I had the same problem at the beginning but you eventually get used to it.
In landscape-mode, I only have to zoom a bit on my phone. On a tablet it works fine, so just get a bigger phone Tongue

Yeah on tablet it works fine. I have been using my tablet all the time to access the forum. On mobile it is a bit of a stuggle. But, you still can zoom in and out to view the content.

5663  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet advice? on: April 28, 2020, 07:33:06 PM
A lot of people here always says that using a hard wallet is the safest wallet that you could use because it will be difficult for hackers to have an access in hardware wallets.
Yeah, having an hardware wallet is the safest for people with huge funds to carry and could be supported with a mobile wallet Electrum for some quick little transaction.

Any wallet that allows you to access your Private key, which is not always connected to the internet is a good wallet. For example hardware wallet and desktop wallet. I personally prefer using desktop multi cryptocurrency wallet. There are many in the market. You need to google it and you will find it.
5664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies are safer with top altcoins on: April 28, 2020, 07:28:14 PM
An altcoin being on the "top" doesn't automatically mean it's a "safe" or good investment. I mean, take a look at it! The cryptocurrency market is full of crap. And not to mention that bitcoin is risky and volatile enough for the typical inexperienced investor, and you're going to say that it's better for them to buy coins like Ripplecoin a.k.a. fidget spinner coin? Worst investing advice I've read yet.

In my opinion it will not be wise to invest in BitcoinSV as most of the time it looks like pump and dump. To be on a safer side it wou ld be nice to still do your own research in the top 10 coin.just understand the project and analyse the last six months development news. It would give you a clear picture of the project.

Has anyone seen this incredible video on YouTube where Kapil Dev hits 4 consecutive sixes to save India from follow-on. Kapil Dev remain unbeaten on 77. This was when India tour England in 1990.

Here is the video link - https://youtu.be/Vzy_9I1heUE
He was one of best all rounders I really love to watch him as after Richard Hadlee he done very good job for his country and he was really gentlman once I personally meet him sadly have nothing for picture but still this was very good time.

I personally have not met him but I do admire him a lot. He is a true legend of Indian cricket team. There are many al rounders now in Indian cricket but, he was the first.

Chines in cricket this could be very interesting but not good because my prediction is Chines could be not good in cricket most of peoples in China will not like this sport because its not for them. Wink Cheesy Huh

China do have national cricket teams (both for men/women, as well as for various age groups) and therefore your statement is not true. But the popularity is near zero there. In countries such as China, cricket is being regarded as a sport which is limited to the Commonwealth countries. This attitude needs to change. Unfortunately, the ICC is not putting much effort in this regard.

Man, Just for experiment. i want to see more than 24 team in one T-20 WC, no matter if its economic disaster or not... ICC should go for it.

For Olympics T-10 seems logical to me.
Practically, I doubt 24 teams in one T20 WC will be added. There are some boards who will oppose this move by ICC as you mentioned "economic disaster".

T10 for Olympics is a good idea and can be easily done.
5668  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the cure of COVID or CBDC BOOST BITCOINs price this year 2020 on: April 28, 2020, 03:37:28 PM
Without any vaccine you cannot cure Corona virus and no one knows when a vaccine will release. Most vaccines are in human trial stage, which takes upto 12 to 18 months to complete. Therefore it is better to assume a cure vaccine might come out by the end of this year or early next year. Untill then follow the guidline from WHO and keep yourself safe.

Cryptocurrency market are not linked with the outside world or global economy . Therefore do not mix outside world issues with the present crypto market scenario.

Bitcoin halving is due to happen by the 11 th of May. Considering the present price of Bitcoin I expect it to reach upto 8k before halving. After halving the price will again take a dive and can reach upto 6k easily.

I think the price will hover in the range of 6k to 7k this year. I am not expecting anymore from it.
5669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Making Cov-19 as excuses on: April 26, 2020, 10:43:57 AM
Corona virus doesn't put a stop on incoming project, buy the Corona virus can reduce the amount of investors and also reduce the amount the investors are investing, the virus is fast eaten into countless economies like a plaque.
It would be a hard time for new projects
Actually it will not be difficult if the team knows the way, because in an age that is completely sophisticated, everyone can communicate remotely and do work online both investing and other things, this will certainly always be preserved from the name of the corona virus, Moreover, everyone already knows how to deal with it.

Actually in situation like the one we are in people tend to hold on to thier fiat currency as it can be used to purchase food and other necessary things. People tend not to invest their money in anything and also cash out from investment. The same thing is happening now.
5670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: dForce attacker returns all $25M stolen funds in FULL on: April 26, 2020, 10:23:38 AM
Recently, there was a hack amounting more or less $25 Million Dollar, that is a huge amount and a big loss. But just now, it looks like the hacker return all the funds in full. I commend them for tracing the hacker and the hacker return the funds in full you can see all transaction on Etherscan. Here is the link: https://etherscan.io/tokentxns?a=0xa9bf70a420d364e923c74448d9d817d3f2a77822 I hope all hacks can be trace like this one so that hackers will never attempt anymore.
Wow thats nice, I am just curious how did the hackers return the money or tokens worth of 25million? Did FBI just track its location and those thieves got scared that they were arrested? If thats the case then its good. There should be a way to track down all these people and bypass their way to hide their identity. Its not good that every hacks like these happened cause once they dump it on the market surely it will be affected due to massive price drop from selling it.

If you had read few comments before replying you would have easily known how the funds were returned back to the exchange. It was the Singapore police tha did this job.
5671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cuba opens its own exchange on: April 26, 2020, 10:18:10 AM
Good to hear Cuba also entering the cryptocurrency market. Countries like Cuba will benefit a lot from cryptocurrency as it falls under sanctioned country where US dollar cannot be used. The inflow of foreign direct investment can be obtained using cryptocurrency. This will help Cuba economically.

Signature campaign can benefit you in building your account. If you constantly post quality articles I do not think it will be an issue. I have been doing so for quite sometime now. All you need to do is to maintain the quality.

5673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 26, 2020, 09:36:56 AM
Like I said in a previous post on here, they need this T20 world cup to go ahead because there is a lot of money on the line so I think the ICC will try everything they can to make sure the world cup is played even if it is delayed. I'm keeping my eyes on what the local sports leagues here in Australia will do in the coming month, if they start again then we could see the T20 world cup start on time.

ICC wants the cricket to resume quickly but nothing they can do about that. If only they can develop a vaccine for coronavirus, only then the T20 worldcup can be held on time.  Wink

It is not only ICC but I think everyone who has been under lockdown wants this thing to end now. It has been more than 30 days now and I am stuck within my house. Life has come to a stand still. The need of this time is a. Ure to this deadly disease.

I was looking to find some life out of this quarantine life but nothing is open where a person can go and drink. No bars, no casino nothing is open where a person can go and pass his time. Life is limited to online entertainment only.

It has been too long now. To an extent you can watch movies or online series. After a certain period of time it gets into your nerves. Sporting events could have helped but unfortunately they are also cancelled. It is tough to stay in lockdown. To all my fellow lockdown see hats off to you guys.
5674  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cartesi is now listed in Binance on: April 26, 2020, 09:19:31 AM
After a long time seeing a good project that will benefit most of the bounty hunters. I did not expect it to be such a success. Initially before joining this signature bounty I wanted to participate in their bounty. At that time most projects were struggling so skipped and joined my present signature campaign.

Good luck to all hunters who participated in this project. Hopefully the price does not go below 4 cents till you guys get paid.
5675  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for best investors? on: April 26, 2020, 09:07:46 AM
Why would you trade on a small exchange when on a big exchange you know the volume is great. Not only best investor but, all investors small or big use big exchange. There are many benefits of using these exchange and above all the trust level is very high.
5676  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Gambling Life During Quarantine on: April 26, 2020, 08:17:35 AM

5678  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happend..... on: April 26, 2020, 07:43:48 AM
Hi all!

Am I the only one who feels the current Bitcoin/Crypto climate is going to shit? When I got into Bitcoin in 2013, this was the true new wild west so to speak. So what happend in the last 5-6 years?

Governments are trying to take back control with regulations and taxes.
Exchanges requiring ID (KYC) etc. (hahahahaha fail)
Developers are requested to make themselves public
Previously rather unknown people. but with success in crypto, are for some reason seen as some sort of "Messiah" (binance dev for example)
etc.
etc.
etc.

So why the hell.... Do we (community) go along with all that crap?

And IMHO, if you are happy with the current climate, you should not be in crypto at all!

Or have I smoked one too many? This is not what Satoshi wanted/meant when he created Bitcoin right?

Have a good one,
Towelie

In my country every local exchange wants you to first to through KYC if you want to trade or liquidate into local fiat. That is basically the reverse of what cryptocurrency is meant for.

Developers are requested to make themselves public because of so many scams happened in the past. Now, if they need investment into their projects they need to reveal their identity or create a project better than those which already exists.I support that too as it helps investors to gain trust.

Other than that everything else is a bunch of crap.
5679  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: April 26, 2020, 06:27:02 AM
After almost two months, watched a live cricket match today. Fancode mobile app did broadcast some matches from the Taipei T10 League. Don't ask me much about the quality, because you know the answer.  Grin But still I was really happy to watch some live action. And as expected, this so called "Taipei League" don't have a single Taiwanese player. All of them are expats.

I am looking to bet on any live match because its been a long time since i made a bet  Sad

Can we bet on these T10 matches anywhere ?

I doubt it is possible to bet on this match. The only reason we came to know about this tournament is because no one else is playing at the moment. I doubt they have any affiliation with ICC also otherwise it would have come up on cricinfo.
5680  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 26, 2020, 06:11:06 AM
Lockdown can't be extended again and again for an infinite period. In my country (India), a large part of the population are daily wagers and they'll starve to death of the lockdown is not lifted soon. The government may be able to feed them for 2-3 months, but not more (especially as the tax revenue has hit rock bottom). My guess is that the lockdown will be lifted on May 3rd (at least partially), irrespective of whether the situation comes under control or not.

So within 2-3 months, we may witness a limited resumption of the sports activities as well. It will become the new normal, as we can't shut down the economy indefinitely.

Yes, the economic condition in those areas may become worse with the passage of time if the lockdown sustains but you cannot lift the lockdown due to this and say you have no option. Because if the lockdown is lifted and suddenly there are a lot of patients detected of covid19, this could be a worse situation for any country.
As per IMF report the biggest recession is on the way. Third world countries are the one that will be most affected by this lockdown. The situation is so bad that if y ou remove the lockdown medical infrastructure in these countries will collapse and if you continue the lockdown economic condition will get worsen.

India's economy was already struggling before this pandemic and now it will take a deep nose dive after the situation comes under control. Already salaries have been cut and many will lose their jobs now.
