI. Have you tried using Localbitcoins? You would find many people from Norway trading there. LBC enforces a sort of verification, so if you don't like that then you can try and get Ethereum through a similar site like LocalEthereum, they have no KYC verification and then get your BTC by exchanging it through Changelly or some other quick exchange platform.

Both these platforms provide you with escrow. Something you must have as a new buyer of crypto.
