Crypto sites are based in tax havens and operate on the basis of loopholes to say the least. They don't usually hold gambling licenses.

It is more likely that they get a notice for operating without the gambling license than for that regulation. However, if after so many years operating in the dark, they haven't received it, I don't see why they are going to receive it now.

I don't know why this has been overlooked for so many years. Maybe it's a mixture of not understanding and downplaying the importance of crypto casinos, but the moment they realize their importance they will force them to buy licenses or they will block them.

Just imagine that the house isn't cheating you but the system has some imperfection. Let's say that some numbers in the roullette tend to appear more, someone able to discover that would be able to take advantage of the system by betting just those numbers. That just doesn't happen.

I think I'll sell a small percentage of my bitcoins then, and I don't think I'm the only one.  Just to see some of my profits, but then I don't think I'll sell anymore until 50,000. I plan to sell small parts as new ATHs are reached, but never selling all.

In april he declared that this halving would show if his model was correct and seems to think so nowadays.

I don't know what to believe, with so many predictions, but this system has a clear logic behind it. I hope he is right, actually.

He is comparing pears to apples, i.e. cash with investments. Cash is not an investment.  The fact that an investment goes up or down does not diminish the value of the cash.

Cash gives you security. It is not incompatible to have some cash and investments, it’s rather advisable.

I think they only attract people who start and are curious but don't want to spend money buying.

I think it goes against the very idea of bitcoin: you hold your keys, you hold your money without depending on central banks or other institutions.

If you give (some of) your bitcoin holdings to a bitcoin pension fund, you lose that power.

However, you can hold bicoin as part of your retirement plan.
