581  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: When is coinbase going to add canada to the buy/sell list??? on: February 12, 2015, 02:19:47 AM
It'll be a great day considering all the major corporate deals use Coinbase as their processor.

583  Economy / Goods / Re: Original Sega Game Gear (WORKING CONDITION) on: February 11, 2015, 08:17:06 AM

Yes, selling for BTC...I thought that was obvious.
584  Economy / Goods / Original Sega Game Gear (WORKING CONDITION) on: February 11, 2015, 08:10:42 AM
My first attempt at a listing with pictures. If it works, a special shout out to snarlpill for the step-by-step tutorial.

As you can see it is in working condition. Runs on double A batteries (not included)

Pricing is $16.50, well under ebay price (for WORKING condition Sega Game Gear), as it is my first Marketplace listing.

I am including 2 games with it, at no additional charge- Sonic the Hedgehog 1 and #2.

Shipping is through priority mail. It is $5.75 and includes tracking. I do NOT make a penny off shipping (in fact, lose due to packaging costs.
$16.50 + $5.75 = $22.25 to your door.

I am open with my identity. I understand some are not. If that is the case, you're welcome to use PM rather than reply to thread.

Thanks,
Nathan
585  Economy / Speculation / Re: WTH is happening over at Coinbase exchange? on: February 10, 2015, 03:59:23 AM
coinbase ripping off its users again?

No.
I've used Coinbase thrice in the past day without issue of any kind.

Hey tins, good to see you buddy.

It's simple. First off, you'll need to upload your pictures to the web, obviously. Imgur.com gets the job done easy enough, and works with this forum's weird image proxy rules.

If you upload to Imgur, afterwards on the right side there will be many different types of sharing links. The type you'll need if you just want to directly copy/paste is the BB Code Link (message boards and forums). This is the link enclosed with [ IMG ] tags.

Alternatively, you can upload an image anywhere, copy the image's direct URL (web link), and hit the button under the I - Italic button on this site when posting. The button looks like a little picture frame. It will place the [ IMG][/ IMG] tags in your post and you just paste the picture's URL between them. Also, a really easy way to get the URL of any picture on the web is just to right-click on it, and click "Copy Image URL". Then all you have to do is paste that between the [ IMG] tags here.

If you want to practice, do everything I suggested and just hit "Preview" instead of "Post" at the bottom of your post. If you need any more help or have any questions- no matter how simple they seem, just shoot me a PM buddy and we'll get you sorted out.

Also- if you want to list your prices on here in US dollars and not take a chance on a fixed BTC price, go to http://btc-priceimg.herokuapp.com/    Copy the link provided on the site, and put your desired price into the <price_in_usd> space, taking out the < and >. Then, copy the new link with your USD number in it, and drop that straight between the [ IMG] tags on here, just as you would a picture. Then you will always have an up-to-date, market conversion of Bitcoin for your USD price. Like this, for $5-      And you can Quote my post if you want to see it written out as I did it. I don't know who originally brought that to the forum or made that site, but you can thank TheButterZone for being the one who I got it from.

Also, there are no spaces in the [ IMG][/ IMG] tags, I just had to put spaces here to not f*ck everything up when using them for display/teaching purposes.

Thank you for being so detailed!
587  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hong Kong's MyCoin Disappears With Up To $387 Million on: February 09, 2015, 08:39:53 PM
Reports are emerging from Hong Kong that local bitcoin exchange MyCoin has shut its doors, taking with it possibly as much as HK$3bn ($386.9m) in investor funds.

More @ http://www.coindesk.com/hong-kong-exchange-mycoin-disappears-387m-reports-claim/

until now..
it seems who the news do not affect the bitcoin price!!!!

hope the bitcoin price trend do not  fall !!!
 Wink Wink Wink Wink

Doubt it will do much of anything. None of the great news of the past year has helped the value, can't see how this would shake the value either.

I was under the impression that BTC has major legal issues in Australia.
591  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BitStamp - Bank Blocks USD Deposits on: February 08, 2015, 06:51:00 PM
If solvency is your concern I would pay more attention to the withdraw side.

we will see many withdrawals from Bitstamp on Monday...
Not true.  People get fucked, then they get fucked again.  It is like lambs going to slaughter.  They never learn.  Nearly everyone will be sitting there thinking: 'this time, everything will be OK  -  right?'  And the next moment all their money is gone.  Don't you remember how many warnings there were for Gox?  Nobody moved.

They were 'too big to fail'.
What are you talking about Huh

In order for something to be "too big to fail" someone needs to step in to prevent them from failing aka bail them out. The fact that there is no governing authority with bitcoin means that there is no one to bail out any "too big to fail" exchange

At least you understood the joke reference...better than some others.  Cool
592  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: February 08, 2015, 06:23:26 AM

By "theft" you mean "premine"?

Should we assume that your usage of theft and premine in quotes means you disagree that they occurred?

Obviously the premine occurred. I'm not sure what you're getting at here.

Was wanting to see if you'd admit to it...if not, I'd highly suspect your account to be a shill of his. Glad to see it is not one and that you agree GAW did premine even after Joshy tweeted that proclamation that there would not be any sort of premine.
593  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Question : Is there a government offering a bounty for Mark Karpeles? on: February 08, 2015, 06:20:15 AM
Hypothetically, let's say a jurisdiction put a bounty on him......I have some Israeli friends who can bring him to justice.
Yeah, because Israelis are all about justice.  lol.  That's a good one.  Besides, fucking Karpeles is a fucking jew who stole money.  Jews will see nothing wrong with that - not bring him to justice.

Your girlfriend let Karpeles bang her and he forget to pull out in time?

Mr. Garza, in (250) words or less, please explain how you plain on defending your admitted involvement in what can be easily classified as a classic cryptocurrency pump-and-dump scheme in addition to other ongoing conduct relating to the mishandling of verifiable securities in violation of sections 5(a), 5(c), 17(a), and 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 [15 U.S.C. §§ 77e(a), 77e(c), 77q(a) & 77q(b)], Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 [15 U.S.C. § 78j(b)], and Rule 10b-5 thereunder [17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5]?

"Mishandling of verifiable securities"? Who wrote this?

And who thinks that paycoin/paybase looks like a "classic cryptocurrency pump-and-dump scheme"?

I agree, more like straight up theft, rather than pump and dump scam.
He lied that there was no pre-mine. Then, sold off millions of premined coins for a ton of money.
(He claims it wasn't pre-mined and that he was just lucky enough to find the first block that just happened to contain millions and millions and millions of coins.)

Where did he claim that? I've seen him rationalize the size of the premine, but not claim that they were "lucky" to get the first block, which would be one of the stupider things he ever said.

How did he rationalize the theft?

He wants to rehearse and refine his answers that the SEC will be asking by this endeavor. Everyone throw every question they have at him, he'll craft his lie replies, guage how they go over, refine them for the next round.

Been going around in circles with this mutt for months now with the same MO each and every time. Don't give him a platform is what you should be doing i.e. instead of clicks and earning your keep, focus on shutting him down. You will get more accolades for that than this.

That's what I've been sayin'.

If anyone has legitimate questions they would like to ask Josh Garza, go here and fill out the form:  http://coinbrief.net/questions-for-gaw-crowdsourced/

Please make sure that the questions you are sending are legitimate...as in, there is evidence to show that something GAW has said was wrong, there are documents / images that have not been addressed, etc.

Josh reached out to me after our last article, and when I asked if he would be willing to answer questions, and provide evidence to back it up, he agreed.  So, I'm crowdsourcing it.

It seems like every other week Josh asks for a list of questions so that he can research (most likely pay others to research) plausible answers to them. It has gotten old. Seriously, stop asking for this list every other week.
Basically, you're trying to find out what illegal activities that Josh and his team have committed that people have real documentation on...I say, you wait until court and you'll find out.
600  Other / Politics & Society / Re: CNN national poll: Rand Paul 13%, Bush 13%, Ryan 12%, Huckabee 10%, Christie 9% on: February 06, 2015, 08:52:06 PM
I'm pretty annoyed with Rand Paul right now. He's right that vaccinations should be a personal choice, but joining in with the anti-vaxxers claims that vaccines are unsafe?

I loved Rand Paul, but he is so far off base on this issue. A person's individual liberty goes so far. So far as it does not impeded, in a negative way on others that are just trying to live their lives. These anti-vaxxers are taking away that decision from other, responsible parents. If you (a general 'you') can justify potentially harming my baby because of some nonsense "science" about vaccines causing health issues, the I have no problem justifying beating you (once again, this is a genera 'you') until there is nothing left to recognize.
