Lol, you really think we are going to believe you? There is no way he is earning thousands of dollars from playing free tournaments. Others are saying they give like 1k sat to 20k sat maximum, which is no way near thousands of dollars. Or probably your friend is abusing the free offer and probably breaking their tos by using multiple accounts to abuse their free tournament. It seems to me that this 'friend' could once have started his career with free tournaments, but I also agree with you and will never believe that someone earns a couple of thousand $ without playing for real money. His friend seems to have done something he doesn't know how he did and won $1000 by just playing poker. Then take note, you said it's a free tournament, how in a free tournament can he gain a lot? It's absolutely unbeilavable. And if you have a winning streak on poker, there's no easy way to gain big cash on free tournaments. But if it's true then, that's really amazing 'cause he's very lucky. You have a point I agree with that. I have also tried free plays of poker games before not on this site, but as i was saying based on my experience, it is close to impossible earning a lot most specially free plays have limited pools and has a higher chance of losing. When the t20 world cup was supposed to be held? I have forgotten totally. Is the world cup get postponed for IPL, I think that is a stupid move from them. Soccer matches already have started, why not cricket globally? I think now it's possible to run by following some strict rules.
The scheduled date to start the T20 World Cup was 18th October and the final was to take place on 15th November, the BCCI and other franchise tournament are waiting for the ICC to make a clarity on how they are proceeding with the tournament. Soccer clubs resumed their schedule and they are running it smoothly and the England and West Indies is going on well other than the Jofra Archer incident where he broke the safety protocol and hence not in the team and it shows the lack of discipline in cricket and may be the cricket boards are not willing to risk that  . I have received a news article link from my Indian friend which says that BCCI is expecting ICC to announce the postponement of the World Cup tomorrow?, is this news true?. Further the article also states that IPL will be organised in UAE which I too had mentioned earlier in this thread, however it’ll be really interesting if ICC is adamant that the T20 World Cup needs to be organised instead of the IPL. There can still be a result out of this match if the rain stays away because all it takes is for England to take a few quick wickets which then puts the pressure on the WI and as we have seen in the past the WI do crack under pressure. Right now the only team I can seeing winning is England as they can bowl the WI out for say 250 and then bat until they have a 380 run and put the WI into bat and see how they go. I can only see two outcomes here, England win or a drawn match. The weather is not that promising as the forecast says we might see rainfall in the afternoon and if we see delays like these then there is a possibility that West Indies could draw the match. If England is playing their best bowlers then we might see West Indies crumble under pressure but that is not the case in this match and West Indies could easily defend for 90 overs with 19 wickets remaining. That is bad news if there is rain then it will jeopardise the match or England can easily bowl out West Indies before they even reach 200. Already they have lost one wicket. Waiting for the match to begin. |

A lot of people are comparing Babar Azam with Virat Kohli (including Inzamam-ul-Haq), but in my opinion this is not proper since Babar has played a lot less when compared to Virat. Recently Harsha Bhogle rated him as one of the over-rated players in T20, despite topping the ICC rankings.
Babar Azam is a young prospect and comparing him to established players will put extra pressure on him to perform and it will make and break players, he is really good in the shorter format of the game and he should showcase his talents in the Test format and that too for a longer period of time and the consistency reminds whether he could cope up with the situation and overcome pressure when he is compared to Kohli. Let him play his natural game and win many tournaments for Pakistan and then compare him to established players. No doubt Babar Azam is a great talent. He is very young and he has got a lot of time to shine in the cricketing world. But, comparing him with Virat is out of the question. I do not think it would be right to declare Babar Azam as a overrated player. This guy has got a lot of potential and to display his talent he has to play more, unfortunately it is not happening. |

Yeah, 450 runs sounds good but with the sudden loss of wickets they probably won't reach it or they'll go for some heavy hitting and end up over 450. Irrespective of the score, ENG should declare and let Windies bat for 10-15 overs and try to pick some wickets. England finally declared for 469/9 and the final wicket was frustrating the West Indies bowlers as they put on 42 runs before the England captain declaring the innings and i think Stuart Broad should be sent earlier rather than sending him as the last batsman because he does have a Test century against Pakistan, lets see how West Indies is going to respond as England is not having their best bowling line up. Early wicket falls for West Indies now. Sam Curran takes wicket in first over itself. Why am I having a gut feeling that West Indian batting is going to skittle today one by one. Brathwaite batted really well in previous match all eyes are on him now how he bats from here. If West Indies bat for till first session day 4 or even can bat upto end of day 3, they can take this match towards a draw. That's the best thing I think West Indies can try winning the match from here is almost impossible. Even the win meter says West Indies has 2% chance of winning. I see Zero percent chance of WI wining this one. There is no way West Indies can chase 469 but the question is whether they can avoid the follow on or not. They they 269 runs to avoid the follow on and i think the pressure on the batsmen will make this task impossible. They are capable of avoiding follow on but not able to save this test match now its all one English attach how they deal tomorrow because if they have 2 or 3 wickets before lunch then surely they are going to be on top and have good control otherwise West Indies batting can give them some frustration giving rest to Anderson is still quiestionable. I can say England are back they have done their job, this is going to be a one sided match. If England can get some early wickets, I do not think West Indies will be able to achieve the target of more than 400 runs. |

England is experimenting with the team and it would be fun if West Indies could white wash the series, i did not expect the first match to go with West Indies but they played the best cricket and hopefully they could retain that kind of performance. Well right now its looking good for England after a good batting performance by the team. Now we'll see how good the WI are chasing over 450 runs in the first innings.
