662  Economy / Economics / Re: Africa needs to fix continent, richest people are politicians on: May 05, 2021, 03:46:22 PM
Forget Dangote and the rest of the billionaires, the richest people in Africa are politicians. Africans need to reevaluate and rethink their system, so much power is given to the politicians and without any checks or balances. How can an ex-governor not be tried in court for his mischievous activities because there is a written document that said so who signed the documents is it the populace? They loot millions of dollars and stack them up for their families whereas the masses are suffering.
They even go as far as banning the trading of cryptocurrencies because they feel people might benefit from it. When the world is enjoying it. African needs to be taken to the hospital and given proper treatment because they are moving backward. More strength to their youth as many are still thriving in the harsh environment.
Power tripping is still evident in all kinds of government, not onlu in Africa. Considering the poverty and famine being experienced by that country, heartless politicians still continues to milk from the country's natural resources and abused manpower. Instead of spreading the wealth of the country towards each community, they chose to put it in their pocket as their stomach gets full whilst children outside are dying from malnutrition or heat stroke even for the elders. As long as this kind of system continues, there will be more live at stake that may not be saved so let us hope for the best for this country.
663  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government Controls Crypto? on: May 05, 2021, 03:22:01 PM
Ok so there are people who say that crypto is decentralized and cannot be controlled by the government. How can this be true when the government can shut down the companies or networks where you are able to buy, sell, or send crypto? What do you guys think? Do you all think that crypto is truly decentralized and cannot be controlled by the government or can they? Maybe not directly but indirectly controlled?
Cryptocurrency is definitely decentralized, you can say that at some point it can shut down companies and networks but other mode of transactions would still be made available. Even though they will choose to make crypto illegal, they don't have the enough power to stop people from buying, selling, transacting and trading crypto. That's the least they can do, banning it or making it illegal but it will just soon show that crypto is way more powerful than them and at the same time, the cannot get it under their control no matter how hard they try.
664  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Musk doesn't tweet Dogecoin, can it still soar? on: May 05, 2021, 02:56:19 PM
I think there is a possibility that it would not soar as high as it is right now because Elon Musk advertisement of Dogecoin has clearly influenced a lot of investors. Just like what he did with bitcoin, as he bought a huge amount of it, the value spiked up and many people started investing on it once again. He is a huge personality who is capable of controlling not only the price of any coin he choses but also the decision making of the crypto enthusiasts who clearly believe in him. It wouldn't be a surprise if ever he can make Dogecoin become more successful in the future so watch out for it and start investing if you think it would make it to the top someday.
665  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is now a GOOD or BAD time to invest? on: May 05, 2021, 02:29:57 PM
Since you are just beginning with your investment, I think it would be best if you would first learn about the price movement of the coins you are planning to invest in. Through that you may know when is the right timing to enter an investment on such coins. For bitcoin, I don't think it is a good time since its value just regained its high value of $60k+ and I think Ethereum just increased too. Maybe you can wait for a dip or for a correction and bite that opportunity right away if you truly believe that the value of those will keep on going higher right after the correction.
666  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID advanced the world into the future on: May 05, 2021, 02:05:32 PM
The pandemic didn't give us any side benefits at all, it forced us to change our way of living wherein it is mostly detrimental for us. Some people might consider it as a blessing in disguise but that is all because we are not on the same boat. Not everyone is privileged nor have the ability to provide daily needs due to losing their job because of COVID. The outcomes or the after effects of this pandemic after it is done will surely be devastating and it would mostly impact the economy of the third world countries. Countries like China might take advantage of the moment as they were able to neutralize the situation within their nation.
667  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in bitcoins for future kids on: May 05, 2021, 01:39:34 PM
As a form of investment, many are buying cryptocurrency in smaller quantities and saving for their kids in the future. With the continuous rising and falling of the currency and the volatility of the market, how do we know the coins to buy and save for future use or is it a waste of money.
Need your thoughts on this tho'...
As you mentioned that bitcoin is the mean of investment for a certain's individual's future children, as long as the price of it keeps moving upward, there will surely be an assurance that the future of the kids will be well-secured. There's nothing wrong relying your future in bitcoin but in any case, you should not fully depend on it alone. You should still find other instruments like businesses and a regular job to make sure that even when bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies experience sudden downfall in the near future, you don't need to worry because you have other saving that will suffice your family's needs.
668  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty managers should try to help bounty hunters get their rewards on: May 04, 2021, 07:00:33 PM
There have been plenty of issues way back between bounty hunters and bounty managers and I think it is still evident up until now. Whenever a bounty hunter encounters a scam campaign, their labor results into nothing making them enraged to the bounty manager when in fact, the one they should be blaming is the whole team of the campaign. The manager is only responsible for the peace and coordination of the campaign as they serve as the neutralizer in between hunters and the campaign team. They will surely help you with your rewards if ever the campaign is not a scam but if it is, he is also troubled for sure that's why he cannot aid help for you.
669  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: chances of bank closing account if you buy bitcoin on: May 04, 2021, 06:06:39 PM
You should first learn how the rules and laws in the banks varies each country so that you may know if it can be possible that as you buy bitcoin, your bank account wouldn't get dismissed. As you learn about the policies then bank has with regards to making transactions that involves crypto exchanges, follow it and make sure you will not do anything that will make you lose your money all of a sudden. There are plenty of ways you can cheat your way on having a bank account and owning crypto, you can just simply have a separate wallet for your crypto and patiently wait till it is legal to be transacted within your banks.
670  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin vs Agriculture on: May 04, 2021, 04:50:30 PM
Bitcoin is a peer to peer electronics cash system while Agriculture is the production of crops and rearing of animals for man's use. I am a farm who is into subsistence and plantation farming in my country, but i find it difficult to use bitcoin to improve my farm the way others business men use bitcoin to improve their investment.how can i use bitcoin to improve my plantation farm? Does it mean farmers cannot use bitcoin to improve their peasant or plantation farm?
Kindly share your idea to help someone.
I don't think it would be advisable for farmers fo correlate the use of bitcoin in selling their crops. There is a huge difference between huge business or industry to agriculture. It may seem that the agriculture sector provides most of the needs of people but most of the time, they get paid unfairly as those who exports the fruits and vegetables makes a lot of money as they increase the price for each compared to the price they bought it. Bitcoin promotes modernization but there will be parts of culture it wouldn't be able to cover including agriculture.
671  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk please stop messing up the crypto market on: May 04, 2021, 04:23:04 PM
Am I the only one who finds his tweets and market manipulation annoying?

A lot of newbies falling into the trap unfortunately. BTC is strong and won't be affected too much but Dogecoin is just increasing its pump and dump reputation. Sad.
Well, we can't do anything about that actually, we cannot make him stop from doing such manipulations but it does really affect the price movement at some point. We can give advices to the newbies with regards to his tweets but we can't always guarantee that we are right or they will listen. His actions makes significant impact in the market considering how big of a person he is not only in the crypto industry. Let us hope he wouldn't be selfish and would mind the benefit others might get from his actions cause if he would want to make changes in the market, he definitely could.
672  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Towards a unified currency on: May 04, 2021, 03:47:15 PM
There are actually rumors about a single currency being used as the New World Order gets introduced and many are proposing that it could be bitcoin. As for my opinion, the possibility might get close as time passes by since this kind of rumors existed before bitcoin was created so it could either be a coincidence or not. On the other hand, seeing the monetary system of the world, everything is already settled and balanced. Some things may change in the future but it would make a huge impact on nation's relation. Surely cryptocurrency are wonderful but it would have a hard time replacing fiat currencies cause based on what I can see, I think they are made to coexist with one another.
673  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptocurrency trading on: May 04, 2021, 03:20:30 PM

I want to enter cryptocurrency trading
I have no experience, what cryptocurrency to buy with $ 1,000.
As to what you just mentioned, considering that you are just a newbie in cryptocurrency trading, the best thing to do first is to familiarize yourself with the process. Learn more about how and what crypto is currently the best to trade with. I may give you a lot of suggestions on what you should trade but I think it would be better if you'll discover it yourself. Explore the platform, the forum and gather around news with regards to the crypto you are percieving to be good to trade with. As you learn more or become knowledgeable, you might find yourself earning a lot from your trading as you followed the steps properly.
674  Economy / Economics / Re: Will China take over the world with the Digital Yuan? on: May 04, 2021, 02:48:27 PM
Regardless of how powerful the digital yuan being proposed by China is becoming, there are still a lot of flaws that may hinder it from becoming exclusive and attractive digital currency in the making. Most of the countries in the world would not want to get involved in a currency being runned down by the government for it would mostly benefit the other side than to them. Maybe inside their country, things may work out but for sure, not everyone will support and tolerate the use of it, most will still stick on other cryptocurrencies where they can find freedom and gain much more benefit compared to the digital currency being promoted by their country.
675  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin scammers have a hard time with grammar on: May 04, 2021, 02:19:08 PM
Spelled 4rd instead of 4th  Grin Grin Grin

Scammers were top-notch once, what happened?

Seeing them having mistakes with their grammar, you should already have a hint and question their authenticity so that you can avoid getting scammed. Those are the lowest kind of scammers who rarely becomes successful with their schemes and only those with the lowest intelligence will be victimized by them. There are no need to fear such scammers obviously, you should fear those who can camouflage in different platforms and appear legitimate that even the long time owners or crypto enthusiasts fail to recognize. Always be responsible with your decision making, study whatever you will enter or transact with first to avoid any form of regrets.
676  Economy / Speculation / Re: How risky do you feel investing in Bitcoin is in this point of time? on: May 02, 2021, 07:11:22 PM
I think it would mostly depend on your knowledge when it comes to bitcoin. If you are always updated on the news and the rumors about it, you might end up considering it a little risky or a very risky one. If you only go with the flow most of the time, as you see the value of bitcoin increasing continuously amidst seeing it go down for a bit, you will still consider it a bit risky. In general, bitcoin will always be risky, doesn't matter how high or low, investing or trading in bitcoin is a risk. Anything can happen the next day or week or month so it would be best if you stay on guard when it comes to your investment.
677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bull market is back? BTC is 57k on: May 02, 2021, 06:29:48 PM
A lot of people like you are definitely regretting a lot at the moment since all of you chose to panic sell when in fact, there's only a correction going on. Next time, try reading the news or the speculations of well known bitcoin users so that you can pick the best course of action that will help you gain benefit as you patiently wait. You have all the freedom to invest on other coins but pay attention still on bitcoin, maybe there would be another correction and it will open up an opportunity to you once again. Considering the amount of your holdings, you can diversify it as much as you want, just make sure you can trust the coins you will be investing on.
678  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Bitcoin is like planting trees on: May 02, 2021, 05:56:01 PM
Buying Bitcoin is like planting trees. The best time to do it is 10 years ago. The second best time is today.

It can really be compared with planting trees not just because of the work you need to exert to make it grow but also the seasonal change of how fruitful bitcoin can be. Let us say you started investing in bitcoin during a drought season, you should not expect too much earnings for it, instead you just keep on working on your investment and wait till the bearish season come then you can already start to reap what you've sown. Do not make the mistake of hoping much from a dry season or letting off a fruitful season just because you are hoping for more fruits. Be wise and smart in observing the price change so you may know when's the best time to collect the fruit of your hardwork.
679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the most commonly USED crypto currency in the future? on: May 02, 2021, 05:20:58 PM
Bitcoin managed to stay at the very top for a very long time up until now. It wouldn't surprise me to see it in the near future being the most used cryptocurrency. There will surely be a lot of adjustments before such thing would happen and it is required that bitcoin would be fitted to be used by anyone in the world as it gets more universal than ever. There are even rumors that tells bitcoin would be the single currency declared by the new world order. Still those are just theories so there are no certainties yet. We will see what will happen for real but for now, one thing is for sure, bitcoin will keep on dominating till it becomes legal and recognized all over the world.
680  Economy / Economics / Re: “You don’t spend money now, you can’t spend after you died” on: May 02, 2021, 04:33:48 PM

It’s the best financial advice, covid is the marketing keyword to remind you, if you don’t spend every last penny in the wallet, you can never have a chance to spend that again. Spend until you drop you plebs!
Even though there's a chance that it is your last day everyday, it is never enough reason for you to choose spending your money till it's all gone reasoning out that you can't spend it anymore when you're already dead. Just how high the probability of you dying each day, the odds are high too that you will still live the next day. For that reason, you need to make sure you have your future secured through saving money. Not just because you saving money, doesn't mean you won't have anything left to spend with, you can still spoil yourself for all the hard work you committed to make your life better but you should never go all out or else you might just die of starvation or due to having no house to go home with.
