As many already mention corruption into BCB, and it's all happening just because of political influence so if they want to go into good shape then surely foremost they need to do some good changes in management which is surely going to bring good development for them and professional peoples can understand all difficulties and requirements of players related to these sports is also very important for the better performance and improvement in quality.

But, right now sadly nothing is positive happening, and they are allowing these corrupt politicians to play with careers of these good and talented players just for their sack with Bangladesh is going good in development and right now they can bring good investment in sports as well surely foremost they need much better management which is indeed otherwise this all is going down and out.

Unless the personnel in BCB changes very quickly the situation of Bangladesh cricket is not going to get better. I don't think that is going to happen very soon either. Corruption and nepotism have caused a lot of problems for Bangladesh cricket till now. And it is going to cause more problems for Bangladesh going forward in the future. And trust me the future does not look good for Bangladesh in cricket.

UAE have planned to make the league a big one same as IPL. The UAE population is close to 10 million. Among that only 11% UAE nationals whereas the majority are from the Asian countries. Amongst Indians are about 3.5 million and Pakistanis 1.2 million. This makes UAE strong in cricket audience. So, expats of India and Pakistan playing for UAE seems to get opportunity through this league.
I think UAE can host a big house like IPL. Because like developed cricket countries, United Arab Emirates has many good quality studios And we all know people of United Arab Emirates are a lot of cricket fans. And since communication technology in UAE is less pollution, we can easily believe that they are like IPL Can organize such a large-scale tournament. We know that the United Arab Emirates managed to successfully host the first T-Ten League in their country

UAE has no shortage of money. So they can host a tournament as big as possible. They have the money to do basically anything. But the problem is they themselves don't have enough skilled players. And probably that is the reason why they have decided that one team can have nine foreign players. in the national UAE team, we can see that most of the players are foreigners. so even though they are very enthusiastic about cricket that doesn't actually have players who can play cricket at the top level. But as I said they don't have any shortage of money so they are going to make this tournament very big.
723  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: August 15, 2022, 07:08:11 PM
By the transfermarkt calculations Qatar worths under 20 million euros, whereas Senegal worths nearly 300 million euros, that is a x15 time difference. Once again, I am not saying that it is guaranteed because in football, anything could happen, but I feel like there is a good chance we could end up with Qatar losing all games.
Totally agree. This is the first time that Qatar will participate in a World Cup. It's because? Because it is the organizing country, otherwise it would hardly participate. Of course, by being at home, they can have extra motivation, and are preparing as best they can to make a good impression. But honestly I think the probability of losing every game is pretty high.
Even in last few years Qatar authorities are spending some good amount in this game but still it's not good enough for them to achieve anything special from this world cup because they have not good squad and qualify for this event just as host which is having no worth and Senegal are African champions which mean they beat quality teams from African continent, and they can do something special here as well.
Here if Qatar have any chance of a point is it's against Ecuador because they are the weakest team in this group but still it's not easy for them because they will do their best for having some chance to be in next round which is not easy in presence of Senegal.

It is true that the only way Qatar was going to play in the world cup is by hosting the world cup. And I really don't believe that they have any chance of winning or even getting past the first stage of the world cup. I am not even sure that they will be able to win even one match. However, as they are the hosting countries, they will be able to participate in the world cup, but even the people of Qatar don't have high hopes for them.
724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: Best African EPL player on: August 15, 2022, 06:55:03 PM
There are  some strong contenders on that Nomination list, it may be difficult for her to win but not impossible. Beth Mead has some pretty good chance following her influence in the English women winning their very first major women's championship, the Euro 2022, which they hosted on home soil.
I wish Asisat Oshoala well however.
Oh that's true and Oshoala also lost the WAFCON title this year as she got knockout with Nigeria. It was a surprising feeling as Nigeria has always been dominant in that tournament. Now I just wished we (Nigeria) won it again so it increase her chances because I know club-wise she's good and playing for a very respected club Barcelona. Irrespective of what happens we'll celebrate her and she's breaking boundaries.
If she continues playing good football as she is, she might just win it when next the award come up.  First the ladies have to go to the world cup and perform instead of just been participants. Which she (Oshoala) will be a very important figure for the girls to be triumphant.

I think she will be able to have a really good performance in the world cup. Oshoala is a great player and what she can do is obviously not going to be able to be decided by just the Ballon d'Or. She is the hope of an entire region. Nigeria has always been one of the best in this region. And she has an important role to play in the Nigerian squad. She is also a very important player for Barcelona right now. And I am quite sure that she will continue to play a boil like this in the future.

With the start of new season right now we will have nothing clear because we have nearly 43 more rounds left in this season and many teams can perform good and take good spot specially right now I am checking few teams like Huddersfield, Middlesbrough and Burnley are also not bad they are taking time, but surely these teams can bring good changes in league table with most chances things will be clear after Christmas because at this time we will be at half of season, and then we can predict about teams and players much better right now teams are relatively have few changes from last season, and they are preparing for changes in their planning for staying into good position.

It is just the start of the season and for most of the players the finishing is not going to be on point also a lot of players are going to be quite rusty. So I believe we should not judge too early. But the way Blackburn has started the season, it really feels like it is going to be a good season for them by the looks of it. A lot of teams that had good expectations of them did not start the season very well. So I think there will always sleep be a huge change in these standings.

Nobody talking about Athletic Club - Mallorca? They are playing right now (they are in half-time to be correct) with a 0-0 draw until now at least.
Athletic is being far superior in the game and I really think they can overtake their rivals.

Has anyone betted on that game? or people here only follows Barça, Madrid and Atletico? Wink
Right now, we are in 80th minute of this game and no team able to end deadlock with Athletic Bilbao is playing aggressive game, but Mallorca is having very tight defense which not allowing them to have any conversation from their aggressive attacks Mallorca is having already 6 yellow cards which is surely the biggest achievement of this game for them, but sadly Athletic is also struggling badly and not able to do something good even they are in complete control and having some good number of deadly attacks on Mallorca, but their strikers are not good enough which is surely going to be trouble for them in coming matches as well.

After 30 minutes we are going to have a very exciting match as Atlético Madrid is going to start their campaign against Getafe, let's wait how they start after poor start from Barcelona and a perfect start from defending champions.

The match is probably going to end in a draw. already 95 minutes have been played. Neither team has scored but the athletic club really played well and had the authority over their opponent in this match. but that was good for nothing because there could not score. well, at least not till now.  And I don't think there is going to be any change in this score line after the match ends.

Thomas Tuchel is now pressuring Chelsea owner Todd Boehly into making a good offer and fight to sign Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, having lost Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner this summer.

is a 33 year old Aubameyang really the answer to Chelsea's striker woes? This certainly looks like a short term fix for Chelsea. Probably just for a season until they can get a good striker in. They could go for Ronaldo, since Ronaldo wants to play in Champions league for another season.
Chelsea atm lack a formidable scorer and I’m confident that Aubameyang could be a good choice to fill that void. Ronaldo? I think Tuchel will prefer Aubameyang to Ronaldo considering the fact that he knows Aubameyang well from their time together at Borussia Dortmund. And Aubameyang knows the Premier League and the city of London well following his four-year stint in Arsenal and would bring a guarantee of goals to a side in need of them.

Aubameyang is definitely better than Ronaldo. Ronaldo's performance in the Premier League last season was not enough good. Moreover, Ronaldo is now almost 38 years old. At this age it is very difficult to maintain fitness consistently in a competitive league like the Premier League. And so Aubameyang is a better fit for the Chelsea squad than Ronaldo.
728  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: August 11, 2022, 03:19:53 PM
A very good result from real madred to win another trophy. I can't wait for the first match for real madrid in la liga to be started. That would be an awaresome performance for this dream team. I think that for now ancelloti can be considered as the best coach compared with another good coach in another team. This coach has been getting so many thophies. This will become a very competitive match against barcelona. Both have best team.

Madrid's performance against Frankfurt was very composed. The player of Madrid played very well. If this continuity is maintained, the battle for the title between Barcelona and Real Madrid in La Liga will definitely be more competitive this season. Barcelona's squad is very strong while Real Madrid's squad is stable
729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: August 11, 2022, 03:16:44 PM
Afghanistan Vs Ireland, 2nd T20I
The toss has been won by Afghanistan, and they will bat first. There is no change in either team today. Since Ireland already leads five T20Is 1-0, Ireland have proven that they are capable and confident enough to progress to 2-0 today. With a goal of leveling the score at 1-1, Afghanistan hopes to bounce back from this game. Again, Ireland will chase, but will they succeed like in the first T20I? As a result, Afghanistan batters should be able to post a decent total.
As in the first match, Rahman Ullah lost his wicket at the start and Afghanistan stumbled at the start. Needless to say, Afghanistan will probably lose this match to Ireland. Rashid Khan in particular deviated slightly from his performance. Rashid Khan is not able to perform like before. Stay tuned till you get the next update.

The two opener batsmen returned to the dressing room after collecting only 1 run each. Usman Ghani managed to collect only 1 run from 9 balls. And Afghanistan scored only 59 runs in 9 overs and lost 4 wickets. Afghanistan probably won't win. Ireland's bowlers are in great form today.

Hard to find any concrete solution as far as profits goes. Only 3 nation "Usual suspects" earn money from Tests. Everyone else is losing money if they are not playing against those 3.
How about these three nations play tests with weaker teams like South Africa , Bangladesh or West Indies? Will they still earn the money or is it if they play against themselves?
I guess if these three nations play against Pakistan and New Zealand, they still attract the ICC for profits.

The problem is when they are going to play against each other, these four teams are going to generate more revenue compared to when they are going to play against weaker opponents. So they are obviously not going to be interested in playing against weaker opponents. At this point, the situation is not good with test cricket at all. In this day and age, test cricket is irrelevant wait the regular life of people. I am quite sure that if the big four didn’t have any good statistics in test cricket and if they did not earn as much as they do they also wouldn’t be interested in keeping test cricket as a format of cricket.

Dortmund weren't satisfying at all in their first game in the league. But they somehow managed to defeat Leverkusen 1-0. Actually Dortmund still have a capable lineup after their last transfers. Not having Haaland is of course bad for them but they have always been accustomed to play with those players and selling them after some time. They should still be able to stay as one of the strongest teams in the league from now on. I'm wondering about what Adeyemi will do this season as he has been brought here with big hopes.
Fortunately, they managed to maximize the momentum in the 10 minutes of the first half because Reus' goal at the beginning of the first half really made Dortmund manage to secure 3 points.
At the moment with their current condition, this is quite good I think because it can lift their mentality even though their striker in attack is having problems.

The performance of Dortmund was obviously not very convincing or dominating. But they did the job which is winning the match. They did not have the proper control over the match that they would have wanted but it doesn’t matter if they are able to win the match. The problem is felt like they have been exposing some weaknesses in their game and teams are going to try to explain those in the next matches. Adeyemi has come into the club with big expectations. I don’t think he’s going to let people down.

We have seen past series of Zimbabwe vs Bangladesh. I forget the last time a Zimbabwean team won against Bangladesh. But the scenario of this series is completely different. Bangladesh was defeated in the T20 series. At the same time, Bangladesh lost the first two matches of the ODI series. Bangladesh is likely to be whitewashed. However, the Zimbabwe team has improved itself immensely. If the top-order players are consistent, Zimbabwe can compete against any strong team.
It was during the month of July 2021, Bangladesh played one test match, 3 ODI & 3 T-20. Bangladesh won the test match, won the ODI series 3-0, and the T-20 series 2-1. In a year's time things have changed and Zimbabwe have turned stronger.

Zimbabwe has become stronger and on the other hand, Bangladesh absolutely forgot how to play. Bangladesh is not able to do anything much these days. And the fact that Bangladesh is just scared right now to go for a big shot is absolutely unbelievable to me. The Bangladesh team had a lot of potential and talent but they are getting wasted between these bullshitteries. I love this she is not going to be able to do anything good in the upcoming ICC tournament as well.

Timo Werner is on the brink of signing for Leipzig indeed. He must be really about the recent news about that because Leipzig were a team that he was the most productive at in the past. It might be time for him to start playing like that again there.
Timo Werner didn't just work out for Chelsea after they spent over £47m on him, and now he looks set to be heading back to his former club, Werner hasn't been at his best since moving to Chelsea, the both parties will definitely regret the initial transfer, but they will definitely be happy to part ways now, Werner might regain his lost form with this move, so i wish him all the best.
Having said that, i hope the exit of Werner opens the door for Chelsea to bring in a marksman before the transfer deadline, with Lukaku and Werner out of the club, they do not have any recognized striker, and if they are to challenge Liverpool and City for the title, they need a striker.

I am quite sad that Timo Werner could not find his place in his current team and at the same time, I am quite happy that he is not just wasting anyone’s time and trying to move on. He is ready to sign a contract for RB Leipzig. I believe he is going to join RB Leipzig for a fee of €30 million. He was so good previously for RB Leipzig, Thomas Tuchel got him for the release clause.

But his performance in Chelsea was not good at all. I hope he will be able to find his form in RB Leipzig again. The deal looks to be almost done between the player and the team.
734  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: August 07, 2022, 08:15:57 PM
Bangladesh totally banged by Sikander Raza and Zimbabwe. As said earlier this team is totally ruined in every format of cricket. I do not rely on point table but I do understand win/loss. What a pathetic performance once again by Bangladesh. As expected 290 was too low score on a pitch that allows skilled batters to scor runs. Sikandar & Regis proved it. What an incredible performance by Zimbabwe!

Bangladesh should have scored a lot more. And they are not going for enough big shots I think. On this pitch, a team like Zimbabwe is scoring 291 very comfortably. But Bangladesh batters are trying to play safe and eventually wasting balls. And there is no way the 5th partnership of Zimbabwe should have been that long. Sadly Bangladesh cricket board has an excuse ready I think which is “Bangladesh didn't play their first team” bullshit.
735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: August 07, 2022, 05:26:34 PM
Even these three countries can earn much more, if they play ODI or T20 instead of test cricket. Test matches last for 5 days, and using this time they can schedule either 3 T20 matches or 2 ODI matches. And I am sure that the revenue will be higher from the second option. And test matches last for 450 overs, while the second option lasts for 120/200 overs at the most. So it is beneficial for the players as well. But there are players who specialize in test format, such as Steve Smith, Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara. It will be a loss for them, if the number of test matches are reduced.
Test cricket is sacred cow for some (ECB) and they hold a control on any narrative regarding test cricket. BCCI might be financially independent but they also toe their line along with SENA countries in this regard and rest of the cricketing nations follow, that's why team like iceland etc keep demanding full membership despite knowing that they can't hold a single test without denting their pocket.

I really don’t understand why test cricket needs to be a thing even now when the whole world has moved on from test cricket and test cricket is also not a necessity right now. To be honest it is just a waste of time right now. And if I know correctly, I don’t think ICC also gets enough revenue from test cricket to continue this anymore. As we have discussed, the only way to shrink it is going to survive is ICC shoot implement a league system or tier system otherwise the matchmaking is going to be unfair most of the time and people will lose more interest in test cricket.
736  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: August 04, 2022, 04:08:24 PM
In this Serie A encounter this season we will see if their AC Milan players can perform better against Udinese or they will continue to play like the previous season's encounter, but if from my personal point of view, they will most likely be able to show a better performance, moreover now there is a slight change in the line-up after bringing in several players such as Ketelaere and Origi who will make the AC Milan squad even stronger.
AC Milan will still be seeded. in terms of the squad, they are still better than Udinese. and it will not change anything even if there is a change in their formation or lineup.
Udinese did not do much to improve their squad. I think they will perform like last season. and Milan will get the win.
If you consider the results from head to head, then you will find where Udinese have always managed to hold Milan to a 1-1 draw in their last three matches. Therefore, the opening match for the two will be an exciting match because Milan this season, which is the reigning champion, will at least be the favorite team. But considering the poor head to head, then it becomes a prediction that may be a little complicated because both of them are also in the transfer window so active in recruiting players.

Milan is undoubtedly stronger than Udinese. But Udinese's match strategy is good. And Udinese's only target against Milan will be to draw the match. Also, Udinese's defense is quite good. So if Udinese plays for the goal of draw and somehow Udinese scores the first goal of the match then Milan cannot win this match. The match will surely be competitive.
737  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: August 04, 2022, 04:00:33 PM
Certainly France will be a country that is considered strong in the future World Cup, because the previous champion is them, plus the young players they have now, have good quality playing in their respective clubs, talking about the World Cup is still quite a lot of factors that will affect Certain countries to win the champion, not only won the previous trophy, I think there are several countries that will advance to the final, one of which is France, Brazil and Spain
LOL.. you guys never get tired of propping up France, right? Well.. world cup is just a few months away. Let's see how your favorite team performs. This is not 2018. A lot of things have changed. France of 2022 is a lot different from France of 2018. Even if we look among the European teams, I would say that at this point Spain and England are ahead of France. And in case Pogba is unable to play, as a result of the injury, then things will get even worse for them. Anyway, these are just my personal judgments. Can be wrong.

I totally agree with you. I don't find any similarity between the performance of the France team in 2018 and the performance of the current France team. However, most of the players in the squad remain unchanged, and they have also got a talented star player like Mbappe. But the team performance could not improve it. On the other hand, Spain is a young team but their overall performance is better than France.
738  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: August 04, 2022, 03:55:51 PM
Netherland V New Zealand

New Zealand batting after winning the toss against the Netherlands. They collect 25 runs in 5 overs and lose the wicket of Finn Allen. The Netherlands is a weak opponent. Since New Zealand has decided to bat, New Zealand should be given a target of 200+ today. However, I think New Zealand's victory is certain if they can give a target of more than 170.

Is the pitch a bowling friendly pitch? I'm not sure. But New Zealand's batting looks like they are having a lot of trouble scoring runs. New Zealand collected only 73 runs in 12 overs. They should have kept the run rate at least around 8 in the 20 over match. A target of less than 160 will make it difficult to win this match.

Now as few countries are working hard on franchise cricket, yeah it's going to be good for them as they will be in good financial position rather than those have no strong domestic and franchise set up. From here ICC need to divide these test playing nations into two pools and top eight could be in same boat with other five or six need to play more cricket against each other for having better experience which will help them for long run.
Forming a top group of 8 is never going to work. Because teams such as Sri Lanka and Bangladesh simply doesn't have the ability to compete against pig-4 teams such as India and Australia. I would rather form three groups of 5 teams each. My preference would be as follows:

Tier 1: India, Australia, England, New Zealand, Pakistan
Tier 2: South Africa, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, West Indies, Sri Lanka
Tier 3: Ireland, Zimbabwe, Scotland, Netherlands, Nepal

The selection of Nepal for the last group can be controversial, as they are weaker when compared to UAE and Oman. But I prefer them, because cricket is very popular in Nepal, and their squad is 100% consisted of natives.

Among the tier-1 teams, Pakistan and New Zealand have had erratic performances in the Test format. A few days ago, Pakistan lost badly against Sri Lanka. On the other hand, the performance of Bangladesh team in Test format is very bad. Even if they play against teams like Afghanistan and Sri Lanka, they will lose. The Bangladesh team can be compared to Zimbabwe or Ireland.

Yes, never heard of it, and why would an NFT need an Initial Offering, NFT is a collectible so you buy the NFT and the dev wont develop anything out of it. Making ICO is like when you selling a stock and then you promise something to the Investor, NFT is like an art, so INO doesn't really make sense for me.

It is my belief that after it creates hype and attracts investors, it will appeal to you as well. because we are here to make a profit, so don't be in a hurry to make a decision.
Currently, it's still a new concept in the market and I still don't see any projects from this form being launched.
