so will my unconfirmed still confirm ?

There's no guarantee. All you can do is join the rest of us and wait... and wait... and wait. I have two unconfirmed payouts totaling around 2.25 BTC; both flushed from the blockchain.info ledger. I've written them off as a loss at this point, but we shall see.

It's good that the op is making changes to reduce these problems in the future but those who have potentially lost coins are probably shit out of luck.

@wp.cointemp2, what about the payout double spends? Are those fixed?

Following the OP on Twitter, this is the latest:

Quote
During the transition to 24HourPonzi V2 I will be working to sort out the unconfirmed txs. Stay tuned for more info on that.
722  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: WeeklyPonzi.com 'v3' | 100% Automated | Secure | 130% Return | 700+ BTC Invested on: January 23, 2015, 12:02:03 PM
@WeeklyPonziV3,
Can you please let me know why the transactions that came from 124hrKamS1ZQpEXQ3bPkrjp6KDKxspMfXp ain't confirmed yet? Due to it, I wasn't able to spend anything ahead due to my funds stucked...
This is exactly why I'm making 24HourPonzi V2. An idiot(s) is sending small payments to the address with no fee with the sole purpose of making the payouts take forever to confirm. This happens because my current script automatically checks if there is enough BTC to pay the next person in line and if there is, it sends it. However, in its current state it doesn't check to see if the input it's about to spend has been confirmed. This means that because of this idiot, there are a few payments you can see that haven't been confirmed yet as it has spent the unconfirmed inputs from this idiot. When V2 is released, it will not spend unconfirmed inputs meaning that no idiots can disrupt the confirmation times of legitimate users' payouts.

Thanks,

Thanks for your reply... Anyways, I sent my txn with fees, so why my payout still ain't confirmed? I am sorry am asking this again but what has any other users' payment to do with my txn? And if it will ever confirm, how much time will it take now?

It's the nature of the blockchain.. Generally speaking one assumes transactions are done properly with fees, and by default a number of wallets will send unconfirmed BTC assuming it will be confirmed as usual.. As every transaction has a set of inputs, which are the previous transactions, which all must be confirmed before the resulting transaction can be confirmed.

bump... A number of interested parties with offers, bouncing between Paypal and BTC but nothing firm yet..

match this price,(link below, 395 shipped) and I'll buy another one now. If you toss in another PSU, I'll do 450 (in BTC)

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=927353.0

Thanks for the offer but with the PSU it would need to be a little higher since the shipping for both is rough.

I wonder if it's worth playing tonight... I think I can be in the 0/1 seconds but between the misplaced transactions and the decreasing number of btc invested, I don't know if it's worth it.
Same question here. I don't think we will have much volume today and thats why it's a bit risky.

Its very difficult to earn but not worth at all since OP is just scamming a lot of people with his faulty script.

If I recall a post someone put up last night the OP changed the script to use blockchain.info timestamps last vs. the IPN provider for this coming round.. Given that I will play again.

Depositor asked for funds to be sent to alternative address

Thanks

Interesting, please clarify which depositor that was? Especially since I am the one with the 0.1 deposit and can verify with a signed message on the blockchain.. I assume you received that verification from the other since you marked MY deposit paid and I have nothing.

I'm interested in the real numbers behind the site so I can run the numbers because as you said it has potential to drive a return but it depends on the buyers ability to execute, and it sounds like also maintain a partnership with someone you know.. Hit me up via PM if you can with the information..

I sent 1.122 BTC to last 24h, but it doesn't show up on the website
txID: 2413569e3530f82112fac01f3a5c1dfe7779a4c0c881a2a47ebdff5c6380dc81

It was recieved by blockchain at :01 but did not get paid, although people after :01 got paid.

I hope he pays the people who got not paid because of wrong order.

He is not gonna pay, as he told me.

Your two problems are different, yours is related to when the IPN service notified the site, there is no ordering as network propagation impacts it so best one can do is agree on a time from someone... This user's problem is a complete failure of the IPN service to notify the site of the TX, different issues..

So he was talking about the people " who got not paid because of wrong order", so I think that counts me in.

I am talking about the TX that did not register at all because the IPN service did not provide a notification, that is not the same class of problems as those not in the right order..

However for those not in the right order I ask what is the right order? When blockchain.info sees it, when bitcoinmonitor sees it, when BlockCypher sees it.. Point being they are all commercial or free providers and listening to one or the other does not make the OPs site wrong. So the OP moved to follow blockchain.info timestamps moving forward, they have a resolution of no better than one second so someone will bitch regardless.

Well the scammers have tried to scam, so this is now an official Bitcointalk sales thread!

That didn't take long, glad the target looked close...

I know a challenge with many of these is bot driven subscribers, sometimes done to pump up the value of a channel before a sale. Any commentary, data to back up that these are real users?

I know the last deposit won't get a payment. Don't try to talk stupid!

I'm talking about the payment for the next in line. Only 0.6xxx BTC were required to pay the next person. Where's the TXID of that payment scammer?

Secondly, isn't the fee 5%? The numbers don't match up! Explain this too now.

Since there was 3 seconds left in the round when you sent that payment, there was not enough time for the payment cronjob to run (runs every 60 seconds). That is what sends out the payments. Hence, the 1 BTC went towards paying the deposits from day 4.

I take 5% fees from the 130% payout. So 130% of 1 Bitcoin is 1.3 Bitcoin. 5% of 1.3 Bitcoin is 0.065.

Make sense?

No does NOT make any bloody sense! If that 1 BTC went into paying the deposits from day 4, it was NOT included in day 3 and you were lying about that with your screenshot! Guys DO NOT DEPOSIT ANYTHING here. OP has been caught lying clearly. OP refund me my money and stop scamming people!

Perhaps I am missing something, OP said what happened because you were early, am I off base, where is the lie? The rules are quite clear, upside is the OP didn't "take" your 1 BTC for himself, but let it be part of the game..

push Smiley

gathered firmware suggestions in a list and edit that list and extend

current firmware: 2.6.7 TEST

- adding start fan speed for auto-mode
- tail option for showing last x rows of log files.
- using help screen for sort of change log in the firmware
- may be watchdog checking network state. had hung system after network outage, not reachable due to DHCP. can be probably worked around by fixed IP.
- scheduling certains mining speeds(voltages)  <- will try to implement
- individual voltage limits as right now for the back chips <- will consider / note: can be done quite well with max. PSU watts at least per loop
- Timezone "bug"? first page graphs are always UTC? <- will consider
- enable API in own subnet/net by web interface <-  common! change /etc/cgminer.conf.template with ssh it seems to works not straight forward at least not for all
- include fan speed in API datasets <- not likely, use remote ssh to change /etc/mg_custom_rate fan speed OUTPUT is obviosly meant
- other pool options than failover only <- common! change /etc/cgminer.conf.template with ssh
- Graphs on the first webguy page, there should be a button to disable some/all of them. <- you can reset them with a button. Disable them in /etc/cron.d with ssh
- Poll page could be managed on the front page with up&down buttons on each pool
- GUI switches to turn off SSH would also be a good thing, plus for advanced users some sort of iptables in the OS for security. <- Use big random password  from UI to disable it. Will consider adding iptables.
- true fan speed control by target temp
- change host name in web interface
- sum of PSU(unknown) input watts in addition to DC2DC watts, either on ASIC Stats page or main page, as for estimate of power at wall or PSU efficiency <- will implement in 2.6.7. For sp20 I assume 90% efficiency
- show ASIC Stats

Going to comment on this again - Im tired of changing the API setting via SSH, and on the hundreds of machines ive done, no reason not to have it in the GUI.

Fair point, I did want to give you a heads up in case it will help.. I took to building a job manager that automatically scans my network for hosts and plumbs them into my management webapp, can make changes to hundreds of machines in a minute or two..

This is really not correct from my point of view.
This is a game with high risc, but really clear rules for investment and payment.
If your script didn't worked correctly (for whatever reason) and you did double payments without any checks before this was not our fault.
So it is not okay, if we have to pay for it.
Please think about your big profits in the past and hopefully in the future and correct these things.
Maybe at least with another 10-20BTC

The game is just over 30 BTC off based on what OP pushed in, and the returned BTC from one honest player.. It's tough because there are a number of services at play to make a site like this work, in the case of the double payouts other players were boasting about keeping the extra, perhaps you should chat with them....

OP tossed half of the total take from all games in with the 20 BTC thrown back, and the systems cost money to keep running, all things considered a heck of a lot more upstanding then many of the players...

There is a chance it won't however I have seen things confirm days/weeks after the fact a number of times..
