SRH won the toss and decided to bat first, good decision at my end but the quick wickets of Bairstow make me unhappy for some point. Hoping that they will recover and manage to a decent total on the board. I have made a bet on SRH, I was confused to settle on a choice but later on concluding on summarizing their last match.
I hope Manish Pandey plays well today. Bairstows wicket in the initial overs have slowed down SRH. If Warmer and Pandey can stay in the wicket till 15th over then SRH can put a good score on the board. A good score in this scenario would be hard for CSK to chase. |

I watched the first three matches of CSK and i am not surprised why they are in the bottom, Dhoni alone cannot win matches for them, i feel that they are not having a good team this season, they need to replace Murali Vijay and pick someone else and they need to find a good opening pair to give them a good start. Ravindra Jadeja and Piyush Chawla are not bowling well in this edition and they need to find a replacement until they find form.
The absence of Suresh Raina is being felt in middle order batting, especially since Dhoni's strike rate has gone down. But they got such a good start in the first match, before going down in the next two. They need to move Sam Curran and Ravindra Jadeja up the order. Also, they need to drop Kedar Jadhav and need to include Imran Tahir in the place of Piyush Chawla. I don't understand why Tahir is not being selected. He's one of the best T20 bowlers. Only four overseas players are allowed in the playing XI that is why Imran Tahir is not selected in the playing XI.I think there will be a shuffle on the playing XI for today match and hope DJ bravo and Rayudu is fit for playing today or else they can't make a move from the bottom of the list. Still in today's match the probability of CSK wining is more than SRH. I do not think CSK needs to do any changes for today's match. Suresh Raina no doubt would have been an asset for CSK in the middle order, it would have been great if he was playing in this IPL season. Still the team is well balanced few hickups wont affect the CSK. |

Rajasthan Royals batting collapsed today and they fail to case a moderate total of 174. However both the Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals are one of the strongest teams of the tournament. Picking Kane Williamson was a good choice and he performed and SRH is in a winning position right now as Hetmyer is gone and Stoinis is a trump card and he could take the game away but it all depends how Rashid Khan bowls his final over and how Bhuvneshwar Kumar could control the flow of runs when DC is going for boundaries.
Today it worked for SRH. But remember that they included a batsmen (Kane Williamson) in the place of an all-rounder (Mohammad Nabi). For today's match, they didn't faced any issue because the other bowlers (except Khaleel Ahmed) did a good job. But what will happen, in case their main bowlers fail? They do have a number of inexperienced faces in their lineup and the presence of Nabi gives them an additional bowling option. In the past matches there is no success with the bowlers. Today it worked with Rashid, Bhuvnesh kumar and Natarajan. They got wickets as well as the economy was good, as none allowed to score more than 25 runs in their spells. Same time if any one of the partnership from Delhi Capitals lasted for few more overs, surely it'd have been a win for Delhi Capitals. I think it was a calculated risk which SRH took and they won. You right the situation will not be the same again. They cannot always depend on bowlers. |

This was first and everyone was saying this is brilliant!  Then this happened and everyone lost their speech.  Everyone was talking shit against Tewatia then he got 5 sixes in one over. A match where the target is 224 in 20 overs, the chasing team reached the target with 3 balls in hand. It was a cricket match to watch. IPL is a beauty. So if you are having a JIO sim, then you can watch these matches live. I don't know the last time I watched a women's match.
