It was all too sudden and I couldn't imagine why BCH would be like this.What happened to the BTC?What happened to the core team?I can't understand.BCH is clearly a altcoin, and I refuse to recognize BCH's position.
BCH is the same as 'Bitcoin' since 2009. If BCH is an altcoin - Satoshi was an altcoin. BCH is Satoshi Bitcoin. The only thing different from today/Core Bitcoin, BCH doesn't have SegWit. SegWit is broken and the Core blockchain is not working. You will make a lot of money if you switch to BCH like everyone else. Last guy to switch gets screwed. |

I am actually surprised that bitcoin cash is pumping so hard. The volume of bitcoincash is way higher than the bitcoin itself. I think thah the jihan wu is selling all his btc and he is buying bch now with his own money. He is a genius! I think bch will be strong and will compete with btc.
That answer is simple: Bitcoin is broken with very high fees and very slow confirmation. Bitcoin Cash works. Of course all the money and miners will move to Bitcoin Cash. They later you move, the worse your conversion rate will be. The very dumb loyalist to BTC - will lose the most. Just remember, Bitcoin Cash is a very useful system. SegWit Bitcoin is broken and no longer works properly. |

I would like to get involved in any groups or campaigns which might be raising awareness of the truth behind the current attempt of BCH to takeover BTC, and how BCH is fundamentally a scam, or at best, a centralised coin.
Other than the obvious posting on Reddit and Twitter, does anyone here know where I should go to optimise my efforts to raise awareness for newbies?

Maybe if you use all CAPS when you call BCH a scam, people will believe you more. Why all caps when you can make a bold statement (no pun intended) easily with all lowercase lettersWhy do you hate caps so much? Besides, you have to be a computer hacker to figure out the codes to do that shit. With Caps, you just use the shift key. No complex codes. |

So I'd like to find an alternative to coinbase if possible but it seems like any exchange would recognize my wa state bank account and refuse service. Is there any way around this? I'm just putting small amounts into btc and plan on letting it sit, I'm getting raped on charges (it seems) 2+% on bank transfers and 4+% on instant card transfers. I've been timing it and getting the instant transfers to pay for themselves but still wind up feeling gypped.

They don' hate bitcoin but i think they want to regulate the exchange so they can control the cash flow. They hate it if there's a lot of money going out of china because of bitcoin so they want to regulate that. Once they have the solution they will allow the exchange to operate again.
Bitcoin was created so that governments can't fuck with the people's money. It is the number 1 function of Bitcoin to fuck the government of China. China can make it illegal all they want, it will have no effect on the design and purpose of Bitcoin which will prevent that government from manipulating currency to get rich. Of course China hates Bitcoin. |

Bitcoin has a team of total assholes who always fight and argue and get absolutely nothing done. Ethereum has a remarkable team that is highly organized and kicking ass with great new developments everyday. Just look at the ETH documentation and the Bitcoin documentation. Now, THOUSANDS of companies are building stuff that works with ETH chain. Bitcoin - still losing merchants and companies because idiots like 1MegGreg and AdamBack want to own the transaction flow via Lightning. Companies can't do anything on bitcoin blockchain and they all have quit. Ethereum will be much higher market cap than bitcoin in less than 12 months. Even Bitcoin cash will pass up Bitcoin core. |
