561  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Meet the Wealthiest People in Crypto on: April 06, 2019, 05:27:51 AM
As expected, the real questions here would be are this people who were also responsible for the price manipulation that most of us are complaining about?

well, it might mean that they buy more crypto when its price drops. it doesn't mean that they made their wealth by hodling crypto only.

They might but I guess this are just a small portions. If most of them really were founders of any large trading or exchanges sites then buying and selling is just a part of their daily activities regardless of the price they still hold a huge amount of assets.
562  Economy / Services / Re: Bitcointalk Charity Program - Give Hope To Everyone $1 Is A Big Thing For Them on: April 06, 2019, 03:21:39 AM
Do you have any good updates by now about the funds that will be send to St.Rita?  I would love to see the results if possible please ask cwth for the photos.

I will be watching this cause as of the moment I can't give any donations tho I will do maybe next week
563  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the next economic collapse trigger massive crypto adoption? on: April 06, 2019, 03:05:45 AM
The problem about this idea is that what if bitcoin will also decreases its value as the financial crisis are taking over? We also have to understand that bitcoin is apparently not as self-sustainable as we think of.

People is not risking right now even if the massive financial crisis is not happening yet how much more when it happens.

My take on this is that people might be going back to the old resources such as gold for keeping their investments
564  Other / Meta / Re: Why don't we have a point system for bad posts? on: April 06, 2019, 02:35:12 AM
It is because looking for a valuable thing in a place full of garbage is much harder. If you are going to look around and all you see is garbage you'll just be ignoring that one.

If we are going to use a "demerit" system then for sure there is no enough sendable demerit for all the trash we have here hmm.
565  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN Dump! - When to GET OUT! on: April 05, 2019, 07:34:51 AM
Hmm just HODL, the price seems to be slowly going up for quite some time so it will be a good opportunity for me to make profits depending on how will the market acts for thenext weeks or months huehue. If it goes down roughly around $3500 i might be adding more funds lets just see
566  Economy / Economics / Re: Think and search before you give everything! on: April 05, 2019, 04:29:05 AM
If they are hungry for those pennies for the exchange of their identities, there are too things that's on my mind.

  • they don't own the identity
  • they are desperate

It's not worth it to exchange your any ID just for those airdrops or free cryptocurrencies that they offer. I always avoid those kind of posts and ignore people them on social medias.

Then this could be a real big problem. If it is really proven that this certain people uses other person's identity then whoever owns the personal information is  currently at risk.

This is quite not possible tho to trick or give other person's info since if we do talk about KYC protocol it requires users to upload or scan their government's valid ID.

If you are avoiding them I am doing differently, I usually tell them to stop it or you might become a target of identity thief it is better to still do something and warn any possible victims
567  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are we not abusing decentralization? on: April 05, 2019, 02:38:08 AM
Some form of abuse is always to be expected in any kind of new technology unfortunately. Also adding the fact that bitcoin and most cryptocurrencies are pseudo-anonymous, the scams and hacks are definitely to be expected. For now, pretty much all we can do is to deal with it, until probably a better solution of handling private keys becomes invented. Something that could potentially easily convince the majority to hold their funds on their own wallets; in contrast to holding funds on exchanges and online wallets.

No matter how we deal with this problem it is and would always be there. That is the exact reason why most of the businesses such as exchanges are actually doing the KYC policy because if ever that this certain attacks happens and when that certain hacker sold their funds  to exchanges then that could be the end of their business.

It is still very hard to identify if the funds that you are getting are actually obtain illegally.
568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: April 05, 2019, 01:18:38 AM
He don't need to chase Mayweather, he is just doing this since it's what the fans would like to see.
Pacman did good in his last fights, not to mentioned the dominance performance of Broner, and it proves a lot that he can still fight younger guys.

If we are going to think about it yes Pacman should really not chase Floyd but for some reasons and because of his actions, what am I currently seeing right now is this one. Well, there is exactly one reason why Pacman seems to chase Floyd because of his and the pride of the Filipinos that is what Pacman always cares about everytime he wanted to fight someone.

Broner for me or other younger guys are just nothing man Pacman wants to get his reign again and defeating Floyd will still be the best option

I think this this solves the answer to part 2 or none

Mayweather on Pacquiao rematch: ‘I got the job done the first time’
http://ourdailynewsonline.com/2019/04/04/mayweather-on-pacquiao-rematch-i-got-the-job-done-the-first-time/

Full of bubble butts as expected from Floyd, but if he saw that this fight can bring him the same amount then suddenly for sure he goes out of his retirement. Why am I actually saying this? simple if he purely doesn't have a plan he wouldn't even care talking to pacman's side
569  Other / Meta / Re: Is cryptohunter spamming forum? on: April 05, 2019, 12:59:11 AM
At first I really thought that he is giving good points to discuss but when i saw that his been posting a lot for me having the same context is sometimes really annoying.

Rants = questions and observable events now
Sorry I still can't find this definition from my dictionary. I've done it before ranting about something and I swear it is really not working dude unless you do it in a more appropriate approach.
570  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: April 04, 2019, 07:10:29 AM
Well, Pacman chooses and is willing to really go that route and chase Mayweather. If even Pacman face Thurman, he will be a damaged good then and that is what Floyd and co wanted to see to Pacman. I guess Pacman has no choice but to play along with them.

I think it is now because of pacman's pride. Tho, that can really be good since he wanted to get revenge. The problem if his been playing their games pacman might end up the same results as before because obviously if he is the one chasing then floyd's team can dictate for most of the aspects like the partitions , place and etc
571  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: freecrypto.online on: April 04, 2019, 04:47:43 AM
If you want to improve your site please contact me I can personally do a massive improvement for your UI. Just pm me what are the panels you want to have  after that I will be sending you the files. Yes I can do that for free as it seems that your current site is not that complex to have designs
572  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: April 04, 2019, 03:49:09 AM
It's really true guys. Watched the video below:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DF4BsXVXfyw

It could be Pacquiao vs Thurman or Spence next. No complains if either of those two will face Manny Pacquiao though. Both are young in the prime of their career, champion themselves so it will be very exciting to see them face Manny. Can Manny deal with those fighters at their peak of their? We need to find it out.  Grin

It sucks but since before Pacquiao has always been the person seeking for mayweather to fight and it seems that the money is also playing his game. Mayweather sr even joked about floyd going back to business after pacman said that he slightly wanted to have a rematch. They've always wanted pacman to fight thurman before pacman can have good shot for floyd's rematch.

read this article it is quite interesting about how manny is going after floyd

573  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Should cats be culled to stop extinctions? on: April 04, 2019, 02:18:02 AM
It's all about having a balanced system. Now why do only human beings are capable of extracting animals?

The fcvking truth is that it is not the animals who brought up the problems it is us humans, humans have been killing animals as long as we wanted to and we are also being overpopulated as of the moment as our population grows the resources is also getting thinner.

Therefore there is no point in extracting animals that are being cultured by us humans. Why? because it is obviously a collective efforts from individuals to be responsible of saving this planet that includes the endangered animals and guess what it is impossible to do it.

Every countries values different kind of animals differently as well. So you can't just expect them to follow. If you are in China then it is pretty normal to kill and pouched dogs but in other places you can't simply do it. You might get to jail.
574  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Comparisation with BTC and Other Payments Methods. on: April 04, 2019, 01:45:06 AM
I'm getting used to it, bitcoin has always been compared to almost every type of payment options. It is because from the beginning bitcoin is too far from other payment options and was always been a treat to their businesses.

what is treat ? you mean threat to thier business  ? yes thats what others are thinking . they see that bitcoin is unique or have other advantage that are not on thier payment system . but not all are haters , others are also willing to teamed up with bitcoin because they think that this can grow thier company  .

Quote
Tho, we can't deny the fact that most of this still doesn't accept bitcoin even if they are getting linked to it

if they are linked to it then why they deny it ? thats strange   . i never witnessed that before   .  i only see several companies that are linked to bitcoin and they are proud of it .

Oops, my bad yeah I was actually referring to that word "threat" what is "thier"? you mean "their"?  Lol you haven't understood my statement I said "we" can't deny the fact not them denying.

I will give you some example as far as I can remember coinbase an paypal somehow connects but the deal I think was you can only purchase bitcoin using paypal but you cannot sell bitcoin to paypal that what makes it  a one sided deal.
575  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stop Comparisation with BTC and Other Payments Methods. on: April 04, 2019, 12:53:55 AM
I'm getting used to it, bitcoin has always been compared to almost every type of payment options. It is because from the beginning bitcoin is too far from other payment options and was always been a treat to their businesses.

The unique approach of bitcoin has always been the main topics to why it should not be used, to why it would not work and to why it has no value at all. Now that this type of payment is slowly getting accepted around the world. Most of the payment options are now starting to link their services with bitcoin because if they don't they might be able to miss the opportunity that it can give to their business.

Tho, we can't deny the fact that most of this still doesn't accept bitcoin even if they are getting linked to it because basically you can only buy bitcoin using other payment options rather than you can sell your bitcoin and accept your payments through other options.
576  Other / Meta / Re: Grant Me Legendary Status on: April 03, 2019, 11:46:58 AM
I don't get it why are you desperately wanting to become a legendary member? If you only want to be recognized then I guess the effort you are putting is not enough. I can't also personally do not understand why you are actually wanting to have  that status because right now the only thing I could think of it's benefits is the higher rates to any type of campaigns (is that exactly what are you aiming for?)

Edit: You should not envy those who were wearing that status,  because there were actually a bunch of useless dumbass who are proudly wearing that status just sayin Tongue
577  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk on Wikipedia looks kinda sparse on: April 03, 2019, 08:20:29 AM
I personally believed that we should not filter any type of information that actually happened here but i guess as long as it fits with the categories on the wikipedia information panels.

Yes i agree merit and trust system plays a very important role in your community
578  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Art of quitting !!!! on: April 03, 2019, 05:32:19 AM
There is no art in quitting, if one decides to quit they should.
Some just cannot wait until the the market will again be bullish, well, let's look and reflect on what is happening now, I don't think they will still
think of quitting. It's very nice to stay in crypto, you loss sometimes it's not the end of journey, you can still improve and be successful.

Nope there is actually a book called the art of quitting but it is only fit to apply in life, love and work. Yet for me it is not good to apply in crypto trading. As you have said lossing is a part of a trading platform which is just normal.

On the otherhand I can no longer understands what are you trying to point out
579  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcointalk on Wikipedia looks kinda sparse on: April 03, 2019, 04:34:55 AM
@hacker1001101001

Somebody should at least summarized that context first I think since xtraelv was the person who created that one it is  not going to be hard for him. Then probably the best person to confirm that is Theymos.

Should we have to add the negative things about this forum as well? lol
580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: April 03, 2019, 03:09:03 AM
Let's just see what is really going to happen. Tho for now I think that this fight is far from being reality even if there were good signs that both parties are talking very well (not so sure tho if they are up for the match) but recently Floyd is in the Philippines having a good vacation after that he returns to Manila and if I am not mistaken he is planning to see pacman
