What about ticket #15002. I have been waiting now 11 days since my last response? The only thing happened after this ticket was that I was muted and no one knows why .

Send the email again/reply, my problem was solved in 3 days. i emailed after 2 days again and the next day i received my new password and a little bonus inside my account. I already did today. But why they use a ticket system anyways, if they don't follow up. Hey, Sometimes zendesk can mess up and we don't even get reply to a ticket. If you don't get reply after 48h feel free to submit ticket again. Once we finish up with this issue with accounts support will be back to normal when you will get reply in 12 h max and pretty much all tickets will get solved in the first 24-48 hours. |

After creating a Support Ticket, I've received a list with questions to get access again to my account.
Apparently my password is not enough. Does that mean the passwords got compromised? Or did break something in the database? I'm curious: what happened?
Password does not help us since all passwords are hashed and we cant see them. A password can be converted into the hash, which is what always happened when I logged in. So my main question was: what happened to the database that my password is no longer enough to access my account? We will come to it . We don't have many accounts left.
This was 2 days ago, what's the status now? Hey, It would be kinda irresponsible from us to ask users for theirs passwrods. You may be using that password somewhere else to so... yeah. Today i woke up to see one guy sending 73 tickets from multiple fake usernames. All this slows things down a lot. We are working as fast as we can and we will be including bigger bonuses for people who waited longer. Very sorry for this i hope we will be able to sort almost all of the accounts in the next 48 hours. |

You can easily find it in any wallet that you use. It has to have transaction logs. |

In my paper it was 1.012, but now became 0.01 then I complain to support, he add me 0.05, now balance 0.015  Why What did I wrong with my account ? Why PD take my balance ? What is my fault ? Anybody can explain what happened exactly with PD and what is the cause of this problem to lost access to my account, the list of question is just headache for me and it didn't make any sense, when that issue happened due to lost of some database which is mistake of developer, than why we have to send our personal info there?
It is very complicated issue with db. Kinda made it hard for us to check ownership of some accounts. So that is why we ask those questions. We already gave out huge amount in bonuses to try and compensate for the inconvenience and waiting. We will try to make it up to you all after we sort out all accounts that were affected. Me and developer have been working at this for 8 hours straight and sorted out a lot of users and gave out a lot of bonuses. He will take a break now for a bit and i can use one to  . Only got like 4hrs sleep last night. Trust me we are working on this very hard and we are trying to compensate for the inconvenience we caused you by this. Thanks to all people who are waiting . And to users who posted here that we solved it for them and that they got bonuses. Can you take a look at the request no. (15477)? I am waiting quite a while (4 days) here for this thing to be solved ( not saying that you guys are slow but i know that is because some selfish peeps who created more than 10 tickets at once) . My BTC was sitting at 3.56 BTC at time of failure so I'm a bit anxious to see my money again  PS: Micro I sent you a PM with the whole story. I am still unable to get to my funds after almost 4 days now... Is anyone else thinking what I'm thinking? Sorry to say but that is pure bs. Every balance must be intact. For all who got issues with login we will sort that out and also include bonuses for the inconviniance.
