I started hoarding my smerit i guess? Aside from the fact that Most of the good contents are from the older members who are already on the hero or legendary ranks. I also doesn't feel like giving it to them since there is no point specially for the legendary users. Theymos might not bother searching for posts to give smerits i guess?

Well it seems that most of us here doesn't agree with the idea. Since it just goes back to the old ranking system but a longer period. Therefore if this will be implemented the merit system becomes void. Mind that the whole purpose of having the merit system is to improve the quality of posting threads towards the forum not just by being active

I have honestly admitted in public that it was mistake asking for merit. Now I have to admit myself as a "spammer" too.. If admitting my mistake and also apologizing for asking merit is not enough and also should admit myself as a spammer too then I will never learn this lesson. My intention here is not spamming and to forcefully admit what I am not is "crime to self". I would rather accept more negative trusts than to admit myself as spammer.... cheers..

The forum definitely needs more merit sources, and ones that cover under-merited sections especially. On the other hand, people with sMerits to give out don't want to lower their standards too much, and I'd say that really good posts DO get merits eventually. Sometimes it takes a bit before people notice posts. And if a member consistently writes quality stuff, he'll eventually get merits.
Currently , I am seeing merited posts on local boards more than the posts on the global threads. I don't know if that is healthy but eventually the merit is still moving forward. I agree that we need more merit sources tho only some users in the forum are interested that meets the requirements of the administration. Hopefully more active members can gain the knowledge and power to provide merits to high quality posts. Not to the point that only the best posts are always being merited. Plus I see no point in meriting too much to those posts that has already alot of merits. |

That`s why we have the report to moderator button. If we made a post in meta every time we see these kinds of junks... well, meta will become impossible to read. I understand your frustration. I see things like that too many times per day. But just report him. Eventually, he`s getting his deserved banning. Yeah we have that button but I am more likely looking for an actual account report not the certain posts. Most of the time some mods can easily noticed posts here than reporting someones posts. For some reason it seems the API isn’t working since a few days.

Just try to add it using a simple button instead of adding the API. This method works for me as it is also much easier and I don't have to do some more coding. Tho if you want to limit the number of visit by users that is actually quite hard despite that the API is not working properly on your side |

I think they haven't seen it yet. This banks are still confident that people are still gonna be choosing their platform where to save their money. Because of their propagandas towards bitcoin. 2017 was the hype for bitcoin not just because of the price but because they are also sending false informations that makes the bitcoin image not so good. Banks must be preparing facing cryptocurrency. Banks already survive for many years and they will adapting on cryptocurrency. Bank have good infrastructure and with that, banks will survive and maybe take advantages on cryptocurency market Im sorry but i think that is not what they are trying to do now. I must say that it was a great effort for both manny and hid team. When freddy roach did not support manny for this fight. Coach boboy did a great job because he really put manny the adjustments that manny needed.
Unlike before pacman does more on weight lifting and reduces the training program to almost 50%. Manny admitted that he was pushed through his limits before during trainings and considering his age he admitted that he thinks because of that massive training programs he always end up being too tired during the fight. For sure it was harder before when you are starting. There are forums and other websites that you can now rely and depend to what they are teaching to know more about programming. Oh I completely agree. Like I started programming when it was okay (not bad, not great). You still had to rely on docs, and books for a lot of the knowledge. Now-a-days there are so many different classes/services online, the learning curve has significantly shot way down. If you do talk about programming yes the internet really is a good platform to learn. But on the other fields especially history or medicines there are alot of lies. Tho when it comes to programming since that is a trial and error we can really play with the codes. Plus good thing is that there are good forums that talks about it like stockoverflow. |
