5341  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can btc be use to purchase crude oil on: June 24, 2020, 06:48:38 PM
From my perspective it's obvious that in next ten (10) years bitcoin will be centralised and it can be use for exchange of product's in all ramifications and it will dominate any other currencies across the world.

Here comes the list of things bitcoin can purchase in next ten years without physical cash and it's called bitcoin vision 2030.

* Housing estate's

*companies

*car industry and private use

*importation of goods and service from different countries

* payment of worker's with bitcoin

* And also use for payment of shopping.

I believed strongly that this vision bitcoin 2030 shall come in reality.
What is your suggestion.

Why and How will Bitcoin centralize? cause if it becomes centralized then there will be no difference between Fiat currency and Bitcoin. I do not agree with you on this part.

Indeed many vendors and retail companies are now accepting Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies. I am sure within few years you will be purchase  almost all products using Bitcoin.
5342  Other / Off-topic / Re: [LEARN] Website with free hosting and domain. on: June 24, 2020, 06:44:58 PM
If you want to host a WordPress website for free then you can use Amazon cloud and Google cloud hosting service for free but only for one year. You do need to buy a domain name using Bitcoin which you can get it using Namecheap.

To know how to install and host Wordpress on any of the following cloud hosting services then do a search on Youtube and you will get tons of tutorials.
5343  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Chrome extensions with 33 million downloads slurped sensitive user data on: June 24, 2020, 06:33:58 PM
Another reason why we shouldn't trust Google and Google’s Chrome Web Store.

We all know how 'poor' their services are, specially in the last couple of months wherein we saw tons of fake crypto related apps in web store. But this report should put Google in the limelight again as obviously, their services have been taken advantage of cyber criminals, regardless if it is state sponsored or just hacking groups milking crypto enthusiast.

Spying campaign tied to 15,000 malicious or suspicious domains uploaded data.

Browser extensions downloaded almost 33 million times from Google’s Chrome Web Store covertly downloaded highly sensitive user information, a security firm said on Thursday in a report that underscores lax security measures that continue to put Internet users at risk.

The extensions, which Google removed only after being privately notified of them, actively siphoned data such as screenshots, contents in device clipboards, browser cookies used to log in to websites, and keystrokes such as passwords, researchers from security firm Awake told me. Many of the extensions were modular, meaning once installed, they updated themselves with executable files, which in many cases were specific to the operating system they ran on. Awake provided additional details in this report.

Company researchers found that all 111 of the extensions it identified as malicious connected to Internet domains registered through Israel-based GalComm. The researchers eventually found more than 15,000 registered through GalComm hosting malicious or suspicious behavior. The malicious domains used a variety of evasion techniques to avoid being labeled as malicious by security products.

I think we should avoid Google chrome itself after the recent Google Chrome privacy goof up. You cannot believe Google at all but most of us use it because of it is easy to access all your data regardless of device. I have recently started using Brave and the new Microsoft edge, these two browsers are far better than Chrome.
5344  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be careful of shitcoins on: June 24, 2020, 06:30:11 PM
In my opinion, almost 80 percent of all altcoin are shit coins. I would never recommend anyone to think about altcoins other than the top 50 listed on CMC. I am sure most of the members will agree to it. There are few altcoins that are listed above the top 100 list but you need to analyze those coins properly before investing in them.
5345  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitpay money lost on: June 23, 2020, 02:54:42 PM
Forget that amount and move on.

Let this incident be a lesson to you that you should never store your crypto assets online and you should always have 2FA activated on exchanges.

If you some how are able to trace the person who did this to you. It is highly unlikely that you will get your amount back.
5346  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do not be deceived by sending PM. on: June 23, 2020, 02:49:27 PM
Long story in short. I believe some of you have read this story. I think it's quite important issue especially for newbies and this topic will serve as awareness.

I don't know how should I describe it since very long story. This type of scam story new for me. Its call triangle scam actually. Someone else on telegram would ask you send a btc address provided by him to a bitcointalk forum user in order to prove ownership. Don't do this, if someone ask something like that then write your own message like I am Coolcryptovator, I am talking on telegram with you and my telegram username is @Coolcryptovator. Simply sent someone else btc address to other bitcointalk user would led to cheat. Who know if that person who asked you he is dealing with other bitcointalk user and likely other user asked to scammer send btc address by forum PM to prove ownership? Perhaps he is using you to scam by sent his btc address. Hope you guys understand what I want to say.

In my opinion it is better to stay away from Telegram. There are more scammers on Telegram than on any other social media apps. If you still want to stay there then never respond to any queries as most of the time those contacting you are either planning to scam you or sell you some shit schemes.

5348  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Interview with Stake.com CEO Reveals Plans for Tether Betting + New Games. on: June 21, 2020, 11:44:53 AM
Stake.com already has integrated 8 cryptocurrencies now with the addition of Tether it will have 9. Since Tether is a stable coin the actual earning will be pegged to the correct dollar value. Which is good as the dollar value never remains the same when you are betting with cryptocurrencies.
5349  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: June 21, 2020, 11:32:05 AM
Srilanka team has been morally and physcially down after they have won the last and single worldcup in the history. Since that time, the players are not upto that performance mark and their performance is on the decline just like West Indies team.
I disagree with that. After the winning of 1996 word cup Sri Lanka was a team who dominated the world cricket for the next few years. Yes, from last one decade they could not perform well. Maybe it's because they were not able to produce players like Muralidharan, Chaminda Vaas etc.

There is also too much internal politics, they have very few good players left with them and it is the responsibility of the board to find good talents which I do not think is happening. Srilanka was a very good team that was feared in International tournaments ages ago.
5350  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: June 21, 2020, 11:28:13 AM
We have not only Mortaza some other Bangladesh players also test positive which is really bad for them https://www.espncricinfo.com/story/_/id/29337870/mashrafe-mortaza-tests-positive-covid-19
True but both the others player are not from so known. Aside from Masrafee, Nafis Iqbal who contributed his maiden century toward Bangladesh test series win (brother of Tamim Iqbal) and Nazmul Islam who played couple of matches for Bangladesh. However, that's a big worry for the team and the nation as whole.

Very Bad news for the cricket world. This will hamper any chances of a tournament being organized. I think the schedules test series with Srilanka might get postponed because of this issue.
5351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the best welcome offer for you? on: June 21, 2020, 11:25:19 AM
I don't know if some casinos have these but I really like those offers that will make you stay in the long run.

In mobile games that I usually play during the quarantine or the lockdown, games give bonuses or daily login gifts for the players. I think in casinos, that would be better since gamblers would be doing daily logins every day and they would be enjoying staying in that casino for a long time. Also, it would be better with low withdrawals too since not all of us here have that huge money to withdraw.

I think that is what Faucet is for. You log in to and you can access it daily to get that extra to the total. It is not much but still it is good to use some free money.

I fully agree with low withdrawals too since most of the time your amount gets stuck if you are below the limit.
5352  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: June 21, 2020, 09:26:42 AM
After two months of investment, the amount that you have earned in Bitcoin is still good compared to earning nothing when kept in a wallet. I think if you keep it there for a year the BTC profit should look good.
5353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Snipie's gambling investment test on: June 21, 2020, 09:07:31 AM
I see that you are currently neither in profit nor in a loss. I guess it is too early to get into any conclusion. Ups and downs are part of Investment still, profit is what everyone looks for. I think after 30 days there would a better picture. I will keep an eye on this thread and then decide about investing.
5354  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Physical Casinos Decoded : on: June 21, 2020, 08:57:24 AM
Thanks for the heads up. I never knew such details and planning by Casinos were done. Anyways now, because of the pandemic, many have shifted to online gambling. Those things are not applicable when you gamble online. The list does make me believe that online gambling is far much safer.
5355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Couple was forcibly ask by IRS to sell their crypto to pay their liabilities on: June 20, 2020, 02:50:08 PM
Cryptocurrency is already under the scanner of government agencies. They have associated it with everything which is illegal.

After reading the story of this couple I am in the conclusion that they are wrong on their part. I have no doubt about it. They should immediately do something to repay their tax.

If they need to sell their crypto assets then they should otherwise, the tax agency would suggest the government that cryptocurrency is a new illegal way to abet tax.

It does sound silly but, it will happen for sure.
5356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HAS THE 2020 BITCOIN HALVING LIVED UP TO ITS EXPECTATION? on: June 20, 2020, 02:35:45 PM
Quote
Bitcoin halving is basically Bitcoin halved to allow cryptocurrency mining to produce 50% of its global existing value.
It always happens every four years.

This is actually not true. Bitcoin halving is not guaranteed to occur every 4 years. It basically depends on the blocks wherein after every 210,000 blocks are mined halving happens. So, If Bitcoin is mined faster halving will occur sooner.

Quote
This year in 2020, a historic moment occurred on May 12, which helped reduce the mining reward from 12.5 BTC to 6.25 blocks.
Yes, it is historic and would be known more than any other halving because of the pandemic affecting the global economy and Bitcoin still holding on.
Quote
If you look at the trend of halving before, it will cause an astronomical increase in prices, which will translate to huge market fluctuations in other digital currencies including Bitcoin.
I do not agree with this statement. Historically there has always been a Bill run just before halving and this time it did not happen.
5357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Overview on DeFi - a new hot trend in crypto on: June 20, 2020, 02:12:27 PM
Defi is over-hyped and as everything new in the crypto market investors are going crazy about it. Give them a year and two and you will hear Defi investors cursing it. It is always good to wait and watch first if you do not want to incur losses.
5358  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Triggering Coinbase Earn? on: June 20, 2020, 02:07:44 PM
Complete KYC and then wait for your turn as per Coinbase there are many requests and therefore it may take some time. It is also important to check which countries are being supported now.

Some of my friends are waiting for more than a year now.
5359  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: June 20, 2020, 05:12:29 AM
^^ Don't underestimate the greed of the BCCI. I am not ruling them out from the IPL event race, they are just looking for one positive news regarding pandemic after that they can do anything.

As far as T-20 is concern, ICC and CA doesn't seems interested at all.

I guess the T20 World Cup is out of the equation, after statements from the Cricket Australia chairman (Earl Eddings) and Ehsan Mani (ICC Board member). This may give an opportunity for the BCCI, but the situation in India is progressively getting worse. Yesterday we had close to 14K new infections and today we are all set to reach 15K mark. It is just disastrous.

BCCI never backed down so the question of opportunity in conducting IPL is not applicable here. They have never said that they have canceled IPL 2020, they are only delaying it for a few months and when the time is right they will go for it.

I do not think it will be possible for them to conduct IPL now, considering the current virus situation in India. If the spread slows down by the fourth quarter then there is a chance.
5360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: June 20, 2020, 05:07:26 AM
I guess some of the world cup winners have had faced the same issue after couple of years. Can't remember the exact one though. Srilanka has tried their best to win the world cup but no luck. It's now a proven true that "Laziness brings the evil mind"  Cheesy

I think that the Srilankan board and few players from that squad are still not able to digest that they lost a winning match. It has been 9 years now and still, they are accusing each other. Are they always high or they are dumb?
